The progressive BINIORELLA BAY was far from disgraced when finishing fourth behind some smart rivals in a Goodwood Group 3 over 7f when last seen and, tackling a mile for the first time, this looks like a good opportunity for her to return to winning ways. Mythical Bird can emerge as the main danger to the selection after her third at Kempton last time, while Protest is a newcomer to note.

BINIORELLA BAY has acquitted herself well in a pair of Group 3s on her last 2 outings and this looks a good opportunity for her to resume winning ways, especially with the longer trip likely to be within range. Protest is an interesting newcomer and would need taking seriously if the betting speaks in her favour, while Mythical Bird has a useful pedigree and could improve further.

There was promise in the well-related ENCLOSURE's debut effort on Tapeta and she's fancied to progress past Biniorella Bay.

GRAND DUCHESS OLGA impressed when winning cosily over 2m at Kempton on her penultimate start and, after shaping like she was still in good form when finishing third over the same C&D most recently, she gets the vote to score. Pfingstberg was running consistently well prior to a low-key effort over 2m at Beverley when last seen and he warrants respect. Dereham's turn in the winner's enclosure doesn't look far away either.

PFINGSTBERG has been given a nice break since disappointing on his latest start and is fancied to resume his progress. Grand Duchess Olga and Dereham are considered the main threats.

An open handicap in which DEREHAM is fancied to break his AW duck at the main expense of Easter Icon.

Telford pulled clear with the runner-up when scoring over C&D on her nursery debut and she must enter calculations, although more will be required off 6lb higher. With that in mind, preference is for BRANDYWINE FALLS, who caught the eye when staying on strongly into fourth over 6f at Redcar last week. With the step up in trip promising to suit, he looks the one to beat off an unchanged mark. Karl Carlston is also considered.

TELFORD proved a different proposition back from a break when making a winning nursery debut over C&D 33 days ago and, with potential for better still now she's up and running, another bold bid ought to be on the cards. Brandywine Falls on her first crack at 7f, The Feminine Urge and Matharu head up the dangers.

The well-related BRANDYWINE FALLS hasn't had the breaks in two nursery runs as favourite and is preferred to Matharu.

DANCING MAGIC sets a lofty standard and his recent second to a 92-rated opponent over 1m at this venue suggests he is well worth chancing back down in trip in this sort of company. Stanage is an obvious threat on official ratings and is notable back over 7f with first-time blinkers applied. Jumeirah Sea and Velvet Vortex are potential improvers to also consider.

Not a strong maiden in terms of depth but DANCING MAGIC is firmly established as a useful performer and this could be the day he gets off the mark with his promising rider taking off a very handy 3 lb. Stanage has the ability to play a lead role for all he hasn't always looked straightforward and he, along with improving filly Jumeirah Sea, head up the dangers.

With Stanage looking increasingly tricky, this could be the day DANCING MAGIC belatedly sheds his maiden tag.

PINBALL WIZARD scored readily over this trip at Wolverhampton 10 days ago and, as a previous winner on Polytrack, he has a lot going for him under a 5lb penalty with Sean D Bowen retaining the ride. Nammos made a winning start for Jane Chapple-Hyam over this C&D in August and is an attractive alternative to the selection off just 3lb higher. Hat-trick seeker Desert Dream is also feared back on the all-weather from a handy draw.

Not as competitive as the numbers suggest and NAMMOS is taken to go 2-2 for her new yard and make light of a 3 lb rise for her C&D success. Wolverhampton scorer Pinball Wizard is feared most under a 5 lb penalty ahead of Catterick victor Desert Dream.

This can go to the penalised PINBALL WIZARD, at the main expense of the well-travelled Nammos.

CLEAR JUSTICE has scope to improve at this trip and could be tough to beat in this company if building on his near miss at Brighton last month. The well-handicapped Semser, who is a previous C&D winner, is forwarded as the chief threat to the selection, although Alyara and Bakersboy are dangerous to underestimate at this level and also warrant betting checks at the very least.

CLEAR JUSTICE is already a dual scorer this term and signalled he is ready to go in again when a very good Brighton second last time out. Alyara is on a long losing run but next on the list, with Laurentia and Hurtle also in the mix.

Gary and Josh Moore send out two leading contenders with CLEAR JUSTICE just edging preference over Semser.

QUEEN'S COMPANY was only narrowly denied by a subsequent winner at Yarmouth last time out and, just 1lb higher back on the all-weather, she is taken to go one better. Recent winners Zariela and Pink Lily must enter calculations along with Aim For The Moon, who has been given some time off since posting a below-par effort in August. Chips And Rice should not be underestimated either.

CHIPS AND RICE has slipped to an attractive mark so is fancied to get back to winning ways in this tight-knit handicap. Pink Lily heads the list of dangers on the back of her Goodwood success, although Queen's Company, Midsummer Music and Idyllic can all have a say too.

This is an ease in grade for CHIPS AND RICE and she can take advantage at the main expense of Pink Lily.

Seven of SIR RODNEYREDBLOOD's career wins have come at this course, but Lingfield was the scene of his latest success in August. He remains well handicapped, despite a 3lb rise, and it is John Jenkins' gelding that shades preference. Crocodile Power ought to go well in his bid for a hat-trick, having notched up a brace of successes at Catterick recently. Ten Club is also noted.

C&D winner TEN CLUB impressed when going in at Kempton recently and is fancied to defy a penalty at the chief expense of course winner Mokaatil who is weighted to have a big say. Impeach and Vape are both well worthy of consideration too. Unico completes the shortlist.

A wind op could turn things around for Epic Express but CROCODILE POWER (nap) is on a roll and can complete the hat-trick.
Ths is the racecard key.
