There were 45 Races on Thursday 6th November 2025 across 6 meetings. There was 7 races at Newbury, 7 races at Clonmel, 7 races at Sedgefield, 7 races at Ludlow, 9 races at Newcastle, 8 races at Chelmsford City, no doubt Tomform helped you find a winner.
The data in the racecards below is for the past year. View the racecard key.

A winner over the best part of 2m5f at Kelso in May, Benefit Ben is not certain to appreciate this shorter distance and ZENATO is of more interest. Fergal O'Brien's charge struck over the extended 2m trip at Stratford last month and a 4lb rise may not be enough to prevent another bold bid from the improving four-year-old. Dexter was pulled up after his saddle slipped at Bangor, but had been in decent form over fences before that and is not out of this.

Having been in good form over fences for the majority of this season, DEXTER is taken to make a winning return to hurdles.
Class & Speed Card

With a small field tactics could be key here, and that points the way to HOPELESS DANCER, who may get an easy time on the front. Freshers Week arrives unbeaten after winning a point-to-point and making a successful debut over hurdles, but his jumping needs improvement and he has to give weight away to all of his rivals. Tiptoptim also has claims if his stamina holds out over this trip.

With the form of last month's Uttoxeter second having worked out very well in the meantime, TIPTOPTIM gets the nod.
Class & Speed Card

SIXMILEBRIDGE was a classy hurdler, winning three times before finishing ninth in the Turners at the Cheltenham Festival in March behind The New Lion. Although likely to be better over further than this in time, a clear round should see him make a winning start to his chasing career. Josh The Boss was also useful over hurdles and will be dangerous if turned out quickly after his defeat in a Warwick match on Tuesday.

Grade 2 hurdle winner SIXMILEBRIDGE is an exciting recruit to fences and this is a good opportuity on his chase debut.
Class & Speed Card

I AM LORENZO hasn't run since struggling at Grade 1 level in February, but has nice ability. Previously trained by Gavin Cromwell, his maiden hurdle form was useful and although his lack of a recent run is a concern, his yard is doing well and he likes soft ground. St Lawrence's Well has a race-fitness advantage and was defeated by a subsequent Listed winner at Cork last time. He drops in distance and competes on softer ground, but should give the selection a race under his 7lb claimer. Kovanis won a Leopardstown bumper last Christmas. but was well enough held on his reappearance at Punchestown last month.

Just denied over this trip at Leopardstown last season for Gavin Cromwell, I AM LORENZO looks the one to beat on his return to action
Class & Speed Card

A dual bumper winner, including over this trip here, SWINGINGONTHESTEEL makes most appeal. The form of his latest victory has worked out well and Rebecca Menzies' charge has a leading chance if proving as effective in this sphere. Noble George is another hurdling debutant capable of getting involved, while the rest appear up against it but Yanka Blue is the pick of them.

Having completed a bumper double when winning here in April, SWINGINGONTHESTEEL earns the vote on this hurdle debut.
Class & Speed Card

Collingham returns to hurdles after pulling up over fences at Worcester in August, but he has a good record over hurdles and enters the equation off his current mark. Cotton End intrigues returning from the point-to-point field and could surprise a few, but OCEAN CONQUEST is preferred. Upped in trip after winning by a neck here last month, the four-year-old can only improve for his first start in seven months.

Last year's winner MELTON MOSSY (nap) made an encouraging seasonal reappearance last month and remains on a workable mark.
Class & Speed Card

Bowmore might go well after returning with a second at Market Rasen over this distance last month, but he has been put up 2lb for that and is yet to win in handicap company. INSIDE MAN is improving all the time and won with plenty in hand at Newton Abbot a couple of months ago. An extra 4lb may not stop him doubling up with the chance of another step forward. Double Oban is upped in class for his seasonal debut after winning four of his last five starts and could also get involved.

