11:55 Doncaster (Class 4) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

DOCTOR KILDARE hasn't looked back since joining Sam Thomas and going handicapping, winning a conditionals' event at Bangor before taking full advantage of escaping a penalty at Hereford. He has a 6lb higher mark to contend with but should be up to it. Sunshine Diamond failed in his hat-trick mission at Fontwell back in April but, as long as he is ready to roll, he should give the selection most to think about. Romeo Brown is just about the pick of the other two.

Provided DOCTOR KILDARE takes to a change of headgear, a 6lb rise might not matter all that much in this weak a handicap.

12:25 Doncaster (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

AQUA BLEU will have given connections plenty to look forward to with his debut effort when just denied by a Nicky Henderson-trained juvenile at Hereford. Improvement is anticipated, although it may not even be needed for him to go one better here. Laysoft sprung a 28/1 surprise at Huntingdon, but she was a fair way behind Big Love when they were fourth and fifth at Market Rasen prior to that.

The only runner with hurdling experience is AQUA BLEU and that was a promising start he made at Hereford.

12:55 Doncaster (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A point-to-point winner before backing it up with a NH Flat race brace, DALSTON LAD was pitched into the Champion Bumper. He understandably came up short there, and also flopped on his hurdling debut on his Cheltenham comeback, but that outing has hopefully taken the fizz out of him and he can make amends. Gillespie made the frame, albeit beaten a fair way, at Chepstow and should step forward. Matty's Getaway and Quay Item are worth a look too.

It's not hard to give another chance to useful bumper performer DALSTON LAD who was suffering from ulcers on his hurdling debut.

13:27 Doncaster (Class 3) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

A deceptively trappy contest, not least because all four are returning from an absence. Hurricane Bay was last seen winning at Fakenham, but this is a tougher test and MOON ROCKET gets the vote. The five-year-old was pulled up in the Sefton Novices' Hurdle at Aintree, but the point-to-point winner had been progressive prior and chasing promises to be more his game. Henri The Second flopped on his sole fencing effort but it's far too soon to write him off in this sphere, while similar comments apply to Bugise Seagull.

A tight race in which preference is for MOON ROCKET whose hurdling career was going well until pulled in a Grade 1 at Aintree.

14:02 Doncaster (Class 3) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Grain D'oudairies put his rivals to the sword at Kelso and an 8lb rise doesn't look particularly harsh, while it is interesting that Willie Mullins opts to send unexposed chaser Road To Home across the Irish Sea. Alien Storm and Tapley both arrive on the back of victories, as does TARAS HALLS, who shades preference. The seven-year-old landed a gamble in first-time blinkers at Newcastle a fortnight ago and he might have been underestimated by a 6lb rise.

As a chaser there should be plenty more to come from ROAD TO HOME who wasn't disgraced in a good beginners' chase last time.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DREAMS FLED AWAY has been freshened up since coming up just short in his pursuit of a double at Uttoxeter. Conditional Isabelle Ryder has been in flying form lately and her 7lb claim could prove vital once again. Both Guillaume and Inion Tiogair struck the woodwork on their latest outings, but the consistent Diesel Line drops in class and he could be a bigger threat.

It's surely only a matter of time before winning chaser GUILLAUME gets a break over hurdles and this might be the day.

15:08 Doncaster (Class 5) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

The handicapper might have caught up with Orange Diamond but he gets on well with Jack Andrews, who can claim aboard him today, and recent wind surgery could also help eke out extra. Despite that, a chance is taken on BRAVE MOVE, who made a satisfactory return at Huntingdon earlier this month. He can take a step forward, although so might Sumatran Tiger and Ballynoe Boy, who both make their handicap debuts.

The 4yo SEE THE GREEN (nap) was close up behind in-form opposition at Stratford and he is preferred over The Resdev Tyke.
