AEGINA looks the one to beat now dropping back into maiden company. The Havana Grey filly ran really well in the Listed Legacy Stakes here three weeks ago when finishing third to Ipanema Queen. She was runner-up in a couple of strong events previously and deserves to end the campaign with a win. Institute is the obvious danger. The Ballydoyle filly improved on her second start when chasing home Josh's Joy at Naas and there could be more to come. Rumba Club was behind the selection when the pair were second and third to Controlled at Naas and could get closer with that run under her belt.

The 89-rated AEGINA ran a cracker in the Listed Legacy Stakes over C&D last time out and a repeat of that run should suffice

PRAIRIE GIRL ran a nice race on her first start for Danny Murphy here and there may be more to come from the Mehmas filly. She kept on to finish fourth to Jordan Breeze and is a nice bit better off at the weights with the winner, who is 12lb higher. Ballysax Lil' Mick was runner-up in that race 17 days ago and went up 3lb. Sovereign Banter came good over 6f here last week and could be competitive again, despite an 8lb hike.

There wasn't much between Jordan Breeze and BALLYSAX LIL' MICK over C&D 17 days ago and the latter can avenge that defeat now

COLLECTIVE POWER looks to have a big shout for apprentice title chaser Wayne Hassett. The Slade Power gelding is a three-time C&D winner and ran well for third here back in mid-August. He has had a little break since and has been eased 3lb in his absence. Sir Les Patterson won three times on the all-weather in England and is interesting on his first Dundalk run. He was a beaten joint-favourite in the competitive Joe McGrath Handicap at the Curragh and this looks easier. Little Queenie is another three-time C&D winner (including this race two years ago) and is respected on her return to the surface.

The well-handicapped COLLECTIVE POWER shaped promisingly despite over C&D in August and if settling better, he can go close

DIEGO EL QUESO has been a touch disappointing in recent runs, but may be able to score now on this faster surface. The Blue Point gelding ran a big race on his return from a break when going down by a neck at Gowran in early September, but has been turned over at short prices with cut in the ground since. This looks like a winnable opportunity. There are two Ballydoyle fillies in the race and both look to have chances. Dramatic didn't run too badly when fourth off a big weight in a fillies' optional claimer here last week. Head To Head chased home impressive winner Etawa over further here in a maiden on the same day.

Even from an awkward draw, DIEGO EL QUESO won't get many better chances to shed his maiden status.

ALTIMARA comes here in good form from the turf and may be able to record her first all-weather win. The Starspangledbanner filly won twice at Leopardstown during the summer and ran well when third on her latest outing at Punchestown last month. She had a couple of good placed efforts here last year and looks capable of striking now. Little Empire and Shoot To Kill were third and fourth in a competitive contest here a fortnight ago and have to be on the shortlist. The former travelled strongly to lead early in the straight and may have found himself in front a bit too long.

The suggestion is FAR FROM DANDY who has been knocking on the door for his new yard and being gelded could bring him on some more.

ENDLESS DAWN looks capable of landing one of these off her current mark. The Twilight Son filly stayed on well when third here over 7f a fortnight ago and it looks like an obvious move to try her over a mile again. Julian Pietropaolo takes a useful 7lb off her back. Stablemate Johnny's Oasis was a good winner over C&D 17 days ago and should be competitive again, despite a 6lb rise. Alex Belardo has to be given maximum respect too.

It was no great surprise to see JOHNNY'S OASIS (nap) finally come good here last time and he still looks on a very manageable mark.

QUATRE BRAS stayed on well when winning over the extended 10 furlongs here a fortnight ago and there could be more to come now tackling this trip. The Sea The Stars gelding only went up 4lb for beating No More Porter by half a length and is fancied to go in again. He had Star Harbour a length behind in third and may be able to confirm that form. Billie Frechette has been running consistently well and is another to consider. She won over further here back in the spring.

Preference is for SMALL FRY who wasn't disgraced in the Irish Cesarewitch and this AW winner should still have better days ahead of him