It's a tricky choice but BELIEVITANDUCAN might be the one to latch on to, for one of the in-form stables.
Class & Speed Card

Point-to-point and bumper winner SCOPE TO IMPROVE debuts over hurdles and can continue his yard's good run. Successful in a Necarne point, he scored nicely at Naas in December but disappointed somewhat when racing a little keenly at the Aintree Festival. He will be ready on reappearance and notably receives weight from his principal dangers. Top-weight If You Believe also scored between the flags and although well held in a valuable bumper at Punchestown in April, that is traditionally a strong race. Bumper winner Big Dispute is rated just 104 and while he appears to be better than that mark, might still struggle to win this.

Bumper winner SCOPE TO IMPROVE looks the one to beat now on hurdles debut
Class & Speed Card

Regularly placed over these fences, BEAT THE EDGE finished a remote third over C&D on his return from a layoff. That run should have brought him on a good deal and he gets another chance now reunited with Brian Hughes. A return to faster ground will suit Imperial Rule on debut for his new yard, while Prized Jet was in the process of running a big race when falling here last month and could feature for her new trainer.

The mare PRIZED JET was clear when falling four out over C&D last month and can confirm the suspicion she's well treated at present.
Class & Speed Card

MOJITO DES MOTTES won his only start in France at Moulins and debuts for Ben Pauling after being purchased by J P McManus. That form has been franked with the runner-up winning his next three starts by wide margins, and he could prove to be an astute purchase. Treasure Planet represents Paul Nicholls, whose horses are beginning to hit top form, and he could prove a danger in receipt of 7lb, leaving the ex-Godolphin owned Modern Style as next best.

Ben Pauling's new recruit MOJITO DES MOTTES beat a rival who has quickly developed into a useful chaser when winning in France.
Class & Speed Card

Joyau Allen is held in some regard at Ditcheat by Paul Nicholls, but as a full-brother to Envoi Allen his future may be over further and a win after 622 days off the track seems a big ask. CAPTAIN HUGO caught the eye winning a bumper at the second attempt by nine lengths at Worcester in May and he could come out in top, with Sinnatra and Alba Crus others to keep an eye on.

Several strikingly promising types may be headed today by CAPTAIN HUGO, Caballero Cliff and Wilstar.
Class & Speed Card

RISING DUST has progressed well and might defy his latest rise in the ratings. His recent form has been on a sound surface, but he does stay very well and remains open to some more improvement, racing from a light weight. Six-time winner Grange Walk has been running well over fences and timber recently and a different 7lb claimer is back on board for his return to hurdling. Intent Approach reappeared following a 528-day layoff at Listowel in September so should improve from that run.

Perhaps INTENT APPROACH may have derived enough benefit from his Listowel return to thwart the hat-trick seeker Rising Dust
Class & Speed Card

ABSOLUTELY DOYEN beat a fairly weak line-up to get off the mark on his first start for Paul Nicholls when sent off at a very short price and there is every chance he has been found a good chance to follow up, even though he has to give weight away. Lowlands showed plenty of improvement to come home fourth at Perth on her first start since wind surgery and could prove a serious danger. The Hawkstonian may chase them home.

Having got off the mark at Stratford last month, this looks a good opportunity for ABSOLUTELY DOYEN to make it 2-2 for Paul Nicholls.
Class & Speed Card

EASY BUCKS, who was hampered by a faller when he unseated at Listowel before enduring further misfortune with a relatively soft fall at Hexham last time, could be the answer if negotiating a trouble-free run this time. The small field can help the selection and he can make the most receiving 10lb from his likely main rival, Minniemum. The betting market can guide regarding Concetto, who is a four-time chase winner on his first start after wind surgery.

Back over a far more suitable trip than on her reappearance at Chepstow, MINNIEMUM can make it 3-5 over fences.
Class & Speed Card

Charlie Johnston won this last season and has a good chance of following up with PARISIAN SCHOLAR, a five-length C&D winner last month. A disappointing seventh at Nottingham since, he needs to bounce back but may well do so on his return to this track. Izz'nt She Hot makes her nursery debut after being beaten a short head at Southwell and she could also get involved where it matters, while Likeness is next best.

