13:15 Perth (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Bumper winner HUNTERS SPRING is held in high regard by her connections and appears to be the most solid option on her hurdling debut after her second at Newcastle in March. Stable companion Chanonry Point might follow her home as the point-to-point/bumper scorer could improve sporting a first-time tongue-tie. Of the others, keep a close eye on Market Rasen third Centurion's Sister.

This can go to TROPICAL TWIST who arguably ran better than the bare form suggests when fourth at Downpatrick recently.

13:50 Perth (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

JENTOBELLO is proven on the going with bumper wins at Kelso and Market Rasen. He may be able to put his hurdling experience to good use and come home in front of Keep Tabs On You, who failed to land the odds when third on his Ayr debut. Fergal O'Brien's gelding has had wind surgery since and is respected, while Scorpio Rising would have finished much closer at Ffos Las barring a mistake at the last.

Preference is for SLEEDAGH, who kept on well for second in a course bumper on his rules debut in April and now moves up in trip.

14:25 Perth (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Platin Moon deserves a second glance after finishing second at Kelso when last seen. Gemini Man arrives in form after a win at Hexham and a second here last month, but he could have to settle for another place if NATHAN WELLS repeats his C&D win in late-September. He does have 5lb more for that success, but gets on well with Alan Doyle and they might follow up.

The 7yo GEMINI MAN might be the answer. The 5lb claim of William Maggs should come in handy.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

Tripoli Flyer won a Grade 2 novice hurdle at Kempton last season prior to finishing third in the Champion Novice Hurdle at Punchestown. Not the most fluent hurdler, despite his ability, he could be worth taking on with JET TO VEGAS over the larger obstacles. The latter was also useful over timber, having won a Grade 2 at Kelso, and the brother to a winning chaser could prove even better over fences. Kingston Pride has a bit to find on these terms.

Seriously impressive in the Grade 2 Dovecote novice hurdle at Kempton in February, TRIPOLI FLYER might be the answer here.

16:40 Perth (Class 4) 20f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MOUNTAIN MOLLY is progressing nicely and mark of 106 looks workable for her handicap debut. Having finished full of running to land a C&D novice hurdle last month, the Lucinda Russell & Michael Scudamore-trained mare has plenty to recommend her in this company. Diamond Geezer returned from a break with a respectable second at Worcester last month and is a serious danger with cheekpieces applied. Burning It Up is also unexposed in handicapping terms and has each-way claims.

Second to very well treated rivals in his first two handicaps, DIAMOND GEEZER (nap) can open his account here.

17:15 Perth (Class 4) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

SPIT SPOT was a comfortable winner over this course and distance last month and a 7lb rise might not prevent the consistent six-year-old form expanding on her burgeoning record at this venue. The hat-trick seeking Stiletto is another must for the shortlist, especially with Sean Bowen retaining the ride. However, this is a stiffer test for the gelding and more is required off a career-high mark. Blakey Boy is of low-mileage and can also figure.

Cases can be made for a few of these but SPIT SPOT was an emphatic C&D winner when upped to 3m last month, and she gets the vote.
