13:30 Cheltenham (Class 2) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Laganhill failed to maintain his unbeaten record when well beaten in Grade 2 company at Kelso, but this should be easier and he ought to go close. Even so, JAX JUNIOR gets the vote. The six-year-old finished a close third in the Sidney Banks before finding the Albert Bartlett too much of an ask. He now sports a first-time tongue-tie and that may help eke out more. Dr Eggman got off the mark over hurdles at Limerick and is another to note.

Lucy Wadham's JAX JUNIOR gets the verdict in the hope he can run his rivals ragged from the front.

14:05 Cheltenham (Class 2) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

It was hard to not be impressed by TYPHOON FLYER's romp at Haydock last month and a 6lb rise for that triumph may prove to be lenient. The seven-year-old should have no issues with this extra distance and can complete a double. Ballytechno made the frame at Kelso on his latest outing and should go well off just a 1lb higher mark. Last year's winner Doyen Quest and Spirits Bay are others to keep an eye on.

After a good run in the Imperial Cup and with possible improvement lurking over this longer trip, SPIRITS BAY is the call.

14:40 Cheltenham (Class 1) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

Willie Mullins has a couple of strong chances in this contest, with slight preference for CLASSIC GETAWAY after his victory in the Red Mills Chase at Gowran Park. The nine-year-old has progressed with each run this season and can continue on his upward trajectory. His stable companion O'Moore Park outran odds of 66/1 to make the frame behind Caldwell Potter over C&D at the Festival and looks the main threat. Bhaloo completes the shortlist.

Another chance is given to MOON D'ORANGE, who did very well to overcome a last-fence jumping error and win over C&D two rus ago.

15:15 Cheltenham (Class 3) 28f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

YES DAY has been a revelation since going beyond 3m over fences and the hat-trick looks very much on the cards following a comfortable success at Exeter off 4lb lower. Ajp Kingdom could not have done it any easier over 3m2f at Uttoxeter in November and he is a key player, as is Regarde, who improved for wind surgery when scoring at Haydock. Chepstow winner Ask Brewster and chasing debutant Mahland also warrant consideration.

In-form 7yo YES DAY could still have significant untapped potential over marathon trips and is taken to complete a hat-trick.

15:50 Cheltenham (Class 2) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

A comfortable winner of this contest last year off 13lb lower, ZAIN NIGHTS arrives in top form once again, having scored at Newbury last month. The booking of Harry Cobden catches the eye and he can follow up at the main expense of Mr Hope Street, who was second at Newbury in December and has won over further than this before. Runner-up in the Stayers' Hurdle here just two years ago, Dashel Drasher brings plenty of class to proceedings, while Long Draw has strong claims if bouncing back to the form of December's success over C&D.

Dan Skelton's MR HOPE STREET should be fresher than a lot of these and he remains unexposed at this sort of distance.

16:25 Cheltenham (Class 2) 26f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Fergal O'Brien has farmed this race, winning the last three renewals, with Manothepeople successful last season and back for more off 3lb higher. He hasn't quite been at his best this year, but could still go close as the only C&D winner in the field. Does He Know has won four times here and warrants plenty of respect, but MORODER might be the one. A cosy winner of the Grimthorpe at Doncaster on just his third start of the campaign, he may confirm the form with the third-placed Hymac, even on these less favourable terms, and go one better than 12 months ago.

After running well for a long way in last month's C&D Kim Muir, MANOTHEPEOPLE (nap) can land this prize for the second consecutive year

17:00 Cheltenham (Class 3) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Continuance arrives in excellent form after wins at Ludlow and Fontwell and, with Freddie Keighley remaining in the saddle, he can go well in his hunt for the hat-trick. Game Colours is a model of consistency with six top-three finishes in a row, including success at Lingfield, and she deserves to pick up some prize money, but CASA NO MENTO is hard to oppose. She returns to timber after a wide-margin success over fences at Bangor and has some decent form in much better races over hurdles to call upon.

This looks very open. BIG BOY BOBBY probably faced mission impossible last time when second to a well-backed 4yo.
