8/13(+55%) | (11) Serenetta 8/13, Fair debut, strong at the finish when third beaten 3l in a novice at Newmarket debut; effective at 7f; improvement likely. Promising third on last month's Newmarket debut; major player granted normal improvement. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

85/40(+73%) | (2) Al Qaysiyya 85/40, Too keen, below debut level when down the field in a maiden at Doncaster most recent; trainer in form; effective at 7f; better than showed latest. Promising debut, but took a step backwards next time; player if bouncing back. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (10) (40/1 -60%)Merry |
40/1(-60%) | (10) Merry 40/1, 6 Apr; Zoustar filly; half-sister to Khunan, smart at 6f; dam very useful at 5f; others stronger on debut. Some appeal on pedigree, but would be a rare winning 2yo newcomer from the yard. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (12) (20/1 -264%)Vizija |
20/1(-264%) | (12) Vizija 20/1, 13 Feb; New Bay filly; half-sister to four winners, including Substantial and Kettle Hill, smart at around 8f in Australia; dam high-class at 7f; top trainer; good chance on debut. Plenty to like on breeding for stable that gets its share of winning 2yo newcomers. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (5) (13/2 -86%)Dream Camp |
13/2(-86%) | (5) Dream Camp 13/2, 4 Apr; 250,000 euros Siyouni filly; half-sister to Alpine Trail, smart at 10f; dam smart at 12f; top course jockey/trainer combination; respected on debut. Enough to like on pedigree and stable does have winning 2yo newcomers; market informative. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (7) (40/1 -21%)Karisma's Angel |
40/1(-21%) | (7) Karisma's Angel 40/1, Moderate debut when well beaten in a maiden at Newmarket only start; bred for 7/8f; can surely do better. Last of ten finishers on her Newmarket debut in October; needs to leave that well behind. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (6) (100/1 -257%)Feisty Minx |
100/1(-257%) | (6) Feisty Minx 100/1, 20 Mar; Territories filly; full-sister to Rebel Territory, useful for the same connections at 7f; dam smart at 7f also; more of a handicap type. Something to like on breeding but would be a rare winning 2yo newcomer from the stable. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
8th (1) (25/1 -79%)Able Astra |
25/1(-79%) | (1) Able Astra 25/1, 30 Apr; Acclamation filly; first foal of dam who was useful at 7f; wide draw makes life tricky on debut, so looks an unlikely winner despite yard capable of readying one. Stable has plenty of 2yo winners first time and a market check is crucial. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
9th (3) (28/1 -56%)Angry Ant |
28/1(-56%) | (3) Angry Ant 28/1, 4 Apr; 70,000gns breeze-up purchase by Nyquist; half-sister to two winners in the US, both useful at 6-8f; likely to need this debut. Market support would be interesting but stable has few winning 2yo newcomers. |

50/1(-178%) | (9) Life After Love 50/1, 30 Mar; Palace Pier filly; half-sister to Loves Me Likearock, useful at 6f; dam smart at 5f; wide draw on debut makes things harder. Stable does have winning newcomers, but she does have a wide draw. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
11th (4) (100/1 -733%)Delevingne Dream |
100/1(-733%) | (4) Delevingne Dream 100/1, 8 Apr; 160,000 euros Churchill filly; half-sister to Making Dreams, smart at 11f; dam smart at 7f at 2yo; been done few favours by a wide draw on debut. Stable doesn't have many winning 2yo newcomers and she has the outside stall. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Al Qaysiyya failed to build on a promising debut when well beaten at Doncaster last time and has plenty to prove right now, so the vote goes to SERENETTA. This half-sister to Bluestocking and Qirat caught the eye when third on her racecourse bow at Newmarket a month ago and she should only improve for that experience. Dream Camp is a half-sister to a Listed winner and is arguably the pick of the newcomers, although Vizija and Angry Ant should not be discounted.

This can go to SERENETTA who showed plenty of promise when third on last month's Newmarket debut.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (2) (10/1 -11%)Alba Gu Brath |
10/1(-11%) | (2) Alba Gu Brath 10/1, 15 Apr; 38,000gns Study Of Man colt; half-brother to Aleas, high-class at 11f; dam high-class at 8f at 2yo; makes appeal on breeding and can't be ruled out. 38,000gns yearling; dam won Group 3 over 1m as 2yo; trainer 7-52 with 2yos here. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

6/1(-140%) | (11) Valkyrie Storm 6/1, Back to form, well placed when second beaten 1 1/4l in a novice here latest; effective at 7/8f, acts on S, AW; respected on latest. Best AW form when runner-up over C&D in October; this could take more winning. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (6) (14/1 -27%)Al Za'ama |
14/1(-27%) | (6) Al Za'ama 14/1, Poor debut, stopped quickly when well beaten in a novice at Bath on only start; from a top course trainer; bred for middle distances and has had a wind operation since. 4-1 but dropped right out on Bath debut (1m); had wind surgery since. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