The well-bred IZZ'NT SHE HOT made an unconvincing start to her career but last time was much better at Southwell.
Class & Speed Card

KHRISMA just failed to reel in the subsequent dual Listed winner Casheldale Lad when runner-up over hurdles at Punchestown in May and she gets the vote on the strength of that form. Jackie Hobbs is a dual bumper winner to note on her hurdling bow, while Pottersville is another to consider on debut for her new yard. Heron In The Park and Hornica are not easily ruled out either.

This field is packed with interest but top of the list has to be KHRISMA, particulary on the strength of her second at Punchestown.
Class & Speed Card

SPINDLEBERRY won all three novice chase runs and can confirm February placings with chief rival Bioluminescence. Runner-up at Grade 1 level over hurdles, Willie Mullins' high-class mare took very well to fences last season and concluded with a fine defeat of smart geldings Firefox and Champ Kiely in Fairyhouse's WillowWarm Gold Cup. Bioluminescence conceded 10lb to the selection in the aforementioned February race and although she now receives 2lb, she lacks a little of Spindleberry's ability. Kilbarry Saint should win the chase for the other black-type place.

Grade 1 winner SPINDLEBERRY beat Bioluminescence readily at Fairyhouse last season and may emerge best despite much altered terms
Class & Speed Card

Whatyouwaitingfor has his first start for Charlie Longsdon and arrives with consistent form over hurdles, including a Newton Abbot victory and four seconds. If he takes to fences, he could go close but FIERCE WARRIOR is preferred. The six-year-old also makes his debut over the larger obstacles after winning a decent handicap hurdle at Musselburgh in March and is sure to have been well schooled by Nicky Henderson. Born In The West is one to watch and is expected to improve now chasing.

Point winner BORN IN THE WEST was progressive over hurdles last season and is taken to make a winning chase debut.
Class & Speed Card

PARK PRINCESS looked a bright prospect when she was the ready winner of a Newbury bumper in December 2023 before notching a creditable fourth in a Listed race at Market Rasen. Last seen when tilted at the 2024 Nickel Coin bumper at Aintree, this well-bred mare is an intriguing contender resuming from a break on her hurdles debut. Mighty Fleur and Lady Kara are the pick of those with jumping experience but could prove vulnerable if the selection starts to fulfil her potential.

If PARK PRINCESS is sufficiently straight to do herself justice then this useful bumper performer could be too smart for these.
Class & Speed Card

With a lack of winning form to work with Athenian Spirit could prove popular after finishing second at Wolverhampton last month. Upped 3lb for that he will need to find more, and a chance is taken on LORD CLOUGHAN. Upped a furlong for his first start since being gelded, and wearing first-time cheekpieces, a mark of 56 may be low enough to see him mount a serious challenge. Mereside Princess is another to consider in first-time blinkers.

The return to 7f and switch to a minor nursery could see LION OF MALI take a good step forward.
Class & Speed Card

Progressive over fences last season, Haiti Couleurs is not easily overlooked reverting to hurdles for his reappearance. However, it could pay to give another chance to EAST INDIA EXPRESS. The latter was travelling well when falling at Cheltenham on last month's seasonal debut, and Nicky Henderson's inmate has solid claims based on his six-length victory at the same venue in April. A winner at Punchestown when last in action, Thanksforthehelp is another to consider given his trainer has won three of the previous eight renewals.

Haiti Couleurs returns but this race may end up being fought out by TRANQUIL SEA (nap) and East India Express.
Class & Speed Card

The 169-rated IL ETAIT TEMPS can take this on the way to a possible tilt at the Tingle Creek at Sandown. He has won five of his seven races over fences, including four at Grade One level. He goes well fresh and should make light of an absence since April when he landed the Celebration Chase. His stablemate Gentleman De Mee is weighted to make a race of it. He was last seen finishing fourth in a Grade 2 on the same Sandown card in April. He doesn't have the same strike rate over fences, but is a worthy opponent. Senecia and former Irish Grand National winner Intense Raffles may have to tussle for third place.

