LTO Selection:hiden content, hiden content, hiden content,

ARUNTOTHEQUEEN has smart ability and, though well held at Listowel recently, should benefit from that reappearance run. While she initially showed promise in bumpers, she subsequently excelled to land a smart Listed bumper at Gowran last October. Absent for 326 days after her odds-on defeat on her hurdling debut, she should improve from Listowel and will likely prove a more potent force here. Fedneys Park showed nice ability in winning a point-to-point in January, before selling for 82,000 pounds, while Chosen Comrade drops in trip on her hurdling bow having landed a Tipperary bumper in fine style back in May.

Jessica Harrington's Listed bumper winner ARUNTOTHEQUEEN may improve enough from her Listowel run to open her hurdles account

WALKS IN JUNE showed promise last season and returns following a summer's break. He defeated a subsequent hurdles winner in his May 2024 point-to-point success and then bumped into a subsequent Grade 2 winner when running well at Leopardstown last Christmas. He was below his best when beaten 26 lengths in January, but that was also a smart bumper, and will likely appreciate this return to jumping. Dual bumper winner Minella Hollow was well held on his recent hurdling debut but is capable of better and should give the selection a race. Beckistine was an unlucky loser when falling at the last here last January, while Torps ran well behind capable types at Listowel.

Dual bumper winner MINELLA HOLLOW needs to improve a fair bit from his Navan hurdling debut but may be able to do so.

Four-year-old filly TIR OG has found her feet and could continue to improve. While her initial form was only moderate, she progressed nicely through the summer and, in more recent months, made all to score at both Sligo and Downpatrick. The form of both those races is nothing outstanding, but she scored nicely on her latest start and can cope with a 9lb rise. The nicely-bred Welluknow came in for support on his seasonal reappearance at Navan last month and while well held in third-place, the winner looks capable, so he should compete on handicap debut. Garnetot finished sixth in that Navan race and looks comfortably held, despite finishing second at Clonmel subsequently.

Mark Molloy's runner WELLUKNOW should improve from a Navan run and can uphold form with subsequent Clonmel second Garnetot

Four-time winner MEEHALL ran with credit over fences at Listowel last month and he has sound claims reverting to hurdles in what looks an open handicap. Although he was pulled up on his most recent hurdle outing in January, he was a comprehensive winner at Galway last October. He stays well and seems ground-versatile. Zolpharine has won just once from 33 starts but he ran well from his higher chase mark at Killarney recently, and should be competitive from a handy weight. Ex-pointer and handicap debutant Kir showed promise over a similar distance at Tipperary in May but has to shoulder the burden of top-weight on his reappearance.

Not many of these make much appeal. A tentative vote goes to MEEHALL who stays well and has been running respectably over fences.

16:15 Limerick (Class 1) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 1 race.

Top weight FRENCH DYNAMITE finished third on his stable debut in the Kerry National, proving he retains plenty of his old ability. Rated 156 at his peak, he finished fourth in Cheltenham's 2023 Ryanair Chase and, just last October, defeated classy veterans Minella Indo and Hewick to win a Grade 3. He holds Punchestown festival winner Sea Music, who finished fifth, on that Kerry National form. Bottom-weight Pride Of Place was raised 10lb for last month's comprehensive Listowel triumph, while the progressive Boston Rover must compete from a career high mark. Arctic Fly pulled up in the Kerry National but is Paul Townend's pick over You Oughta Know, who fell in that same contest.

Last season's Kim Muir fourth WEVEALLBEENCAUGHT should be at peak form with his fitness sharpened by a first Irish run at Listowel

EL CHAMPO has come good over the larger obstacles in recent months and can complete a hat-trick. It took him 14 starts to score over fences but that included a place at Listed level. He impressed with an easy success at Tramore in August, before going in again at Listowel last month. He is just 4lb higher than at Listowel and might confirm his superiority over runner-up General Clermont, who could bridge the gap on revised terms. Conyers Hill is an able performer who has been placed four times at Listed level and finished sixth in the Grand Annual in March. He should be competitive.

WALNUT BEACH is only 2lb higher than when beating El Champo in a Listed Killarney handicap last year so can take this.

JULY FLOWER is an interesting recruit to chasing and will be well schooled ahead of today's introduction. A Grade 1 bumper winner in France, she went on to place twice at the highest level over hurdles before being bought by current connections. She won impressively at Leopardstown last December and although well held in a couple of Grade 1's since, she was by no means disgraced. Stablemate Tareze won a Listed contest in February and finished fourth at Grade 1 level when last seen in April. A winning ex-pointer, she ought to remain competitive, for all that she might not have the same ability. Stormalong is rated 128 over hurdles and has a bit to find with those rivals.

Rated 143 over hurdles, JULY FLOWER(nap) looks the one to beat making her chasing debut. She is the first-string for her powerful yard.
