13:30 Warwick Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Bective Abbey, a 150,000-pound purchase after landing an Irish point-to-point, flopped at a short price on his Rules debut in December, but it would be no surprise to see him leave that effort behind for a resurgent Nicky Henderson stable. However, preference is for ZONDA, who has finished a long way clear of the remainder when runner-up in a pair of handicaps at Wincanton and here last time. Those pieces of form read very well in the context of this event and Jonjo O'Neill's charge is taken to put his experience to good use. Fourtowns and point winner Global Focus are also of interest.

ZONDA is going the right way in handicaps and back in maiden company, he sets a fair standard for the rest to aim at. Fourtowns is the main danger on form trying a new trip, with Juan Bermudez a potential improver for his top yard.

Zonda sets the form standard but Nicky Henderson's pair catch the eye, with DE TELLERS FORTUNE preferred to Bective Abbey.

13:50 Perth Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

FOX'S FANCY pushed an improver all the way at Hexham last month and this looks to be an excellent opportunity for Lucinda Russell's charge to go one better. Stablemate Bishop Hill also occupied the runner-up berth on her latest outing and she might be the main danger, although Queshi Bridge, who had shown a decent level of form prior to unseating last time out, will not be far away given a clean round of jumping.

FOX'S FANCY made a next-time-out winner work hard for it on hurdles bow at Hexham last month and sure to relish this test of stamina, she is preferred to the more established Time In The Sun. Bishop Hill, a stablemate of the selection, is also open to progress so needs considering.

Preference is for FOX'S FANCY, who is a close relation to Grand National winner One For Arthur and goes up in trip today.

14:00 Warwick Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

The form of OLD TIME CHASER's NH debut fourth in an Ascot maiden hurdle last month has been boosted by the third winning since and Nicky Henderson's charge could take a big step forward with that outing under his belt. He gets the vote ahead of Golden De Coeur, who has run well in defeat over further the last twice and the point-to-point winner may find this trip more suitable. The latter comment also applies to Inside I'm Dancin, who made the frame over 1m7f on his hurdling bow at Wincanton recently.

GOLDEN DE COEUR possesses much the best form on show and looks to have found a good opportunity. Nicky Henderson's Ascot fourth Old Time Chaser appeals as the one to chase him home with Inside I'm Dancin, Noble Cave and Motazzen all in the mix for minor honours.

A perfect opportunity for GOLDEN DE COEUR to make it fifth-time lucky over hurdles. Old Time Chaser rates as the principal threat.

14:10 Beverley Stakes (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

William Haggas' first juvenile runner of the year tends to be a nice one and the Newmarket handler, who started brightly last season with Lowther heroine Relief Rally, has an interesting recruit for the same owners in KALLIPPOS. A daughter of Kodiac who cost 38,000gns, she comes from a decent family which includes Group 1-winning juvenile Elm Park and it wouldn't be a surprise to see her make a winning debut. Loving Angel and Zenevieva represent top connections and appeal most of the remainder.

A race where the betting will reveal more clues. KALLIPPOS is the first 2-y-o runner of the season for the powerful William Haggas stable and gets the nod, with confidence increased should the market vibes be strong. Loving Angel and Larchill Lass are other newcomers from good yards.

Larchill Lass is a newcomer of note but KALLIPPOS, the first 2yo runner of the year for her yard, is tentatively selected.

14:25 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

The vote goes to WHAT A JOHNNY, who posted a promising third over an extended 2m on his handicap bow last month. The son of Yeats is open to further progress, especially at this longer distance, and that could hold the key to him. Beaumesnil reached the frame in a warm heat at Musselburgh 20 days ago and he merits respect despite a further 2lb hike in the ratings, while others to note include Final Edgar and Maillot Blanc.

FINAL EDGAR shaped as if this trip would suit when fifth at Musselburgh last time so edges the vote in this competitive handicap. Course winner Duyfken heads the list of dangers, although a solid case can also be made for What A Johnny, Maillot Blanc and Beaumesnil.

The step up in trip could prove ideal for the lightly raced 3m point runner-up WHAT A JOHNNY (nap) and he earns the vote.

14:35 Warwick Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

VILLAGE MASTER made the perfect start to life over fences when winning at Hereford 16 days ago and, with improvement likely, a subsequent 3lb rise in unlikely to prevent him from mounting another stern challenge. Jemura was pulled up over hurdles but is an interesting candidate back over fences and with blinkers applied for the first time. Barrakhov was the subject of market support at Ludlow in February and, though he failed to fire that day, a 4lb ease in the handicap will help matters.

