14:30 Chepstow (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Although SILENT FLAME could only muster a fourth-placed finish at Salisbury 19 days ago, she makes plenty of appeal reverting to class 6 company. Rod Millman's mare scored at this level on her penultimate outing and a ninth career victory may beckon. Punchbowl Flyer's losing streak stretches back over four years, but a repeat of his C&D second in June should see him involved. His stablemate Some Nightmare is also worth a second look.

The suggestion is SILENT FLAME, who ought to be able to cope with a 3lb rise for last month's convincing Salisbury win.

15:00 Chepstow (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Having justified favouritism on her nursery bow at Yarmouth last week, ELARA MAY is sure to prove a warm order on this quick turnaround. Philip McBride's filly scored with something in hand and is fancied to make light work of a 6lb penalty. Shetakesthegold finished third behind a subsequent winner at Ffos Las and may give the selection most to think about, ahead of Miss Ayala.

This can go to ELARA MAY, who quickened clear in good style at Yarmouth last week and is 3lb ahead of the handicapper here.

15:35 Chepstow (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

BOSS LADY offered plenty of encouragement when beaten just a neck into second on debut at Windsor and could be poised to open her account. Any improvement should make the daughter of Mehmas tough to beat and she is preferred to Portacloy, who also made her opening bid at the Berkshire track when finishing fourth and she isn't taken lightly. The more experienced Cloudbuster completes the shortlist.

Hilal Kobeissi's BOSS LADY lost out only narrowly on her debut at Windsor and looks the one to beat here.

16:10 Chepstow (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

AJRAD impressed when scoring readily over C&D last month and a 7lb rise may not be enough to prevent the son of New Approach from notching up a seventh career success. That might be at the main expense of Tonal, who should be suited by dropping back in trip for an in-form stable after shaping well for a long way over 1m2f here. Fact Or Fable and Rival have the form to get involved in proceedings as well.

Topweight OUTRACE did quite well to finish third at Bath in May and remains well handicapped on his autumn AW form.

16:45 Chepstow (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The key to this race appears to be the recent clash over C&D when a short head separated Romanovich (first) and SOI DAO (second). Adrian Wintle's mare is 6lb better off with the help of Taryn Langley's 5lb claim and she is taken to gain a first success since May of last year. King of The Dance is another with strong claims if bouncing back to the form of his victory over track and trip last month.

It might be worth chancing BELLA TASLINA in the hope she strikes form on her third start for her new stable.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

PURE ARTISTRY always looked to be in control when seeing off Summertime Blues at Windsor last month and, despite being 4lb worse off, Michael Bell's filly can uphold that form. Awarded the race at Nottingham after interference late in the contest, Lima Sierra should have more to come off 2lb higher, while Rovinia caught the eye on her first start for Roger Teal when a close-up third at Lingfield.

Pure Artistry beat SUMMERTIME BLUES (nap) at Windsor last month but the latter is 4lb better off now and may turn the tables.
