14:37 Huntingdon (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Although unable to justify cramped odds when second on her reappearance at Market Rasen, Settle Down Jill must enter the reckoning in an open-looking affair. However, the five-year-old may prove vulnerable to an improver, with hurdles debutant SCAVENGERS REIGN getting the vote. James Owen's mare has a pointing background and made the frame on both bumper outings last season. Crystal Spring and Cosimeasy are others of interest.

Irish point winner SCAVENGERS REIGN was placed in both bumpers last season and ought to be suited by the step up in trip here.

15:07 Huntingdon (Class 5) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Having posted a solid third on his reappearance at Plumpton last month, any improvement could see ON THE GO open his account. Daire McConville claims a handy 7lb off the five-year-old's back, which could prove fruitful. Carlton scored on the all-weather at Chelmsford 19 days ago and isn't taken lightly given his previous placed effort at Worcester, while Charlie My Boy may appreciate a return to the scene of his last success.

Forcetoreckonwith is open to improvement but ON THE GO launched his handicap career with two good efforts and gets the nod.

15:37 Huntingdon (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Having secured a fourth course victory at Fontwell just over a fortnight ago, Midnight Jewel merits respect in his follow-up bid off just 1lb higher. However, he does have more on his plate and the returning PEP TALKING looks more progressive. The seven-year-old found only a subsequent dual winner too strong on his hat-trick bid at Warwick in May and a similar performance may suffice. Jackpot Cash and Davidoc cannot be ruled out either.

Cases can be made for all six runners but the pick is PEP TALKING (nap), who made excellent progress for Billy Aprahamian last season.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

LYNESS DANCER was beaten nine lengths into second over the smaller obstacles at Worcester last month and now makes her chasing bow. The six-year-old may prove a different proposition over fences and she looks the way to go. The Dark Edge fell on his sole chase outing at Bangor in May, but he isn't one to write off. Of the remainder, Reforme makes the most appeal.

Chasing debutante LYNESS DANCER was quite a stylish course winner over hurdles here on her stable debut in May and gets the vote.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

CASTING ASPERSIONS justified favouritism to complete the hat-trick at Market Rasen in June and returns off a 10lb higher rating. The six-year-old has gone from strength to strength since switching to the Fergal O'Brien stable and can continue on his upward trajectory. The Wise Traveller sprung a 25/1 surprise to beat Land Girl's Luck by a length at Plumpton and it would be no surprise to see him confirm that form to go close.

The Wise Traveller made all to beat LAND GIRL'S LUCK at Plumpton last month but the latter is still unexposed over this trip.

About U.K Horse Racing

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.

There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.

The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.

In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.

Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
