It wasn't a strong race in which she finished fourth at Cork on chase debut.
LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content, hiden content

Four of these met at Naas last month and that might be the key piece of form to focus on. KARAMOJA was Grade 1-placed over hurdles last season and after showing some promise here on her chasing debut, let favourite-backers down last time. Honey Come Quick was third in that same contest with Neon Diamond close up in fourth and Gaoth Chuil never involved in sixth. The latter was placed twice over fences last spring, while Dameauscottlestown beat all bar Cousin Kate in a valuable handicap hurdle at the Dublin Racing Festival.

Preference is for HONEY COME QUICK who was highly tried on her chasing debut and then ran well behind useful opposition at Naas.

LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content, hiden content

OUR BOY ROCKY (second) had Hello Jack (third) eight lengths behind over 2m5f here last month. The selection won a maiden hurdle on testing ground and has a fair chance of opening his account over fences. Westoftignes joined John McConnell after finishing second over hurdles at Gowran and makes his chasing bow. Shanroe Act won in fine style over hurdles here last month and followed up off the same lowly mark on his chasing debut, but a 17lb higher mark will demand more of the eight-year-old.

Lightly raced 8yo OUR BOY ROCKY (nap) enjoys this slow ground and when second here last month he was nicely clear of Hello Jack.

(3) Jigoro 11/4, Ran to form when a well-placed 2 1/4l third in a handicap chase at Thurles on his most recent run, in a race dominated from the front. Trainer in form; effective over 2-2 1/2m and generally consistent if a touch frustrating.
Fourth run over fences and first in blinkers when third of 14 in a handicap at Thurles.
LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content,

QUAI DE BOURBON is not the most convincing of jumpers, but his class may tell against just two rivals with cheekpieces reapplied. The Willie Mullins-trained gelding ran a cracker when third behind Haiti Couleurs in the Irish Grand National here last year and this isn't demanding as the assignments he's faced so far this term. Jigoro hasn't won since taking a maiden hurdle at Navan over two years ago but he did at least offer some encouragement at Thurles last time. Drumgill has done most of his winning over much shorter trips and will need to find a bit more.

This largely hinges on whether QUAI DE BOURBON can recapture the best of his novice form. He has contested top handicaps this season.

AINE'S LAD was impressive over hurdles at Thurles and it's interesting that connections head straight into handicap company over fences off his revised mark. The seven-year-old reportedly had some 'little problems' in the past, but seems to be in a good place now and may be able to make a winning start over the larger obstacles. Duce Bigalow has been runner-up twice this season, most recently when chasing home Brown Boots at Navan. He looks an obvious danger. Plain Or Battered is another with placed form, but has a bit to find with Duce Bigalow on that recent run at Navan.

The one to beat.
Leopardstown academy hurdle winner, runner up in Naas maiden latest, big chance.
LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content, hiden content

LYNCHES KNOCK has an official rating of 120 and that doesn't look harsh at all. He won an academy hurdle at Leopardstown over Christmas and then ran a big race in an maiden hurdle at Naas last month. The winner Kai Lung looks smart and he had Saratoga three-parts of a length back in third. Gordon Elliott also saddles Mode Avion, who was running well until a mistake two out in Thurles. Like the selection, he gets a nice chunk of weight from his elders. Lumiere Du Large was highly tried last season, but has been a touch disappointing this term. She heads the weights and may be capable of better.

Gordon Elliott runs two here and the fact that Jack Kennedy prefers the chances of LYNCHES KNOCK over Mode Avion looks significant

OLE OLE wouldn't be winning out of turn after three runner-up efforts. The Cloth Of Stars gelding was most recently pipped close home at Leopardstown over Christmas by Hardy Stuff. He is fitted with a hood now and this looks like a nice opportunity to get his head in front. Beauvallon was a well-held fifth on his Irish debut behind stablemate Charme De Faust at Thurles, but may improve a bit from that run. Gordon Elliott saddles three, with Jack Kennedy taking the mount on Direct Approach. He showed ability on the Flat, but needs to improve from his initial showing over jumps at Punchestown.

This looks a gilt-edged opportunity for OLE OLE to get off the mark over hurdles, as long as he takes to the first-time hood

There could be plenty of pace on with a couple of confirmed front-runners. Run For Cover has got away in the lead on her last two outings and is sure to make a bold bid as she tries to defy a 12lb hike for her victory at Naas. Survivors Sister left her previous form well behind when a wide-margin winner at Limerick last week and has to be respected, despite an 11lb rise. FORCEONMYOWN should benefit from the step back up in trip after finishing a staying-on fourth in a Punchestown maiden hurdle. The point-to-point winner could be nicely treated on her handicap debut.

A chance is taken on the handicap debutante FORCEONMYOWN. Her opening mark looks reasonable and the step up to 2m4f should suit
