LISTENTOYOURHEART has some smart bumper form to her name, including her fifth in a Group 2 event at Aintree in April, and she goes for the in-form Dan Skelton stable. The daughter of Getaway looks to have found an ideal opportunity on her hurdles debut. Tilly's Gunner is related to a few winners and she would be interesting if the market speaks in her favour, while Pure Gold looks best of the rest.

LISTENTOYOURHEART is a potentially useful recruit to hurdling based on her bumper exploits, so her claims are crystal clear in a weak-looking affair. Pure Gold and newcomer Tilly's Gunner can battle it out for minor honours.

Having shown plenty of promise in bumpers LISTENTOYOURHEART is the one to beat with Now Then Wendy likely to be her main danger.

MALINKA accounted for Torrent (second) in commanding style on heavy ground at Cartmel and she might have plenty more to offer on only her second start in this sphere. Jennie Candish's filly looks well placed to go in again. Torrent has subsequently struck at Newton Abbot and he might prove the main threat again, while any market support for newcomer Liam Swagger with Sam Twiston-Davies booked should be noted too.

A useful-looking renewal of what has been a good juvenile over the years and LIAM SWAGGER is taken to make a successful start in this sphere. A fairly useful and consistent maiden on the level, he's related to a couple of winning hurdlers and makes plenty of appeal. There might not be much between Cartmel 1-2 Malinka and Torrent, the latter having won again since at Newton Abbot. Model Approach also makes some appeal starting out in this code.

James Owen's LIAM SWAGGER was the best of these on the Flat and is related to a couple of hurdles winners so can make a winning debut

ANOTHER DAY OUT made every yard of the running to score in this grade at Huntingdon in May and the handicapper might have been kind to only put her 4lb for that triumph. If Martin Keighley's six-year-old returns in similar form, she could prove very tough to beat. Ginger Pointe wasn't disgraced when fourth at this level at Worcester earlier in the month and he should go well off a 1lb lower rating, while Jolie Baie is another to note.

Not as competitive as the numbers suggest and GINGER POINTE is fancied to quickly resume winning ways on the back of his very good Worcester fourth. Huntingdon-scorer Another Day Out is feared most with in-form Layerthorpe another who can have a say.

This looks a good opportunity for GINGER POINTE to bag a second chasing win for Danny Brooke on the back of his good Worcester fourth

PISGAH PIKE hasn't stood much racing over the past couple of years, but he has worked his way back to form and ended a drought with a gritty triumph at Worcester. A 5lb rise still leaves him on a handy mark and he can continue to make up for lost time. Got Grey hasn't broken sweat in winning twice since joining the Skeltons and is a big danger, despite the 11lb hike for his Bangor victory leaving him just out of the handicap. Saint Riquier has been flying on the level and bids to books his ticket to the American Champion Hurdle.

GOT GREY takes a jumps in class but he's had loads to spare when winning twice in recent weeks and can make it 3-3 since joining Dan Skelton. Saint Riquier has made hay on the Flat since returning from a long lay-off and is feared most ahead of Chris Gordon's Our Champ, who was at the top of his game when last seen in the spring and won on his reappearance last autumn.

It's hard to ignore GOT GREY (nap), who is improving fast for Dan Skelton and taken to overcome a 12lb weights hike

Chris Ward and IMAC WOOD have struck up a fine partnership and the six-year-old has won half of his 12 chase starts, most recently at Uttoxeter in July. There should be even more to come from him and he is preferred to Small Bad Bob, who was successful over the smaller obstacles at Huntingdon when last seen. Envious Editor put in a solid effort to fill the runner-up berth at Worcester, while Jet Plane's hat-trick bid ended in failure at the Scottish National meeting and he is 4lb higher for his return.

No shortage of in-form sorts in this small-field affair including IMAC WOOD. He enhanced his excellent strike rate over fences (well backed) at Uttoxeter (20f) in July and, still only a 6-y-o, there's a suspicion he could yet have more to offer. Jet Plane, on seasonal bow, and Francky du Berlais head the dangers.

In an open race the vote goes to veteran FRANKY DU BERLAIS, who has a good record here and has been in decent form this summer.

UNITED FRONT was no match for a comfortable winner on his handicap debut at Newton Abbot last month, but that rival has gone in again since. Fergal O'Brien's gelding is just 1lb higher today and, given that he's open to further improvement over hurdles, the son of War Front looks more than capable of going one better. Recent Newton Abbot scorer Karannelle can give a good account of herself from 3lb higher, while Golden Moonshake warrants a market check, now fitted with cheekpieces on his handicap bow.

OPERA KING looks leniently treated on bumper form, so he's worth chancing now handicapping on return from a break for a yard that excels around this time of year. United Front could improve further in this sphere, so she's respected along with Karannelle.

In a modest race the unexposed UNITED FRONT, a good second on his handicap debut last month, is taken to win from Opera King.

GARITSA BAY left it late to get up over 2m at Worcester in June and, with the return to further in his favour, a 3lb higher mark looks well within range. The son of Walk In The Park gets the vote over Barenboim, who could show more on his second start following wind surgery. Prospect House hasn't been seen for just shy of a year, but that was a C&D triumph and he will be a threat to all if ready to roll following the absence.

Though BITSNBUCKLES has failed to back up his Huntingdon handicap debut success in two subsequent starts, he will have every chance if able to get back on track following a break, which is a plausible scenario with his yard in such good form. Garitsa Bay is second choice ahead of Prospect House, who struck over C&D in a division of this race when last seen 12 months ago.

The choice is GARITSA BAY who is one of the few in the race to have solid recent form. Prospect House could also go well.
Ths is the racecard key.
