There were 45 Races on Monday 22nd September 2025 across 6 meetings. There was 8 races at Listowel, 8 races at Leicester, 7 races at Hamilton, 6 races at Fontwell, 7 races at Fairyhouse, 9 races at Wolverhampton, no doubt Tomform helped you find a winner.
The data in the racecards below is for the past year. View the racecard key.

SUTTON HOO was well held on last month's debut, but that was a useful maiden and he should progress. Out of a winning half-sister to a Group 2 winner, he is a half-brother to four winners and finished reasonably well at Gowran. Substance ran satisfactorily on his introduction in a maiden which is working out quite well. A half-brother to two black-type performers, he now wears a tongue-tie and can progress. World Tour was reported to have been struck into when disappointing at Bellewstown, but has plenty to prove following his recent Galway run.

Andrew Slattery's CHERRY HILL GIRL was all the rage in the market last time when disappointing. She can set the record straight now
Class & Speed Card

Recent Brighton scorer AMATHUS appeared to handle a bit of cut in the ground when second over C&D in May and a 4lb rise for that latest success might not stop him from going in again. Bear To Dream has been knocking hard at the door recently and appeals as the most likely threat, while market support for handicap debutant Wrydcroft would be noteworthy.

Homer Stokes can go well down in grade but CANDLE OF TIME has shown winning potential and this could be her day.
Class & Speed Card

The return to soft ground has brought the best out of James Park Woods. The veteran bids for a hat-trick after victories at Bath and Brighton, but the less-exposed ONE MORE BOTTLE will also relish the underfoot conditions. Lizzie Quinlan's four-year-old has held his form well since tasting success at Ayr in July and he gets the nod. On The Bubble has been in the mix of late and is another to consider.

The 9yo JAMES PARK WOODS (nap) arrives in rude health, having won at Bath and Brighton, and can complete a quickfire hat-trick.
Class & Speed Card

Five-time winner DRAGON OF MALTA has a good course record and will appreciate easy conditions. He would ideally prefer testing ground, although he did finish second on good to yielding at Gowran recently and although his latest win came here two years ago, he has finished in the first four in five of six runs at this venue. Fellow course winner Racing Royalty is in form and will like the going, but has a wide draw in 17. The three-year-old Vlhova has useful recent form and should again compete, while handicap debutant Smithfield is drawn awkwardly.

This looks like a good chance for DRAGON OF MALTA to record his first win since the 2023 festival. He shaped well at Gowran last month
Class & Speed Card

Ahamoment came close to exploiting a sliding handicap mark when filling the runner-up spot at Musselburgh latest so he merits respect, as does the consistent Shark Two One. All Too Beautiful is another that arrives in good form, but she has stamina to prove and a chance can be taken on GRAND CITADEL. The daughter of Ribchester changed yards after a below-par Doncaster effort in July, but perhaps returning to this C&D which saw her to best effect the start prior can spark a revival.

Returning to 7f shouldn't be an issue for ALL TOO BEAUTIFUL and she can gain her second success at the main expense of Ahamoment.
Class & Speed Card

Kevin Ryan trained last year's winner and has strong claims once again with SHOWTOWN. There was cut in the ground when the son of Showcasing went close over C&D last month and he could prove tough to beat with further improvement a distinct possibility. Passing Thought arrives with solid claims on her close second at Goodwood, while Nevasca Cinza showed promise at Carlisle on debut and is not out of it either.

The filly PASSING THOUGHT was beaten just a head at Goodwood last month on her second start and is taken to get off the mark.
Class & Speed Card

Hill Station was able to build on a couple of promising efforts to score at Stratford last time out and must be respected from 5lb higher, but it is AQUIFOLIA that shades preference. Neil Mulholland's charge has few miles on the clock over timber and was a creditable second over C&D last month. A 3lb rise doesn't look harsh considering there should be more to come, with compensation a real possibility today. Graham looks well handicapped in comparison to his Flat rating and can also enter calculations.

