13:40 Fontwell Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 22f Race Class Flow

Goguenard improved for the step up in distance when landing a third victory of the season at Stratford last month. The eight-year-old should have more to come over this distance and he isn't taken lightly racing off a 6lb higher rating. However, COLONEL WHIZZ makes slightly more appeal having stayed on well to finish third over an inadequate extended 2m3f at Huntingdon in March and Olly Murphy's charge should appreciate this greater emphasis on stamina. Breizh Alko also has claims off a career-low mark.

The market will be informative with several of these hard to weigh up but before those clues, PIPERS CROSS rates the percentage call following a string of good efforts. This sort of trip could be ideal for Colonel Whizz, while Military Tycoon surely has a bigger performance in him given his Flat ability.

Handicap debutant MILITARY TYCOON ran well for a long way in a maiden last month and, if judged on Flat form, could be well treated.

14:00 Lingfield Handicap (Class 6) 12f Race Class Flow

Stablemates FULLFORWARD (second) and Largo Bay (third) finished full of running when they clashed over this trip at Kempton in February and, while the former is 3lb better off at the weights, the latter can still uphold the form given that was a much more encouraging effort. The selection, who endured a luckless run when the pair previously met over 1m5f here on his penultimate start, handles this course well and can again fend off his old adversary with William Carson retaining the ride. Gilbert and Night Bear complete the shortlist.

Preference is for LOUISIANA BAY, who was denied a clear run when edged out at Wolverhampton last time and she can resume winning ways with Oisin Murphy back in the saddle. Largo Bay won at this course on his first 2 starts of the year is next on the list, with Hurtle and Fullforward also in the mix.

The vote goes to Jack Jones's likeable mare LOUISIANA BAY who can quickly resume winning ways on the back of her Wolverhampton second.

Representing the Nick Gifford yard, RIVER TYNE has found only one rival too strong on her last two appearances and a reproduction of her recent runner-up effort at Huntingdon could prove sufficient. The biggest threat may emerge from the returning Dicey Rielly, who could have more to offer over fences this season, although the seven-year-old does need to prove her effectiveness under these testing ground conditions. Hamartia appears in the grip of the handicapper at present and improvement will be required.

DICEY RIELLY was prolific last year so she's taken to defy an 8-month absence up against 2 rivals who have yet to win a race from 27 attempts between them.

This is a quick reappearance after her Huntingdon second on Monday but RIVER TYNE is evidently in good nick.

Last seen in a decent series final at Goodwood, this represents a significant droop in class for GET JIGGY WITH IT, whose 2023 turf form stands up to scrutiny in the context of this race. As half-sister to a couple of all-weather winners, the selection, whose dam also won on Polytrack, should have no problem with the switch to synthetics and could be hard to beat if she runs anywhere near here official rating of 82. Viennoise and Faster Bee rate the pick of the rest.

VIENNOISE has shaped well both starts and looks the way to go, with more improvement on the cards. Get Jiggy With It.has claims on the pick of her form, while Faster Be has place claims.

Get Jiggy With It sets the standard and is respected on her return but preference is for recent Wolverhampton runner-up VIENNOISE.

On his final start for Anthony Charlton, YALLA HABIBI lost little in defeat when finishing a close-up third in a competitive maiden hurdle at Hereford last month. The five-year-old appears to have been found a suitable opportunity to open his account and he's taken to make the perfect stable bow for Harriet Dickin. Although Light Em Up Nigel has a 466-day absence to overcome, the Leading Light gelding shouldn't be far away if performing to his best, while Motazzen may post an improved bid now eased in distance.

YALLA HABIBI is going the right way over hurdles and this looks a cracking chance to gain compensation for an unlucky defeat at Hereford. Light Em Up Nigel is the obvious threat.

The most obvious answer is YALLA HIBIBI, who looked very unlucky not to win a stronger maiden hurdle than this at Hereford last month.

