The eye is immediately drawn to NIGHT STORM, who hasn't looked back since returning from the sidelines, winning two on the bounce. James Tate's colt carried a penalty when successful by two lengths at Wolverhampton and can defy his opening rating of 87. Buzz Box has been off since completing a double over track and trip last March, but warrants a market check on his first outing for the Michael Herrington stable. King's Crown completes the shortlist.

There should be more to come from NIGHT STORM who can make light of an opening mark of 87 and stretch his unbeaten AW record to three.

Off just a 1lb higher rating and with Luke Morris booked, he looks the one to beat. Jamaican Storm has made the frame the last twice and remains on the same mark so he has to be respected. Golden Strike is another to note.

The way in which AISLING OSCAR saw off Tasever over 1m here on Tuesday suggests a 5lb penalty may not end his winning spree.