16/1(+11%) | (8) Roserunner 16/1, 16 Feb; Roseman colt; first foal of a dam who was useful at 7f at 2yo; trainer respected but probably best watched on debut. Nice enough pedigree; yard 4-26 with 2yos on AW this year; worth market check. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (3) (7/2 +30%)Cranachan |
7/2(+30%) | (3) Cranachan 7/2, 4 Apr; 60,000gns Cracksman colt; half-brother to Galveston, Group-placed 8-10f winner; dam useful at 8f at 2yo; top trainer so warrants obvious respect on debut. 60,000gns yearling; yard 29% (10-35) with 2yos on AW this year; market can guide. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (5) (100/1 0%)Nando's Pride |
100/1(0%) | (5) Nando's Pride 100/1, Poor debut when well beaten in a novice over 9f at Wolverhampton on only start; bred to be effective over 7f or 8f; impossible to fancy. 200-1 for recent Wolverhampton debut (about 1m) and finished well back. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

100/1(-355%) | (7) My Mate Mackley 100/1, 15 Apr; Tasleet colt; half-brother to Money Pockets, useful at 5f; dam smart at 6f at 2yo; this trip may be too far on debut. Has a speedy pedigree so has a trip query making his debut over 1m. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ZENNOR STORM showed a very good attitude when making a winning debut over 7f here in October and William Haggas' colt can follow up, despite a 7lb penalty. Valkyrie Storm put in a career best when second over C&D last time and is likely to be in the mix once again, while any market support for Cranachan or Alba Gu Brath would have to be noted.

Cranachan is a likely newcomer but ZENNOR STORM may be able to defy a penalty with the step up to 1m likely to suit.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (4) (12/1 -50%)Brave Leader |
12/1(-50%) | (4) Brave Leader 12/1, Confirmed debut promise when fourth, beaten 11l in a maiden here last time. Effective at 8f; handicaps may be more suitable in time. Showed promise with his late headway into fourth over C&D last month; could get involved. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
6th (3) (22/1 +21%)Always A Saint |
22/1(+21%) | (3) Always A Saint 22/1, Poor debut, ground too deep when well beaten in a Nottingham novice on only start. Related to Group 1 6/7f performer Limato and should leave debut behind. Has good pedigree but he didn't show anything at a big price at Nottingham in October. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (1) (50/1 -150%)African Gib |
50/1(-150%) | (1) African Gib 50/1, Below debut level when comfortably held in a maiden at Nottingham last time; likely to want 10f+ on breeding; should do better when handicapping. Finished sixth of nine in two turf events this autumn; remains best watched for now. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10th (11) (200/1 -506%)Space Alexander |
200/1(-506%) | (11) Space Alexander 200/1, Moderate debut when well beaten in a novice here on only start. Related to 6/7f winners and improvement is likely. 40-1 and was never involved when ninth of 12 on C&D debut in October; down the list. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ONLY IN MANILA has filled second place in both previous starts, most recently at Brighton in October, and this appears to be an ideal opportunity for the gelding to go one better. Plaid also hit the crossbar on her first outing, albeit well held, and she could prove to be the main threat, ahead of Brave Leader and My Mate Roger.

This looks a good opportunity for ONLY IN MANILA, who has finished second in two 1m events this autumn and sets a fair standard.

1st (1) (10/11 +27%)Elan D'or |
10/11(+27%) | (1) Elan D'or 10/11, Travelled, improved when landing a handicap by 5l off 74 over 7f at Chelmsford last time; effective 6/7f, acts on sound surface; respected under penalty although is up in trip. Easy win at Chelmsford (7f) last week and he's a major player again under a penalty. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
2nd (5) (12/1 -85%)Zipwire |
12/1(-85%) | (5) Zipwire 12/1, Ran to form when beaten 3l off 64 here last time; effective 6-8f, acts on S, F, AW; down 1lb, respected. 0-7 but was placed over C&D last time and has claims if he gets a decent pace. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
3rd (2) (9/2 +25%)Miss Honey |
9/2(+25%) | (2) Miss Honey 9/2, Ran to her debut level when fourth, beaten 7l, in a nursery at Newmarket last time. Effective at 7/8f and acts on the all-weather. Capable of better again with the hood tried. Unexposed filly but she needs improvement with a hood added after a short break. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
4th (4) (16/1 -300%)Mariotto |
16/1(-300%) | (4) Mariotto 16/1, Too far back, best work late when beaten 2l off 71 over 9f at Wolverhampton last time; effective 8-10f, acts on S, GF, AW; improving and can go well ridden more forward down in trip. Won at Beverley before her third in a Wolverhampton nursery; respected. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (3) (5/1 -25%)Uniter |
5/1(-25%) | (3) Uniter 5/1, Back to debut level when 11l third in a novice at Haydock most recent run; blinkers first time; top course jockey/trainer combination; effective at 8f, acts on GS, AW; could do better now handicapping. Been gelded but he needs a transformation back on AW on nursery debut; blinkers added. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Mariotto finished a staying-on third over an extended 1m1f at Wolverhampton recently, so this drop in trip is a slight concern. With that in mind, ELAN D'OR looks the way to go. Stuart Williams' juvenile won with ease over 7f at Chelmsford a week ago and as long as the son of Without Parole copes with this quick turnaround, he could be the one to beat. Miss Honey completes the shortlist.

