13:10 Catterick (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

STAR NOIR rallied well in the closing stages at Redcar when just failing to catch the winner. Well clear of the rest, another bold bid looks assured and the son of Ubettabelieveit is taken to go one better. Stablemate Top Lad drops in both class and distance and it would be no surprise to see him get involved, though North West Gal showed ability when third at Leicester on debut and she could prove the bigger danger.

Luck Money may reverse Leicester placings with North West Gal but STAR NOIR sets the standard and earns the verdict.

13:40 Catterick (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Gunalt Wavelength failed to trouble the winner when second at Pontefract, but should be in the mix once again, while Grey Horizon could bounce back in a first-time visor and has a shout on the pick of his form. However, POWERNAP caught the eye running on late to grab third over the minimum trip at Redcar and Jessica Bedi's filly gets the vote with further improvement a strong possibility over this extra furlong.

Gunalt Wavelength is greatly respected but the drop back to 6f could see TRULY SPECIAL record a breakthrough success.

14:10 Catterick (Class 4) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

NIGHTSINWHITESATIN landed a double over 1m2f back in August. She faced a tough task at Nottingham last time and Ed Bethell's charge looks worth a try over this longer trip only 3lb higher than when last successful. Three Dons won over C&D at this time last season and should be spot on now with a couple of recent runs under his belt, while Gibside posted a better effort at York last time and drops in distance with a shout.

This can go to ARRANGE who has dropped 5lb below her last winning mark and has finished first and second in two visits here.

14:40 Catterick (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

AHAMOMENT's winning run may have come to an end over C&D last time out, but that was on good ground and a return to softer conditions is a major plus for the six-year-old. A mark of 70 could still prove manageable and he is preferred to Vince Le Prince, whose last win came over track and trip last October off 6lb higher. Kirkdale and Roundhay Park are capable of being in the shake-up as well.

Preference is for AHAMOMENT who could manage only fourth over C&D last time but had previously twice won easily on testing ground.

15:10 Catterick (Class 6) 15f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

BOLLIN NEIL has been having a very productive autumn at his favourite track and a further 5lb rise for his most recent success over 1m6f could prove lenient. Going back up to 2m shouldn't inconvenience and it may be last year's easy winner, Tarbat Ness, who follows him home off a 5lb higher mark. A capable sort on his day, Arctic Fox has only a length to find with the selection from their most recent clash here.

Three previous winners of this race return for another tilt but BOLLIN NEIL can complete the hat-trick.

15:40 Catterick (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

STATION X had everything beat bar one when worn down late in the piece at Doncaster last week and connections opt for a quick turnaround before the handicapper has a say. The son of Dark Angel thrived this time last year and he is likely to have too much for The Good Biscuit, who goes back up in trip after scoring comfortably over 5f at Pontefract recently. Knicks is another to note, despite being winless since last May, as well as the consistent Fiscal Policy.

Station X won't be easy to catch but MONSIEUR KODI should appreciate the conditions and he is preferred this time.

16:10 Catterick (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Not beaten too far in his attempt to land the double at Musselburgh recently, BEERWAH should appreciate a return to softer ground and a mark of 55 still appears to be more than fair. A winner here over shorter in August off 4lb lower, Happier must be of interest on the rise in distance, as well as stablemate Canaria Queen, who has been running with plenty of credit since scoring at Carlisle last month.

The choice is CROCODILE POWER (nap) who is back off the same mark as when winning this race last year.
