CREDO accounted for Gustavian (second) and Cloudy Glen (fifth) when scoring in ready fashion over 3m at Exeter last time and it's hard to see that form being overturned. Anthony Honeyball's veteran retains the visor added on that occasion and provided she remains in similar form, she will prove tough to beat. Good Boy Bobby possibly didn't appreciate heavy underfoot conditions when being pulled up at Wincanton last time, but he might be worth another chance. Quick Wave is noted too.

SAM BROWN has proved that he's still a smart performer on his day this season, bumping into a rejuvenated rival when runner-up in the Veterans' Final at Market Rasen, so he could be ready to resume winning ways after his fourth in a Grade 2 here last time. Anthony Honeyball looks to hold a strong hand in the race, with Gustavian next on the list ahead of Credo.

Armed with a 6lb pull, GUSTAVIAN may be able to reverse Exeter placings with Credo who commands respect all the same.
Class & Speed Card
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

EPINEPHRINE proved a different proposition when bolting up on her first start in a handicap at Kempton last time and even a 9b rise might not be enough to prevent her from going in again. Venetia Williams' mare is likely to have plenty of improvement in her, so she can take this before moving up the class ladder. Tarbuck got off the mark at Uttoxeter on his most recent start and should go well, likewise U Cant Be Serious.

EPINEPHRINE left behind a considerate first 2 runs for the stable when forging away in a well-run race at Kempton just over 3 weeks earlier and a 9 lb higher mark may not be enough to prevent the follow up. Tarbuck won a much weaker handicap at Uttoxeter recently but had plenty in hand nonetheless and warrants respect in his follow-up bid, while the useful-looking Authentic Legacy shouldn't be written off.

Off an attractive mark on his handicap hurdle debut, NAP HAND is preferred. Epinephrine is feared most.
Class & Speed Card
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

JASMIN DE GRUGY successfully completed a five-timer when victorious in good style over C&D on his latest outing and he was put up 8lb for that success. The son of Masked Marvel could have more to offer on only his third chase start and can continue his marvellous form. Superbolt finished a respectable third in this grade over 2m4f at Ludlow last time and will have no issues with this step back up in distance, while Law Of Supply is another to note.

Having completed a hurdles hat-trick back in the spring, JASMIN DE GRUGY has continued on his steep upward trajectory over fences this winter, supplementing his reappearance Southwell success in similarly good style over C&D 45 days ago. Appealing as the type to do better still, he could be up to completing the 6-timer. Law of Supply remains capable of better himself in this sphere and is feared, ahead of Zertakt in an interesting small-field affair.

The way he's going, JASMIN DE GRUGY could well defy another rise in the weights. Zertakt is second choice.

Having regained the winning thread in a novice hurdle over C&D in January, Jurancon must enter calculations on his handicap debut. However, SORCELEUR is slightly more compelling. The five-year-old arrives on the back of a close-up second in a competitive novice at Exeter and a similar performance reverting to handicap company may prove sufficient. Last-time-out winner Kap Ouest also commands attention.

An interesting handicap in which it's tough to rule out any. JURANCON tasted success over C&D in novice company last time and can take the next step up the ladder now handicapping. Sorceleur has already shown he can go well off his mark and is second choice ahead of Kap Ouest, who, like the selection, brings unexposed potential to this handicap debut.

With further progress on the cards, KAP OUEST is taken to follow up his Exeter maiden win. Jurancon is second choice.

Although BILLYTHEREALBIGRED was thwarted in his hat-trick bid when finishing second at Cheltenham in January, the five-year-old lost little in defeat. A 3lb higher mark looks more than fair for the son of Proconsul and he looks ready for this first step outside of novice handicap chase company. Coral Gold Cup winner Kandoo Kid may be heading for next month's Grand National and 2m4f may prove on the sharp side. With that in mind, a bigger threat may emerge from last month's Warwick winner Le Milos.

BILLYTHEREALBIGRED is a really likeable type and going from strength to strength over fences so can quickly resume winning ways on the back of an excellent Cheltenham second. Sandown-victor Vincenzo should find this longer distance in his favour and is next on the list, while C&D scorer Saint Segal and in-form pair Kotmask and Kandoo Kid can all have a say too. Beau Balko completes the shortlist in this cracking handicap.

Improving novice chaser BILLYTHEREALBIGRED (nap) holds particularly strong claims and is first choice ahead of Kandoo Kid.

EATON ANNE couldn't have done it any easier when hacking up over an extended 2m3f at Lingfield last time out and this upwardly mobile seven-year-old gets the vote to go in again despite an 11lb hike in the weights. Emma Lavelle has her string in fine form at present and Guard Duty did it well when scoring over 2m4f at Windsor latest, so must be of interest off 6lb higher. Loverdose is also noteworthy.

A decent race for the grade and while the testing ground should go some way to providing the stamina test that plenty of these are needing, there doesn't appear to be much pace on. That won't bother the highly-progressive LOVEDOSE who has sat close to the speed when winning 4 of his last 5 starts. He's most interesting ahead of Ninth Loch, who's shown plenty to suggest he's capable of going close from this mark, while Go To War can't be ruled out if recapturing the form of his stable debut.

Preference is for NINTH LOCH who has not been with Harry Derham long and shapes as if he'll be suited by today's step up in distance.

THERE RUNS MARY got the better of Hill In Brazil (second) when the pair met in a Wincanton bumper in January and that form line looks the key to this contest. The former did it cosily on that occasion and, with the promise of more to come, she gets the vote to confirm her superiority despite being 4lb worse off at the weights. Ace Artist is a half-sister to a smart Flat performer and she looks the pick of the remainder.

THERE RUNS MARY and Hill In Brazil dominated a Wincanton bumper a month ago and they may well come to the fore again. The latter is 4 lb better off this time but the former arguably boasts more scope for improvement, so is selected to come out on top again. There are a trio of interesting Rules newcomers in opposition, too, notably Heron In The Park.

Hill In Brazil shaped nicely on debut at Wincanton but despite a pull in the weights may again be vulnerable to THERE RUNS MARY.
Ths is the racecard key.