A wide-open handicap with several possible outcomes but preference is for AQUIFOLIA with Jorebel looking the main danger.
Class & Speed Card

Found's son MAESTRO BERNSTEIN makes a belated debut at a country course but could make up for lost time. By Wootton Bassett, his dam won an Arc and a Breeders' Cup Turf, and she has already produced Group 2 winner Battleground. Aidan O'Brien won last year's renewal with a newcomer and Maestro Bernstein could prove too strong for his opponents. Naples has useful recent form but is vulnerable to a smart type, while Moon Reign showed ability in an ordinary Galway Festival maiden.

Aidan O'Brien/Jack Cleary can add a third win in a row in this race with the well-bred MAESTRO BERNSTEIN making a belated debut
Class & Speed Card

Second on both of her racecourse appearances to date, Sydney Rock sets the standard and is expected to mount another serious challenge. However, Karl Burke's youngsters have been somewhat inevitable this season and EMILIA CASANOVA could continue that trend. There are a number of notable newcomers, though, including Miss Scott, Palace Artois, Lady Of Clover and Winged One, all of which require a market check.

Sydney Rock sets the standard but there are some intriguing newcomers in opposition. MISS SCOTT is tentatively preferred.
Class & Speed Card

Dandy Style placed at Thirsk on his nursery debut, finishing just ahead of Mighty Magnus and Desert Jungle, but JUNGLE MONARCH reverts to the minimum trip with every chance after failing to see out 6f at Windsor on his handicap bow. He finished in front of a subsequent winner when third at Musselburgh before that and Karl Burke's charge gets the vote on that form.

The filly DESERT JUNGLE fared much the best of the far-side quartet at Thirsk and earns the vote ahead of Dandy Style.
Class & Speed Card

Following a frustrating run of seconds, LERMOOS LEGEND was able to break the sequence in emphatic fashion at Market Rasen before going in again over C&D latest. A further 6lb rise in the handicap could underestimate Mickey Bowen's 10-year-old, and he is taken to complete the hat-trick. Somespring Special was in contention when falling two from home at Worcester in June so she is of interest, as is the class dropping Jaramillo.

Preference is for ALIEN STORM who made a winning return from a break this time last year. The danger is Lermoos Legend.
Class & Speed Card

ANNIE'S ANGEL disappointed at Sligo last month, but has strong overall form. Defeated by recent Northfields Handicap winner Shaool in June, she then bumped into subsequent Group winner Elano Osario in July and while she now drops in distance, first-time blinkers could sharpen her up. The consistent Flying Fortress was ridden from off the pace at Galway last time and might prefer marginally further. Secret Magician ran well to claim the silver medal at Cork, while Presence has useful recent form.

The ground should suit first-time blinkered ANNIE'S ANGEL who was second to a subsequent Group 3 winner at Killarney in July
Class & Speed Card

PERFECT LOCATION won a maiden race at Southwell in July that has worked out really well. She faced a tougher assignment at Newmarket last time, but has to be of interest now handicapping for the first time and Tom Ward's filly gets another chance. Placed in all three outings so far, Spacewoman also merits consideration on her nursery debut, while Piazza is not totally discounted in this lower grade.

Neither Perfect Location nor PULL THE RUG are proven on slower than good but both appeal as being favourably treated.
Class & Speed Card

UTMOST GOOD FAITH didn't run badly in a decent maiden at Tipperary and should be competitive in claiming company. He was around five lengths behind the fifth horse, who won a maiden on Saturday, and that makes him of interest here. A bit keen over 1m1f, this trip should suit. Idiocracy possibly found 6f a bit sharp last time, but her previous third in a Roscommon maiden makes her a leading player. Badger's Cove was a long way behind her, but is much better off at the weights and may improve for headgear. The selection's stablemate Blessings To You has run OK in both starts and is another in the mix.

This is unlikely to concern too many and IDIOCRACY appeals most dropped in grade and back over a better trip.
Class & Speed Card

A major disappointment on his most recent start at Catterick, CHICO MAGNIFICA should appreciate a return to Hamilton having scored here last month, and a mark of 79 on his handicap debut could prove manageable. Stepping up in trip could bring about improvement in Twilight Safari and he can have a say along with course specialist Spanish Hustle, who drops in grade.

