13:25 Naas Conditions Hurdle 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

WODHOOH remains unbeaten over hurdles after an impressive victory in a Listed race at Doncaster last month, and the daughter of Le Havre can confirm her place in Gordon Elliott's Cheltenham Festival team with another win here. Trustyourinstinct could only manage fourth on his hurdling bow at Fairyhouse but with that experience under his belt, he may prove to be the main danger to the selection. Better can be expected from Pacini now sporting cheekpieces for the first time.

WODHOOH looks a real professional and can take the step up to Graded level in her stride and stretch her unbeaten hurdle record to 6. Trustyourinstinct is open to progress on the back of his Fairyhouse hurdle debut fourth and may give the selection more to do than her stablemate Pacini.

Hurdling newcomer Bottler'secret is potentially interesting, but the experienced WODHOOH looks capable of extending her sequence

13:55 Naas Maiden Hurdle 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

In a race where numerous contenders appear to have untapped potential, it may pay to side with French recruit TOUNSIVATOR. Successful over 1m3f and 1m4f on the level, he makes his debut for the Willie Mullins stable and it will be no surprise if he is able to get off the mark at the first time of asking. Pen To Paper, an 88,000-euro purchase, warrants respect on his debut for astute connections, while Shoot The Blues remains open to improvement after finishing a creditable second on his hurdling debut at Fairyhouse.

SHOT THE BLUES gets the vote on the back of his promising effort at Fairyhouse last month, although a strong market move for the Willie Mullins-trained French Flat recruit Tounsivator would put a slightly different slant on things. Bumper winner Rainbow Trail is surely a lot better than he showed on hurdle debut and may prove best of the rest.

Second to a Willie Mullins-trained favourite on his hurdling debut at Fairyhouse, bumper winner SHOOT THE BLUES can go one better now.

(1) Southern Sam 13/8, Lightly-raced for his age and, having ran well when third on return at Wetherby in November, he ran out a gutsy winner at Haydock (25.5f) following month. Might have been feeling the effects of a hard race when remote third at Fontwell since. Worth another chance with headgear on.

14:10 Hereford Handicap Chase (Class 4) 25f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Southern Sam continues to run well and should the addition of first-time cheekpieces eke out a bit more, he will not be far away. However, a chance can be taken on last year's victor INNISFREE LAD. David Dennis' 12-year-old arrives with something to prove having finished down the field at Catterick last month, but he is 5lb below his mark of 12 months ago and is two from two around here. Volcano can chase the pair home, ahead of Burrows Park.

SOUTHERN SAM had a hard race when winning at Haydock in December and might have been feeling the effects of that at Fontwell since, so is worth another chance with headgear applied. Volcano is feared most back down in class.

Last year's winner INNISFREE LAD (nap) is taken to maintain his unbeaten record at Hereford. Southern Sam is feared most.

14:25 Naas Handicap Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

EVIES VLADIMIR looked every inch a handicap chaser to keep on the right side of when running out a ready winner over an extended 2m5f at Fairyhouse earlier this month and, even accounting for a 13lb hike, he can make his presence felt once more. Kings Halo made all in impressive fashion over C&D last month and can make a bold bid to do so again, despite the 11lb higher mark. La Malmason must bounce back from a below-par effort over 2m6f at Punchestown but could feature prominently if she does.

EVIES VLADIMIR faces comfortably his sternest assignment to date but Gavin Cromwell's 7-y-o highlighted he remains one to be firmly interested in when registering a facile success at Fairyhouse 18 days ago and he gets the nod to defy the handicapper once more and come out on top. Dangers aplenty are headed up by Battle It Out, Shantreusse and Kings Halo.

JP McManus runs four and may have the solution with BATTLE IT OUT who won over this trip as a hurdler and is relatively unexposed

14:40 Hereford Conditions Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Dual bumper winner Kel Du Large ought to thrive now switched to hurdles and he merits the utmost respect, but preference is for DON VIRGINIA. The son of Walzertakt, whose dam won over timber in France, is from the family of a host of winners, so it would come as no surprise were he to make an immediate impact for his in-form yard. Wonderful Delight is another debutant to take note of, while Kalif D'airy, who reached the frame at Newbury last month, should step forward with that experience under his belt.

