LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content, hiden content

Having made a winning hurdling debut over C&D, Timely Salute merits respect in his follow-up bid. Max Comley's charge finished 12 lengths ahead of his nearest pursuer and isn't taken lightly, but decent Flat performer MOMENT OF LIGHT could have too much class for these rivals. The Sea The Moon gelding is a two-time winner on the level and should take all the beating if taking to this discipline. Uttoxeter winner Hello Garda completes the shortlist.

HAVANA HALO produced a better effort when filling the runner-up spot over track and trip last month and competes off an unchanged mark. With Ben Ffrench Davis claiming a handy 3lb, she looks the one to be on. Yes Waliim struck at Lingfield prior to finishing second over C&D on his most recent outing and is bound to have a say again. Others to consider include Arnaz and Come On Eibhlin.

LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content,

FOLLOW YOUR LUCK had seven lengths in hand over Dunkerque off level weights when they clashed over hurdles at Sedgefield in February and it is hard to see the form being reversed given he gets 10lb from his sole rival here. Admittedly, Dunkerque has improved greatly as a chaser since then but, on these terms, he will need everything to go his way to turn the tables on his old adversary.

There was plenty of encouragement to be taken from CRYSTAL MARINER's second-placed timber debut at Ballinrobe and a breakthrough victory in this discipline may beckon. The six-year-old is open to more improvement than chief dangers Explode and Crackalackin and edges the vote. The pair have also finished second on their latest outings over hurdles and should make their presence felt at the finish, with the former feared most.

COSMOS D'AINAY won comfortably at Cork last time out and the Irish raider looks well placed to follow up. The son of Muhtathir picks up a 7lb penalty for that success but he appears progressive enough to boost his profile further, with Sean Bowen a notable jockey booking. Kilbeggan winner Puppet Master also travels over from Ireland and is the prime candidate for the forecast slot. The consistent Datstheholyallofit is next best.

Saint Polo continued his upward trajectory when completing a hat-trick over timber at Sedgefield and merits respect in his current vein of form. Although the six-year-old is operating off a lower mark reverting to chasing, he does have something to prove after finishing a well-beaten seventh on his sole attempt at Fontwell in May. With that in mind, MISS DENVER gets the vote after finishing second on her last three outings, with fellow in-form rival Most Wanted a feasible alternative.

COURAGE BEST hasn't shown a great deal in her four starts so far, but she has been sent off at big odds for all of them and could prove a different proposition on her nursery debut. The booking of Oisin Murphy is noteworthy and she is worth chancing. Her stablemate Devon Angel only found one too good over 5f at Chepstow recently and might prove the main danger ahead of Alpha Legend, who needs to be monitored in the market.

TRY THEM was a ready winner of a maiden hurdle over C&D last month and he steps into handicap company with a big chance. A likely pace angle in the race, the mount of Brian Hughes is an adept jumper and his chance is enhanced by a 2lb weight-for-age allowance. Castleheath's peak Irish form is respectable and he is another with wriggle room off his current mark. Scriabin and Pure Gold are others to note.

The hat-trick seeking ECCLEFECHAN is at the top of his game and looks more than ready for another crack at this level. A winner over C&D before comfortably backing it up in an apprentice race at Yarmouth, the son of Bated Breath is in the minority of those on the upgrade. Given the fact he is 2lb lower due to him running under a 6lb penalty last Sunday, it's all systems go for the three-timer bid. Get Outta Here, Mystic Moment and Burdett Estate head the list of threats in a race where several have been underwhelming lately.

REGAL RENAISSANCE didn't quite finish her race off as expected when bidding for a four-timer at Worcester in July. However, the eight-year-old had a valid excuse given she lost a shoe and it wouldn't be a huge surprise if she regained the winning thread. No Regrets still retains plenty of enthusiasm based on his victory at Hexham and subsequent runner-up effort at the same track, while Inis Oirr is capable too.

It's hard to get away from EDELAK, who successfully made it four wins from his last five starts at Stratford in July and now returns to handicap company. EN OR sets the standard here on his return to jumping. The Tony Martin-trained gelding was well-beaten in two competitive Flat handicaps during the summer but it could be a different story now over hurdles. He was third in a Punchestown maiden hurdle back in February and a repeat of that would be enough now. Wonderful Everyday had some nice bumper form but needs to improve on her two outings over jumps to date. Saying that, she could be a danger. Firebrand has been knocking on the door and should pick up prize money again.

RAAHEEB didn't appear to see out the trip when pitched into the Irish Derby and cutting him back a couple of furlongs appears the logical move. The son of Sea The Stars previously progressed from winning a maiden at Ascot to blitzing the field in the Sandown Classic Trial in April. Admittedly, that form has taken a few knocks, but he was well on top that day and he has untapped potential over this trip. The Italian Derby winner Venetian Prince is surely better than he managed at Royal Ascot last time and could bounce back over this distance. Maho Bay is another potential improver after an unlucky fifth in the Hampton Court.

