15:00 Newcastle (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Sweet Kiss occupied the runner-up berth in heavy conditions at Nottingham last month and commands respect, but it may pay to side with GOLSPIE. Patrick Morris' charge made the frame over course and distance on Saturday and provided the son of Ribchester copes with this quick turnaround, he could be the one to beat. Percy Willis may also have a say.

King Chaos commands respect but SWEET KISS (nap) is the selection having bumped into a subsequent winner at Nottingham last time.

15:30 Newcastle (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The consistent Educate has gone close on his last three starts here and another solid bid is expected from Jim Goldie's charge. However, his conqueror at the start of the month, PRINCE ACHILLE, bounced back to form on that occasion and is taken to confirm that form, despite a 5lb rise. Mystical Maria can be forgiven her latest effort at Nottingham and is capable of being in the mix.

Prince Achille is second choice behind SHIMMERING SANDS who is on a handy mark and should appreciate the return to this trip.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

BLACK MISSILE appeared to not get home when tried over 6f at Southwell and is better judged on his debut effort at Leicester over this distance. Julie Camacho's colt gets the vote to bounce back from his latest display, with Zoustar Dreams looking to be the main danger after finishing second at Southwell. Harlequin Bay is entitled to step forward from his first start.

Preference is for ZOUSTAR DREAMS, who is a half-sister to some useful sprinters and was a promising second at Southwell three weeks ago.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

RING OF GOLD's winning run came to an end over 7f here last month, but that was still a promising effort and it would be no surprise to see him bounce back to winning ways in this company. Pisanello hasn't won for a while now but is more than capable of making the frame, while Coolree and Volenti are others to note.

Second Fiddle turns out quickly after finishing third here on Monday but VOLENTI is selected to notch his fifth C&D win.

The recent C&D winner INVINCIBLE ANNICE has been found an ideal opportunity to follow up, despite having to carry a 6lb penalty. Ardaddy failed to fire here last week but is a player based on his previous Southwell success. However, Teardrops may be the main threat to the selection having put in a career best when third over this track and trip recently.

This may go to TEARDROPS, who gave a good account last time and may be able to get off the mark.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Last week's C&D winner Tiriac could be vulnerable under a 5lb penalty and the vote goes to TRUE PROMISE. The four-year-old arrives here on the back of two narrow defeats at Southwell in recent months and the return to 5f may help his chances of going one better here. Dandy Dinmont, second to Tiriac last time, is another with claims and completes the shortlist.

Preference is for the consistent DANDY DINMONT, who was unlucky at the start here last time, when second to the penalisted Tiriac.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

SPUN TO GOLD has won his last two starts and Jim Goldie's gelding can defy a 4lb rise for the latest of those wins at Southwell to make it a hat-trick here. The recent C&D third Catherine Chroi is likely to be in the mix once again, while Asadjumeirah edges out Em Jay Kay to be the pick of the remainder.

Spun To Gold is respected in his bid for the hat-trick but CATHERINE CHROI may be able to take advantage of a good mark.
