Beaten by just a length in a similar race over course and distance in March, ENOUGH ALREADY appeals strongly for a race of this nature, especially with Kaiya Fraser retaining the ride. On The Right Track has won over this trip when fresh in the past and, resuming off the same mark as when a respectable third in a deeper race at Wolverhampton in October, is entitled to be in the mix. Born Ruler disappointed last time out but may do better with the longer trip likely to suit.

BORN RULER gives the impression this step up to 1m4f should suit so Sir Mark Prescott's low-mileage 4-y-o is fancied to make a winning return at the chief expense of the handily-weighted Buxted Too. Course winner Enough Already can also have a say in an open handicap.

Top of the list is ENOUGH ALREADY (nap), who is unexposed at this trip and was an eyecatching second over C&D in March.

Rated 86 at his best for another yard, GLOBAL WARNING remains attractively weighted in comparison and, off just 63 here, the eight-year-old looks worth chancing in a wide-open contest. Daisy Roots can give the selection the most to think about if building on last month's near miss at Brighton, while dropping back in trip should be be beneficial for dual C&D winner Rabinal, who is considered off just 2lb above his last winning mark.

A few with chances but CONQUEST OF POWER didn't enjoy the rub fo the green when seventh at Chelsmford City last time and has slipped to a good mark so earns the vote. C&D winner Brunel Charm heads the list of dangers, although a solid case can also be made for Daisy Roots, Rabinal and Global Warning.

Rabinal is better than we've seen the last twice but the class-dropping BRUNEL CHARM may be the answer.

PABLO DEL PUEBLO tends to go well for Georgia Dobie and, as a four-time course and distance winner, the six-year-old has a lot going for him off 13lb below his last winning mark. Wedgewood has been in good form of late and benefits from an eye-catching jockey booking, having won under Luke Morris before. Zing Up is another previous C&D winner to bear in mind with cheekpieces reapplied after possibly going off too fast when tried in a visor on her latest start.

WEDGEWOOD has highlighted she's ready to strike from her reduced mark in handicaps over C&D/Wolverhampton in recent weeks and she looks to hold sound claims here. The returning Zing Up and Pablo del Pueblo may well emerge as the chief threats.

Wedgewood's claims are obvious but she's taken on with PABLO DEL PUEBLO, who is well treated and in an easier race than usual.

ROSA APPLAUSE confirmed the promise that she displayed on debut when winning easily at Wolverhampton in November and the daughter of Blue Point merits the utmost respect on her return to action. Dance And Romance won on her racecourse bow at Southwell recently and is clearly the main threat to the selection. The rest do not inspire a lot of confidence, but Princess Jastar is the pick of them.

ROSA APPLAUSE looked a filly to keep on side when running out an authoritative winner at Wolverhampton in November and she can overcome an absence and follow up. Dance And Romance looked a good prospect herself when successful on debut 3 weeks ago and she rates the chief threat, ahead of Princess Jastar.

Dance And Romance has the benefit of a recent outing but ROSA APPLAUSE achieved a bit more in her two runs last November.

CRIMSON ANGEL has not been beaten far on either start so far this year and the step back up to 6f could help Clive Cox's filly to earn her third career victory. Another Thought failed to fire on her final start as a juvenile but is a player based on her previous performances, while Cinque Verde edges out Violets Star to be best of the rest.

Course-winner CRIMSON ANGEL has shaped well twice since the turn of the year, including with a view to stepping back up to this trip when fourth at Wolverhampton 31 days ago, and Clive Cox's filly appeals as being on an exploitable mark. Jungle Charm, below par at Catterick 2 days ago, is feared on the pick of her form, whilst the return to AW will see Cinque Verde in a much better light.

Cinque Verde will be happier back round here but CRIMSON ANGEL looks the way to go, back up to 6f and with 7lb coming off.

Despite 20 races and three wins on the all-weather, this will be the first time that STRATEGIC FORTUNE has raced here. That said, his trainer won this contest 12 months ago and the son of Power has won off this mark before, so he could well have a big say in the finish. Platinum Prince would be the obvious danger after a neck second at Chelmsford off 1lb lower last month, leaving the returning Magical Dragon as a tentative suggestion for third.

This looks wide open but EDMUND IRONSIDE can boast a course win and has fallen to a handy-looking mark so gets a tentative vote at the chief expense of recent Brighton scorer On The Nose. Certain Style, Strategic Fortune and Platinum Prince all command respect too.

A weak contest where the suggestion is PLATINUM PRINCE, who can go one better than his revived effort last time now back here.

SUNSET IN PARIS failed in his hat-trick bid when a well-beaten fourth at Brighton last month, but a return to the all-weather may see him get back to winning ways. Come On John looks the biggest danger after his Chelmsford fourth, while Forever Proud isn't one to ignore if bouncing back to the form of his success here in February.

COME ON JOHN rates the pick of these weights so is fancied to gain a deserved victory in a tightly-knit handicap. C&D winner Sunset In Paris rates a big threat however, while Bbob Alula, Chourmo and Gilbert all need factoring in too.

The suggestion is SUNSET IN PARIS, who returns here in good order and if able to hold that form, should be a big player.
Ths is the racecard key.