Plenty of runners but few arrive with compelling claims and VILLAGE MASTER rather stands out on the back of his recent Hereford chase and handicap debut success. Samourai One could give him most to do if recapturing the form of his Market Rasen win in February. Furkash is a long-standing maiden over fences but has regularly been placed in similar events.

Irish point winner GETUPEARLY makes his chasing debut from a tempting mark and should appreciate today's return to good ground.

14:45 Beverley Handicap (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Mattice was last seen in winning action under similar conditions over C&D in September when getting the better of stablemate COUNT D'ORSAY. However, the latter, who is now 3lb better off and has also dropped to his last winning mark, has every chance of reversing the form. Rambuso Creek finished sixth at Thirsk earlier in the month and is open to progression, while a gelding operation might spark an improved bid from Lakota Blue.

Nigel Tinkler has his string in pretty good order and with forecast conditions holding no fears it could just be worth siding with his LAKOTA BLUE. Gelded ahead of his return, he boasted some good form to his name in 3-y-o handicaps and this stiff finish should suit returned to the minimum trip. Miss Brazen, a comfortable winner over C&D last spring, has come down to a handy mark and is feared under Jo Mason, with Dare To Hope and Honour Your Dreams others to consider.

There could be more to come from MISS BRAZEN this year and she's fancied to land a second C&D success. Elegant Erin is next best.

Event Of Sivola (third) and Destiny Is All (fourth) reoppose having met in the Hexham marathon 42 days ago, and the latter could reverse that form down in trip. Preference is for MISTER BELLS, though. Micky Hammond's charge has been running well in recent starts and would appear to hold solid claims now tackling a veterans' contest. Hold The Note should not be underestimated either.

DESTINY IS ALL is hardly one for maximum faith but is more than capable off this mark if on a going day and might be worth siding with to turn around last month's Hexham placings with Event of Sivola.

In a tricky handicap HOLD THE NOTE, who ran his best race of the season at Carlisle last time, is taken to beat Event Of Sivola.

15:10 Warwick Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Pyffo cruised to success in a maiden event at Market Rasen last month and the unexposed six-year-old holds obvious claims back in a handicap. That said, the booking of Harry Cobden aboard ASHINGTON catches the eye and he might be worth taking a chance on. Mark Walford's charge hasn't won over timber since March 2022, but the nine-year-old has posted a number of positive efforts since then and finds himself on a competitive mark now. Halondo is another to consider.

PYFFO showed marked improvement when making all at Market Rasen and a performance of similar merit should see him go in again. Ashington is a danger if tuned up and Kintail is still unexposed, so he's not one to write off.

It's unlikely that dual course winner KINTAIL did himself justice on his handicap debut and he retains potential off this mark.

Dambuster made a winning debut at Sandown in September before clearly not handling the undulations of the Rowley Mile when upped to Group 3 company in the Zetland at Newmarket the following month. The son of Kingman has since been gelded and is respected, but OPEN SECRET gets the vote. Second over 1m4f at Wolverhampton last time, conditions shouldn't be an issue for the son of Cracksman in his attempt to get off the mark. Others to note include Infatuator and Tryfan.

There's been plenty to like about OPEN SECRET's pair of AW efforts and he can make the most of the weight he receives from previous winner Dambuster now moving over to the grass. A few of the others also have the potential for better in an interesting novice.

Dambuster can go well despite his penalty but OPEN SECRET can break his maiden now switched to turf.

15:35 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

MILO LISES is an obvious choice given his powerful connections and, having improved markedly when breaking his maiden at Punchestown in February, the five-year-old has to be of interest now he debuts in a handicap, especially as the runner-up from that race was successful next time out. Rafferty's Return has won two of his last three races and looks set for another big run, while Champagnesuperover appeals back over hurdles with ground conditions to suit.

MILO LISES upped his game to readily get off the mark at Punchestown and he's likely to be well prepared to make a successful British/handicap debut. Rafferty's Return should put up another bold showing and Choose A Copper is worthy of interest dropping back in grade.

Although not obviously well treated for his handicap debut MILO LISES is progressive and may improve again for this step up in trip.

