17:55 Bath (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

If Seconds Count can bounce back to the level of her debut all-weather second she would go close, but two below-par runs since count against her and a chance is taken on I CAN IMAGINE. Third last time out when running on over shorter, connections add cheekpieces here and if they bring any improvement, that might be all she needs. Gladiadora is another to take seriously, but she has to give 7lb to her rivals as a four-year-old.

A weak race and preference is for I CAN IMAGINE, who sets a fair standard on her best form.

18:30 Bath (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Symbol of Hope won this last year racing off a 2lb higher mark and he is more than capable of a decent showing. MOE'S LEGACY is looking for the hat-trick after wins over C&D and by three and a half lengths at Salisbury and the four-year-old may prove a tough nut to crack, especially being 3lb well-in under a penalty. Banana is another to consider with her jockey claiming 7lb after a close-up fourth at Nottingham.

Top of the list is hat-trick seeker MOE'S LEGACY, who is well treated under a penalty for her emphatic win at Salisbury last week.

19:05 Bath (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

SPACEWOMAN almost pulled off a 25/1 shock when beaten a head on her Salisbury debut for Henry Candy, starting slowly and running on with purpose late on. Any improvement would see her getting into the mix here, but it is an open contest. Double Naughty pulled too hard on her debut to see the race out and can go well if she learns to settle, while the Richard Hughes newcomer Smartanck looks bred for the part, and could hit a top-three spot despite his lack of experience.

Simplify is respected but the vote goes to SPACEWOMAN, who made a bright start with her near-miss at Salisbury in June.

19:35 Bath (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HARDLASS found herself trapped on the rail approaching the final furlong at Ffos Las. She finished strongly for second once in the clear and another bold bid looks likely. Neptune Legend found only one too good in a handicap here on his penultimate start and could go close at this level with a similar effort, while Rogue Endeavour also returns to this venue with solid claims on his third here in June.

This can go to HARDLASS (nap), who made a bold bid over C&D in May and looked unlucky with her near-miss at Ffos Las three weeks ago.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

LAUNCESTON was sent off the strong favourite upped to 1m2f here on his belated reappearance. He found one too good on that occasion, but this extra test of stamina will play to his strengths and Sir Mark Prescott's charge can make amends. Offiah's Boy won over C&D last month and is only 2lb higher. He can have a say in the outcome and is marginally preferred to Black Smoke, who has been in fine form over longer trips of late.

Sir Mark Prescott's 3yo LAUNCESTON is open to more progress on his step up to this trip and he gets the vote ahead of Virtual Hug.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Galactic Glow won over C&D in June but a 5lb rise proved beyond him when only third at Ffos Las. It remains to be seen how well ORCHESTRAL WAVE copes with his penalty for last week's victory at Leicester, but Jack Morland's charge seemed to win with plenty left up his sleeve and looks worth sticking with. Course regular Blue Hero has returned to a winning mark and could bounce back at any time.

This can go to ORCHESTRAL WAVE, who made his breakthrough with a comfortable win at Leicester and is a big player again under penalty.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses.
