Jujubella arrives following a career-best performance here when benefiting from a step up in trip to beat Come On John by four and a half lengths at the start of the month. A 7lb swing in the favour of the latter makes it interesting, though, but KHANGAI appeals most. A winner at Southwell last time, the five-year-old doesn't appear to have reached his ceiling yet and is expected to cope with a 3lb rise.

JUJUBELLA won with plenty in hand last time and there could be more improvement to come for this step up in trip. James Owen's horses are running well and Come On John and Khangai should continue that trend.

This could go the way of Lucinda Russell's progressive JUJUBELLA who opened her account in good style here recently and can follow up

William Dewhirst has found a new lease of life over the past couple of months with Ben Haslam's gelding a three-time winner over C&D. Starliner (third) and KING'S SCHOOL (fourth) were in behind the five-year-old last week and there is every chance the latter might be able to get his head back in front. He was seeking a hat-trick of victories when slowly away in that contest and is 5lb better off due to the winner carrying a penalty.

A trappy contest with very little to separate most of these runners. SWISS ACE is now 2 lb below his last winning mark and that could make the difference today, as could the booking of the excellent Billy Loughnane. King's School wasn't suited by the run of the race here 6 days ago and he should be in the mix, along with Starliner who often goes well at this venue.

Gemma Tutty's dual C&D scorer KING'S SCHOOL didn't enjoy the rub of the green when fourth over C&D last time and edges the verdict.

SHOW ME SHOW ME had been running consistently well in defeat prior to getting back to winning ways over C&D on New Year's Day and the eight-year-old makes plenty of appeal in what looks to be a winnable contest on paper. Water Of Leith is expected to be in the mix after his latest success here, while Above and Darlo Pride appear best of the remainder.

WATER OF LEITH did well to run down one more prominently placed given the modest early gallop over C&D 12 days ago and is the percentage call to follow up. Darlo Pride and Show Me Show Me are feared most.

Jim Goldie's reliable WATER OF LEITH looks the way to go having done well to overcome a steady pace when scoring over C&D last time.

260,000gns purchase SHE'S THE DUCHESS is a half-sister to Lake Forest, who won the Gimcrack in 2023. George Boughey's three-year-old looks to have been found a winnable race on her first start and she could make an instant impression. Anwaar is related to plenty of winners and she would be interesting if the market speaks in her favour, while Memardee will be looking to put her experience to good use.

SHE'S THE DUCHESS stands out on paper and is taken to do the business on debut. Anwaar is another newcomer who commands respect, with Memardee the pick of those with experience.

Newcomer SHE'S THE DUCHESS hails from a family chock full of winners and represents last year's winning stable so she gets the nod here.

PALS BATTALION successfully completed a C&D double when scoring by a neck here last month and the handicapper might have been kind to only put him up 2lb. David O'Meara's four-year-old was worth more than the winning margin suggests on that occasion and he could prove very hard to beat. Mondammej carries a 4lb penalty for his victory over 5f at this venue six days ago and is likely to be thereabouts. Airman takes a drop in grade and is another to note.

A breathing operation appears to have helped iron out MONDAMMEJ's quirks and the 8-y-o is taken to deliver another success at this track, where he has won three of his five starts since undergoing the aforementioned procedure. The hat-trick seeking Pals Battalion should be on the premises once more, while the down-in-class Airman and How Impressive are both more than capable of taking a hand in the finish, too.

Antony Brittain's MONDAMMEJ(nap) has been revitalised by a wind op and gets a confident vote to follow up his stylish recent win here.

Now that PARIS LIGHTS has regained the winning thread after a taking success over C&D last time out, there is likely to be plenty more to come from the son of Siyouni. Paul Midgley's charge can uphold form with Tasever (third), who scored over 7f here last Wednesday. Cusack should appreciate dropping back in trip after being worn down late on over 1m2f here last month.

The vote goes to TASEVER, who looked better than ever when striking over 7f here last week and it makes sense that connections are getting him out again quickly, as it's highly likely that he'll go up by more than the 5 lb penalty he carries in this contest when reassessed. Profitman wasn't beaten far when fifth at Kempton recently and he is feared most ahead of Commander Crouch and Cusack.

Patrick Morris' TASEVER goes really well here and is hard to side against under a 5lb penalty for his emphatic victory here six days ago

Turned out again quickly after being narrowly denied over C&D on Friday, TOMORROW DAY can gain compensation off the same mark with Owen Lewis taking off a valuable 7lb in the plate. All four of his career wins have come at this track and the son of Adaay gets the vote ahead of Beneficiary, who should appreciate going back up in trip. Tickets is another to consider.

BENEFICIARY bounced back from a low-key effort at Southwell when seeing off 9 rivals there earlier this month, prior to finding just one too good under a penalty at this course on Friday. The 6-y-o is now effectively 2 lb lower and the return to this trip looks a good move. Tomorrow Day was also runner-up on the same card and is likely to be firmly in the mix once more, while Tickets could also have a part to play.

This can go the way of TOMORROW DAY who started 2025 with a promising C&D second and can bag a fifth win at the track off the same mark
