There were 45 Races on Friday 26th September 2025 across 6 meetings. There was 7 races at Worcester, 7 races at Newmarket, 8 races at Listowel, 7 races at Haydock, 8 races at Dundalk, 8 races at Newcastle, no doubt Tomform helped you find a winner.
The data in the racecards below is for the past year. View the racecard key.

On paper, this would appear to be a match between COCO MADEMOISELLE and Secret Trix, with the former expected to come out on top. Dan Skelton's mare struggled when sent off favourite for the Summer Cup at Uttoxeter in June, but this will be far less taxing and she is the one to beat on these terms. Hitthekettle has plenty to find and looks booked for third.

This looks a good opportunity for COCO MADEMOISELLE to regain the winning thread. Secret Trix is a clear second choice.
Class & Speed Card

Elwateen has been disappointing since finishing an excellent fourth in the 1000 Guineas in May, but that might not be fair upon reflection as she's been campaigned at the highest level. It's far too soon to be writing her off, especially now eased in class, but it may be worth giving PROTEST another chance. On target at Goodwood before racing too keenly in the Dick Hern at Haydock, she looks sure to threaten if learning to race more amenably. Cajole is capable on her day and must also enter calculations.

Back down sharply in class, ELWATEEN is preferred. Never Let Go, Cajole, Protest and Troia are solid dangers.
Class & Speed Card

NADIA'S BOY can make a winning start over timber. The Getaway gelding already has jumping experience, having won a point-to-point, and was a bumper winner at Kilbeggan on stable debut at the start of June. Nice ground here would suit him. Frankie John also won a bumper last time out, in Galway, and looks an obvious danger. He is also a previous point-to-point winner. Wholelotofbusiness ran well, despite being no match for winner I'll Sort That, here on Wednesday. If he turns out again, he's entitled to play a part as long as his exertions haven't left a mark.

This looks like a three-horse race with preference given to FRANKIE JOHN following his Galway festival bumper success
Class & Speed Card

Having resumed his progression when making all over C&D last month, Rocks Up Late must enter the reckoning off just 3lb higher. Ben Pauling's charge isn't taken lightly, but stable/seasonal debutant SUPERSTYLIN might offer more value. Chris Gordon has his string in good order at present and his eight-year-old has slipped to an attractive mark. Gore Point is also of interest on his opening bid over fences.

Marginal preference is for ALSHADHIAN on these terms as he was closing fast on Rocks Up Late over C&D last month.
Class & Speed Card

A runner-up in Listed company the last twice, including when a neck behind the reopposing Miss Justice (winner) at Salisbury last month, REVOIR has long shaped as though she would relish stepping up to 1m4f. Her pedigree further solidifies those claims and she can find the required improvement to repel Silent Love, who arrives having landed the Chalice on the July course latest. William Buick keeps the faith with Spirited Style despite a disappointing effort in the German Oaks most recently, and she merits respect too.

Things did not work out for SPIRITED STYLE in the German Oaks but she looked exciting previously and is taken to bounce back with a win.
Class & Speed Card

FLEMENS INTREST was progressive in the spring and may be able to pick things up again on his return to action. The David Barry-trained gelding won two handicaps in good style at Limerick in April and, despite a 10lb rise for the latest of those, he looks capable of a bit more. Aine O'Connor is a positive booking in this contest. Half A Chance ran a big race when chasing home Arcland at Downpatrick and is another leading contender. His trainer Shark Hanlon also saddles Pahlavi, a winner at the same course on his penultimate start. He is only 4lb higher back on Irish soil now after a placed effort at Fontwell.

Maiden hurdle winner HALF A CHANCE went very close at Downpatrick a week ago and he may be capable of winning off just 2lb higher
Class & Speed Card

TRAVELING SOLDIER didn't seem to stay when runner-up over C&D in June, but he has done well since wind surgery and this could be an ideal time to have another go. Olly Murphy's charge is narrowly preferred to Stratford winner Radharc Na Slaine and Independent Jimmy, who makes his chasing debut following a determined success at Bangor earlier in the month.

The most obvious answer is TRAVELING SOLDIER, who has a solid record over fences this season.
Class & Speed Card

Kevin Ryan has booked rising star Jack Callan to ride course winner RIBBLE RIVER and, although he has an added 4lb for a neck success here last time, he has the speed needed to successfully drop back to this trip. Distinction drops a class after failing to run to form when eighth at Sandown and is worth another chance at this level, though Chester sixth Cotswold Cottage looks the bigger danger.