15:45 Warwick Handicap Chase (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

HIDALGO DES BORDES might be one to keep on the right side of over the coming months. Warren Greatrex's gelding bolted up on his chasing bow at Exeter on Friday and, should this not come soon enough, a 7lb penalty shouldn't halt his progress. Pep Talking hit the woodwork at Hereford last time out when attempting to follow up on his earlier Huntingdon triumph and he warrants serious consideration from an unchanged mark, while Barest Of Margins and Omaha Wish are just two others to consider.

It's hard to get away from HIDALGO DES BORDES, who was a decisive winner on his chasing bow at Exeter last week and looks well in under a penalty. Famoso and Omaha Wish are also of interest.

This can go to HIDALGO DES BORDES, who was an easy winner on his chase debut at Exeter and is 6lb well in under a penalty.

15:55 Beverley Handicap (Class 3) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Sea The Dream made a pleasing return to action when scoring by a length in a class 5 event at Thirsk, but this is a much more difficult assignment. For that reason, the vote goes to CERULEAN BAY, who has been gelded since finishing last in the Solario at Sandown in September. David O'Meara's three-year-old scored on both of his first two outings and, if he can reproduce that level of form, he could defy his opening mark of 86. Global Skies is another to note.

SEA THE DREAM clocked a good time when making a winning reappearance at Thirsk a fortnight ago and a 2 lb rise looks on the lenient side. Catton Lady shaped well behind the selection in that race and is entitled to finish closer this time, with Classy Boy reappearing for a yard going great guns.

Catton Lady can reverse Thirsk placings with Sea The Dream but CLASSY BOY may have their measure on his reappearance.

16:00 Huntingdon Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

There were plenty of positives to be taken from LADY D'ARBANVILLE's second on her hurdling debut at Exeter in January. Nicky Henderson's mare should put that experience to good use and she's fancied to finish one place better in this contest. The biggest threat is likely to emerge from Ascending Lark, who made the perfect stable bow when opening her account at Haydock last month, while Locken Lady looks best equipped to fill the remaining place.

This can go to LADY D'ARBANVILLE, who stands out on her bumper form and is entitled to progress from her debut in this sphere at Exeter in January. Ascending Lark and Locken Lady look the obvious dangers.

Assuming the likely drier surface presents no issues, Haydock scorer ASCENDING LARK can follow up at Lady d'Arbanville's expense.

16:05 Wexford Maiden Hurdle 21f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The lightly-raced GROOVEYKINDOFLOVE may be capable of better still on just her third start over flights. A promising fifth in a stronger race on her racecourse debut at Naas before Christmas, the Henry De Bromhead-trained mare stepped up on that initial effort when runner-up at Down Royal last time. Point-to-point winner Jokers 'N' Clowns refused to race on her rules introduction at Navan last month, before almost redeeming herself when second at Gowran Park a week later. However, after a poor performance when sent off favourite at Cork recently, the Gavin Cromwell-trained five-year-old has something to prove. Milanaway has run well on all four outings over flights, so it is surely just a matter of time before Denis Hogan's mare finds a suitable opportunity against her own sex.

GROOVEYKINDOFLOVE holds the edge on the form of her Down Royal second last time out and with progress on the cards she looks the way to go unless Gordon Elliott's newcomer Gina Moon proves well above average. Kiltealy Park and Jokers 'N' Clowns appeal as the pick of the rest.

GROOVEYKINDOFLOVE is a potential improver stepping back up in trip and she should go well if she jumps better this time

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

The class-dropping Feu Du Bresil must be respected but the Willie Mullins-trained gelding may still be worth taking on given he is yet to win a race over fences. That's certainly not the case with A DIFFERENT KIND, who is highly progressive and can complete a five-timer off just 3lb higher than his latest success. Furthermore, the selection has won twice over this C&D, which can give him an edge over the hat-trick seeking Sure Touch.

Dual C&D winner A DIFFERENT KIND may well have been aimed at this prize and remains on a workable mark. He can extend his winning run. The hat-trick seeking Sure Touch is feared most.

This can go to SURE TOUCH who is progressing well over fences having won his last two races, both of which have worked out well.