The mare TAFSIR has won four times at Hamilton, including this race last season, and she is taken to post her first win of the year.
Class & Speed Card

It looks best to side with GALACTIQUE, who shaped with considerable promise when second over track and trip on his hurdles bow last month. The son of Galiway arguably sets the standard for all that Lady Wilhelmina boasts an official rating of 112, who makes her British debut having run three times when trained in France. Racing in the famous double green, Bouboule warrants a market check.

This can go to GALACTIQUE who showed promise when runner-up on his hurdles debut over C&D last time. Bouboule is second choice.
Class & Speed Card

BRIDEZILLA ran well at Limerick on her latest Flat start and looks interesting here after a couple of good runs over hurdles since. She was touched off over this sort of trip when last seen on the level and can race off the same mark, while easy ground will bring her stamina into play. Chica Guerrera has won on soft and readily beat the selection's Limerick conqueror at Tramore. That horse has won since and she can contend, with a useful 5lb now being claimed. Casheldale Lass is unbeaten in two handicap starts, but was twice taken out due to soft ground at Galway. Superficial handled soft when shaping well on his recent handicap debut.

Back on the Flat after two seconds in juvenile hurdles, BRIDEZILLA has a good chance based on a near-miss Limerick in June
Class & Speed Card

John & Thady Gosden's yard has a fine strike rate at this venue and GO RIMBAUD could edge affairs. His dam is related to a couple of Group 1 winners and breeding suggests today's trip should be within his compass. The 200,000gns purchase Eklleem is a half-brother to a couple of winners and could shape well at the first time of asking, while Moving Shadow and Hard Evidence are others to note.

The betting will be informative but as things stand MOVING SHADOW is suggested to provide Karl Burke with yet another 2yo winner.
Class & Speed Card

PERFECT BASE was second over C&D in July and was half a length behind Tina's Charm over a slightly longer trip at Roscommon last time. Natalia Lupini's runner may improve for the fitting of cheekpieces and, despite a wide draw, might be able to turn around the form with Tina's Charm, who has since produced another solid effort at Cork. Win Me Over drops in trip having been beaten at odds-on when last seen in April. She also sports cheekpieces for the first time and the market will be a guide as to her readiness. The four-year-old Grecian Power showed plenty of promise in a Curragh maiden.

If WIN ME OVER repeats form she showed when chasing home the now 93-rated Deressa at Gowran in April she could be hard to beat
Class & Speed Card

The value may lie with the veteran NEVER DARK, whose most recent win came over C&D around this time last year off 10lb higher. Iain Jardine's charge has 5lb claimer Alex Jary back on board, which may help him to see off fellow track-and-trip winner Digital and Military Girl, who has run with credit recently. Keldeo's form might have dipped of late, but she remains one to monitor for an in-form stable.

The 8yo NEVER DARK has his ideal conditions and gets the nod ahead of another two-time C&D winner in Digital.
Class & Speed Card

Fascinating Lips returns to hurdles for the first time since winning over C&D in September 2022, but he has been busy on the Flat since and won't be lacking race fitness. Tsavo Park travels over from Ireland for his handicap debut and it will be interesting to see if he is supported in the market, but CAWTHORNE BANKER could be the one. Two of his three wins over hurdles have been over C&D, including last month, and an added 8lb may not stop him.

This looks a good opportunity for CAWTHORNE BANKER (nap) to follow up his win over C&D last time. The danger is Fascinating Lips.
Class & Speed Card

GRANITE BAY chased home Clear Quartz on soft ground at Roscommon earlier this month and can turn around the form. The Time Test gelding was a three-time winner last season, when his victory over a longer trip at the Festival here was preceded by a creditable run in that same Roscommon handicap. The progressive Starford was narrowly beaten at Galway when bidding for a hat-trick. That form hasn't worked out, but he still merits plenty of respect. A creditable second at Sligo, Thatwilldoso is another who has been on an upward curve, while Soaring Monarch took this last year and has run respectably a couple of times this term.

This has an open look to it with CRISTAL CLERE given the tentative nod to gain his first win since 2023 on ground he likes
Class & Speed Card

Romantic Spirit has an excellent record here with three wins from five starts, but she had no excuses when third here last time out, and may be in the grip of the handicapper. Lady Of The Isles looks interesting stepping up in trip off bottom weight, but GRETNA DREAMS has gone from strength to strength with wins at Brighton and Newmarket on her last two starts. Upped another 3lb for her latest success, she will probably be produced late once more over this trip.

