It looks best to side with the progressive WOOHOO, who made it four wins from her last five starts when on target over 6f here last month. Jim Goldie's filly does not appear to be overburdened by a further 5lb rise in the handicap and she ought to go very close. Stash The Cash and Our Absent Friends ran with credit on their most recent starts and both look set to be involved.

Conditions are a query for the big improver Woohoo and tentative preference is for STASH THE CASH ahead of Parisiac.

A comfortable winner over C&D on her penultimate start before a creditable second over the same track and trip last time out, LONE STAR sets the standard and she can strike for a seventh career success. Runner-up on two of her last three starts, Clear Storm must enter calculations, along with Jumping Jupiter, who is a capable sort on his day.

Neil Mulholland's filly CLEAR STORM has been knocking on the door and could have some untapped potential over this new trip.

Kevin Ryan has won two of the previous five renewals and further success could await courtesy of RIKKI TIKI TAVI. The son of Bungle Inthejungle hit the woodwork on his debut at York recently, despite showing signs of greenness. Improvement is on the cards, and he's fancied to repel likely pacesetter Chairmanfourtimes, who was only reeled in late on at Chester latest. Cape Ashizuri is related to a few useful types and market support for him would be noteworthy.

Having performed well in both starts, CHAIRMANFOURTIMES is solid. Rikki Tiki Tavi and Cape Ashizuri look the main dangers.

Narrowly denied over 2m1f at Newton Abbot last time out, JACK N JONES is likely to be suited by going up in distance and she can get off the mark under Rules at the fourth time of asking. That may be at the main expense of Mohawk Chief, who has run well over C&D before and was a respectable second at Uttoxeter most recently. Built By Rossies should have more improvement to come on her second start for new connections, and she cannot be ruled out either.

This looks a good opportunity for Irish point winner JACK N JONES, who went down fighting over 2m1f on her hurdling debut.

GAME BEAAA continues to go from strength to strength since undergoing wind surgery, and a 13lb rise for her most recent easy success over C&D may not be enough to prevent her from landing the hat-trick. Stroll On By is a key player on his return to action, while Spot On Soph may be suited by the drop in distance.

The pick is PIECEDERESISTANCE, who kept on well for second in a tactical race at Fakenham last month and has slipped to a good mark.

Jack Dace's 7lb claim proved invaluable when The Outlaw kept all of his rivals at bay at Carlisle in May and another bold bid is forecast. However, a 6lb rise from the assessor demands more from Ralph Beckett's colt in these deeper waters and the returning ASTEVERDI gets the vote. A winner on her final start at Nottingham in October, she makes her first start for Hugo Palmer and is capable of defying a 3lb rise. Theoryofeverything is also noted.

Upped to 1m and returned to the scene of his novice win, EVE'S BOY is particularly interesting. The Outlaw is second pick.

Having got the better of reopposing runner-up Conquer The Breeze over C&D in June, Prospect House was second over an extra quarter-mile here 18 days later. Peter Niven's charge warrants respect on the drop back in distance, but there is a sneaking suspicion that we've yet to see the best of TRAVELING SOLDIER. The seven-year-old has undergone a wind procedure since finishing second at Worcester last month and any improvement could enable a breakthrough victory.

Things finally fell right for CONQUER THE BREEZE (nap) at Hexham and he should be able to find another race back up just 2lb.

Having posted creditable efforts in defeat at Yarmouth and Sandown this season, it could be worth chancing DESERT HEART on his handicap debut. An official rating of 79 looks workable judged on the three-year-old's latest fourth and a breakthrough victory could be on the horizon. A drop back into class 3 company proved just the trick for last month's Worcester scorer PULL AGAIN GREEN and he makes plenty of appeal once again. A 3lb rise in the ratings for the nine-year-old looks far from insurmountable and a brace may beckon. The suggestion is YCCS PORTOCERVO, a C&D winner last summer who posted a respectable RPR in his recent hunter chase.

SNEDDY EDDIE exploited a handy mark to win a stronger-looking race at Gowran Park last month and could be up to brushing aside a 5lb higher in this company. Kalganov is on a long losing run but has been consistent in defeat since undergoing wind surgery earlier this year. He could also have a big say running off 21lb below his last winning rating. Jannas Journey and Weegeebear also warrants close inspection.

Having proved consistent of late, KALGANOV is particularly solid. Ribbon Is A Dancer is second choice.

USYK was the subject of strong late support on his debut at Newton Abbot last month. Although he came up short, the four-year-old should be wiser and, clearly held in some regard, he looks worth chancing. Axel Bleue, who swapped hands for 28,000 euros after winning an Irish point-to-point, is another intriguing contender to bear in mind. Similar comments apply to Berks And Bucks, who is Flat-bred but debuts in a winnable race.

He failed to justify late support at Newton Abbot but USYK showed enough to believe he can win a race of this nature.
