14:10 Sandown (Class 4) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

HONOUR YOUR DREAMS got back to winning ways at Lingfield earlier in the month and is just 3lb higher. The five-year-old has since switched to the Michael Attwater yard and he looks the one to beat. Jenever was far from disgraced in fourth at Newmarket on his latest outing and has to be respected as he takes a drop in grade. Blind Beggar completes the shortlist.

Back at the scene of her promising debut, the unexposed SILVER WRAITH (nap) looks particularly interesting. Jenever is second pick.

14:45 Sandown (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

PUBLISH shaped with plenty of promise when filling the runner-up spot at this venue earlier in the month and will have lots more to offer. With normal improvement, he will prove very hard to beat. Catullus showed considerable ability on his introduction when making the frame at Newmarket and is likely to take a step forward. Any market confidence behind newcomer Fahidi would be interesting.

The strongest form contenders are PUBLISH and Catullus, while Fahidi and The Joker are newcomers to note.

HOPE QUEEN looked an exciting prospect when scoring on her debut at Beverley last month and could have any amount of improvement to come. Karl Burke's filly might only need to reproduce that performance in order to take this step up in class in her stride. Electoral College struck at Doncaster at the first time of asking and it would be no surprise to see her feature, while Jennifer Jane is another to keep an eye on.

After a good performance at a major festival, ORION'S BELT is taken to follow up. Hayynah is second choice.

15:55 Sandown (Class 3) 15f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

PENDRAGON could not have done it any easier over C&D last time out and a 9lb rise for that success may not be enough to prevent him from landing the four-timer. Sir Mark Prescott often does well with these types and the son of Camelot should have too much for handicap debutant Tarriance, who is taken to overturn form with Gravitas from their most recent clash over 1m4f at Doncaster. A respectable fourth on his first go over this trip at Ascot recently, Tremorgio cannot be ruled out either.

Another large rise in the weights may not stop PENDRAGON from completing a four-timer. Tarriance is second choice.

Runner-up on four of his six starts this season, Beach Point is expected to be thereabouts again, while Man Of Desert looks well worth another go at this distance after a creditable fourth over 1m at Yarmouth. However, a chance is taken with the returning BALTIC VOYAGE, who makes his first appearance for Marcus Tregoning after a spell over hurdles. The five-year-old appears to be fairly handicapped and may strike in an open event.

Nicely bred and unexposed, MAN OF DESERT appears to have a good opportunity to get off the mark. Beach Point is feared most.

17:00 Sandown (Class 5) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Placed on each of her two previous handicap outings in Ireland, the returning NUNC EST BIBENDUM looks like a shrewd recruit to the Gary & Josh Moore yard and she is fancied to break the maiden at the sixth time of asking. That may be at the main expense of narrow Windsor second Gloryous, although Pergola also looks dangerous, even after being hit with a 4lb rise for a last-gasp Epsom success on her handicap debut. Maundy Thursday and Tap Dancer may also have a say in proceedings.

The vote goes to MAUNDY THURSDAY with this drop back in distance a possible source of improvement. Pergola is second choice.
