1st (5) (7/1 +30%)Inns And Out |
7/1(+30%) | (5) Inns And Out 7/1, Again below form beaten 6l in a nursery at Thirsk last time; effective 6f on good; chance here back in a weak maiden.

3rd (4) (80/1 -142%)Coul Blue |
80/1(-142%) | (4) Coul Blue 80/1, Similar level to debut down to 6f beaten 9l in a maiden at Ayr last time; bred to get 7f; type to do better when handicapping.
4th (3) (4/7 +48%)Vegasmile |
4/7(+48%) | (3) Vegasmile 4/7, 22 Apr; Lucky Vega colt; half-brother to Fleetfoot, very smart at 12f; dam smart at 7f; top trainer and this one needs respecting on debut.

9th (1) (50/1 -52%)Diplomacy |
50/1(-52%) | (1) Diplomacy 50/1, Similar level to debut beaten 10l in a maiden at Beverley last time; type to do better when handicapping although this isn't much of a race.
10th (2) (40/1 +20%)Threeoclockflyer |
40/1(+20%) | (2) Threeoclockflyer 40/1, Poor debut well beaten in a novice at Ayr only start; off a short-break; major improvement needed. |

Sweet Iris is the pick of those with form but the level she sets is not very high and preference is for VEGASMILE. Karl Burke's colt cost 45,000 euros as a yearling and is closely related to plenty of winners, including the Group 3-placed Fleetfoot. With that in mind, it would be no surprise to see him play a leading role on debut. Gordons Girl is another newcomer to note.

1st (2) (10/3 +17%)Dannick |
10/3(+17%) | (2) Dannick 10/3, Bit keen, didn't see it out up to 8f fifth beaten 3l off 74 last time, same mark here; effective 6/7f, acts on any; could do with dropping in trip.

3rd (1) (9/2 -80%)Great Blasket |
9/2(-80%) | (1) Great Blasket 9/2, Ran to form when third beaten a length off 73 last time, 2lb higher here; suited by 8/9f, acts on a sound surface and AW; chance once again with mark still fair.
4th (8) (9/1 0%)Ernie's Valentine |
9/1(0%) | (8) Ernie's Valentine 9/1, Ran to form up slightly in trip beaten 4l off a 2lb higher mark at Wolverhampton last time; returning from a break; effective 7-9f, appears better on AW; 3lb below last winning mark, can go well again.
5th (9) (16/1 +36%)Majestic Wave |
16/1(+36%) | (9) Majestic Wave 16/1, Below form beaten 5l in a handicap here last time; wide draw; effective 6/7f, acts on AW and easy ground; bounce back needed, chance at best.
6th (3) (18/1 -125%)Thapa Vc |
18/1(-125%) | (3) Thapa Vc 18/1, Steady pace didn't suit run style but weak in betting and not asked a serious question when eighth beaten 3l off 72 last time, same mark here; effective 7/8f on a sound surface; chance if race run to suit.
7th (6) (9/4 +65%)Amused |

8th (5) (33/1 -106%)Renesmee |
33/1(-106%) | (5) Renesmee 33/1, Again below form, tailed off beaten 6l in a handicap at Newmarket (July) last time; wide draw; effective 8-12f, acts on both sides of good and AW; hard to fancy on recent evidence.
9th (7) (100/1 -203%)Nezeeh |
100/1(-203%) | (7) Nezeeh 100/1, Never in it from off the pace down the field in a handicap at Kempton most recent; effective 5/6f, acts with cut and on good; stamina to prove up to 8f now. |

Having justified favouritism at Kempton in June, HAVANA TOUCH looks more than capable of defying a 4lb rise in the ratings. The five-year-old was narrowly denied on his last visit to this track and is heading in the right direction. Great Blasket found himself with a bit too much to do when unable to follow up his Nottingham victory at Sandown and is feared most, ahead of Amused.

3/1(+14%) | (1) Needin' U 3/1, Ran to form despite being keen in first-time hood beaten 3 1/2l in a novice at Beverley last time; effective 5f on sound surface; type to do better now handicapping if settling.
2nd (3) (5/2 -25%)Lauralynn |
5/2(-25%) | (3) Lauralynn 5/2, Yard won this last year; ran to form beaten 4l off a 2lb higher mark at Carlisle last time; effective 5f, acts on good to soft, good and AW; consistent and can go well again here.
3rd (4) (13/2 +7%)Aodhan |
13/2(+7%) | (4) Aodhan 13/2, Best run to date at big odds when fourth beaten 4l in a maiden here latest; off a short-break; might do better now handicapping.