This looks a good opportunity for IL ETAIT TEMPS on seasonal return, although no easy task conceding 9lb to Gentleman De Mee
Class & Speed Card

RULER OF THE RIVER failed to see out 2m7f at Market Rasen but she should do better having won at Plumpton over an extended 2m4f in September, albeit off 5lb lower. Zeezee stayed on to run her best race yet when second over 3m at Perth and she can feature. Point-to-point winner Kimjoy is interesting if a first-time tongue-tie/hood combination and a step up in distance bring improvement.

This may not take much winning and should be a good opportunity for Perth runner-up ZEEZEE (nap) to get off the mark.
Class & Speed Card

Most of these fail to inspire confidence with only a speculative vote going the way of L'EMPIRE VERT. Sheila Lewis' charge finished a close second over hurdles at Ffos Las in March and is likely to prove competitive if producing a similar effort back over the larger obstacles. Formel Park has placed off higher marks over timber and makes more appeal than Outback Frontiers on her chasing bow.

Most of the runners have lots to prove and this looks difficult but OUTBACK FRONTIERS gets the vote ahead of Formel Park.
Class & Speed Card

Molinari won this last year and is back for more off 2lb higher. He can go well once again, but the younger WITHOUT COMPROMISE arrives in good form after a win and a second over C&D on his last two starts. On that evidence, he could take some stopping, while the lightly-raced Berezka is also interesting if a hood helps her to settle.

The well-bred WITHOUT COMPROMISE (nap) has got his act together now and he can record a second C&D success.
Class & Speed Card

LEADER IN THE PARK progressed well over fences during his novice campaign with a brace of victories at Kempton and Warwick. The seven-year-old is expected to put his rivals under pressure on the front end and he may take some stopping if getting into a decent rhythm. Marvel De Cerisy is an interesting contender on his first start for Christian Williams, while Outlaw Peter has dropped to his last winning mark.

The vote goes to Ben Pauling's front-runner LEADER IN THE PARK, who is 2-5 over fences and is open to more progress this season.
Class & Speed Card

The forecast rain won't be welcomed by a lot of these horses. FREMANTLE DOCTOR's best result in this sphere came over a similar trip at Roscommon on soft ground last year when he took the runner-up berth. He was placed over further at Sligo last month and it could be a shrewd move reverting back to this distance. Ballycashin absolutely loves her trips to Clonmel and has a shot at exploiting her lower chase mark, particularly with Anna McGuinness easing the joint top-weight's burden by 7lb. Darragh O'Keeffe is in red-hot form and is set for another good spin on the consistent Onefortheditch. Recent Clonmel winner Kobalt St Georges and Baltinglass Hill will have their supporters.

With Anna McGuinness again claiming 7lb, BALLYCASHIN (nap) has a good chance of adding to a recent handicap hurdle at this venue
Class & Speed Card

Keep On Cobbling landed a maiden hurdle at Stratford back in April and could shape well on her handicap bow. Somebodycomegether arrives on the back of finishing second on the Flat and returns to hurdling with a shout, but VANILLA DANCER may edge affairs. Still in contention when falling a couple of flights from home here last time, Chris Grant's mare could launch a strong challenge with a clear round.

Topweight KEEP ON COBBLING won a 2m maiden hurdle at Stratford in April when last seen and looks a good prospect for this sort of trip.
Class & Speed Card

This contest looks to be between the Huntingdon winner BANKATARY and the runner-up Crack Ops. The former is penalised for that debut success, but gave the strong impression there was plenty more left in the locker, and James Owen's charge is taken to go in again. Faithful Guardian's dam is related to a winning hurdler among others and, with Alan King's yard in such fine form, he makes more appeal than fellow newcomer Captain Mainwaring.