Top of the list is ELAN D'OR, who was an emphatic winner at Chelmsford last week and is a major player again under a penalty.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
7th (4) (10/1 -233%)Clouds Hill |
10/1(-233%) | (4) Clouds Hill 10/1, Off the mark with something to spare when winning a novice at Newcastle by 1 1/2l last time; effective 8f, act on G, GF, AW; more to come now handicapping. Progressive in three starts; more needed on handicap debut but that is possible.. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
11th (9) (40/1 -100%)Great Blasket |
40/1(-100%) | (9) Great Blasket 40/1, Bit wide and too keen when below form down the field in a 9f handicap at Wolverhampton most recent; suited by 8/9f; erratic and still above last winning mark. Both AW wins have come on Tapeta; last two efforts leave him with enough to prove. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Post Rider went in by just over a length at Newmarket in October but will need to transfer that form to the all-weather, so it may pay to side with BRASIL POWER. George Boughey's charge outran his odds of 22/1 to make the frame at Wolverhampton last time and, off just a 1lb higher mark, he looks the one to be with. Clouds Hill makes his first appearance in a handicap and warrants a market check.

The choice is TALIS EVOLVERE who looks to be on an attractive mark at present and has winning form over C&D.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

25/1(-25%) | (11) In Denial 25/1, 15 Mar; A'Ali filly; first foal of a dam who was useful at 5f to 6f; looks an unlikely winner on debut. Would be a rare winning 2yo newcomer from the yard. |

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10th (6) (50/1 -127%)Sun Path |
50/1(-127%) | (6) Sun Path 50/1, Modest debut when beaten 7l in a novice here; bred for 6f to 7f and has already had a wind operation. Needs to show much more. Seventh of eight on his debut over C&D a fortnight ago; looks to need more time. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Million Gold is closely related to multiple winners, with the most noteworthy being Grade 1 winner Big Evs, and the son of Earthlight is likely to go well on debut. However, ALASRAE brings plenty of experience to the table and was far from disgraced in second on his nursery debut at Ffos Las in August. The son of Havana Grey has since switched to the George Boughey yard and sets the standard with an official rating of 74. Newcomer Horwich is one to watch in the betting market.

This can go to ALASRAE who showed enough ability in four starts in the summer to suggest a race like this was within his grasp.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Sheradann has been progressing well on the all-weather with a victory at Southwell followed by him landing a qualifier over C&D in October and it wouldn't be a surprise if he could improve again. However, the vote goes to DUKE OF OXFORD. The five-year-old finished fifth in the latter contest, but that was a step back in the right direction and he bids for a third straight success in this contest. Caprelo, Sax Appeal and Artisan Dancer head the remainder.

Off the same mark as 12 months ago, DUKE OF OXFORD (nap) is taken to win this race for the third year in a row.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

The return to sprinting has seen VALLEY OFTHE KINGS in a better light, having won two of his last three starts, and a 4lb rise for the latest success at Chelmsford doesn't appear likely to stop Dylan Cunha's gelding. Mesaafi has been running well of late and the handicapper has dropped him another 1lb following his latest third at this venue. Others to note are Carbine Harvester and Mr Cool.

This can go to CARBINE HARVESTER who looks set to continue on the upgrade if a recent close third over C&D is anything to go by.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

WYLD BILL is turned out quickly after producing a career-best when scoring by 13 lengths at Lingfield. If in a similar mood, the 5lb penalty is unlikely to pose any concern. Romantic Spirit has steadily improved of late and can enter the reckoning after winning at Southwell in October, while Woodstock City and Al Rufaa appear best of the remainder.

This revolves around WYLD BILL after his 13l demolition at Lingfield eight days ago. A 5lb penalty won't stop him if in the same mood.
Ths is the racecard key.

It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.
Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.
In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.