5th (6) (33/1 -18%)Bea Kindly |
33/1(-18%) | (6) Bea Kindly 33/1, Poor run on handicap debut down the field in a nursery at Thirsk most recent; cheekpieces first time; wide draw; speedily-bred; all to prove for now.
6th (7) (8/1 +43%)Stay On Tab |
8/1(+43%) | (7) Stay On Tab 8/1, Another poor run down in grade tried in a tongue-tie well beaten in a seller at Chester latest; blinkers first time; off a short-break; sire a sprinter, dam stayed 1m; all to prove for now.
7th (2) (9/2 -125%)Spectacular Diver |
9/2(-125%) | (2) Spectacular Diver 9/2, Best work late, ran to form 2 1/4l third in a novice at Beverley most recent run; effective 5f, acts on sound surface; sort with more to give now handicapping. |

SPECTACULAR DIVER was third in a Beverley novice event a couple of weeks ago and that form suggests that he could be hard to beat off a mark of 64 in a race of this nature. Lauralynn could prove to be the main threat based on her third in a similar contest at Carlisle last time, while any market support for Needin' U would have to be noted.

7/2(+36%) | (3) Cuban Promise 7/2, 11 Mar; £62,000 Havana Grey filly; dam Italian 5/6f winner; respected on debut for decent yard in an average race.
6th (2) (25/1 -39%)Cotai Jaunt |
25/1(-39%) | (2) Cotai Jaunt 25/1, 7 Apr; £15,000 breeze-up purchase by Cotai Glory; half-sister to Royal Pleasure, smart at 6f; dam useful at 10f; worth a market check on debut for respected yard. |

Although disappointing when seventh at Goodwood in May, LAZURITE was reported to have boiled over in the preliminaries that day. She had run well when second on debut at Newmarket and another chance can be given to the daughter of Blue Point. Better was expected of Ambience given her debut odds of 11/4 at Newmarket and any further support on the back of a wind procedure would be interesting. Thai Baht may fare best of the newcomers.

22/1(-57%) | (4) Horwich 22/1, Unseated when hampered after 2f in a handicap at Ripon latest; effective 7-9f, acts on sound surface; hard to fancy on recent evidence.
3rd (1) (6/5 +31%)Amber Hamur |
6/5(+31%) | (1) Amber Hamur 6/5, Ran to form, hit the line well landing a handicap by 2l off a 5lb lower mark at Ripon last time; effective 7/8f, acts on sound surface; in fine form and hat-trick may well be on the cards.

7/1(+30%) | (6) Positive Thoughts 7/1, Again below form up to 10f tried in blinkers beaten 5l in a handicap at Ayr last time; effective 7-9f, acts on soft, good and AW; mark easing but needs more.
7th (5) (17/2 -13%)Balmoral Boy |
17/2(-13%) | (5) Balmoral Boy 17/2, Yard won this last year; improved upped to 10f beaten 2l off this mark at Ripon last time; effective at 8-10f on sound surface; slight drop in trip no issue, good chance.
8th (2) (11/1 -10%)Vitality |
11/1(-10%) | (2) Vitality 11/1, Step back in right direction tried in hood beaten 6l in a handicap at Hamilton last time; trainer in form; effective 8f, acts on good and AW; mark easing but needs more. |

It is hard to oppose AMBER HAMUR, who arrives here on the back of two recent victories. A 5lb rise for the latest of those wins at Ripon may not be enough to stop the progressive filly from making it a hat-trick. Only Dream Big was narrowly denied when third at Carlisle most recently and she edges out Trucial Pearl to be the pick of the remainder.

3rd (3) (4/1 -33%)Banana |
4/1(-33%) | (3) Banana 4/1, Bit below form, didn't see it out when fourth beaten 2l in a classified race at Yarmouth latest; effective 5/6f, probably best at former, acts on good to firm and AW; can go well again back on AW.
4th (7) (13/8 +46%)Jungle Dance |
13/8(+46%) | (7) Jungle Dance 13/8, Run of race, ran to form when second beaten 2l in a classified race at Wolverhampton latest; trainer in form; effective 5f, suited by AW; much more like it latest, chance here.

