14:15 Chelmsford City (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MR NUGGET finished a fair third over 1m4f at Lingfield on his most recent start and goes off an unchanged rating. The son of Oasis Dream can cope with this drop back in trip to record his second career success. Francesi made the frame over a mile at Lingfield on his latest effort on the Flat and a 1lb lower rating makes life easier, while Bohemian Breeze is another to watch out for.

Perhaps EARLY MORNING DEW will be able to notch a third C&D win, with Megan Jordan an obvious bonus, but no outcome would surprise.

14:50 Chelmsford City (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

COMING ATTRACTION got up for second in the final strides on her debut at Goodwood last month and she would have learnt a great deal from that experience. If the daughter of Dark Angel takes a step forward from that effort, she could prove hard to beat. Crimson Rose is a well-related daughter of Lope De Vega and she has to be respected on her debut for the Godolphin team. Any market confidence behind newcomer Laurasia would be interesting.

Crimson Rose is the most interesting newcomer and COMING ATTRACTION sets the standard she's gunning for.

15:23 Chelmsford City (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

JUNGLE LAND could only manage fifth over 7f at Leicester at the start of the month, but this drop in trip looks a good move for George Boughey's gelding and he has every chance of returning to winning ways back on an artificial surface. Moulin Booj is capable of being in the mix judged on his second at Musselburgh on his penultimate start, while Ziggy's Missile should find this grade more to his liking following his run in the Dash at Epsom.

Fidelius makes marginally most appeal of three Cowell runners, but strong-travelling MOULIN BOOJ should get this run to suit.

16:00 Chelmsford City (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

EMPRESS OF ALL is still learning her trade, but has shown enough to suggest she can win at this level. The daughter of King Of Change went close here before posting an improved effort when runner-up in novice company at Goodwood, and she gets the vote. Kathleen Mary finished an encouraging third at Lingfield on her reappearance. She could emerge as the main danger, given Mythical Bird disappointed when well beaten behind the selection at Goodwood.

The well-related EMPRESS OF ALL sets a clear standard on her Goodwood second. Kathleen Mary can chase her home.

16:35 Chelmsford City (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Wadacre Gomez could launch a serious challenge returning to the all-weather, while there looks more to come from the Hamilton runner-up Indalo. Saying that, it could pay to take a chance on the less-exposed JOLLY JACK TAR. A maiden winner at Lingfield, the son of Too Darn Hot looks on a workable mark for his handicap debut and first start since December, and will likely prove competitive at this level.

Jolly Jack Tar has potential but so does INDALO (nap), who looked an unlucky loser at Hamilton a fortnight ago off the same mark.

17:05 Chelmsford City (Class 4) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

DUBAI BEACH took a big step forward when returning the convincing winner at Kempton on her handicap debut. She will likely be raised by more than today's 5lb penalty in the future and Saeed Bin Suroor's filly looks worth sticking with. Hitched returns to the Polytrack with solid claims in this grade, based on his victory at Lingfield in April, while Waiting For Love is worthy of a second glance on her handicap debut.

It's tough to get away from the lightly raced DUBAI BEACH under a 5lb penalty. Waiting For Love is second choice.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