A good handful to consider but this can go to COTSWOLD COTTAGE (nap), who should appreciate the drop in trip.
Class & Speed Card

Having made light work of her opposition on both outings to date, the sky is the limit for TOULEEN. Owen Burrows' filly has more than earned a tilt at Pattern level and she can once again prove too strong for the reopposing Zanthos. The daughter of Sioux Nation pulled her chance away at Leicester recently but she remains of interest in spite of that, while The Prettiest Star heads the remainder.

The rematch between Touleen and Zanthos could be tight. THE PRETTIEST STAR and Awaken are others of interest.
Class & Speed Card

INCHIQUIN MAID may be able to score back over hurdles. The mare ran well when last seen in action, on the Flat at Navan, and is a generally consistent type. She was runner-up twice last year, including off this mark on her most recent hurdles outing. Tea It Is has been knocking on the door off low marks and could play a big role again in what looks a moderate enough affair. Shing Shilla ran well when third at Sligo and has to come into calculations.

EYEEYE has shown enough ability to suggest he can win a race and the drop into 0-100 company could help him to get his head in front
Class & Speed Card

A facile winner here over 2m on his first start for the in-form James Owen team, DREAM DIAMOND is likely to have plenty more improvement to come over further and a mark of 122 on his handicap debut could prove lenient. Stumps Or Slips supplemented a chasing hat-trick when successfully reverting to this sphere over C&D in July. He must enter calculations, along with fellow track-and-trip winner Service Minimum and top-weight Intosomethinggood, who was impressive at Bangor.

Handicap debutant SQUIRE DANAGHER has made a low-key start to his hurdling career but his Irish Flat form offers hope he can improve.
Class & Speed Card

Gentle George showed plenty of improvement for his debut sixth when winning by a length at Sandown when running on strongly, and he can go well back up a furlong here. Night Mission outran his odds of 80/1 when second over C&D on debut despite running green and could prove the bigger danger to MONARCH'S GOLD. A 550,000-euro breeze-up purchase in May, he only needed to be pushed out to win at Kempton and looks an exciting prospect.

None of these are ruled out but MONARCH'S GOLD looked a goood prospect at Kempton and that race is working out.
Class & Speed Card

Four from five in his career following a comprehensive success in Listed company on the July Course recently, OPERA BALLO could be a colt on the way to the top. Similar comments apply to the unbeaten Zeus Olympios, who maintained his unbeaten record in the Superior Mile at Haydock and he is the main danger. Detain needs to rediscover some sparkle but it would be folly to write him off, while Prague may appreciate a return to headquarters having landed this contest easily last year.

Opera Ballo sets a fine standard but ZEUS OLYMPIOS (nap) is also a potential top-notcher and Karl Burke's 3yo can make it 4-4.
Class & Speed Card

CASHELDALE LAD ran a cracker in the Galway Hurdle and can land a big pot now. The Raven's Pass gelding was still relatively unexposed going to Ballybrit, where he made his fifth start over timber in the ultra-competitive handicap. He got a bit outpaced turning for home, but plugged on well behind the front two. That big-field experience will stand to him and he's only 2lb higher. Josh Williamson claims a valuable 7lb again. Lord Erskine was one of those not helped by the start in the Galway Hurdle, but was a good winner back at Ballybrit earlier this month. He's a danger. Spy was a convincing winner at Killarney and is another to consider.

It was a huge performance by CASHELDALE LAD to take third in the Galway Hurdle last time and he may defy top weight
Class & Speed Card

The Twiston-Davies team landed this contest last year with subsequent Grade 1 winner Potters Charm and they may have another talented sort on their hands in the shape of SIR HOBNOB. The four-year-old improved markedly from his first to his second start in bumpers to score at Bangor and this looks like a nice opportunity. Course winner Ice In The Veins might be best placed to chase him home, with Authoceltic and Blue Universe next best.

Glance Of Glory is respected but ICE IN THE VEINS looks the one to beat with more to come over this longer trip.
Class & Speed Card

Karl Burke has trained two of the last four winners and has a contender here with CLEAR FORCE despite finishing last of three over C&D in August, where he pulled too hard for his own good. Down 2lb for that, he has competed without success in Group/Listed class and might prove too good for these. Reimagined could do a lot better wearing a tongue-tie, while Concert is another to note.