Even with the penalty there's a good chance that BANKATARY can confirm Huntingdon places with runner-up Crack Ops.
Class & Speed Card

QUILT showed the most promise of those with racecourse experience when finishing fourth at Kempton on debut. The daughter of Ardad should be a lot wiser for that experience and could be thereabouts at the finish. Emilia Casanova is another likely to improve from a moderate first effort at Leicester, while Fashion People is a newcomer to note given her dam won over this trip as a two-year-old.

Fashion People is a newcomer of note but EMILIA CASANOVA could leave her debut effort well behind her.
Class & Speed Card

WESTERN GEORGE stepped forward from his debut effort here in a valuable contest when placed at Carlisle last month. With a run under his belt already this campaign, that may be used to his advantage. Heaven Can Wait is open to improvement following his fourth at Uttoxeter in March and is now in the care of Fergal O'Brien. The well-bred Turbocharged, Padre Arthur and Looping D'arc appeal most of the newcomers.

The market should be informative but at this stage the vote goes to Dan Skelton's TURBOCHARGED, who is out of a smart bumper winner.
Class & Speed Card

PANJANDRUM was the subject of a positive report in a recent stable tour and could be up to making a winning racecourse debut. He landed a point-to-point in Britain for Gina Andrews last Christmas and was sold at the sales in January before being placed with Gordon Elliott. The softening ground ought to suit him well. Grandy Lane has switched to Gavin Cromwell after being pipped by a head in a Sligo maiden hurdle in May for Ian Donoghue, so is a major player. Hillfort Manor might be one that could improve upon a fourth place at Thurles last month.

Slight preference is for Gigginstown's former Gina Andrews-trained winner PANJANDRUM over Grandy Lane
Class & Speed Card

EMTINAN faced a tough test when fifth in maiden company at York on debut. That looks decent form in this context, given the runner-up has subsequently placed in a Group 3, and a good account looks assured from Charlie Hills' charge. Be Patient showed ability when third over C&D on his introduction, while the 550,000gns purchase Glory Of The Seas is preferred to Heraldry and Leonato of the newcomers.

This can got to Roger Varian's newcomer GLORY OF THE SEAS, who takes the eye on pedigree and he'll likely be ready to roll first time.
Class & Speed Card

The last-time-out winners CAPTAIN CAIRNEY (third) and Time For Action (runner-up) are the pair to focus on, with the former shading preference given he had an excuse (stumbled and slowly away) during a previous encounter between the pair at Bath last month. He has a 2lb pull with his old rival and can reverse the form. Lexington Express may improve now he steps up in trip and is suggested as the pick of the rest.

The safest play is CAPTAIN CAIRNEY (nap) who made all for a comfortable success over C&D with two of these behind.
Class & Speed Card

EASY PEELER resumed winning ways over 6f here on her first start in a visor. She made every yard on that occasion, so this first attempt at 5f may not prove too much of an inconvenience for the daughter of Due Diligence. Lethal Nymph arrives in fine form and returns to the Tapeta with a shout, while Sturlasson makes more appeal in this grade than the recent C&D winners Alligator Alley and Bonnie's Boy.

In the hope that she's again allowed to dominate, the choice is EASY PEELER, who won in a visor last time and can follow up down in trip
Class & Speed Card

BEACH PARTEE has won two of his four starts since being gelded and has a decent chance of expanding on his recent haul with Luke Morris retaining the ride. Having won over this trip at Bath in September, reverting to 6f shouldn't be an issue for this last-time course winner over 5f. Corniche Girl handles Polytrack and also holds solid claims over this distance. The handicap debutant Ladiapur completes the shortlist.

The solid one here is BEACH PARTEE who is taken to defy the handicapper again and make it two wins in his last three starts.
Class & Speed Card

Coramento heads the weights after winning here over 7f in October and he has to be considered off 3lb higher. The four-year-old can go well, but there is every chance that IMOLA can give Joey Ramsden his first winner since returning to the training ranks. Placed on her last three starts, this may be her best chance yet. Without Delay and Concert Boy also make the shortlist.

