Three of these ran in the first juvenile hurdle of the season at Tipperary earlier this month, with FELICITY SMOAK faring best. A cheaply-bought yearling, the daughter of Gleneagles finished second at the Limerick Junction venue and went down by just a length. Bidding to win this race for the third year in a row, Joseph O'Brien is represented by Cinammon Coco. Twice placed on the level in May, it'll be interesting to see how this Persian King chestnut fares on his first try over flights. Kasper Hauser was fourth in that aforementioned Tipperary contest and should be able to make an impact, while the Henry de Bromhead-trained Urgent Whisper is another who warrants respect.

Runner-up on hurdling debut at Tipperary, FELICITY SMOAK(nap) holds the fourth-placed Kasper Hauser on that run, and should win.

The winner of a bumper at Tramore last season, AMBOYNA was still in with a chance when unseating at the final flight on her sole previous effort over flights at Fairyhouse in November. Subsequently out of action for almost seven months, she finished a respectable sixth on her return at Punchestown and should come forward from that run. Disappointingly pulled up on her most recent start at Gowran, first-time cheekpieces may have the desired effect on Neon Diamond, with this 106-rated bay the second choice. Regards To Rose has some solid efforts to her name and certainly wouldn't be winning out of turn, while Jetaway Nana, Russellsbelle and Lily Milan are others for the shortlist.

A chance is taken on AMBOYNA who was running a big race before an unseat last season and she may have needed her return over 2m

The only Willie Mullins/Paul Townend representative on this eight-race programme, COOLE CHERRY is the suggestion. Returning from a near nine-month absence, the seven-year-old was an easy winner at Kilbeggan last September and could prove nicely treated off a mark of 113. Cian Collins saddles Fiveonefive and Greatness Awaits, with both successful at the same Cartmel meeting last month. Previously trained in the UK, the latter starts off in Ireland and should give a good account of himself with a light weight on his back. On the mark when last seen at Tipperary and Ballinrobe respectively, Bitofajokelike and Winning Smut are sure to have plenty of supporters, while Zoffanien and My Gaffer are others for the shortlist in this competitive heat.

Course winner MY GAFFER may have found 2m1f against him last time out and he had looked progressive previously over further

Although out of form in recent starts, SOLITARY MAN has a fine record at Killarney and could bounce back to his best now returning to his favourite venue. Disappointingly pulled up when well fancied for the Kerry National in September, he again failed to make an impact on his return to action at Punchestown last month but is entitled to come forward from that effort. Gaelic Arc beat some smart rivals when making virtually all in this contest 12 months ago and, after a recent win at Kilbeggan, it will come as no surprise if he dominates from the front again. Five of these ran in the same Tipperary contest earlier this month, with St Faz faring best in second. Still only a five-year-old, he has a course win to his name and is a fascinating contender with Danny Mullins aboard.

A consistent sort in this sphere who was ahead of some of these rivals at Tipperary last time, course winner ST FAZ fits the bill.

This looks like a great opening for talented dual-purpose performer NURBURGRING to open his account over fences. Previously seen putting up a huge performance at Royal Ascot when finishing a staying-on second, last year's Galway Hurdle winner has race fitness on his side and this contest should put him spot on for a tilt at the Plate at Ballybrit later this month. Although 6lb wrong on official ratings with the selection, Special Cadeau can take the runner-up spot as he looks to get back on track after never figuring in an Aintree Grade 1. Amanha can complete the three after recording a comfortable success on her first start over fences around Tramore.

Just denied in the Ascot Stakes Handicap last time, NURBURGRING earlier ran his best race over fences at Cheltenham and can take this.

TIPPIN AND TAPPIN attempts to complete a hat-trick after a resurgent success in a point-to-point before staying on strongly to win a similar race in Limerick. He made a bad mistake at the second-last but still managed to muster a strong finishing effort and, with the runner-up scoring on his next showing, the form has been upgraded. Walk In Time ran well at Tipperary for second and, off a 2lb higher mark, she should have a say. Kalnoo managed to keep herself in the fight until close home over hurdles at Punchestown, so she should hold a place chance. My Friend The Wind bids to capitalise on a 13lb lower chase figure, but will need to bounce back from a non-completion at Limerick in April.

Hat-trick seeking TIPPIN AND TAPPIN can go in again from just 5lb higher with his Limerick success working out nicely

KILN TIME looks to capitalise on a 10lb lower chase mark after a below-par effort over timber at Tipperary. He won at Limerick prior to that and should have a very good chance on that basis. Meehall is only 2lb higher than for his last victory over fences when Gary Noonan's claim is taken into consideration, which leaves him as an interesting alternative, especially if over a Punchestown fall. Smallcraftwarning is well treated in this sphere and landed a gamble off this mark over timber at Clonmel last month. Last weekend's performance around Sligo can be forgiven because he met trouble at a crucial stage. The Eye Of Tulla is rapidly dropping down the weights and, off this career-low mark, he may receive some each-way support.

The weaker of the two divisions and perhaps a good chance for KILN TIME to open his account over fences after a promising chase debut

LEMON ZEST is a solid choice for John Murphy at his beloved Killarney, where he has already had winners this week. She ran very well on debut, finishing a staying-on fourth at Tipperary, and the eyecatching booking of Harry Swan really aides her cause. Elle Klassycco returns from over three years off the track with a hood and tongue-strap both reached for, which may dent some confidence. She ran very well on her second start, but the market shall inform what is expected after that long layoff. Beir Bua has shown ability so far and, out of a half-sister to Paisley Park, should be staying on.

A bit keen on debut then a bit sluggish with a hood last time when she bumped into a smart sort, BEIR BUA can take this.