The vote goes to ROMANTIC SPIRIT, who is 3-5 at Wolverhampton and was a creditable third behind a major improver over C&D last time.
Class & Speed Card

Participle failed to land the odds when only third at Ffos Las and connections reach for the cheekpieces. She could land a blow, but MAJAZ is taken to end a frustrating run of seconds. The daughter of Dubawi did little wrong when run down in the final strides at Newcastle last time and Roger Varian's charge gets another chance. Desert Spring will likely improve for the extra yardage and is worth a second look on her belated reappearance.

The greatest improvement could come from one of DESERT SPRING, Berezka or Halcyonic.
Class & Speed Card

Third on his stable debut at Leopardstown last month, BOWMAN has every chance of registering a first Irish success. A nine-time previous winner, the Charles Byrnes-trained gelding showed that he is certainly capable of adding to that tally when staying on strongly to reach the frame at the Foxrock venue. Seamie Heffernan retains the ride and, granted luck in running, the seven-year-old should be very competitive. Last year's winner Loingseoir showed that he still has plenty to offer when finishing well to take minor honours at Cork. Handicap debutant Wegotogether is an unexposed filly who might be able to step up now that she has a mark.

Micheal Grassick holds a strong hand with Verhoyen and LOINGSEOIR and last year's winner is better drawn.
Class & Speed Card

All of these have questions to answer but if MISTER SKY BLUE runs to his best, he has every chance. Beaten two lengths when third at Catterick after a slow start, his sole previous victory came over C&D off 1lb higher and he gets the nod. Stirrup Cup won't mind the ground and he can go well having won off a higher rating. I Need Your Love is another to consider.

This may not take much winning and I NEED YOUR LOVE, who is fine on soft ground, ran well at Southwell last time.
Class & Speed Card

Faded Fantasy looks to be the pick of Christian Wiiliams' trio as he returns to fences off 12lb lower than his hurdling mark. Masterdream won here last month and enters calculations, though he can make mistakes and preference is for BALLYNAHEER. He made all to come home an easy 14-length winner here last time and 7lb more may not stop him if similar tactics are employed.

Claims can be made for most but the safest option looks to be MASTERDREAM to continue his winning streak. The big danger is Ivane.
Class & Speed Card

JANNAH STAR hasn't been beaten far in any of her four starts and ran well on soft ground on debut. She drops back in trip from 1m4f and may improve for the fitting of cheekpieces. She was behind Generous Support at Galway, but the latter has been held in both outings since. Sears Crossing has the same rating as the selection and finished in front of a subsequent maiden winner when second at Roscommon. Aidan O'Brien introduces two newcomers and Wootton Bassett colt Grafton Street, out of an Oaks runner-up, appears to be the stable choice on jockey bookings ahead of Dubawi filly Infusion, whose dam was successful in the Epsom Classic.

Jack Cleary's mount INFUSION is out of a mare who hacked up in the Oaks on soft ground. She may be good enough to make a winning debut
Class & Speed Card

MIMI'S MAGIC showed considerable improvement when a neck second at Chelmsford last month when carried off a straight line by the winning favourite. Produced late on by Hollie Doyle that day despite running green, the added half-furlong here may play to her strengths and see her home in front. Anywaythewindblows boasts a similar profile after running on into second at Chepstow and she is another who should appreciate this trip, with newcomer Cracking Anna one to watch for future contests.

Preference is for ANYWAYTHEWINDBLOWS, who sets the standard on her second at Chepstow and is open to more progress upped in trip.
Class & Speed Card

DREAM ILLUSION bounced back to form with a strong runner-up effort at Haydock last time out and a 1lb rise may not be enough to prevent her from landing a second career success. An intriguing sort on handicap debut after three highly promising runs, Secret Sonata must enter calculations off top weight, as well as Margorie, who goes up in trip after a taking success at Windsor earlier in the month.

