14:22 Bath (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

The hat-trick seeking Stipulation is sure to have his supporters after his Wolverhampton success earlier in the month, but the vote goes to SAN FRANCISCO BAY. Henry Candy's charge finished just under three lengths clear of the third at Lingfield at the start of the month and is just 1lb higher. The six-year-old remains on a workable rating and looks the one to beat. Dragonflame isn't ruled out either.

The 3yo DRAGONFLAME is threatening a breakthrough win having saw his race out well at Kempton and he's over further here.

14:52 Bath (Class 6) 13f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HARLINGTON struck by just under two lengths at Wolverhampton recently and the handicapper may have been kind to only put him up 3lb. The Joe Tickle-trained four-year-old may improve for this extra furlong and can complete a double. Hiccups occupied the runner-up berth in this grade at Redcar and is likely to be thereabouts again. Of the remainder, Bobby Dassler makes the most appeal.

An open race. HICCUPS has posted good runs back-to-back and edges preference over Harlington and Jimmy Mark.

15:22 Bath (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

ON A VESPA failed to supplement her Ffos Las success when well beaten at Windsor last time, but she didn't enjoy the softer conditions that day and could bounce back to score. Spirit Of Breeze went in by a length over 7f at Salisbury last month and it's hard to ignore his claims. Moonlight Bomb runs off a career-low rating and would be foolish to dismiss.

The suggestion is SPIRIT OF BREEZE (nap) whose Salisbury win has been well advertised by the second and Ashley Lewis can now claim 5lb.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

KING OF SPEED was narrowly beaten over C&D the last time he encountered firm going. He's placed here again subsequently and Mark Loughnane's charge gets another chance off his current mark in an open affair. Baynoona finally opened her account when scoring with a bit to spare here last time. She could feature once again, while Thiscouldbefun and Latin are others capable of having a say in proceedings.

It took BAYNOONA 14 goes to get her head in front but there was enough in that C&D win to suggest she can deal with this 3lb rise.

ITEM will likely prove a warm order off the back of an impressive debut victory over 7f at Kempton. A subsequent entry in next month's Group 1 Futurity Stakes suggests big things are expected of the Frankel progeny and this extra yardage should hold no fears for Andrew Balding's charge. Blue Courvoisier also made a winning debut when successful at Leicester and will likely prove the main danger, ahead of Newmarket fourth Annastarzy.

This can boil down to promising sorts Blue Courvoisier and ITEM, with the latter just shading their debut impressions.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Another good effort looks assured from the consistent Jax Edge, while Moe's Legacy has won three times at the track and also enters calculations back on her preferred fast ground. STAR CHORUS won on good to firm at Chepstow during the summer and, having landed a competitive sprint in fine style at Southwell a week ago, the son of Mehmas gets the vote to defy a 6lb penalty and go in again.

The vote goes to KING OF STARS, who faces his easiest task on turf since winning his sole race over C&D in 2021.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Filly Foden, Brightling and Walk On Walk On have nursery experience and are capable of exploiting any weakness shown by their less-experienced rivals. However, WHITE ISLAND is shaping up nicely and appeals the most after a good second to a now 71-rated opponent in a C&D maiden 16 days ago. Wojtek should be capable of better then he managed at Ffos Las most recently and is noteworthy with cheekpieces tried.

H'cap debutante WHITE ISLAND gets the nod in the hope she doesn't need slow ground to show her best. Geemann is second choice.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ON EDGE has been knocking on the door since swapping cheekpieces for a visor and is a key player from an unchanged rating after a close-up second at Leicester most recently. Strike, The Thames Boatman and Lipsink all have solid claims at this level and warrant market checks. However, the well-handicapped previous C&D winner Secret Handsheikh could be the biggest danger to the selection on these terms.

This has the potential to be strongly run. That can suit EZRA CEE, who has a tricky stall but should be coming home well.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