8th (10) (150/1 -355%)Viennetta |
150/1(-355%) | (10) Viennetta 150/1, Again failed to beat a rival well beaten in a handicap at Wolverhampton latest; sprint-bred; needs to settle to realise potential.
9th (9) (100/1 -355%)Rainbow Sorbet |
100/1(-355%) | (9) Rainbow Sorbet 100/1, Again below form tried in blinkers beaten 9l in a handicap at Windsor last time; usually held up; effective 5-8f, acts on sound surface; needs much more than has shown thus far. |

Let's Go Hugo ran out a ready winner on his most recent outing at Wolverhampton and he must enter calculations in his current form. That said, a 5lb penalty will make life tougher for Ollie Pears' gelding at this level and reopposing runner-up JUNGLE DANCE may exact his revenge. That was the five-year-old's first start since February and any improvement could see him collect. Banana is a feasible alternative.

5th (6) (17/2 -31%)Newport |
17/2(-31%) | (6) Newport 17/2, Hit the line well down in trip landing a handicap by 1 1/2l off a 3lb lower mark at Redcar last time; effective up to 16f, acts on heavy and good to firm; in good form for new yard, fine chance.
6th (4) (4/1 +11%)Vaguely Royal |

8th (1) (9/1 -29%)Inappropriate |
9/1(-29%) | (1) Inappropriate 9/1, Good attitude, ran to form up to 16f landing a handicap by 3/4l off a 1lb lower mark here last time; effective 11-16f, acts on any; inconsistent under both codes but chance if building on latest.

Vaguely Royal continued his resurgence when completing a double at York 32 days ago and another bold bid looks likely. However, another 4lb rise does demand more of the six-year-old and it could be worth siding with handicap debutant FLORIDA DREAMS. Sandy Thomson's charge has proved a useful performer over timber in recent years and, stepping up in trip in this sphere, a mark of 70 could prove lenient. Last-time-out winners Inappropriate, Newport and Ned Broy add further spice to the race.

66/1(-136%) | (10) Ragaire 66/1, Never in it from off the pace down the field in a handicap at Windsor most recent; speed in pedigree; hard to make a case for. |

VIKING GLORY took a step in the right direction when finishing third at Yarmouth two starts ago and was able to build on that performance at Brighton most recently, when winning with something up his sleeve. His supporters will be pleased to see that Cieren Fallon keeps the ride and another bold showing looks assured. The dangers are Musical Soldier and Bird Of War.

Monhammer and Luminous Warrior both merit respect in their hat-trick bids, with the former's course record giving him a slight edge. That said, this represents a drop in grade for recent third VINCE LE PRINCE and he could have too much class for these rivals. The six-year-old was denied by just a neck on his last attempt at this level when runner-up at Catterick and a race of this nature is within his compass.

MOSEL attracted some support on her Curragh debut when last of seven, but there were positives to take from that performance, though, as she was green under pressure, and the form has been franked by winner Star Performer's comfortable Listed success. The Waldgeist filly drops back in trip and can take a massive step forward for Joseph O'Brien and Dylan Browne McMonagle, who remain in excellent form. Karrygrant is consistent but difficult to win with, although he does set the standard here with a rating of 79. His finishing effort is a concern, but the shorter trip and the tight nature of this track may help him get home. Star Of Beauty has pieces of form that could see her finish in the frame.

This looks a match between DIALSTONE and Devil's Brigade, with preference for the former. Ralph Beckett's charge couldn't justify favouritism at Kempton last time but the Godolphin horse who beat him that day looks to have a really bright future and the son of Time Test is worth another chance. Devil's Brigade shaped with promise as a juvenile and is interesting on his return to action, while Floating Market is best of the rest.

6th (4) (50/1 -213%)Pouting |
50/1(-213%) | (4) Pouting 50/1, Too keen, found little, well below form comfortably held in a handicap at Catterick last time; off a short-break; effective 5/6f; drop to 5f might help but enough to prove. |

SOUTH PARADE made the most of a career-low mark when scoring with something in hand at Ayr earlier this month. A 6lb rise from the assessor looks workable and she's fancied to follow up at the main expense of fellow last-time-out winner Zuffolo. The six-year-old made all at Ripon but may face more competition for the lead on this occasion. Beerwah can also make his presence felt.