PUREFOY showed a liking for this surface when a close second over a mile here on his latest outing in October and, likely to be stronger and wiser now, the son of Ulysses can give in-form trainer Andrew Balding's early season statistics another positive boost by making a winning handicap debut now he drops back a furlong. Twirler and Gone Rogue both know how to win a race and have to be feared, but Wolverhampton maiden winner Pedro Valentino may pose a bigger threat on his first run since being gelded.

PEDRO VALENTINO is alightly-raced winner and hard to oppose with improvement on the cards now setting off in handicaps. Twirler is preferred to Purefoy for the forecast spot.

Preference is for PEDRO VALENTINO, who landed the odds at Wolverhampton in November and is open to more progress on his handicap debut.

THE SCORPION KING was successful by four lengths in this grade over track and trip last month and he has a 5lb higher rating to contend with today. Oliver Signy's six-year-old makes only his fourth chase start, so he could still have more to offer and he looks the one to beat. Joe Cotton bolted up in heavy conditions at Exeter on his latest outing and he is likely to be thereabouts again, despite having to carry a 7lb penalty, while Valirann Gold can fight it out for the minor honours after his second here last time.

A race which revolves around JOE COTTON who will be very hard to beat if in anything like the same form as when scoring easily on last week's Exeter chase debut. The veteran Touch Tight, who was placed in handicaps last summer, arrives fit from points and might be the one to follow him home.

Ready preference is for JOE COTTON, who justified good market support with a wide-margin win on his recent chasing debut.

UNAVAILABLE brings the most consistent level of form to the table based on her placed efforts during the winter months. She wasn't at her best here last time, but the application of cheekpieces for the first time may see Chelsea Banham's filly bounce back. Falmouth Boy has shown promise on his most recent outings and is likely to enter calculations, while Monkey Miss is capable of better following her sole nursery effort at Kempton in October.

This can go the way of FALMOUTH BOY, who has made the frame here both starts this year and can build on those efforts to get off the mark. Unavailable had been running well prior to her latest outing and is worth another chance in first-time cheekpieces, while Moreginplease is another to consider from her easing mark.

If the refitted hood helps her to bounce back from last month's Kempton blowout, DAMIA might be the answer to a very tricky puzzle.

JOHNNY JUMP UP filled the runner-up spot when carrying a penalty at Plumpton over an extended 2m4f last month and he has been given a rating of 127 after that display. That puts him 7lb in front of his nearest rival, Livin On Luco, and he is likely to prove very difficult to beat. As for the latter, he sports first-time blinkers after finishing second the last twice and they could eke out some improvement. Record High makes more appeal than Dontaskchris in the fight for third.

A potential match between penalised-winners JOHNNY JUMP UP and Livin On Luco. The former has arguably achieved more from his 2 starts so shades the vote.

ARTHUR'S REALM went close to gaining his first victory in almost two years when third in the Spring Mile at Doncaster. Ed Dunlop's gelding was raised 2lb for that performance and remains on a mark that he can be more than competitive off. City Of York landed a hat-trick last season and a return to the all-weather may yield further improvement. Shockwaves won fresh over C&D in May and would be a threat to all if arriving in similar form.

CITY OF YORK ended last season with a below-par effort at Newmarket, but he had been progressive prior to that and he is taken to get back on the up on his reappearance. The 4-y-o can get the better of Arthur's Realm, who made an encouraging return when third at Doncaster, while Tadreeb could also go well back down in grade.

The vote goes to ARTHUR'S REALM (nap), who was a highly creditable third of 18 in the Spring Mile at Doncaster on his recent return.

RULER LEGEND justified favouritism in fine fashion on his handicap debut at Huntingdon last time and he is 7lb higher in the ratings for that victory. Jonjo O'Neill's five-year-old could have plenty of improvement to come on only his second handicap start and he looks difficult to oppose. Our Pink Lady, who is seeking a hat-trick after her triumph at Southwell, also has to be considered off a 6lb higher rating. Double Click completes the shortlist after his success at Chepstow off a 3lb lower mark.