There's a suspicion ARMY BUGLER might have been running well despite quick ground and he's interesting on this forecast easier surface.
Class & Speed Card

ISLE OF JURA went from strength-to-strength last year and is taken to make a winning reappearance. George Scott's charge completed a five-timer with an emphatic victory in the Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes last summer, and he could prove hard to stop if returning in a similar vein of form. Eydon recorded a career-best performance when winning a Group 3 at Newbury back in May. He makes greater appeal than the returning Chelmsford novice winner By The Book and last year's winner Burdett Road.

Godolphin 4yo BY THE BOOK returns from an absence and is going up in grade, but he's shown star potential when winning his two starts.
Class & Speed Card

MUSIC OF LIFE ran a big race on her first outing for Denis Hogan here on Sunday and may be able to go one better. The Walk In The Park mare was collared late on by the progressive Pampar Lady over half a mile shorter and Josh Williamson takes 7lb off now to ease her top-weight burden. Fire Coral comes here on a hat-trick and has to be respected. She was a good winner at Down Royal last time and stays well. Whiskey Serenade ran better on her third outing for Gavin Cromwell when placed at Tramore and is one to note in the market on her handicap debut.

MUSIC OF LIFE's rider's claim more than negates a 4lb rise for a fine run here earlier this week and she's bred to stay this far
Class & Speed Card

SAM'S AMOUR seemed to enjoy the step up in trip when finishing second over an extended 3m2f at Newton Abbot in July and compensation could be on the cards. A 2lb rise in the ratings looks workable for the eight-year-old and she edges the vote over C&D winner Ernest Gray. Alan King's charge scored here in May and is a big player. The returning Gustoso is the pick of the remainder.

In retained cheekpieces back at the scene of his spring success, ERNEST GRAY is preferred. Supreme Yeats is second pick.
Class & Speed Card

Aerial Silk made a pleasing introduction over C&D earlier this month and that experience ought to stand him in good stead, but the Karl Burke-trained POKER could hold all the aces. A son of Wootton Bassett, he fetched an eye watering 4,300,000gns at the sales last October and has plenty to recommend him on paper. The yard has an abundance of talented youngsters already, and this Futurity entrant could be another. Gaurdman can chase the pair home.

This race features the first appearance of POKER, who was one of the top lots at Tattersalls Book 1 last October and could prove smart.
Class & Speed Card

Charlie Appleby won this with a twice-raced colt in 2023 and although less experienced, Beccadelli makes considerable appeal following a promising debut. Battle Apple wasn't disgraced in a valuable sales contest at Doncaster and is respected, but preference is for ENOCH. The Gosdens' newcomer is a Frankel half-brother to the brilliant Almanzor, while being related to a host of other useful types, and it would come as no surprise were he up to the task. Adamlyi is worth a second glance in the betting.

Good cases can be made for CAPTAIN FOX, Battle Apple and Beccadelli, while Adamlyi and Enoch are interesting newcomers.
Class & Speed Card

CEROC may be able to make a winning start for Andy Slattery. The Champs Elysees gelding was placed on his last two outings for the late Edward O'Grady and remains on the same mark of 110. His new yard has been in fine form and a change of scenery could give the seven-year-old a little boost. Newtown Rambler has been placed on his last two appearances and is on the same rating as when third at Wexford last month. He remains open to a bit more improvement on just his fourth start over fences. A Nod To Getaway won well in Killarney and is another for the shortlist, with Eoin Staples taking off 7lb.

Cahirdown Boy and GAELIC DES CHASTYS finished 1-2 in this last year and the latter horse is taken to turn the tables
Class & Speed Card

Grey Skies supplemented his C&D victory when digging deep to complete a double in the Cartmel Cup last month. However, a further 4lb rise from the assessor does demand more from Donald McCain's charge, while Turpin Gold is 7lb higher for his latest victory at Newton Abbot. With that in mind, it could be worth taking a chance on GRAECIA at the foot of the weights. The four-year-old is effectively 6lb lower than her latest fourth at Stratford if taking Daire McConville's 5lb claim into account.