KEL DU LARGE had the reopposing Kalif d'Airy behind him when winning a Cheltenham listed bumper on New Year's Day and is taken to stretch his unbeaten record to 3 now hurdling, most likely at the expense of Gary Moore's charge, who followed that Cheltenham run with a promising third over hurdles at Newbury. Wonderful Delight and Don Virginia are newcomers to monitor in the betting.

The clear form pick is promising youngster KEL DU LARGE. Second choice is Kalif D'Airy.

14:55 Naas Conditions Chase 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A race that is likely to revolve around the returning FERNY HOLLOW, who has not been seen on a racecourse since landing a Grade 1 at Leopardstown in December 2021. The Cheveley Park-owned nine-year-old would appear to hold all the aces, despite his layoff, and he is fancied to pick up where he left off. Galway Plate hero Ash Tree Meadow cruised to victory in a two-runner Grade 2 at Down Royal in November and he is the most likely danger, while last year's winner Rebel Gold looks best of the rest.

FERNY HOLLOW has a lengthy absence to overcome but Willie Mullins' charge looked every inch a high-class prospect when last seen scoring in Grade 1 company over fences and, unlikely to be lacking for fitness, he can make a winning return. Ash Tree Meadow comfortably rates the chief threat.

The race conditions make this a suitable comeback opportunity for \bFERNY HOLLOW\b, a Grade 1 bumper and novice chase winner

15:10 Hereford Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Mighty Moth would be of interest on the form of her admirable third behind two classy rivals at Ascot, but she needs to bounce back from a lacklustre effort at Newbury subsequently. With that in mind, preference is for point-to-point winner LARGY FORCE, who made a pleasing debut under Rules when second in a Catterick bumper in December and with that experience under her belt, she may prove tough to stop. French recruit Lady Pretender makes her debut for the Venetia Williams stable and commands respect.

LADY PRETENDER has some fairly useful form to her name in France and fetched 130,000 euros when switched to the excellent Venetia Williams' yard. so is fancied to make a winning start here. Mighty Moth rates the pick of those with experience on these shores and is next on the list ahead of hurdling-newcomer Largy Force who brings a fair bit of potential.

Back down in class, MIGHTY MOTH has the best form claims. Lady Pretender is second choice based on her French chase efforts.

15:25 Naas Handicap Hurdle 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Whacker Clan arrives on the back of two chase successes and must be respected back over hurdles, along with stablemate Champagne Mahler, who was hit with an 11lb rise after bolting up at Gowran Park last month. A chance, however, is taken on ZOFFANIEN. Denis Hogan's charge showed signs of a return to form when finishing third at Thurles and he remains competitively treated should he build on that performance. Others to note include Big Island and handicap debutant Any Road.

CHAMPAGNE MAHLER took his form up a level when cosily getting off the mark at Gowran and with that form working out well Henry de Bromhead's low-mileage 6-y-o is fancied to follow up. Gavin Cromwell's Fairyhouse runner-up Lazer Wolf is weightued to go close and rates a big danger, with C&D winner Zoffanien and handicap-debutant Any Road highly respected too.

this might just go to CHAMPAGNE MAHLER(nap), impressive when scoring at Gowran and can follow up despite an 11lb rise

15:40 Hereford Handicap Chase (Class 4) 19f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Any support for unexposed chasers Abingworth and Keep Running would have solid foundations. However, FIRE DANCER is starting to look attractively weighted and may be worth chancing on just his second start after wind surgery. The Venetia Williams-trained gelding was on the back of a much longer break when he showed up well for a long way in a deeper race at Ascot last time out and, now dropped back down in class, he could be a different proposition.

The progressive ABINGWORTH is fancied to resume winning ways after his narrow defeat at Ludlow. Keep Running's latest effort at Sandown was too bad to be true so he can be expected to bounce back and emerge as the biggest threat to the selection.

A chance is taken on SAMTARA, who may stage a revival returned to the scene of his hurdles win. Abingworth is feared most.

