13:37 Ludlow (Class 4) 15f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

AMANCIO was successful on the level at Newbury back in the spring and also won when last seen in this sphere at Chepstow in April. Faye Bramley's charge is narrowly preferred to Ocean Conquest, who drops to novice company after being outclassed in a handicap at Ascot when last in action. A taking winner of a bumper at Ludlow earlier in the month, Snatch A Glance is an intriguing prospect on his debut in this sphere.

Seemingly the less inclined to date either to take a grip or contest the pace, LORD CAUVELLIERE is preferred to Snatch A Glance.

14:07 Ludlow (Class 4) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A confident vote goes to MINI FORTUNE, who could not have done it any easier at Ffos Las last week and a 7lb penalty for that success is largely offset by 5lb claimer Callum Pritchard taking over in the saddle. Now with new connections and an easy winner at Doncaster on her penultimate start, Loud And Proud must be noted on her return. Another Day Out can step forward from her distant third over C&D most recently.

If she responds the right way to her wind operation, KIT'S COTY can get her chasing career back on track ahead of Mini Fortune.

14:37 Ludlow (Class 4) 21f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A taking winner over 2m at Worcester, CELESTRON STAR looked like a mare on top of her game and stepping up in trip could eke out further improvement in the five-year-old. A tad lucky to score at Bangor, Dothejive is still open to further progression and should be thereabouts. Ask Peter has yet to put it together since joining Anthony Honeyball, but the rise in distance may aid her cause.

Unextended in winning at Worcester last time and set to appreciate this longer trip, CELESTRON STAR is taken ahead of Dothejive.

15:07 Ludlow (Class 3) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

YES DAY looked to be getting into contention when falling four out over C&D and he may be able to gain compensation off the same mark. Twice a winner last season, he relishes quick ground and is preferred to the returning Histrionic, who is a point-to-point winner so has plenty of potential on his debut in this sphere. Due to go up 3lb after his success over hurdles at Ffos Las last week, D'jo Dela Barriere is another to note on the switch back to chasing.

Histrionic is respected but YES DAY is already a dual winner over fences and was returning to form when falling here 15 days ago.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

TOUCHWOODEXPRESS, Tankardstown Diva and Prince De Juilley are all bidding to complete doubles, but preference is for the first-named. The Twiston-Davies' charge appreciated the return to this discipline when going in by three lengths at Newton Abbot and might have been let off lightly with just a 2lb rise. Prince De Juilley showed improvement in a first-time visor to score at Stratford, but blinkers being reapplied raises a question mark.

One of three last-time handicap winners, TOUCHWOODEXPRESS (nap) is comfortably the least exposed. Tankardstown Diva is next best.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Olivia Kate's sole career success came over C&D and she may strip fitter for her reappearance fifth over an inadequate trip at Chepstow earlier this month. However, MATCHADAM was well fancied when only fourth at Southwell in May and has since undergone a wind operation. With the Tom Lacey string in fine order and the possibility of more to come on just his third handicap outing, he looks the one to side with. Briery Butterfly isn't ruled out either.

He may want further but MATCHADAM has had a wind operation since failing favourite backers last time and he's given another chance.

PEP TALKING hasn't finished outside the top two in any of his last four starts, most recently taking the silver medal home at Huntingdon, and he goes off an unchanged mark. Billy Aprahamian's seven-year-old drops in grade and could take full advantage. Pooroldmackley was well beaten in third at Newton Abbot last month, but is 1lb lower and may get closer. Stardhem looks best of the rest.

The booking of Gina Andrews and a good reappearance outing are sufficient to gain PEP TALKING the verdict over old rival Stardhem.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