It may have been a shock but there didn't look to be any fluke about MARGORIE (nap)'s Windsor win and she can progress again over 7f.
Class & Speed Card

Despite a tendency to miss the break, it could pay to side with the Sheila Lavery-trained ANVIKA. A dual previous winner, the daughter of Dandy Man ran a huge race when runner-up in a stronger contest at Leopardstown at the Irish Champions Festival. The four-year-old finished off her race well to get within two lengths of the winner and, with Sam Coen taking 7lb off her back, she looks very nicely handicapped. Luscious, who was well behind in that aforementioned race, is almost certainly capable of better. A consistent filly prior to that outing, she shouldn't be discounted. C&D winner Four Blondes is another with leading claims in a competitive affair.

Although well beaten last week at Leopardstown, LUSCIOUS did travel well to a point and she's dropped in distance here.
Class & Speed Card

Evocative Spark has won before with some cut in the ground and off marks as high as 90. Although not the force of old, he is one to consider in a first-time visor, but WORLD OF DARCY gets his conditions for the first time since last November and can make the most of a drop in class. Kode Secret could hit a top-three finish if he takes a step forward from his Leicester third.

The return to a sprint trip is a positive for BACK BEFORE DARK, who went close on soft ground last October.
Class & Speed Card

Sun Joy put in a decent run when second here over shorter on his first start since February, and if first-time cheekpieces bring improvement he can go well, but one win for 14 starts over hurdles is a concern. Brilliant Light travels over from Ireland but top-weight may anchor him here, leaving the path clear for GOLD LINK. He kept on strongly to win over C&D last month and the booking of Harry Cobden to ride looks an eye-catching one off 4lb higher.

This should not take much winning and SUN JOY is selected to improve on his second here last time. The main danger can be Gold Link.
Class & Speed Card

Twice a winner on easy ground in Poland, Glady Eagle had been off over a year before finishing third at Tipperary on his first start for Willie Mullins. He steps up in trip and, with Dylan Browne McMonagle on board, looks sure to be a warm order. QUIZ TEST may prove a bit of value against him, though, after a good run to finish third at Galway. That was his best effort for some time and he ran well over C&D a couple of years ago. Plunkett Street has been running consistently over 1m4f this term. He is held by Glady Eagle on their running at Tipperary, but has a chance of minor honours.

Well-backed on Irish debut after a long absence, GLADY EAGLE likely did too much too soon and can reward the faithful here
Class & Speed Card

Priestess got up late to win by a head over a furlong shorter at Southwell and although upped 4lb for that, the added distance here may see her in a better light. The vote, though, goes to SHE'S CRAFTY, who deserves another chance having clearly not appreciated heavy ground at Ffos Las on nusery debut. Jane Of The Jungle could surprise a few in a first-time tongue tie.

Top of the list is MIDNIGHT RODEO who made it 2-3 in nurseries when completing a double with his comfortable success here on Saturday.
Class & Speed Card

KRANJCAR has been on a roll this month with three straight wins, and dropping back to 6f should not inconvenience him as he looks to overcome a 5lb penalty for his most recent success at Brighton. Back to form with a taking success over this trip at Chepstow earlier in the month, Connie's Rose is a player off 5lb higher, while similar comments apply to On Edge, who has been in consistent form lately without getting his head in front.

Preference is for YAZAMAN, who is worth another go at 6f and remains on a winning mark.
Class & Speed Card

Highly tried since landing his maiden here, CHICAGO CALL can resume winning ways. Far from disgraced in two starts in Group company subsequently, the Johnny Murtagh-trained colt should appreciate this easier task. Always to the fore when landing his initial victory, the son of Oasis Dream is well drawn to again hold a prominent early pitch. Charles Fort, who finished second to the selection on debut, has gradually improved with each outing. Hugely impressive at Cork last time, the Aidan O'Brien-trained colt has to be a contender. Sir Alfie, who could have been blessed with a kinder draw, is not without his chance on stable debut for Charles Byrnes.

Ger Lyons may be able to land this with his progressive Ballyhane Stakes scorer HOWD'YADOIT (nap) who ran well on easy ground on debut
Class & Speed Card

DILIGENT HENRY had excuses at Southwell last time but a 1lb ease in the handicap means he's now on the same mark as when successful over C&D in April. A few of these arrive with something to prove and while he is drawn well in stall two, Jessica Macey's gelding makes more appeal than many. Sands Of Dubai struck the woodwork last time out and is unlikely to be far away again. Arlecchino's Rex is another to consider.