RULER LEGEND opened his hurdling account in comfortable style at Huntingdon last time and he remains thrown-in on Flat form, so he's an obvious fancy to follow up. The hat-trick seeking Our Pink Lady is an obvious danger and Double Click can play a part if he's in the mood.

A very comfortable winner on last month's handicap hurdle debut, RULER LEGEND (nap) could still be very well treated after a 7lb rise.

FULL METAL JACKET adds a fair amount of interest to the contest with Emmet Mullins sending him over from Ireland to make his hurdling debut. A full-brother to the useful Embassy Gardens, a repeat of his third at Punchestown last April would likely prove good enough for him to get off the mark. Speed Davis filled the runner-up spot on his first attempt over timber at Catterick and is respected along with Reforme, who shaped well when fourth at Ayr last month.

Irish-raider FULL METAL JACKET is in excellent hands so is sure to be well prepared for this hurdles debut, with positive market vibes increasing confidence. Speed Davis and Reforme look the dangers.

JET SETTING JIM showed some promise in bumpers before opening his account when beating the odds-on Royal Hollow at Clonmel last September. The selection also gained some experience in point-to-points and the booking of Paul Townend adds to confidence. Point-to-point winner Break The Boundary was runner-up to the useful Lifetime Ambition in a hunter chase at Cork on Monday, while Theflyingbee had useful placed form in bumpers including on debut at the Galway Festival last summer and should benefit from a run over hurdles at Fairyhouse last time. Half A Chance showed promise on debut in a Limerick bumper while any market move for Storms End or Shanroe Nelson would be interesting.

JET SETTING JIM progressed nicely in bumpers earlier in the season and can strike on hurdle debut with Paul Townend doing the steering. If Break The Boundary can translate the form he achieved when second in a hunter chase at Cork earlier in the week to hurdles he could have a big say. Theflyingbee is another capable of going well.

TALIA got her handicap career off to a successful start when showing good pace throughout in a 22-runner event at Cork last summer and shaped well on all three outings since including over 7f at this venue. The Natalia Lupini-trained filly could well have strengthened up after a winter break and shouldn't be inconvenienced by this drop back in trip. Winemaker is on a hat-trick after scoring over 7f in February and had a number of these rivals behind when following up over the minimum trip last month. A combined rise of 9lb still leaves him competitive, while others to consider include Macadam's Rock, Samrogue and Tai Sing Yeh.

SENOR CARROTS was last seen posting a string of disappointing efforts on the turf but he's a much more reliable proposition on the AW so it's worth chancing his fitness from what is a handy mark. Talia and Winemaker are solid alternatives.

SUNDAY SOLDIER continued her progression when making it four wins on the bounce at Doncaster last month. The daughter of Shantou, who has gone up 36lb since the first of those victories here in December, may not have reached her ceiling yet, especially with the potential to improve for stepping up in trip. Autumn Return won a series qualifier over C&D in November and commands plenty of respect, while others to consider include Spit Spot, Ip Up and Spot On Soph.

PARVOS produced an improved performance on just her third start for this yard when beating a subsequent winner with something in hand at Sedgefield and she shades the vote over the progressive Sunday Soldier, who's bidding for the 5-timer. The likeable Ip Up completes the shortlist.

Competitive and very open. Stout Flat stayer SPIT SPOT could improve for this longer trip and she earns narrow preference.

GOGO YUBARI won over 6f here two starts ago and she was far from disgraced when third under a 6lb penalty in a valuable event at Chelmsford a week ago. Off a 4lb lower mark here, the daughter of Havana Grey should not be underestimated. Soldiers Design has been knocking on the door of late and merits respect on her handicap bow, while The Liegeman and Jungle Dance are others to note.

LAW OF AVERAGE took a marked step forward when landing a 12-runner event on nursery debut at Chelmsford 148 days ago and he's worth a chance to follow up for all that he's not been seen since. Good Yubari arrives in good order and should be on the premises again, while The Liegeman could make his presence felt if back on form after a short break.

Preference is for SOLDIERS DESIGN, who went close in a maiden on his stable debut and should have improvement to come in handicaps.

