17:30 Kempton (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

SILVER STATE has benefited from the application of a visor, with Jack Channon's gelding unbeaten in two starts in handicap company. He was particularly impressive at Newcastle last weekend and a 6lb penalty might not be enough to stop him from landing the hat-trick. Maria Da Silva backed up a maiden victory when returning to Newcastle and winning on her handicap debut. She is respected after a 4lb rise, while others to consider include Warning Symbol and Loma Express.

An interesting race for the grade but it is hard to escape the claims of the hat-trick seeking SILVER STATE (nap).

18:00 Kempton (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ATMOSPHERE won over C&D in October before hitting the frame here the following month. The four-year-old appears to have more to offer after a small break and gets the vote in what doesn't appear to be the strongest of events on paper. Midnight's Dream didn't get the clearest of runs at Newcastle and is expected to be in the mix on his first start for Joseph Parr. Tadreeb and Zoffandia can fight it out for the minor honours.

A competitive race in which BEAUTY GENERATION is taken to come out on top now headgear is back on. Baloo's Blues is next best.

18:30 Kempton (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Who's On First returned from a break to score at Chelmsford earlier in the month, but wasn't able to follow up under a 6lb penalty at Lingfield last Saturday. Dropping back from a mile might aid his cause, but CRIMSON RAMBLER could have his measure. George Scott's gelding has stepped forward with a couple of runner-up efforts and this might be the time to catch him. Frankali completes the shortlist.

Crimson Rambler may be the pick of those with handicap form but SEAPEARL appeals as the type to leave earlier efforts behind her.

19:00 Kempton (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Variety Act took a backward step after making a promising debut at Chelmsford and a tendency to hang has hindered his chance on both occasions. He is still one of the likelier winners, but COMIC HERO is preferred. Andrew Balding's charge went close in a couple of novice events on turf last season but was crying out for a step up in trip and, now afforded just that, he can break the maiden. Portman Blue must concede weight all round, but there were positive signs at Lingfield on his introduction.

Portman Blue made a promising start to his career but this looks a good opportunity for the returning COMIC HERO to break his duck.

19:30 Kempton (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

This would appear to concern SILENT STRIKE and Kodi Island, with the former fancied to come out on top. The Mehmas colt let favourite-backers down on his debut, but lost little in defeat by finishing second and natural improvement may well be enough. Kodi Island hasn't been seen since his Yarmouth third in July, but that form is strong in the context of this race. Caviar Cowboy also finished third on his racecourse bow and looks booked to fill that spot again.

This would seem likely to rest between Kodi Island and SILENT STRIKE. The selection looked green at Lingfield and can improve.

20:00 Kempton (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

ZIGGY'S CONDOR fluffed the start at Lingfield and is better judged on the strength of his previous Newcastle win. That success came in similar company and a repeat could suffice. The hat-trick seeking Supreme King only went up 2lb for scoring in a lower grade at the same venue and is capable of another bold showing. Merrimack also commands respect, but this is deeper than the 5f event he won at Chelmsford.

Plenty of possibles but AL BAREZ is handicapped to win and edges preference over the hat-trick seeking Supreme King.

20:30 Kempton (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Having made light work of a mark of 72 at Newcastle, SELENIC could have plenty more to offer. As a half-sister to the smart Pita Pinta - a winner over 1m4f - it seems safe to assume Sir Mark Prescott's filly can continue to flourish over middle distances. Solarize faced a stiffer test when his hat-trick bid hit the buffers at Southwell, although he must be feared dropping down a couple of grades. Criminal and Son Of Man complete the shortlist.

Solarize drops in class and can go well but SELENIC is an unexposed and improving 4yo and she can follow up her Newcastle win.