The 9yo TURPIN GOLD (nap) has thrived since joining Tom Lacey and can follow up last month's stylish win at Newton Abbot.
Class & Speed Card

Persuasion was no match for an improver over C&D earlier this month but there wouldn't appear to be anything of that calibre lining up here so he merits respect. However, Steph Hollinshead landed the corresponding event 12 months ago and, with that in mind, a chance can be taken on ALBESEEINGYER. There have been signs of a revival since returning in June, none more so than when third at Newmarket latest, so it is very possible this could be her turn. Lexington Belle and Leadman are just two others to consider.

Leadman has the talent if the cards fall right for him but PERSUASION's solid record over C&D earns him the vote.
Class & Speed Card

BEST SUGGESTION was placed in a couple of sprints at Navan earlier in the year and ran close to his mark on his all-weather debut when beaten two lengths in a 7f handicap here last week. He should be suited by dropping back in trip and is chosen to land an ordinary affair. Just Jump was a close third in a C&D maiden last winter and will be sharper for his Curragh comeback run. His new connections place their horses well in claimers. Fifth in a Curragh maiden, Cali Case is held by the selection on last week's running but should also be seen in a better light back at 6f.

On form there should be big runs in Heaven's Wish, Best Suggestion and CALI CASE, with the latter edging preference.
Class & Speed Card

MAN OF LA MANCHA usually attracts support and he justified favouritism on the soft at Sandown last month. All ground conditions seem to come alike to him and a 6lb rise may underestimate the speed at which he is progressing. Shamrock Bay dug deep to register a deserved success in the Racing League at Chepstow and is expected to challenge again. Mezcala lost little in defeat when runner-up on his handicap debut at Haydock and certainly has more to offer, a remark that might also apply to Boyfriend.

George Margarson is among the winners and his good form can continue with MYTHICAL GUEST, who has a positive record here.
Class & Speed Card

CELESTIAL TUNE ran a big race when last seen at the Punchestown Festival and can make it third-time lucky. The Maxios filly stayed on well when chasing home Bud Fox and that form looks strong with the fourth and fifth horses both dual winners since. Are You Around obviously commands plenty of respect. Willie Mullins' charge was third on her debut at Wexford and could improve a bit from that experience. Derek O'Connor won a point-to-point with Lennon Grove and rides her now for Gavin Cromwell as she makes her track debut. She's another for the shortlist.

Thomas Cooper landed this race last year and CELESTIAL TUNE (nap) looks the one to beat based on her fine Punchestown second in April
Class & Speed Card

Coedana made a successful handicap debut at Southwell and could have lots more to offer. However, a 6lb hike demands more of her now she steps up in class and preference is for the stoutly-bred DANCINGINTHERAIN, who is introduced to handicapping on a workable mark. The Godolphin-owned filly is a tempting proposition based on her potential to be more focused with cheekpieces added now she rises in distance. Last-time C&D winner Timeless Charm is another notable option.

Top of the list is COEDANA (nap), who kicked off her handicap career with a smooth success at Southwell and is open to more progress.
Class & Speed Card

Gentle Warrior bids for a hat-trick raised 8lb for his convincing success at Chester. The less-exposed Arabian Poet makes more appeal after scoring over 1m4f at Kempton on his handicap bow, but KLASSLEADER could prove to be the one. The son of Lope De Vega found plenty in the closing stages of a novice race at Ffos Las to forge clear of his rivals, and this extra test of stamina looks likely to bring about more improvement on his handicap debut.

Hard to rule any of these out but the vote goes to ARABIAN POET, who was off the mark last time and can improve again up in trip.
Class & Speed Card

CARRIGANS GROVE has been a model of consistency since winning over 5f here in April and can strike again after beating 20 rivals in the hands of Robyn Donaghue-Leahy at the Curragh. A 5lb rise for that victory seems fair and she should be able to get a good position from a favourable draw. Denis Hogan runs three in the orange silks of James McAuley and Monday's Fairyhouse winner Ze Do Asfalto looks the pick of them under a penalty. He's drawn wide but takes his racing well and is a big player. Smoke Them Out, who is tried in new headgear, ran well over 7f on his all-weather debut and dropping back in trip should suit.