BARRIER has been placed a couple of times over hurdles this year and appears to have found a good opportunity to open his account. The Gordon Elliott-trained filly finished well when runner-up to better-fancied stablemate Ndaawi at Naas and the winner went on to finish third in the Boodles Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival. Milanaway has been generally consistent both in bumpers and maiden hurdles including when third to Mollys Glory at Thurles and now takes a drop in class following her fourth to Spindleberry over this trip at Fairyhouse. Shana Cloon has plenty of handicap experience and can't be lightly discounted while Whatsupnellie and Slip Jig have both been placed in bumpers.

BARRIER sets the standard on her placed efforts at the beginning of the year and can provide Jack Kennedy with another winner in his bid for a first jockeys' title. Championship rival Paul Townend may provide the chief threat on Denis Hogan's Milanaway. Whatsupnellie achieved enough in 2 bumpers before Christmas to think she can make an impact in a race like this now hurdling.

ROYALCORRESPONDENT is difficult for the handicapper to assess after just two runs and it will be interesting to see how strong he is in the market with the yard already among the winners this season. The son of Blue Point showed pace on both turf outings last year and has been gelded since. Velvet Skies beat The Bear Trap in a nursery at Down Royal last autumn and shaped well on his first start over this surface following a winter break, while Mary Shoelaces and Coulstar are closely matched on running over C&D in February. The latter disappointed since and is now fitted with blinkers, while others to note include Miss Black Jack, Masonbrook Meadow and Branding.

Ger Lyons has his team in good nick so the suggestion is ROYAL CORRESPONDENT, with the way he went through the race over 7f at Gowran when last seen in the autumn suggesting this return to sprinting will help now handicapping. Mary Shoelaces has been in good form here this winter and heads the dangers along with Velvet Skies and Poppadom.

Wide open and a chance is taken on POPPADOM off what looks a nice mark judged on his best juvenile form

Teorie (10th), Latin Verse and Balboa (both pulled up) are all likely to find this an easier assignment than they encountered in the Boodles at the Cheltenham Festival. Of the aforementioned trio, the latter appeals most based on his third here in the Scottish Triumph. However, they may be vulnerable to an improving type and GOLDEN MAVERICK fits that mould. A winner on his latest start at Haydock, the manner of that easy victory suggested he would have more to offer with his attentions now switched to handicap company. La Quarite benefited from a first-time hood when runner-up here in February and he looks capable of taking another step forward.

GOLDEN MAVERICK progressed really well on the Flat for his previous connections, and following a smooth success in juvenile company, his opening mark over hurdles looks to be lenient. Latin Verse is back in calmer waters and is feared most, with Common Acclaim also of interest at the other end of the weights.

The vote goes to GOLDEN MAVERICK, who has taken time to find his way over hurdles but looks on a fair mark for handicap debut.

JERIKO DE BAUNE is a solid staying handicapper who has scored twice this season including at this venue. The Philip Fenton-trained gelding showed great reserves of stamina when beating Duffys Getaway over this trip at Fairyhouse and a reproduction of her close third to Sir Bob and the progressive Aodhan May at Cork last month may be good enough. Sarah Beara was a C&D winner last summer and has gained black type a number of times since including when third to Bioluminescence at Limerick last time. Pipers Boreen came out best in a tight finish over a similar distance at Punchestown, while Lep Around makes a quick reappearance after a maiden win at Cork last Sunday.

A tightly-knit novice with LEP AROUND just about the most persuasive option given there should be plenty more to come from her. Pipers Boreen will relish 3m and she shouldn't be underestimated out of handicap company, with Themanintheboots also of firm interest back hurdling.