16:20 Warwick Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 25f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Having landed a warm premier handicap at Sandown in February, heavy ground might have been the undoing of SAINT DAVY next time out when finishing a distant sixth at Uttoxeter last month. This represents a drop in grade, however, and with forecast conditions set to be far different today, it would come as no surprise were the progressive seven-year-old to bounce back. Take No Chances found only an improver too strong at Newbury 34 days ago and appears to hold every chance from a 4lb raised mark, while Hyland, whose stable have begun to show signs of a return to form, should not be underestimated.

TAKE NO CHANCES was quick to dispel a mishap on her penultimate start when finishing runner-up back at Newbury 5 weeks ago, taking a while to pick up but ultimately just failing. Very much one to be interested in on that evidence, she looks to hold sound claims of going one place better. Hyland returned to calmer waters and Exeter scorer Jupiter Allen head up the dangers, with Saint Davy another to consider.

A few with high hopes but TAKE NO CHANCES (nap) went close at Newbury last time and that form was franked last week at Cheltenham.

16:30 Beverley Handicap (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

WESTERNESSE was beaten into fourth over 1m2f at Newcastle on his latest outing and he was dropped 1lb for that display. The son of Camelot takes a drop in trip and returns to turf, which can help him get his head back in front. Arthur's Realm hit the frame in the Spring Mile at Doncaster two starts ago before finishing a disappointing favourite when fifth at Lingfield, but he is one to consider. Of the remainder, Shaladar makes the most appeal.

WESTERNESSE wasn't seen to best effect at Newcastle 17 days ago but it's far too soon to forget the promise of his reappearance and back in trip on this return to turf, he's the most persuasive option. Arthur's Realm dips slightly in class and is feared most, ahead of Beltane.

Returning to turf is a major plus for BELTANE (nap) and he can capitalise on his reduced mark under suitable conditions.

16:35 Huntingdon Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Market support for the returning Kennack Bay would be interesting as the nine-year-old looked set to land a breakthrough success at Newton Abbot in June 2022, but for falling two out. However, CALVIC looks a more solid proposition having landed the spoils over 2m4f here in March. Stuart Edmunds' charge should relish this stiffer test of stamina and he's taken to defy a 3lb rise in the ratings. Chase debutant Hey Brother may put in an improved bid in a first-time visor.

CALVIC built on the promise of his yard debut when scoring here last month and may have more to offer yet. He can go in again. King of The Hill and Amalfi Skyline head the list of dangers.

It looks worth risking KENNACK BAY can shrug off his long absence. Last-time 2m4f course winner Calvic rates the alternative.

16:40 Wexford Maiden Hurdle 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Trainer Philip Fenton, who has been amongst the winners of late, can add another here courtesy of former course winner JERIKO DE BAUNE. The five-year-old was successful over 2m4f here last November, before later proving his stamina for this trip when winning at Fairyhouse. Having run well when third in a better contest at Cork last time, the gelding looks poised to strike under Niall Moore. A two-time winner over hurdles in Perth, Gordon Elliott's Themanintheboots rates a serious threat under jockeys championship leader, Jack Kennedy. The six-year-old had run well on a few occasions in this country prior to his UK raids. Point-to-point winner Sam Magee has faced some stiff tasks in maiden company, so should appreciate this lower grade. He doesn't need to improve a great deal to get involved.

JERIKO DE BAUNE has gradually progressed throughout this season and can register his third success. Themanintheboots may give him most to think about.

A chance is taken on the fitness on THEMANINTHEBOOTS who was in fine form over timber last summer and is fairly treated on return

16:45 Perth Handicap Hurdle (Class 3) 27f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Champ Royal remains in great form after a hat-trick of wins was followed by a good second in a class 2 event at Musselburgh last time, and he should be competitive off 2lb higher. However, preference is for SECRET TRIX, who returned from a 153-day break to score by just over a length in a hot handicap at Haydock last month, and he is only 7lb higher. The seven-year-old looks well placed to record a double, while Lady In The Park rates best of the rest.

Plenty in with a squeak but LADY IN THE PARK continued the theme of gradual run-to-run progression when finding just one too good at Ayr last month and, with this extra distance sure to play to her strengths, Lucinda Russell's lightly-raced 6-y-o gets the nod to double her tally at the expense of Secret Trix, who made a winning return sporting a first-time tongue tie at Haydock recently. Fortuna Ligna and Champ Royal can fight out third.

The selection is SECRET TRIX despite a 7lb rise for his win at Haydock last time. Bridge North may prove his main danger.