This year could barely have gone any better for CARRIGANS GROVE and she might not be done yet.
Class & Speed Card

SORRENTINO was a fast-finishing second on his last visit here and may be able to go one better. The New Bay gelding got going late to get within half a length of Gentleman Joe at the June meeting and has run well again since when losing out by the same margin to Mont St Michel at Killarney. He deserves to get his head in front. Lark In The Mornin was only a neck behind the selection here and won at Bellewstown subsequently. He's an obvious danger. Jetara didn't make much impression in Listed company at Galway, but could play a bigger role now up in trip.

The pick of the Mullins' runners is SORRENTINO who relegated \bLark In The Mornin/p to third here in June and is now 4lb better off
Class & Speed Card

Due for an 8lb rise in future handicaps after she made all for a ready success at Thirsk, MAX OF STARS has to be worth a shot on these terms in a very winnable race. Fellow last-time scorers Wyld Bill, who picks up a penalty for his Chelmsford victory, and the consistent Daring Leader can make this a good test for the selection. Royal Blaze has also held his form well of late and could be a player if adapting to the tongue-tie/cheekpieces combination.

This is highly competitive but the vote goes to MAX OF STARS, who escapes a penalty for her emphatic success at Thirsk 11 days ago.
Class & Speed Card

ROLAND GARROS made a bold bid from the front when runner-up on his debut for Hayley Burton's yard. Raised 2lb for that neck defeat, he has plenty of scope for further progress off his current mark and can go one better. Taritino has been in the mix of late and he can feature again having scored off a higher mark last term, while Alpine Stroll is also fancied to go well.

Roland Garros and Alpine Stroll are respected but CORMIER may be able to build on the promise of his latest outing at Chester.
Class & Speed Card

Plenty of well-bred newcomers in this maiden, but YELLOWSTONE LAKE can put her experience to good use and get off the mark on her third start. Paddy Twomey's runner had Real Encounter just over two lengths back in fourth when touched off over 6f at Leopardstown and then finished fourth to a subsequent Listed winner at the Curragh. Aidan O'Brien introduces Institute and Together Now. Both hold Group 1 entries, with the former, a daughter of Frankel, appearing the pick on jockey bookings. Prevalence showed enough at home to be entered in a Group 3, while Emmeleia came home in front in a barrier trial at Leopardstown.

An intriguing maiden. The Ballydoyle newcomers are bred in the purple but YELLOWSTONE LAKE already has smart form in the book.
Class & Speed Card

On her introduction, VENCEDORA finished third behind a filly who was pitched into a Group 3 on her next start and the Karl Burke-trained potential improver gets the vote. Creative Queen, an 800,000-euro breeze-up purchase, is the most obvious danger based on that hefty price tag. As a half-sister to Group 2-winning sprinter Valiant Force, there is a lot to like about William Haggas' newcomer. Akademy Lady is another appealing debutant to consider.

The vote goes to CREATIVE QUEEN, who cost 800,000euros at a breeze-up sale in May and has plenty of speed in her smart pedigree.
Class & Speed Card

PINBALL WIZARD ran well at Bellewstown last time and might be able to overcome a wide draw. A four-time winner on all-weather surfaces in Britain, he has plenty of placed form at this venue and has dropped down to a competitive mark. The Bog Bank had Famous Enough back in fourth when scoring at Gowran earlier in the month. Two of her eight career victories have come over C&D and she is likely to contend again. Ms Olivia was a good second on her penultimate start at Tipperary and, if she can transfer that form to Polytrack, is another who has to come into calculations.

VENETIAN might be the solution. He didn't last home over the extended 1m2f here last time but back to this trip will suit.
Class & Speed Card

Beach Partee battled on well to win by a head at Brighton, but he a 6lb penalty to shoulder and is only due to go up 4lb for future races. Martha's Shadow stepped up on previous efforts when second at Catterick and she can go well, but WOODY Y FERNANDEZ looks the one. Only beaten a nose at Windsor last month, when caught late on and clear of the third, he is fancied to go one better.

Beach Partee is the only winner in the field but he may be vulnerable under a penalty. SPIRIT STAR could go well back sprinting.
Class & Speed Card

SIERRA DE GREDOS had Punk Poet back in third when scoring over C&D last week and can record his fourth win of the campaign. Trainer Andy Oliver negates a 6lb rise by employing a talented claimer and this progressive type is well drawn in stall four. Punk Poet, a multiple winner over C&D, hasn't got his head in front for quite a while but has returned to form in two outings this month and should give another good account. Laytown winner Amanirenas again has the assistance of Dylan Browne McMonagle. She has been kept away from the all-weather in recent seasons, but did finish second in a maiden here at three.