The one to beat is likely to be C&D winner SARAH BEARA(nap) if she can run up to her good third in a Limerick Grade 3 last time

APRICOT ICE beat all bar subsequent Group 3 winner Content on debut at Leopardstown and perhaps a fortnight was too quick a return when a well-backed 9/2 shot for the Listed Ingabelle Stakes at the same venue. She's obviously held in good regard and gets the nod over Air Commander who also made a pleasing debut over this trip at Gowran last June before getting stuck in the mud the following month at the Galway Festival. The son of Kingman should be suited by this surface while others to consider include the experienced Chicago Fireball, a creditable sixth in the Goffs Million at the Curragh, and School Of Law. Old Sea is a half-brother to four winners including Trevaunance, who won at Group 2 level for the same connections.

APRICOT ICE chased home a smart sort on her Leopardstown debut last August. A subsequent run in listed company isn't hard to forgive and she can get off the mark at the third time of asking, perhaps at the main expense of Aidan O'Brien's Air Commander. Chicago Fireball and School of Law also achieved enough last year to suggest they can play a part on their return to action.

The consistent SCHOOL OF LAW has a lovely berth in stall 2 and can make the most of it to score.

Won over C&D on soft in November and a repeat of that will see him competitive.

Once again, Curley Finger displayed a willing attitude when completing a hat-trick at Doncaster last month. The seven-year-old's desire to win isn't taken lightly, but a further 5lb rise may be enough to prevent him from following up and slight preference is for February C&D runner-up JEM IN EM. Lucinda Russell's gelding was denied by just a neck that day and he may be able to capitalise racing off the same mark. Champ Royal and Rumble B both arrive in fine fettle and they also warrant respect.

The blinkers worked well for JEM IN EM when narrowly denied over C&D last time and he might prove the answer to this competitive handicap if the headgear continues to have a positive effect. Last year's winner Curley Finger arrives at the top of his game again and is second choice ahead of Call Me Harry.

A few in-form contenders to consider and NOT STAYING LONG might be the answer now she returns to a longer trip on softer ground.

18:20 Wexford Handicap Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

MONBEG PARK won twice over hurdles at Punchestown including a verdict over Spillane's Tower and the point-to-point winner has come up against some smart types since sent over fences. He found Grade 3 company too hot last time, but this could be more to his liking. Spirit Of Legend has a similar profile to the selection winning a Navan maiden hurdle and quite highly tried over fences this term. Midnight Our Fred certainly won't lack for stamina having won a three-mile handicap hurdle here last year and filled second on his latest two chase starts at Cheltenham, while Casey West handled testing ground when winning a hunter chase at Clonmel last time. Dundaniel was still in contention when brought down two out at Limerick last time.

DUNDANIEL hasn't had much luck in handicaps but his mark is certainly a workable one when it does click. He gets the tentative nod in favour of Midnight Our Fred and Monbeg Park.

There has to be more to come over fences from MONBEG PARK and he could be well enough in here to land this

SUITYOURSELFBOSS has been placed on all three outings since fitted with cheekpieces and upped to a mile at this venue. The Michael Browne-trained mare remains on a lowly mark after filling the runner-up spot twice under Wayne Hassett last month including when coming home well behind Zahee. Topweight Bungle Inthedesert had a number of these rivals behind when second to Ferrybank before successfully stepping up this trip last week, with Adare Beauty just over a length away in third. Feature This gained a fourth C&D win last month, while Comfort Line won twice here over a mile before Christmas and found the extended 10 furlongs just too far last time.

BUNGLEINTHEDESERT is on the up and had something in hand when scoring over C&D last time, so he might well be able to follow up from a handy draw. Fellow last-time-out winner is in a much wider stall but still merits respect and another solid showing is expected from River Derwent.

This is competitive but COMFORT LINE was a winner off this mark earlier in the winter and he should relish the drop back in trip

SCOTS POET looked better than ever when scoring with something up his sleeve at this venue on New Year's Day. The gelded son of Yeats looks capable of defying a 6lb rise in the ratings and he edges the vote over fellow last-time-out winner Coup De Coeur. The six-year-old was quite taking on his Sedgefield romp and he should remain competitive off a 7lb higher mark, while Beaumesnil likely has more to offer in retained blinkers.

Plenty to consider with the improving SCOTS POET edging the vote at a track where he goes well. Beaumesnil and Coup de Coeur both had a bit to spare when winning last time so they head the dangers.