Those with previous experience are likely to dominate this field and while the likes of Ace Of Spades, Junker D'allier and The Two Harrys should only get better as they garner more knowledge, there ought to be plenty more to come from BRIDIE'S BEAU, whose debut second at Taunton was a respectable effort, despite obvious signs of greenness. Sure to be wiser on this occasion, the five-year-old can go one place better with a step forward here.

BRIDIE'S BEAU made a very promising start when second at Taunton last month and might be hard to beat with improvement on the way. Ace of Spades could have one of these in him, while Moran's Law is an interesting newcomer.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Although WHERE'S JEFF is 4lb higher than when finishing a narrow second in the corresponding event 12 months ago, the nine-year-old remains well treated judged on past exploits. Should he gain an early advantage at the expense of Burglar's Dream, who also likes to lead, then he might be tough to peg back. My Harrison George has few miles on the clock and he appeals as a likely contender back on the grass, while Lenny's Spirit was never involved over the mile at Lingfield last month but the return to this trip is in his favour.

MY HARRISON GEORGE was knocking firmly on the door late last year, looking unlucky not to shed the maiden tag at Wolverhampton in December, and he could be the way to go on return provided forecast conditions don't catch him out. Lenny's Spirit and last year's runner-up Where's Jeff head up the dangers.

Lenny's Spirit and Where's Jeff are considered but LODDON has shown winning potential on slow ground and could be the answer.

17:10 Huntingdon Handicap Chase (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

There was a lot to like about GLENCASSLEY's chase debut when making all on his return at Hereford last month. A 3lb rise in the handicap looks far from insurmountable for Charlie Longsdon's charge and a double could be on the cards. Pearly Island didn't appear to enjoy the drop in distance when a well-beaten third at Plumpton earlier this month, but a return to the C&D of his last triumph should see the eight-year-old in a better light. Mole Court should appreciate these quicker ground conditions and is also noted.

MOLE COURT wasn't seen to best effect at Cheltenham when last seen 5 months ago but he'd been highly progressive as a chaser prior to that and looks capable of getting back on the up now freshened up. Glencassley is an obvious threat on the back of a successful chasing debut and Touchy Feely isn't without hope.

Preference is for the unexposed GLENCASSLEY, who is lightly raced and should be capable of stepping up on his chase debut success.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Although this race is most likely a prep prior to returning to chasing at Punchestown next month, DONKEY YEARS catches the eye off his hurdles mark. The Eric McNamara-trained 10-year-old had somewhat lost his way over fences when last seen but has to be of interest in this discipline off just 116. With the festival just weeks away, the J.P. McManus-owned gelding is unlikely to be found wanting in terms of fitness. Bestaline also has to enter calculations in first-time blinkers. The Gordon Elliott-trained mare is almost certainly better than her bare form suggests, so perhaps the change in headgear will see her in a better light. Tranquil Sea undoubtedly has the ability to feature but Paul Nolan's four-year-old needs to brush up on his jumping in order to do so.

PLAIN OR BATTERED ran well at Down Royal a fortnight ago and could be the way to go. Mick Charlie and Bestaline are dangers.

The four-year-old TRANQUIL SEA could be hard to beat with With improvement in the jumping department.

SERIOUS EGO was well beaten into eighth in a class 2 event at Musselburgh on his latest outing, but he was dropped 2lb for that effort which puts him only 1lb higher than his last winning mark. With Brian Hughes back on board and given he drops in grade, he looks the one to side with. Agilulf finished a fair third over 2m4f last time and he is an interesting contender, while Lifetime Adventure is worth a second look sporting first-time blinkers.

SERIOUS EGO again shaped better than the result when eighth at Market Rasen on his latest outing, left poorly placed, so he could be ready to get his head back in front from only 1 lb above his last winning mark. Agilulf ran well after an absence when third at Musselbugh last time and can make another bold bid, with Don't Look Back completing the shortlist.

A chance is taken on BARLEY BREEZE who has been below-par on his last few runs, but is on a good mark on his best form.

Nicky Henderson has an impeccable record with his imports from France and DOCTOR MIDAS could be the latest recruit to positively enhance the statistics. A half-brother to a winner over hurdles in his homeland, the son of Doctor Dino ticks the right boxes on paper and is fancied to make a winning debut. Super Saint is an obvious threat to the selection and a big run from Bridie's Beau in the previous race would bolster his clams here. Chief Sunday is another potential improver to monitor in the betting.