MART LANE wasn't disgraced in a competitive event at the Festival here last time and should be capable of a big run in a moderate-looking contest. The Awtaad gelding was eighth behind the in-form Timurshah then and remains on the same mark. That was his first start after a break and he may improve a bit. Euro Maker opened his account at Ballinrobe last time and bids to defy a 6lb rise. He remains fairly unexposed and could go well again. Roc My Haarth won off this mark, over fences, when last seen in early April and is another to consider on his return.

ROXA LOVE supplemented a promising debut at Lingfield when opening her account at Brighton in June. Although she must shoulder a 7lb penalty in her follow-up bid, this looks a suitable opportunity for her to do so. Rhodes Runner proved too free when finishing fourth over 6f at Ffos Las and is the obvious danger returning to the minimum distance, while market support for newcomer Kerry Grey would be interesting.

Devon Red has shown ability in his two starts for Nick Scholfield and warrants a market check on his first appearance in a handicap, but it may pay to side with MOTHER SHIP. Shark Hanlon's mare showed improvement when sporting first-time cheekpieces to fill the runner-up spot at Sligo and she looks well placed to go one better. Of the remainder, Stratford second Captain Connor makes the most appeal.

This looks like a nice opportunity for BLOOD DESTINY back over hurdles. The seven-year-old took a handicap chase at the Festival here in fine style and looks nicely treated in this event, considering he is rated 156 now over fences. Buddy One wasn't disgraced when eighth in the Galway Plate on his last visit and could be a danger. He has a mark of 142 over timber. Paul's Dream has a nice weight with her mares allowance and Alan O'Sullivan taking off 5lb. She could get involved at the finish.

He stayed on well in the closing stages without making an impression but is now 5lb better off. Princess Felicia was a deserving winner that day, after a couple of placed efforts, and has to be respected despite a 6lb rise. Clone Cross is noted too.

Having found only a subsequent winner too strong over 7f here on her most recent outing, compensation could be on the horizon for PON PON DALIA. That was just the second career outing for Marco Botti's filly and a drop in distance shouldn't pose any issues. Langdale Lass was underwhelming when sent off at cramped odds on last month's sixth at Lingfield, although a reproduction of her close-up second on debut there would see her involved. Anna Belardo may fare best of the remainder.

A chance is taken on the unexposed TAWNY LEA, who had four moderate efforts before she caught the eye last time out when having to switch twice before staying on into fifth. She runs off the same mark and is of real interest. Journey So Far is 12lb lower over hurdles and his Tramore win over fences is working out very well. Tantrum Boy ran admirably last time when second at Wexford and should remain competitive.

Dropping in the ratings throughout the year, John Ryan's gelding now switches to chasing, avoiding a penalty, and runs off a 2lb higher mark over fences. Justatan is winless in seven starts under Rules, but he did run well when third in a Galway Festival handicap hurdle. The drop back in trip and Donagh Meyler's return to the saddle are positives. Tell Us This won a handicap at this venue's Festival meeting. However, he has to contend with a career-high rating.

Evening Fades hasn't been disgraced the last twice, finishing second and third respectively, and this drop in trip looks the right move. She is one to note, but MIDNIGHT MEDIA has been a model of consistency since June. William Muir & Chris Grassick's filly flew home late to be denied a head into second over track and trip last week and a repeat of that display might be good enough. The Anthony Gover is the pick of the remainder.

BRICKFIELD BELLE improved massively from her hurdling debut when running in a bumper. Henry De Bromhead's charge hit the front in the closing stages on her second run in a Clonmel bumper, but she was unable to hold on. However, a replication of that form after a 165-day layoff should be good enough here. Discussion has been off the track for over two years and was highly tried in her younger days after finishing runner-up on debut. This is a fair step down in grade for the daughter of Dawn Approach and it will be interesting to see what the market makes of her on this return. Maxdale Prinxess was green on debut, but the booking of Derek O'Connor is eye-catching.

Commander Of Life continued his good run of form when landing the spoils at Doncaster in July and another bold bid would come as no surprise. That said, a 5lb higher mark does demand more of the five-year-old and recent Brighton winner KNIGHTS GOLD is more appealing. The Dark Angel gelding was having only his second start for Tom Ward that day and there could be even more to come. Helm Rock and Chalk Mountain might also have a say.

Blue Force regained the winning thread over 6f here 21 days ago and he may put up the most resistance, ahead of the aforementioned Fiorella Princess.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
