14:15 Catterick (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Mossvale Diva possesses plenty of experience and has filled the runner-up spot on each of her last three outings, most recently in nursery company. However, THE LOST SOCK looks the one to be on. Roger Varian's youngster progressed from his introduction to finish second at Thirsk earlier in the month and, with further improvement likely, he could be the one to beat. Staniel Cay is another to keep an eye on.

A repeat of his Thirsk form when going down narrowly should see THE LOST SOCK tough to beat in what's probably an easier race.

14:45 Catterick (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Case Study cost 110,00gns as a yearling and her pedigree suggests she may have bundles of speed, so the daughter of Showcasing needs to be monitored closely in the betting market. However, ROGUE ATTRACTION shaped with plenty of promise when finishing six lengths clear of the third to occupy the runner-up berth on debut at Carlisle. As long as Edward Bethell's juvenile takes a step forward from that display, she could prove hard to beat. Blue Nguru completes the shortlist.

Rogue Attraction could be useful but BLUE NGURU was second last time to a filly who has since proved herself up to Group class.

15:15 Catterick (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Dream Deal appreciated the application of blinkers when scoring over C&D earlier in the month and holds an obvious chance, despite being 4lb higher. Miss Rainbow is in good form at present and is another to watch out for, but LADY BOUQUET gets the nod. Philip Kirby's filly only found one too good in this class over track and trip recently and can take full advantage of her unchanged rating.

If the blinkers work again, then DREAM DEAL confirming placings with Quercus could be sufficient for him to win again.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The unexposed TOBY TWO SCOOPS was upped to 1m4f here last time and posted his best effort to date. Beaten less than length in third, Micky Hammond's charge is taken to show further improvement for this extra test of stamina and turn the tables with Inspiring Speeches (winner). The latter bids for a hat-tick and will likely prove competitive once again, while Hidden Pearl cannot be ruled out with any confidence having won this contest last year.

Hidden Pearl is second choice but preference is for HICKTON who looks ready for this longer trip and is ridden by Hollie Doyle.

16:45 Catterick (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

DESERT DREAM was an easy winner of this contest last year and the veteran returned to form when runner-up at Beverley a fortnight ago. It could be the turn of Seb Spencer's charge once again. Bandello found only one too good at this level at Ffos Las recently and could land a blow, while Starshot landed a classified race at Newcastle last month and is another to note.

Most of these find winning difficult but not so much the veteran DESERT DREAM who won this 12 months ago and followed up in a handicap.