DOCTOR MIDAS is interesting on debut and gets the vote before market clues. Super Saint made a promising start at Taunton and should go close if improving, while One Knight, out of a classy mare who won the listed Warwick Mares' Hurdle, is another to note first time up.

This looks the weaker of the two divisions. SUPER SAINT ran a nice first race at Taunton and could be the answer.

Having raced solely on the all-weather so far, the switch to turf looks an added positive and it would come as no surprise were he to show more now pitched into handicaps. Flowering is nothing if not consistent and won't be far away.

FLOWERING has yet to be seen to very best effect since being switched to handicaps and having eased a little more in the weights, she could be worth siding with. Remonstrate rates a likely improver now stepping up in trip for his handicap debut and market confidence behind him would look significant. Little Rose and Jailbird complete the shortlist.

Remonstrate looks a likely big improver but LITTLE ROSE could benefit from Tom Marquand replacing a 7lb claimer.

17:45 Huntingdon Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

HIGHWAY ONE O FIVE arguably produced the best performance of his career so far when hitting the crossbar in this grade at Plumpton last time. Chris Gordon's five-year-old is off an unchanged mark here and he looks the one to beat. Scudamore rarely runs a bad race and he filled the runner-up berth on his penultimate start off 2lb lower, so he has to be respected. Grasshopper Time can be in the mix for the minor honours.

HIGHWAY ONE O FIVE arrives on the back of a couple of creditable efforts and he still looks well treated based on bumper form, so he's a confident choice to open his account in a race where most have something to prove. Spirit of Regulus is liable to bounce back after a break, so he's considered the main threat ahead of Scudamore.

The suggestion is HIGHWAY ONE O FIVE, who has been making gradual improvement. Scudamore looks an obvious danger.

17:50 Wexford Maiden Chase 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

This trip is probably as short as BOCELLI'S VOICE wants, but there was merit in his fourth place on chasing debut at Thurles last month. He was beaten by a very in-form winner and the third home franked the form in no uncertain terms with a close second in a Grade 3 novice chase at Limerick. Bocelli's Voice has form on better ground in his point-to-point days. Clear The Clouds made the breakthrough over flights in Naas and is swiftly sent over fences. He has to be respected on chasing debut with his confidence boosted now. Paul Nolan's runners always merit a second glance here. His chasing-debutant Chiefs Kingdom has three placed efforts in maiden hurdles to call upon and drying ground holds no fears for him.

Preference is for BOCELLI'S VOICE, who matched his fair hurdling form when fourth on debut in this sphere at Thurles last month and is entitled to build on that. Clear The Clouds and Dgalwaygallivantor rate the principal dangers.

The 2m trip is a concern but it may be worth taking a chance on BOCELLI'S VOICE after a good 2m5f run on his chasing debut at Thurles

18:15 Huntingdon Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

COPERNIC DU MAZET made a highly encouraging handicap debut when finishing second over an extended 2m4f here on his latest outing and this slight drop in trip may aid his cause. The son of Arrigo remains on the same mark and he looks the way to go. The main threat might be Halligator, who is off a career-low rating after his fifth at Taunton and he isn't one to take lightly, while Gms Prince is another to watch out for.

Not nearly so competitive as the numbers suggest and COPERNIC DU MAZET is fancied to build on his recent Huntingdon second and get the better of Ballynaheer this time on these 6 lb more advantageous terms. David Dennis' scorer could still emerge as the main danger though, with handicapping debutant Saxons Lane also well in the mix.

Handicap newcomer SAXONS LANE showed enough promise on his first hurdles start to suggest he might have got in a little lightly.

18:22 Wexford Maiden Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

BRANDY LOVE was turned over at odds-on at Naas in January, but it may be best to put a line through that as thick fog enveloped the course and that was the only race completed. She did win a Grade 1 mares' novices' hurdle over a similar trip at Fairyhouse a couple of years ago and there is time for her to develop as a chaser having finished runner-up over fences in both starts so far. Atimetodream embarks on a chasing career with one handicap hurdle victory in her locker and this drying ground will aid her cause. Ladybank and Sea Aster could both improve for going chasing. Doyen Ta Win had a tough race off the front at Tramore on Sunday before dropping to third while Soldaro would prefer slower ground.