12th (12) (33/1 +0%)Tullyesker |
33/1(+0%) | (12) Tullyesker 33/1, Below form tried in tongue-tie beaten 9 1/4l in a handicap at Fairyhouse last time; cheekpieces first time; usually held up; off a short-break; plenty of speed in pedigree, may want shorter trips; might do better yet.
13th (15) (12/1 +64%)Jazz Dreamers |
12/1(+64%) | (15) Jazz Dreamers 12/1, Another poor effort down the field in a handicap at Gowran Park most recent; cheekpieces first time; effective 7/8f, acts on yielding, good and AW; hard to make a case for have been out of form for a long time. |

A tentative vote goes to TULLYESKER, who has little form to write home about, but the combination of first-time cheekpieces and the plum draw of one might see a change in fortune. Rory Cleary could change tactics which may benefit him hugely. Draiocht is becoming a consistent competitor in this grade and stayed on well last time out when stepping back in trip. Again, with a good draw and Wayne Lordan booked, he has a definite chance. Suerte gave an improved showing last time out and can complete the frame off an unchanged mark.

HOVE RANGER needed every yard of this trip when scoring here last week and might be able to strike again with 7lb claimer Toby Moore taking over in the plate to help negate his 6lb penalty. He could still be improving too and makes plenty of appeal in the finale. Of the others, keep a close eye on Time To Sparkle and Thunder Goddess.

Guts And Glory has been freshened up and must be respected in a first-time tongue-tie, but DIAMOND GRACE makes slightly more appeal on the basis that she is race-fit and shaped with enough promise at Uttoxeter last time to suggest a maiden hurdle of this nature is well within reach. PERFECT JUDGEMENT is taken to improve on his Gowran second. He travelled strongly that day and hit the front inside the final furlong, but was outstayed close home, so the drop in trip should suit. Giverhertilxmas is a maiden after 11 starts and she just failed to score last time, receiving a harsh 3lb for the performance. With Colin Keane back aboard and first-time cheekpieces applied, the Inns Of Court filly has solid claims. Land Of The Giants showed more when fourth at Gowran last time and he completes the shortlist.

It's tough to oppose FRENCH DIABLO, who won really comfortably over C&D last month, a performance which followed an improved effort at this track the time before. Now he's clearly getting the hang of things, Max Comley's inmate is taken to continue improving through the handicap ranks. Delgany Second Now and Bells Of Ufford can fight it out for second.

ZARAAHMANDO has been knocking on the door with a string of consistent efforts and this may be the time to catch the four-year-old. Elusive Path demands respect on handicap debut after three placed maiden runs. Although he seemed stretched by a mile last time out, connections have persevered and he looks fairly treated. Goal Exceeded may be in the handicapper's grip, but is in great form and cannot be discounted.

We haven't seen BEORMA for 67 days, but she deserved her rest after racking up a remarkable seven straight wins between the end of May and middle/back end of June. Assuming she returns in similar form, Dan Skelton's likeable mare has been found another good opening to add to her tally. It could be that the race for second is more interesting and In This World can grab the silver medal ahead of Seeyouinmydreams and Duke Of Luckley.

The consistent BIT OF A BUZZ should have enough to take this contest for the in-form Gavin Cromwell team. The son of Showcasing has never placed out of the top four and a repeat of his last run will see him go close. Annie Batt made a pleasant introduction to her racing career over C&D but disappointed at Navan on her latest start. She can be competitive returning to 5f. Tango Club was well supported late on her last start and shaped well but paid the price for being too keen throughout.

GETMYFRIEND was back in the winning groove at Newton Abbot last time and could kick on now she has that first hurdling success under her belt. She's open to any amount of improvement and gets a confident vote ahead of Mi Sueno, who finished a solid second on Saturday. Juggernaut should be thereabouts and Zucayan isn't without a squeak either.

The Johnny Murtagh-trained NAMIID has been consistent this season and he is given the nod to land this competitive handicap. His recent third at the Curragh was a solid effort, having travelled well throughout, and the son of Acclamation could be hard to beat with a further step forward. The reliable Prairie Girl also posted a respectable display at the Curragh on her latest start and should get competitive, while Cuban Grey is a pace angle and could be hard to peg back if getting out on his own on the front end.

Having scored on three of his last four outings, Jack Doyen has to be respected given his current upward trajectory. However, the veteran is likely to be priced accordingly and it could be worth chancing YOUDECIDE on the back of a 151-day layoff. The six-year-old would have a live chance if reproducing the pick of his form from last season and he lurks on a dangerous mark. Bobbarelli may fare best of the remainder.

Having shaped with promise on her debut fourth at Newton Abbot, ROCCANA ROSE could be set to open her account. Fergal O'Brien usually does well with his bumper recruits, so market support for Goliath Power would be interesting, while Talladale isn't easily dismissed either.

BOXING GREAT got up on the line to win at Leopardstown and gets the vote, having only been raised 1lb for that game success. Ths is the racecard key.
