13:07 Fakenham (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

STORMING GEORGE impressed when he made a winning debut in a bumper at Doncaster in January. Subsequently pitched into a Grade 2 event at Aintree's Grand National fixture, the Neil King-trained five-year-old showed stacks of potential when finishing a respectable fifth and he looks a decent prospect tackling hurdles for the first time. North Of Richmond is another hurdling debutant to monitor closely in the betting, while American Empire is the pick of the trio with jumps experience.

Fifth in a hot Grade 2 Aintree bumper in April, STORMING GEORGE is a good prospect for novice hurdles this season.

13:37 Fakenham (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

BELLE MONTROSE hardly got out of first gear to land a three-runner mares chase over C&D 12 days ago. With the promise of plenty more to come, the daughter of Milan has a big chance of following up, especially as Benjamin Macey's 7lb claim effectively accounts for the majority of a 9lb rise. The winner of three of his last five starts, Iskar D'airy is feared most dropping in class after a recent return at Kempton. Pottersjetamay has track and trip experience and cannot be ruled out.

Chasing debutant SECRET DES DIEUX runs this track well and might outclass this field if he jumps soundly.

14:07 Fakenham (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MANYANA BLUE broke her duck over hurdles at Newton Abbot in August and did little wrong in filling the runner-up slot behind a couple of promising types in both starts since. The Dr Richard Newland and Jamie Insole-trained filly sets the standard and could be tough to overhaul. Zahra Dodville showed some promise in her three runs in France and is noteworthy, while Mystical Mabel ran green when she fell at Kempton on her hurdles debut and should be a good deal wiser.

Zahra Dodville is interesting but MANYANA BLUE has a pretty solid record in recent months and is taken to dominate from the front.

14:37 Fakenham (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Despite lacking fluency at Huntingdon most recently, it was a much better performance from REFORME. Tom Gretton's charge went down by a head and although raised 2lb for that effort, a similar display could suffice. Karavomylos has been sent off as favourite on both of his chasing starts to date and recent wind surgery could work the oracle, while Ballygelly appeals most of the remainder.

Reforme needs respecting but KARAVOMYLOS gets the vote in a trappy contest on his return from wind surgery.

15:07 Fakenham (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

BASILETTE had been threatening prior to her recent Stratford triumph and if coping with a drop in trip, it is unlikely that a subsequent 4lb rise will be any barrier to further success. Matt Crawley saddles two, of which Pottersmattyeeehaa could be the main threat, but James Owen often does well with his new recruits and the ex-Irish Keep It Cool warrants plenty of respect.

Keep It Cool and Basilette are feared but a chance is taken on LUSSO MILAN opening her account after a promising run last time.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MAVIS PIKE appeared to be in need of her first run of the season when making her chase debut at Uttoxeter earlier in the month. The six-year-old, who won over hurdles on this card 12 months ago and again subsequently in January, may benefit from returning to this sharper track, with a step up in trip unlikely to pose any concerns. Gata Ban is lightly raced and open to improvement over fences, while Moviddy appeals most of the remainder.

Perhaps GATA BAN will have more to offer now going over fences and she gets the vote, with the more exposed Moviddy feared most.

DARTMOUTH ROSE shed the maiden tag here on her latest start. The five-year-old's course form since being switched to handicap company suggests she is more than capable of backing that performance up off a 3lb higher mark. Green Asset finished fourth beaten just over three lengths in the aforementioned contest and is expected to be competitive once again. Jackeline returned with a solid effort at Chepstow and is another with obvious claims.

The progressive DARTMOUTH ROSE (nap) is taken to follow up her recent C&D win off 3lb higher. Jackeline is feared most.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