There isn't much between SIERRA DE GREDOS and Punk Poet on their meeting over C&D last week but slight preference is for the former
Class & Speed Card

LIVONIAN has to give weight away to all of his rivals but impressed when winning at Windsor by an eased-down four lengths, after being beaten a nose on his debut. Canopus chased the selection home after a slow start last time and reopposes on 7lb better terms so has to be feared. Newcomers Surprise Rally and Wesam represent powerful Newmarket stables and are worth a market watch.

There is a 7lb turnaround in the weights today but LIVONIAN is fancied to confirm Windsor superiority over Canopus.
Class & Speed Card

MADAM CELESTE was touched off in last year's renewal and may be able to go one place better. A maiden winner on her only other outing at Dundalk, she has run well in Listed company on turf this season and backed up her victory at Gowran Park in May with another solid effort at the same venue last month. Phantom Flight had a profitable time in Bahrain during the winter and ran respectably when last seen at Royal Ascot. He's a big player. Last year's Irish Oaks winner and Yorkshire Oaks runner-up You Got To Me hasn't beaten a rival on her last two starts and has questions to answer at present.

You Got To Me is a Group 1 filly running in a Listed race but at this distance preference is for PHANTOM FLIGHT (nap).
Class & Speed Card

Uncle Sam won here as a juvenile over shorter and ran well this year before a seventh at Catterick, where he failed to handle the track. He can go well off 1lb lower, while the improving Reenie's Dream's half-length Carlisle second makes her a big player. BEAUTY BLOSSOM didn't see out the mile when fourth in a Redcar novice event last month but she could surprise on her handicap debut off a mark of 61, which looks pretty generous.

A few runners of interest but REENIE'S DREAM has run well in both handicap starts and remains capable of better.
Class & Speed Card

QUICKSHOT was second over C&D on his handicap debut in the spring and won well over 1m4f here when last seen in July. He's up 10lb for that victory, but this unexposed three-year-old is open to further improvement and has the season's leading jockey on board. Benavente recorded a third course success over further last week and both his trainer and talented apprentice rider are in good form. Consistent dual-purpose performer Expound has plenty of placed form here and makes the shortlist, while top-weight Nocturnal is better than she showed from a wide draw last time and drops in grade.

Back to form when winning over 1m4f here a week ago, BENAVENTE has won over shorter and can follow up over this trip up 6lb.
Class & Speed Card

Having justified favouritism at Pontefract last week, this could prove a suitable opportunity for MISSMIMI to complete a quickfire double. Tina Jackson's mare makes plenty of appeal off an unchanged mark and is taken to repel Newyorkstateofmind, who arrives on the back of a close-up second over C&D. Let's Go Hugo finished in front that day, but a 5lb penalty will make life tougher.

Competitive for the grade but the two recent winners MISSMIMI and Let's Go Hugo can dominate proceedings.
Class & Speed Card

CHOPSTICKS got off the mark in style when winning by five lengths at Sligo last month and the runner-up has franked that form. It was a deserved success for the five-year-old who had gone close several times previously, including at this venue, and he may be able to progress a bit more after getting his head in front. Waystar won over C&D in the spring and returned to form at Ayr last time. She gives trainer John McConnell a strong hand in this contest. Captain Hanley was beaten less than a length over this trip at Tramore and a subsequent run on the beach at Laytown may have freshened him up.

CHOPSTICKS is selected as the form of his Sligo win was franked since and he can defy a 9lb hike plus a wide draw.
Class & Speed Card

OCEAN ODYSSEY returned to form with a close-up second at Kempton and is 2lb well-in. James Owen's charge scored on Tapeta on his stable bow at Southwell at the beginning of August and he gets the nod. Last-time-out winners Bernalda and Izzari merit respect in their follow-up bids, with the former open to more improvement in the retained blinkers. Hale End can also have a say in proceedings.

Preference is for BERNALDA who made the breakthrough with her comfortable win at Wolverhampton three weeks ago.
Ths is the racecard key.

Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.
Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.
In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.
Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