A final chance is given to BRANDY LOVE, who has found one too strong on both starts in mares maiden chases so far, but Willie Mullins' 8-y-o can open her account returning from a three-and-a-half month break. Ladybank has offered little this season over hurdles, but she could give the selection most to think about sent chasing, with Doyen Ta Win and another chasing debutante Sea Aster rounding off the shortlist.

It's hard to oppose BRANDY LOVE. She's a Grade 1 winner over timber and should have too much class for these rivals

In an open event marginal preference is for MISS SUNSET STRIP, who has hit the crossbar on both starts so far this year and the application of first-time cheekpieces could help her to go one better here. 18:45 Huntingdon Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

PARC D'AMOUR recorded his first victory over hurdles when winning by just under a length in this grade over track and trip in November. The son of Walk In The Park makes his return to the fray off a 4lb higher rating and he could be the one to beat. Call The Dance improved on her first effort over hurdles to score comfortably at Wincanton last time and she has to be considered on her handicap bow. Of the remainder, Maxcel makes the most appeal.

CALL THE DANCE was quite impressive when landing a big-field novice at Wincanton in January and she's certainly in the right hands to progress again now handicapping. Stay If U Want To could also be better than his opening mark based on his bumper form, with Parc d'Amour completing the shortlist.

The Nicky Henderson-trained CALL THE DANCE (nap) has won two of her four starts and could be on a good mark for this handicap debut.

18:52 Wexford Handicap Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

R'EVELYN PLEASURE has enjoyed a fine season and may be able win this race for a second time. He landed a similar veterans' contest at Limerick over Christmas and followed up at Cork. He ran another sound race at the latter venue last time and stepping back up in trip will suit Sean O'Brien's gelding who won this on good ground two years ago. Big Debates was a close third in last year's renewal and has only run once over fences since then. He has run creditably off his lower hurdles mark a couple of times this season. Padraig Roche has got Shadow Rider back to form over hurdles and he was runner-up in a Listed handicap at Cork last month. This will be his first start over the larger obstacles for well over a year and he is now rated 3lb lower as a chaser but drying ground is a concern for this fragile sort.

SHADOW RIDER hasn't really looked a natural over fences but he arrives in top form over timber and the assessor has certainly given him a major chance. R'evelyn Pleasure is a solid rival back up trip.

This can go the way of SHADOW RIDER (nap) who has been running well over hurdles and he's rated 3lb lower in this sphere

19:00 Chelmsford Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

No News has to be of interest given his most recent performances but the vote just goes to ROSE FANDANGO, who bounced back to form when winning over this trip at Wolverhampton earlier in the month. The six-year-old is only 2lb higher here and has to be respected as a result. Heerathetrack is more than capable of making the frame at this level, while So Chic should not be underestimated.

SO CHIC had been shaping up well prior to an excusable run (poor position) at Lingfield last time and, if the race is run to suit, she might be able to pick them up with a strong late challenge. No News is an obvious player following a good second at Kempton and Heerathetrack is another one who should bounce back having not been seen to best effect last time.

The vote goes to dual C&D winner DORS TOYBOY who has dropped to an attractive mark and has suggested he can take advantage.

19:15 Huntingdon Handicap Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

BALHAMBAR has proved a different proposition since been switched to handicaps over hurdles, as evidenced by his ready triumphs at Ludlow and Bangor this month. A 7lb penalty for the most recent of those wins may not be enough to prevent Harry Derham's charge from completing a hat-trick. The main challenge may come from Flight Of Freedom, who should appreciate a return to this distance, while Kado De Joie may prove more competitive in these calmer waters.

BALHAMBAR is firmly on the up for the Harry Derham yard and can complete a quick hat-trick. Although Kado de Joie failed to fire on his Ascot handicap debut his mark looks very workable on his Market Rasen juvenile win and he might give the selection most to do ahead of fellow unexposed sorts Flight of Freedom and Dancing In Brazil.

A chance is taken on GIVE ME A MOMENT, 13lb lower than when last seen over hurdles, on ground he'll like. Balhambar is next best.

19:22 Wexford NH Flat Race 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A highly competitive finale and a tentative selection is ROYAL HOLLOW who is fitted with a hood for the first time. Andy Slattery's charge was never out of the first three in five bumper starts last year and found only one too good on four occasions. She ran well on good ground first time out so her absence since October is not greatly concerning. Sansrisk had a couple of good runs over hurdles earlier in the season and has been placed in two bumpers. She will enjoy the drying ground. Holly Brook was well behind Sansrisk when a beaten favourite at Naas but had previously run creditably in a Grade 2 contest at Leopardstown. Cottesloe Diamond was third in a Fairyhouse maiden hurdle on debut and is another to consider along with Arctic Piper whose useful sister won a bumper on debut.

