The five-year-old was bought for 75,000 pounds after an encouraging second in an Irish point-to-point and he is expected to hit the ground running on his Rules bow. Connells Cross has already proven herself a useful bumper performer by winning here, although she is burdened with a penalty as a result. Smart Order is from the family of Lady Buttons so is the most interesting of the newcomers.
