The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Plenty arrive with a chance, but it could pay to side with recent Newmarket scorer BORN A REBEL. This represents a drop in class for Patrick Owens' inmate and she remains on a competitive mark, despite a 4lb rise. Rogue Dynasty struck at Chester on her first outing for James Owen's yard and she has the scope to progress further. Spirit Of Breeze, who went close at Chepstow last time, is not out of it either.

This can go to ROGUE DYNASTY (nap) who got off the mark at Chester this month. The main danger is Spirit Of Breeze.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

The strength of STARLIGHT TIME's Epsom debut success is up for debate, but he showed plenty of ability nonetheless. The son of Time Test faces a tougher test under a penalty, but he is potentially above average and Roger Varian's colt looks worth sticking with. Half Sovereign came good at Ayr on only her second start and further progress looks likely, while Monastry made a promising introduction at Haydock last month and he could should not be overlooked.

Preference is for STARLIGHT TIME who ran out a ready winner on his debut and can follow up. The main danger is Half Sovereign.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

String Of Pearls won in comfortable fashion over 1m4f at Goodwood last month. She appeals as the type to progress upped further in trip, but the same can be said of LITTLE SAVER. Hugo Palmer's charge showed a determined attitude when runner-up over 1m4f at Newmarket on his handicap debut and he looks capable of winning off his current mark on that evidence. A recent winner at Thirsk, Green Team appeals most of the remainder.

Preference is for STRING OF PEARLS who strikes as one to follow now that she has won her first race. The main danger is Green Team.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Fourth over C&D 12 days ago, MARINAKIS would have gone close were he not denied a clear run inside the final furlong. Compensation could be on the cards for Ian Williams' charge at the main expense of reopposing winner Kilima. The three-year-old warrants respect in his current mood and should not be taken lightly. Stablemate Saxon Land is the pick of the remainder.

The key race is that won by Kilima here 12 days ago but MARINAKIS who was an unlucky fourth can gain compensation here.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Having returned to form with a decent second at Ffos Las recently, SENSE OF REASON's turn appears to be nearing. The four-year-old makes considerable appeal from an unchanged mark and is preferred to the Ian Williams-trained Naughty Niall. The son of Oasis Dream is only 1lb higher than when narrowly denied over C&D earlier this month and another bold bid looks likely. Twilight Guest can chase the pair home.

This looks to be a good opportunity for NAUGHTY NIALL to open his account on turf. Knight Of Magic needs a close look too.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HINITSA BAY was able to justify favouritism when on target over track and trip latest and this looks a suitable opportunity in which to complete a double. A 4lb rise from the assessor looks manageable for the four-year-old, while his main threat could be Rokuni. Christine Dunnett's inmate has tumbled down the handicap and would be a threat to all if able to dictate terms. The lightly-raced Zaramara is also noted.

Despite the number of opponents this should be a procession for HINITSA BAY. Second choice is Rokuni.
Ths is the racecard key.

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.
There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.
The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.
Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.
In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.
Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