The lightly-raced six-year-old, the ready winner of a competitive maiden over the extended 2m2f circuit here last month, holds great potential and is the pick of Gordon Elliott's five entrants, with the step up in trip likely to suit. Maxxum can give his stablemate a good run for the money on the back of his surprise Listed triumph at the Dublin Racing Festival, while Lady Rita also warrants respect on her return.

The progressive CLEATUS POOLAW (current favourite with some firms for the Final at Cheltenham) looked stronger the further he went when off the mark here 4 weeks ago so he's taken to follow up on handicap debut stepping up in trip. His stablemate Maxxum looked better than ever when winning a listed handicap at Leopardstown 3 weeks ago so must be respected with Good Time Jonny (winner of the Final at Cheltenham last season) and the unexposed Meyo completing the shortlist.

Despite being 2lb wrong, preference is for WAITTILLITELLYOU after a very creditable run at Fairyhouse after nine months off

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A breathing operation was probably instrumental in SAMMY'S GUARANTEE posting a much improved effort when she comfortably landed a novice hurdle at Doncaster, and Tom Lacey's mare offers strong hope stepping back up in trip for her handicap debut. One Eye On Vegas wore first-time cheekpieces (retained) when winning at Leicester so commands respect, despite running off 8lb higher. French import In D'or is the pick of the rest, but carries risk after a disappointing run when favourite for a maiden at Plumpton.

OWL OF ATHENS showed definite signs of ability on 2 of his 3 starts in novice company and with this step back up in trip rating a plus now handicapping, Evan Williams' 5-y-o makes a good deal of appeal. Sammy's Guarantee and One Eye On Vegas head up the dangers, along with In d'Or.

After keeping on relentlessly to win at Doncaster last month, SAMMY'S GUARANTEE can probably improve again on this handicap debut.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

WINGMEN, who changed hands for 250,000 pounds after a point-to-point win in January of last year, impressed with a smooth display on his Rules debut in a similar race here in December. Heavily eased that day, it's difficult to say how much more he has to offer, but the son of Kayf Tara could certainly have the potential to use this as a stepping stone to bigger things. Fleur In The Park is a good yardstick and can provide a stiff test for the selection. William Munny is the pick of the rest.

Gordon Elliott has take- the past four runnings of this and looks to have another very likely sort in the shape of WINGMEN who made it 2-2 for the yard when bagging a bumper here before Christmas. This exciting Kayf Tara gelding can fend off Fleur In The Park who brings some very solid bumper form to the table and Navan-scorer William Munny.

the one to beat is WINGMEN who impressed in a bumper that has worked out well here in December and can bolster his Cheltenham claims

16:40 Hereford Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 22f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

The combination of positive tactics and first-time cheekpieces saw a much-improved effort from IRON D'EX when he filled the runner-up berth over an extended 2m3f here. Sheila Lewis' gelding should relish the extra couple of furlongs and makes plenty of appeal off the same mark. Jack Sprat is another who should enjoy this stiffer test of stamina and may emerge as the chief threat, although it wouldn't be a surprise to see an improved bid from handicap debutant Captain Wallace.

A case can be made for lots of these but the vote goes to MISTER BARCLAY who arrives on the back of a very good Wetherby third (form been franked) and promises to be suited by this longer trip too. Course second Iron d'Ex is weighted to have a big say and rated next best, although the likes of Jack Sprat, Ballynaheer and Mac's Legacy all need factoring in too.

Top of the list is JUST IN A BIT, who ran well for a long way when third in a heavy-ground Leicester novice last month.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

CELTIC SEA overcame long odds on his debut to run an excellent race when only going down by half a length at Ludlow. With improvement expected, the Evan Williams-trained five-year-old can prove that performance was no fluke. The Flat-bred Twin Earth, who cost 160,000gns as a yearling back in 2021, is possibly the biggest threat for shrewd connections. We're Red And Blue, an 87,000-euro son of Blue Bresil, is another to consider first time out.

CELTIC SEA is the percentage call on the back of his promising debut second at Ludlow in December, although a strong market move for newcomers We're Red And Blue and/or Twin Earth would put a slightly different slant on things.

We're Red And Blue is an interesting newcomer but CELTIC SEA is taken to build upon his promising Ludlow debut.