This can go to WHERE'S THE CRUMPET who ran well behind a subsequent dual winner over C&D last time. He's taken to beat Coramento
Class & Speed Card

STARLIGHT TIME impressively landed a maiden at Epsom on his debut in July and was rested before being pitched into the October Auction Stakes at Newmarket last month. The son of Time Test is bred to be effective on synthetic surfaces and could make a bigger impact here. Timber Twelve's Kempton novice success reads well and he is an obvious danger. Devil's Brigade, Angel Breeze and Zarco also command respect.

This is trappy as the two penalised winners are drawn wide. The newcomer SPIRIT OF ATHENE could be interesting from stall 2.
Class & Speed Card

Catherine Chroi has been nowhere near her best recently, but she has won over C&D three times and is capable on her day off this lowly mark. YELLOW LEMONS looked better suited to this trip when second here last time, after racing over further for her entire career, and she could finally get off the mark for the Katie Scott stable, leaving Colour Code as the pick for third.

The suggestion is BAD HABITS, who has slipped a fair way in the weights and is better than the bare facts of his last run
Class & Speed Card

ABSOLUTE STAR has won two of her three starts so far this year and Roger Varian's filly looks to have even more to offer. She beat the now-absent Kitaro Kich in decisive fashion at Kempton last month and the latter subsequently franked that form when scoring over 7f at the same track. Threatening returns to this shorter trip with a shout off his current mark and is preferred to Shimmering Spin of the rest.

The vote goes to the largely progressive ABSOLUTE STAR. Shimmering Spin may give her most to do.
Class & Speed Card

BIBENDUM was slowly away over 5f here last month and did well to be beaten just a nose into second. With an added furlong here, he may be able to go one better. Superior Council is an obvious danger after finishing third and second over C&D on his last two starts and he can be in the mix again, while Pancake completes the shortlist.

This can go to Julie Camacho's BIBENDUM who ran well over 5f at this venue last time and is 3lb ahead of his mark
Class & Speed Card

FREDDIE'S STAR boasts the strongest form on offer and will likely prove a popular choice. The son of Starspangledbanner improves with every start and, having gone agonisingly close when caught on the line by the odds-on favourite over C&D last month, Roger Teal's charge is taken to open his account. There is little between Rory's Royale and Al Hofzan on running at Kempton last time with the former taken to confirm superiority.

Roger Teal's FREDDIE'S STAR sets a clear standard on RPRs and can't be opposed.
Class & Speed Card

LIPSINK continued his good progress when scoring at Wolverhampton to land the treble. Mick Appleby's charge appeared to win with plenty left in the locker on that occasion and a 4lb penalty may not be enough to halt his winning streak. Third behind the selection at Kempton last month, Tyger Bay could prove more of a threat on better terms today, while Azure Zain could also shape well representing last year's winning trainer.

Richard Fahey's strong recent record in this contest earns AZURE ZAIN the vote on the back of two good efforts on turf this autumn.
Class & Speed Card

Level Up needs to bounce back after disappointing when only fifth at Wolverhampton last month. He can still go well reunited with Neil Callan, but a chance is taken on SPEED OF MAAJID, whose speed was blunted by the softer ground when second at Nottingham and Robert Cowell's gelding could surprise back on the all-weather. Mick's Spirit and General Assembly are others to consider.

Mick's Spirit should give it a good shot from the inside stall but narrow preference is for last week's Lingfield second MART.
Class & Speed Card

RENESMEE drops a class ahead of her return to the all-weather and with a win to her name at Lingfield off this mark in August, she is hard to ignore with Kyle McHugh's 7lb claim a bonus. Glorious Kitty deserves a first victory and she can also get involved if staying the extra distance, with Bintazzo one to watch in the markets after being sent off favourite before weakening late on over further at Newcastle in October.

Another chance is given to BINTAZZO who failed to stay when a warm favourite for her handicap debut over an extended 1m4f at Newcastle.
Ths is the racecard key.
