CAPE PRIMROSE ran a nice race on her debut at Naas three weeks ago and can step forward to open her account. The St Mark's Basilica filly was to the fore throughout and just faded a touch late on when finishing fifth to stable companion Port Ferdinand. With the run under her belt, she could prove the one to beat. Joseph O'Brien saddles four and Dylan Browne McMonagle partners Green Carrera. She may improve from her initial effort at Gowran last month. Mother's Day, a stablemate of the selection, is a daughter of Frankel from the exceptional family of Minding and Tuesday.

Ballydoyle's Mother's Day has a stunning pedigree but stablemate CAPE PRIMROSE can be expected to improve on her second start

Joseph O'Brien's DUKE OF CUMBERLAND (nap) was narrowly defeated at Naas three weeks ago and he should relish the step up in trip

A chance is taken on MYTHICAL ROCK getting off the mark after an eyecatching run at Bellewstown last week
Class & Speed Card

This can go to SPY who has been in good form over timber and has untapped potential at this trip on the Flat

The filly JUSTENZIA gets the nod having had excuses on her last 2 runs and this sort of trip could eke out more

SORRENTINO can gain a deserved win under Flat rules. The New Bay gelding has been running in some hot enough amateur events this year, finishing runner-up twice. He was a solid enough fourth on his most recent outing at Listowel behind a smart sort in Lark In The Mornin and a similar effort should be enough to get the job done now. Dream On Baby looks like an obvious danger. Emmet Mullins' smart hurdler has been placed on both her runs in Flat maidens and is a consistent sort. Young Churchill has a bit to find off his mark of 71 but could be place material.

A few of these have to prove their stamina but there will be no such concerns for SORRENTINO who can get his head in front
Class & Speed Card

GRANN'S BOY looks on a nice mark here back on the Flat. The Zoffany gelding has been progressive over hurdles this year, winning twice and going up 17lb as a result. He has slipped 3lb since last seen on the level last year and may be able to make use of that rating now. Goin' showed more when third at Down Royal 10 days ago and could be a danger. Colin Keane is a positive booking now for the Nathaniel gelding. Plunkett Street was no match for easy winner Ehteyat at Listowel last time but it was another solid effort from a consistent performer. He looks likely to be in the money again today.

Now rated 126 over hurdles after winning at Listowel 12 days ago, GRANN'S BOY can take advantage of a generous mark back on the Flat