The suggestion is Henry de Bromhead point recruit JOUEUSE ROYALE, with confidence in her chance increased should the betting vibes be strong. Cottesloe Sunshine showed enough when third in a maiden hurdle on debut to think she could make her presence felt in a race like this, while Farfromnowhere is another interesting recruit from the pointing field.

SANSRISK was a bit below form last month but she shaped with plenty of promise on better ground earlier this season and may bounce back

A reproduction of either of those efforts would give the five-year-old a big chance once again. The aforementioned Noodle Mission has to be noted off just 2lb higher, while Epic Express edges out Revolutionise and Mr Squires to be the pick of the remainder.

A few with chances but SANDY PARADISE is knocking on the door and can gain a deserved victory at the chief expense of Overnight Oats. Mr Squires is another who can have a say on the back of his Southwell victory. The handily-weighted Signcastle City completes the shortlist.

The vote goes to EPIC EXPRESS who has returned from a break in good order. The step back up to 7f is no problem.

19:45 Huntingdon NH Flat Race (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

An open event, with only a tentative vote going to JUBILANT. The gelded son of Doctor Dino posted an encouraging third on his Rules bow in a bumper at Market Rasen last month and any improvement could make the five-year-old tough to beat. Having finished third at Hereford last time out, Strong As Steel is heading in the right direction. James Evans' inmate is feared most, ahead of Dante's Inferno.

Ben Pauling has done well in bumpers this season so his point recruit FOLLOWCATO gets the nod to make a successful start under Rules, with confidence in his chance increased should the betting vibes be strong. Strong As Steel and Jubilant may prove best of those with previous bumper experience, while Court In A Storm and Jacks Wish are newcomers to keep an eye on.

With the form of his clear Hereford third reading well, STRONG AS STEEL is the pick ahead of point runner-up Followcato.

20:00 Chelmsford Handicap (Class 6) 13f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

DAARIS didn't enjoy the best of passages when a close-up second here earlier this month and, granted some better luck, compensation could be on the horizon. The biggest threat may emerge from Devizes, who posted a solid third over 1m4f at Kempton recently and stepping back up in trip is likely to aid his cause. Any market support would make Fictional of interest on his handicap debut.

DAARIS arrives in top form and probably would have won at this course last time with a clear run, so he's worth a chance to gain compensation in a weak race. Fictional is one to note on handicap debut for an in-form stable and Devizes should give his running again.

The safest option looks to be DAARIS who is just 1-21 but looked unlucky not to win over 2m here a fortnight ago.

20:30 Chelmsford Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Dual course winner Zachary showed some improvement when tried in a hood here a fortnight ago and, having finished second to a horse that has subsequently gone in again, another bold bid is likely. However, the less-exposed PANNONICA also arrives on the back of a more encouraging display when fourth at Wolverhampton and, given he was rated 11lb higher last October, shades the vote off an attractive mark. It's Showtime appeals most of the remainder.

ZACHARY returned to his best in a first-time hood when second at this C&D a fortnight ago, form boosted by the winner scoring again since, so he is taken to add a third course victory to his name. Big Blue Boy also ran well here on his latest outing and is feared most, ahead of Quantum Force.

Preference is for BIG BLUE BOY who finished a close third over C&D a week ago and races off the same mark.

21:00 Chelmsford Handicap (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

ISLE OF SARK deserves a change of fortune after a string of near misses and this might finally be the day the consistent six-year-old gets off the mark for his current connections. Saffie Osborne knows the selection well and, with the drop back in trip being a positive, everything is in place for a big run. Ludo's Landing and Cavalluccio are also considered, with the former feared most off 4lb below his last winning mark.

A tight-knit handicap in which marginal preference is for CAVALLUCCIO who has an excellent record round here and arrives on the back of a good Kempton third. In-form duo Ludo's Landing and Isle of Sark are next on the list and can chase home Alice Haynes' likeable sort in that order.

The choice is CAVALLUCCIO (nap) who has only once been unplaced in eight starts over C&D and should appreciate the return to this trip.
