LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content, hiden content

JUST JUMP gets a tentative vote. The selection has yet to race beyond 6f but has been placed twice at Dundalk including when third to Best Suggestion in a claiming maiden last Friday. Late Night Talking filled the runner-up spot in a 7f Dundalk maiden earlier this year and wasn't beaten far at the all-weather venue last time, but he's shown little on turf. All Told has been tried over a variety of trips and was noted staying on over 7f at Roscommon last time. Georg Zhukov filled the runner-up spot over this trip at Thurles last year but has been generally disappointing since both on the Flat and over hurdles.

A chance is taken on ALL TOLD was at least running on in a handicap here last time and the forecast rain won't bother him.

MOGWLI provided Megan Telford-Kelly with her first winner when gaining the latest of seven career wins at Gowran Park this spring and again went well for the apprentice when runner-up on his penultimate start at Punchestown, with Fleetfootsoldier back in fifth. The selection handles cut in the ground so the forecast rain shouldn't be a problem. Nibras Rainbow enters calculations on his second at Listowel last week, while Tartaraghan won over 1m2f at Navan in July and remains on a competitive mark. Master Garvey, Takeachancejimmy and Goldsmith are others to consider.

Mogwli should go well if conditions soften up but Listowel runner-up NIBRAS RAINBOW won't mind what the weather does.

STILL SHE BLOOMS won over a similar trip at Killarney in July and again showed a liking for testing ground when beating all bar Dragon Of Malta (third reserve here) at Listowel last week, with Stormie Outlook about a length behind in fifth. Conditions could again be in her favour with plenty of rain forecast, while The Blue Panther rates a serious threat having overcome a lengthy absence to score in good style at Listowel, although a 9lb rise for that victory will make things a lot more difficult. Comfort Line had a number of these rivals behind when narrowly denied over 7f at Fairyhouse recently.

The locally trained RAMPAGE was runner up at this meeting off 7lb higher last year so he is narrowly preferred

This looks a nice opportunity for the Michael Grassick-trained GLORY TO BE to shed her maiden tag. Fourth at the Curragh on Sunday, the daughter of Cotai Glory has shown enough on five starts to suggest she has a race of this nature in her. Dropping back to the minimum trip and, with first time blinkers applied, she sets a fair standard. Despite being officially rated 1lb below Arklow Lad, she comfortably beat that colt when the pair met at the Curragh on her penultimate start. The latter looks the biggest danger nonetheless. Runner-up at Down Royal last time, the Kieran Cotter-trained son of Kuroshio has further scope for improvement. Miss Travers looks best of the rest.

Arklow Lad and Snowballs may have to give best to GLORY TO BE who will be well suited by the drop to 5f in first-time blinkers

Trained locally by Eamon Delany, ESCAPING THEJUNGLE can add another course and distance win. Successful here on her latest start in August, the five-year-old mare can race off an identical mark. A speedy type, she is well drawn to make the running and will be suited by any further ease in the ground. It is surely significant that Colin Keane, who was on board last time, has remained loyal. Emerald Harmony, another that has shown decent form at this track, has to be a strong contender. The Johnny Murtagh-trained filly showed that she was in peak form when narrowly going down at the Curragh last time. Others to note are Nezeeh and Kilmood Susan.

Last year's winner ESCAPING THEJUNGLE (nap) saves her best for here and she can to follow up her August C&D win off the same mark

A strong finisher when fourth over an inadequate trip last time, DUKE OF LEGGAGH can resume winning ways. Twice successful over hurdles last winter, the Michael Mulvany-trained gelding remains well treated on the Flat off a mark of 69. Terry Casey, who was on board when the five-year-old won at Roscommon in May, gets a good tune out of the Tough As Nails offspring. Miss Australie has to be of interest on her stable debut for Ado McGuinness. Fourth at the Curragh on her final start for previous connections, the filly could have some scope off a 63-rating. Former course and distance winner Arch Enemy is another with decent claims under an in-form apprentice.

Willie Mullins doesn't have many horses rated in the 60s and the chances are that ex-Polish GLADY EAGLE will win sooner or later.

Having only had the two career starts, the Jessica Harrington-trained LIFTING SAILS may have more scope than her main rivals. Runner-up on her debut at Limerick in July, the daughter of Raven's Pass went on to finish third at the Curragh on her next start. Bred to appreciate a test of stamina, she should be ideally suited to stepping up in trip here. With an official rating of 75, Kilcrea Rock sets the standard. Although somewhat disappointing to date this season, a reproduction of either of his two outings last term would almost certainly be good enough. Kasgani is also worthy of consideration despite looking somewhat limited on what he has shown in five starts thus far.

The filly LIFTING SAILS looks the one to beat on the strength of her third at the Curragh when behind a couple of useful colts.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
