17:15 Market Rasen (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A confident vote goes to JOUEUSE ROYALE, who struck the woodwork over 2m at Uttoxeter on her UK/stable debut last month. Stepping up in trip looks certain to have a positive effect given the way she finished that day and this represents a fine opportunity. Taktique Gagnante, second on her last couple of starts, must feature prominently in calculations. That being said, Kottayam was only a place behind the selection latest and could prove to be a bigger threat.

This looks a good opportunity for JOUEUSE ROYALE to get off the mark after her pleasing second last time. Voodoo Angel is next best.

17:50 Market Rasen (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

NAP HAND was useful on the Flat so it would have been no great surprise that he proved too strong for a similar field when back over hurdles at Stratford last month. The penalty incurred for that success is unlikely to stop Alan King's gelding from going in again, although Squeezebox could be a threat if taking to this new discipline. Quintus Arrius heads the remainder.

This looks a match between Stratford winner NAP HAND and hurdles newcomer Squeezebox and the former's experience gives him the edge.

18:23 Market Rasen (Class 4) 17f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Despite being 7lb out of the handicap, it might pay to side with PROSPECT HOUSE. Peter Niven's charge seldom runs poorly here, emphasised by two victories and two recent seconds this campaign, and this could be a good opportunity to go one place better. Dream Jet was no match for an impressive winner at Perth but is respected down in class, while others to note include Harel Du Marais and Mix Of Clover.

Despite him being 7lb wrong, this can go to course specialist PROSPECT HOUSE. Mix Of Clover holds claims and is second choice.

18:53 Market Rasen (Class 5) 21f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

A highly creditable second in his bid for a double over 3m here, RIBEYE narrowly sets the standard on recent form and dropping back in trip should not inconvenience him too much as he looks to land a sixth career success. That may come at the main expense of I Am Rocco, who caught the eye on his first run for new connections when third at Worcester last month. Runner-up on each of his last four starts, Getthepot is expected to be thereabouts again.

The vote goes to COULDBEAWEAPON, who has been a bit frustrating over fences but is interesting back up in trip with new headgear.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A comfortable winner over this distance on his first run back from wind surgery at Worcester, ERNEST GRAY is likely to have plenty more improvement forthcoming and he can follow up off 4lb higher. Olivers Travels has run with credit in handicap chases over further the last twice and is comparatively well treated in this sphere. Donnie Azoff aims to rediscover the form that saw him score at Uttoxeter in May.

Although he hasn't run to his best on his last few starts, GALATA BRIDGE has his ideal conditions and is now tried in cheekpieces.

20:03 Market Rasen (Class 5) 18f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

A hefty 20lb rise will make life tougher for SIXTY PLUS after scoring at Worcester last month, but he could not have done it any easier the last twice and a slight drop in trip may suit as he attempts to complete the hat-trick. A revelation on the back of wind surgery, Game Beaaa arrives with claims after successive wins here, while Play Pretend looks to build upon a narrow victory at Worcester, for which he has a 2lb rise to deal with.

This contest may be dominated by the three who won last time out, with preference for GAME BEAAA (nap). Sixty Plus is second choice.
