13:40 Exeter (Class 4) 18f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Our Super Six showed some promise when third in a Plumpton bumper last month and if the son of Frankel could have a big say on his hurdling bow. OAKLEY has some solid placed form in Ireland to call upon and a return to hurdles following a spin on the level at Ffos Las should see him in a far better light. Start Again is the suggestion for the minor placing on his better form.

An 11-month absence is not ideal but OAKLEY'S WAY didn't run too badly on hurdling debut and his bumper form was encouraging.

14:15 Exeter (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Offiah's Boy has won four small races on the Flat since a distant fourth over hurdles at Taunton in April and if carrying that improvement forward he might surprise a few of these. GUILLAUME has run well off higher marks and might have been found a suitable opportunity for a first win over hurdles, despite a weakening fifth over further at Kelso in September. Goodbyemick could pounce if first-time blinkers have a positive effect.

Donald McCain's GUILLAUME has run a few good races this year and rates the safest option.

14:50 Exeter (Class 3) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Fever Dream returns to hurdling after his fifth at Chepstow over fences and although this will be his first start over hurdles in over a year, he has won on fast ground and warrants consideration. Time To Bite follows a similar path winning two chases at Newton Abbot in the summer and could be the biggest danger to BALLINTUBBER BOY. A staying-on second at Hereford earlier this month, the step back up in trip appears ideal with wins over further to his name.

These small fields suit front-runner TIME TO BITE (nap) and he returns to hurdling off an appealing handicap mark.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Point-to-point winner WHERE'S CATO may not have shown much on her recent hurdling debut at Chepstow, but stepping up in trip should aid her cause on this occasion and this appeals as a winnable opportunity. Voodoo Angel has been well beaten on both starts since joining Donald McCain, but she is another who may improve for going up in distance, while That's All Folks completes the shortlist with Daniel Sansom taking off a valuable 3lb in the plate.

None of these are at all solid. WHERE'S CATO probably ran in a better race at Chepstow nine days ago.

Unspeakable won a chase at Hereford last week and could feature again allowed to race off the same mark back over the smaller obstacles. Blue In The West finished a creditable fourth over hurdles at the same Hereford meeting, but CINNODIN looks the one to side with. He finished well clear of the rest when runner-up to a subsequent handicap winner in novice company at Southwell and Jamie Snowden's charge could prove better than his opening mark of 100.

Off the same mark as for last week's win over fences, UNSPEAKABLE gets the vote.

UGO BINGO and Hillsin readily set the standard on the official ratings. The latter commands respect on just his third start after wind surgery. He was yet to make a move when he came to grief at Stratford latest and could stage a revival. However, Ugo Bingo has a bit more scope for improvement and is appealing dropping in class on his third start for Joe Tizzard. Greenways is the pick of the rest.

Narrow preference is for HILLSIN who has returned to a trainer for whom he won three times last year.

NO BOUNDARIES, a 35,000-euro purchase who is related to the high-class El Fabiolo, boasts an appealing profile and gets the vote on his debut for a yard which won the 2023 edition of this race. However, with the obvious lack of any previous form to assess, the betting market could be a useful guide. Rumba Havana, Tails Of Gold and Power Quest are all suggested as others to keep a close eye on.

Jane Williams won this two years ago and NO BOUNDARIES, who is a half-brother to El Fabiolo, could be the pick of her two runners.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
