|PU| (6) (40/1 -82%)Auba Me Yang |
40/1(-82%) | (6) Auba Me Yang 40/1, Needed run, down the field in a handicap hurdle over 2m at Ffos Las most recent; tongue-tie first time; up in trip; has had issues; fair mark on best form; interesting Became disappointing for Emma Lavelle and was well beaten on debut for new stable. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MARKET HOUSE has been in cracking form of late, both in this sphere and on the Flat, and he won readily over 2m3f at Fontwell last week. Alex Chadwick's mount shoulders a 7lb penalty for his troubles but remains very much the one to beat. Dual C&D winner Juan Bermudez didn't appear to get home over 2m6f here last time so it's no surprise to see him cutting back in trip. He is the obvious danger, while Chief Black Robe looks best of the remainder.

Recent Fontwell winner Market House is respected but JUAN BERMUDEZ ran a big race here last month and gets the nod.

20/1(-344%) | (5) Hazy Winter 20/1, Second beaten 2 1/4l in a conditions race over 2m4f at Cothelstone latest; off a short-break; top jockey booked for hurdle debut; market can guide Second in two four-runner points in April; with good stable for rules career. |
The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Sergeant Fury readily opened his Rules account at Huntingdon and warrants respect under a penalty, while Duel Au Soleil posted a solid runner-up effort over C&D last time and now wears a tongue-tie. However, a chance is taken on hurdling newcomer SUN DANCER GIRL, who receives plenty of weight all round. She won four times on the level for Andrew Balding and will likely know her job first time out for Fergal O'Brien.

Harry Derham's SERGEANT FURY delivered on earlier promise when winning readily at Huntingdon three weeks and might follow up here.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
5th (1) (5/6 +0%)Alshadhian |
5/6(+0%) | (1) Alshadhian 5/6, Travelled, did it easily, improved from debut down in grade landing a handicap by 13l off 88 over 2m at Southwell last time; still on good mark on hurdle form; more to come; can follow up if turned out quickly Drew clear to win easily by 13l at Southwell last week; commands respect under penalty. |

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ALSHADHIAN won by a hard-held 13 lengths at Southwell just over a week ago and a 7lb penalty is unlikely to be enough to anchor him if arriving in the same mood. Blackijo Dagrostis made an encouraging start to his chasing career when runner-up over C&D last month and should remain competitive lining up off the same mark, while La Quarite will likely improve on his Ffos Las display.

The most obvious answer is ALSHADHIAN, who cruised clear to win by 13l at Southwell last week and can cope with a 7lb penalty.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

SIR GALAHAD is unbeaten in three starts over hurdles, with his latest victory by 24 lengths at Ffos Las really catching the eye. Olly Murphy's four-year-old may have lots more to offer and could make a winning handicap debut. Impero bolted up in a class 2 event at Kelso on his latest outing and he is expected to mount a serious challenge, despite being 8lb higher. Carrigeen Kampala is the pick of the remainder.

Free-going mare CARRIGEEN KAMPALA returns from her layoff with conditions ideal and is selected to dominate from the front.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A DUBLIN JOB is unbeaten in three outings over fences after his three-length triumph at Warwick last month. Harry Derham's eight-year-old only has a 4lb higher rating to contend with and he can continue his brilliant form. Davidoc has occupied the runner-up berth the last twice, including behind the selection last time, and is likely to be on the premises once again. Captain Ivan cannot be ruled out either.

Davidoc is 4lb better off with A DUBLIN JOB (nap) than when 3l second to him at Warwick in May but the latter can prevail again.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

FILLYFUDGE romped home in this class over track and trip on her most recent start and the assessor may have been kind to only put her up 9lb. Considering the manner of that success, she could prove hard to beat. Al Mootamarid showed a lot more when second at Huntingdon and he now sports a first-time tongue-tie off an unchanged mark, so has to be respected. Masonbrook Meadow looks the pick of the remainder.

Sixty Plus could be very dangerous but the pick us AL MOOTAMARID, who split two well-handicapped rivals when second last month.
Ths is the racecard key.

Horse racing is a popular and historic sport in the UK, with a tradition dating back centuries. It is a multi-billion pound industry that attracts millions of spectators each year and generates significant economic activity.
There are two main types of horse racing in the UK: flat racing and jump racing. Flat racing is run on a level course and is typically shorter in distance, while jump racing involves horses jumping over obstacles and is generally longer in distance. Both types of racing are popular with spectators and bettors, and they take place at various racetracks throughout the country.
The most famous horse racing event in the UK is the Grand National, which is held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. It is a jump racing event that is known for its challenging course and has become a national institution in the UK. Other notable horse racing events in the UK include the Derby, held at Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, and the Royal Ascot, held at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.
Horse racing in the UK is regulated by the British Horseracing Authority (BHA), which sets rules and standards for the industry. It is responsible for the welfare of racehorses and the safety of jockeys and trainers, as well as ensuring fair and transparent racing practices.
In addition to its economic and cultural importance, horse racing in the UK also plays a significant role in the breeding and training of thoroughbred horses. Many of the world's top thoroughbreds are bred and trained in the UK, and the industry plays a vital role in the preservation and promotion of the breed.
Overall, horse racing is an integral part of British culture and a major contributor to the country's economy. It is a thrilling and exciting sport that continues to attract a loyal following and generate significant interest from spectators and bettors around the world.
