13:25 Hamilton (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HURT YOU NEVER produced a much better effort to take the silver medal home at Catterick last month and is just 1lb higher. Adrian Nicholls' six-year-old might only need to reproduce that level of form in order to go one better. Kyber Crystal is a C&D winner who finished a fair fifth behind the selection and is likely to be thereabouts off the same mark. Refuge won this a couple of years ago and is another to note.

This can go to HURT YOU NEVER who comes into this off the back of a good effort at Catterick and remains favourably treated.

13:55 Hamilton (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MAYBERRY MOON struck at the first time of asking, despite running green, at Carlisle before finishing stone last at Pontefract. The son of Mondialiste was reported to have bled so he is easily excused that effort and can make a winning return to action. Ay Gee Ell brings lots of experience to the table and if Richard Fahey's colt puts his best foot forward, he could have a say. His stablemate Azure Zain is one to watch in the market on his racecourse bow.

The last two runnings of this novice have gone to a previous winner and can do so again courtesy of MAYBERRY MOON.

14:35 Hamilton (Class 3) 13f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

ARRANGE finished third over 1m4f at Thirsk on her return to the fray and may take a step forward from that display. The seven-year-old is a very consistent performer and she could prove tough to beat. Kitteridge arguably produced a career best when finishing fourth in Listed company at Lingfield in November and has to be taken seriously back in the handicap ranks. Of the remainder, Tafsir makes the most appeal.

The unexposed KITTERIDGE twice made the frame in Listed company last season and may be capable of even better as a 4yo.

15:05 Hamilton (Class 2) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Having proved too keen when weakening into fifth in the Feilden at Newmarket, SALLAAL could be worth chancing with that reappearance under his belt. Roger Varian's colt had previously looked one to keep the right side of after making a winning debut as a juvenile at Yarmouth and it is too soon to be writing him off. Arctic Grey cannot be taken lightly judged on his narrow opening victory at Southwell a fortnight ago and he's feared most, ahead of Obito.

The beautifully bred SALLAAL is given another chance. He pulled too hard on his Newmarket return, but retains plenty of potential.

Having finishing third on his return for the Dianne Sayer yard at Musselburgh last month, DETECTIVE makes plenty of appeal. That was the veteran's first appearance since November and any improvement could see him get his head back in front. The biggest threat may emerge from recent Ayr runner-up Starliner, who races off an unchanged mark, while the down-in-class Epidavros can make her presence felt too.

The vote goes to five-time course winner ARKENSTAAR who took this race last year and is back off his last winning mark.

The Vital Spark made all when successful over the minimum distance at Newcastle. However, he has a bit prove over this extra furlong based on previous attempts and MISTER SKY BLUE makes more appeal. Gemma Tutty's representative was having only his second start in a handicap when beaten less than a length into third over this trip at Pontefract and he has plenty of scope for further improvement. Kiss Me My Love may prove best of the rest.

Mister Sky Blue shouldn't be long in winning handicaps but THE VITAL SPARK looks well treated despite a 3lb rise for his AW win.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
