STAR OF SAPPHIRE kept the winner of a Bellewstown maiden more than honest when second on debut last week. She was nicely clear of the third home and sets a good standard for the newcomers to surpass. The Right One was an excellent second at 80/1 on debut at Cork, but didn't really build upon that when fifth in Down Royal. She was keen that day so, if settling better, would be a big player. Chapel Lane is a well-related sort who could show plenty of dash, while Redemption Road is a half-brother to a Listed-placed horse. Josh Halley's twice-raced Salacious and Gavin Cromwell's debutant Wicklow Gap could also have a say in the distribution of prize money.

Little form to go on but the Bellewstown second of STAR OF SAPPHIRE stands out

WASHINGTON STREET has the beating of Sun Soldier on their clash at the Curragh where the former took second, almost two lengths ahead of the third-placed latter. Washington Street is also 3lb better off due to Jack Kearney's claim. Both horses have been placed on their last couple of starts and ought to be in the thick of the action. Johnny Murtagh's Blue Point filly Zuheila is well worth keeping an eye on in the market ahead of her debut, while Phoenix Pairc is improving with racing. Turners Cross and Pete's Dream, who drops in trip, are others in with a shout of prize money.

Washington Street rates a big player but could prove vulnerable to a speedily-bred newcomer such as ZUHEILA

It was a better class of race than this that SEND HARRY finished third in at Fairyhouse. The form received a boost when the runner-up came out and landed a valuable fillies' handicap at Naas. The form of his fourth on penultimate start in Fairyhouse has also been well franked, so this could be his time. Skillman Ave is sure to be popular after winning by a neck in an apprentice handicap in Tipperary at the start of the month. Although she got 5lb for that success, Sam Coen is now able to utilise his full claim. This Ain't Texas and El Fontenaro are likely to be in there pitching, while McIntosh showed enough ability in Britain to get involved on Irish debut.

Recent Tipperary winner Skillman Ave may struggle to confirm that form over this stiffer track with THIS AIN'T TEXAS (nap)

In-foal MY GIRL SIOUX availed of a lovely seam on the inner to sweep home in Bellewstown and could follow up. The handicapper tacked on 8lb, but that is more than offset by the booking of 10lb claimer Jimmy Dalton. Viamonte just failed by a short head in another Bellewstown sprint and has to rate a danger, while Mint Man is holding his form well and is in the hunt for another cheque. Lismacbryan Hill has been dropped 1lb after finishing third behind My Girl Sioux at Bellewstown. She has had three placed efforts this year and shouldn't be a backmarker.

ONLY SPOOFING is preferred on his 100th start. A repeat of his C&D fourth in a better race than this in May could suffice

NAUTICAL FORCE won his maiden over a similar trip at Cork in April and emerged from Royal Ascot with plenty of credit after a fourth place over further in the King George V Stakes. This could become a tactical affair and Rock Of Cashel has dictated, and won, off the front before. It wouldn't be a surprise to see him bounce back to form. Professor Longhair didn't land a blow in the Listed Tetrarch Stakes at the Curragh in May, but trainer Donnacha O'Brien was complimentary about him when he won his maiden on debut at Dundalk. The suspicion is that there is more to come from him.

NAUTICAL FORCE ran a blinder in a red hot 1m4f Royal Ascot handicap last month and this looks a good opportunity for him

RED KING was caught over further in Leopardstown, so this drop in trip could see him make the breakthrough. He raced prominently the last day and was all out in the closing stages before going down by half a length in second close home. He was far from outclassed in fifth in a higher grade over a similar trip on penultimate start in Naas. Daonethatgotaway is in a really good place with three victories and two runner-up berths in his last five appearances. He didn't feature in his one previous attempt at this sort of trip, but is now in the form of his life. You wouldn't want to be ruling out Theophilos, Dancing Steve or Eastern Wind in a good race.

The 3yo RED KING ran well on his second start at this track and will appreciate the drop in trip after a solid 1m5f run at Leopardstown

LISNADILL may be able to make the breakthrough here despite a 6lb rise for her runner-up effort at Naas recently. The Masar filly was a well-backed favourite eight days ago but failed by a neck to peg back the progressive Casheldale Lass. The front two pulled nicely clear and there looks to be a race in the selection, even after her rise. I Do Believe is interesting on her first start for Ian Donoghue. She showed improvement when staying on to finish second in a Ballinrobe claimer last time and there could be a bit more to come. Clever And Classy comes here in winning form and is another that has to be on the shortlist.

Andy Oliver's LISNADILL was narrowly denied at Naas and the improving 3yo may be able to overcome a 6lb rise and gain compensation here