It might be worth siding with ARLECCHINO'S REX, who is in decent form and defied this mark over C&D last autumn.
Class & Speed Card

Only just touched off in a stronger contest at Navan earlier this month, the Aidan O'Brien-trained CACTUS can open her account. Making much of the running on that occasion, the daughter of Wootton Bassett was only caught close home. Well drawn on this less testing track, it would be no surprise to see her lead pillar to post under her young apprentice. Having shaped with promise on his third start, handicap debutant Zarvali has to be of interest. With trainer Johnny Murtagh electing to apply first-time blinkers, the Dandy Man colt could have more to offer. Tahcawin is another who might be capable of improvement now that she races over a sprint trip for the first time.

This may go to CACTUS who has placed form in a race of this nature and her second in a rated race last time was another step forward.
Class & Speed Card

Penelope Valentine was far from disgraced on her stable debut at Lingfield a fortnight ago and is one of the more appealing options now tried in a first-time visor, but a chance can be taken on INVINCIBLE LOVE. Charlie Johnston's colt was entitled to have needed the run when returning from an absence at Chelmsford last month and the low-mileage three-year-old, who struck the woodwork over C&D in January, could now step forward. Embarked can chase the pair home.

Top of the list is PENELOPE VALENTINE (nap) who was a good third behind an improver on her recent stable debut.
Class & Speed Card

Curragh maiden winner CASH ME could be well treated off a mark of 71. Dropped to a sprint trip for the first time, the Andy Oliver-trained filly overcame trouble in running to score tidily, despite the narrow margin. A lightly-raced three-year-old who has only had the three career starts, the daughter of Prince Of Lir is almost certainly open to improvement. While she will again need to get the gaps at the right time in this big field, if doing so, she has leading claims. Gordon Bennett is another who needs everything to fall right given his hold-up style of racing. Nicola Burns takes a valuable 7lb off his back. Recent Cork winner Asdana also has every chance.

This looks a minefield but SHE'S SMART has to be on the shortlist in her current vein of form and returning to 6f is a plus.
Class & Speed Card

LEXINGTON JET went agonisingly close at Kempton last time out but from 2lb higher the son of Cotai Glory is fancied to go one place better. Backspin was able to fill the runner-up spot at Chelmsford recently and is a threat for all that stamina remains a slight concern, while others to note include previous C&D winner Packetofbiscuits and Arboreous, who could improve for the addition of first-time blinkers.

The vote goes to PACKETOFBISCUITS, a previous C&D winner who's entitled to have come on for his recent stable debut.
Class & Speed Card

SNEAKY BLINDER caught the eye when staying on well from midfield over 1m6f here last Tuesday and stepping up to beyond 2m may be just what is needed to see him regain the winning thread. That may be at the main expense of C&D winner Young Endless and Inlet, who is best judged on her penultimate effort when runner-up at Lingfield.

Young Endless finished in front of INLET last time but the selection was caught wide and may reverse the placings.
Class & Speed Card

Runner-up to a subsequent winner when upped in trip at Windsor last time out, PERGOLA is likely to improve on that effort and she can strike for her in-form connections. C&D winner Time Maybe is better than what he showed when disappointing here earlier in the month and he can follow the selection home, along with the returning Marion's Boy, who should be monitored for market support on his first start for new connections.

This can go to 3yo PERGOLA, who won an Epsom handicap in July and was only narrowly denied off this mark at Windsor last time.
Class & Speed Card

A winner of two of his last four starts over C&D and a respectable third here most recently, NORDIC GLORY is joint top weight for a reason and Ryan Kavangh's 5lb claim can help the six-year-old strike again. A capable sort on her day who has already scored twice this season, Banana is on the shortlist with multiple course winners Sisters In The Sky and Red Walls.

The consistent NORDIC GLORY looks to have been found a decent opportunity to get back to winning ways. Under Curfew is the danger.
Ths is the racecard key.

This is the 16:15 Kempton race from the video above backed at 28/1 earlier in the day.
Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.
There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.
The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.
Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.
In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.
Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
