13:48 Hamilton (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The return to soft ground has brought the best out of James Park Woods. The veteran bids for a hat-trick after victories at Bath and Brighton, but the less-exposed ONE MORE BOTTLE will also relish the underfoot conditions. Lizzie Quinlan's four-year-old has held his form well since tasting success at Ayr in July and he gets the nod. On The Bubble has been in the mix of late and is another to consider.

The 9yo JAMES PARK WOODS (nap) arrives in rude health, having won at Bath and Brighton, and can complete a quickfire hat-trick.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Kevin Ryan trained last year's winner and has strong claims once again with SHOWTOWN. There was cut in the ground when the son of Showcasing went close over C&D last month and he could prove tough to beat with further improvement a distinct possibility. Passing Thought arrives with solid claims on her close second at Goodwood, while Nevasca Cinza showed promise at Carlisle on debut and is not out of it either.

The filly PASSING THOUGHT was beaten just a head at Goodwood last month on her second start and is taken to get off the mark.

Dandy Style placed at Thirsk on his nursery debut, finishing just ahead of Mighty Magnus and Desert Jungle, but JUNGLE MONARCH reverts to the minimum trip with every chance after failing to see out 6f at Windsor on his handicap bow. He finished in front of a subsequent winner when third at Musselburgh before that and Karl Burke's charge gets the vote on that form.

The filly DESERT JUNGLE fared much the best of the far-side quartet at Thirsk and earns the vote ahead of Dandy Style.

A major disappointment on his most recent start at Catterick, CHICO MAGNIFICA should appreciate a return to Hamilton having scored here last month, and a mark of 79 on his handicap debut could prove manageable. Stepping up in trip could bring about improvement in Twilight Safari and he can have a say along with course specialist Spanish Hustle, who drops in grade.

The mare TAFSIR has won four times at Hamilton, including this race last season, and she is taken to post her first win of the year.

16:08 Hamilton (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

The value may lie with the veteran NEVER DARK, whose most recent win came over C&D around this time last year off 10lb higher. Iain Jardine's charge has 5lb claimer Alex Jary back on board, which may help him to see off fellow track-and-trip winner Digital and Military Girl, who has run with credit recently. Keldeo's form might have dipped of late, but she remains one to monitor for an in-form stable.

The 8yo NEVER DARK has his ideal conditions and gets the nod ahead of another two-time C&D winner in Digital.

All of these have questions to answer but if MISTER SKY BLUE runs to his best, he has every chance. Stirrup Cup won't mind the ground and he can go well having won off a higher rating. I Need Your Love is another to consider.

17:15 Hamilton (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Evocative Spark has won before with some cut in the ground and off marks as high as 90. Although not the force of old, he is one to consider in a first-time visor, but WORLD OF DARCY gets his conditions for the first time since last November and can make the most of a drop in class. Kode Secret could hit a top-three finish if he takes a step forward from his Leicester third.

The return to a sprint trip is a positive for BACK BEFORE DARK, who went close on soft ground last October.