The selection is last year's winner CUBAN CIGAR (nap) who ran so well in the Scottish County Hurdle two runs back.

The Sean O'Brien-trained gelding returned in good heart this season winning twice including another veterans' race at Limerick and again put in a solid effort when second to Sunnyvilla at Cork on Monday. Shadow Rider won a beginners chase for Willie Mullins before losing his way over fences and has been switched to hurdles by Padraig Roche this season scoring in runaway fashion at Fairyhouse before running well off a 10lb higher mark in a valuable handicap at Cork last Sunday. It will be interesting to see how he fares back chasing, while Epson Du Houx takes a big drop in class after taking on Ferny Hollow at Naas last time.

SHADOW RIDER has looked better than ever over hurdles the last twice and is potentially on a good mark back over fences. In-form veteran R'Evelyn Pleasure is feared most back up in trip.

INTERNATIONAL LADY gained both career wins back in 2021 including off a similar mark over this C&D and following a 10-month break, returned in good form here last autumn when twice filling the runner-up spot. The Showcasing mare again advertised her claims when beaten just over a length behind Bungle Inthedesert last week. Daonethatgotaway was heavily backed when showing much improved form to finish runner-up in that mile event after a lengthy absence and has scope for further improvement. Zahee impressed when returning to form to record a fourth career win over a mile here last week, although the handicapper has reacted by putting him up 10lb.

ZAHEE has been unreliable in the past but he's been in good order lately and, having scored over C&D last time, he's worth a chance to go in again from a mark that still looks lenient based on his best form. Daonethatgotaway is an obvious threat having finished strongly into second here recently and International Lady is worth considering for all that she's not the most straightforward.

This isn't as competitive as division one and ZAHEE (nap) can take advantage despite a 10lb higher mark; his win is worth marking up

Donald McCain's six-year-old could defy his opening mark of 95 under Brian Hughes, while Misscarlett can fight it out for the minor honours on her return to this sphere.

ISHOLO DU VIVIEN looks on a workable mark for this handicap debut and Donald McCain's unexposed 6-y-o is preferred to This Is Bob in a contest where few arrive with compelling claims.

Starlight Cato had Fox Le Bel six lengths back in third with TANGENTAL fourth when runner-up to St Denis's Well (won twice since) over three miles at Navan in January. The former has disappointed since at Limerick behind He Fitz In (up 7lb as a result) and the frustrating Fox Le Bel is still a maiden after 29 starts so Colm Murphy's charge now gets the vote to come out on top. The son of Fame And Glory has won twice over hurdles including a three-mile Clonmel handicap on soft ground last spring and the aforementioned Navan race was just his second start over fences. Mick Charlie won over both hurdles and fences earlier this year but needs to bounce back after a disappointing effort at Thurles.

TANGENTAL showed more than on chasing debut when fourth at Navan and is worth persevering with in this sphere (potentially on a good mark on hurdles form). Long-standing maiden Fox Le Bel can place again, while He Fitz In showed plenty of grit when scoring at Limerick recently.

Preference is for top-weight HE FITZ IN who underlined his consistency by winning at Limerick and might not be stopped by a 7lb penalty

HIGHER LEAVES showed plenty of promise on both outings last year over a mile and is bred to appreciate this step up in trip. The Henry de Bromhead-trained daughter of Golden Horn was fourth on debut at Cork and again put in her best work at the finish on testing ground when third to Elizabeth Jane at Leopardstown. Straya also showed ability on both starts as a juvenile including when fourth in a Group 3 at the Curragh. Mother Nature is bred in the purple being by Justify and out of a winning sister to Minding, while Step To Somewhere also catches the eye on pedigree being by Sea The Stars and out of a Listed winner.

An interesting fillies maiden. MOTHER NATURE is out of a sister to high-class 7-time Group 1 winner up to 1½m (including 1000 Guineas and Oaks) Minding, and she looks the obvious choice. Step To Somewhere is another very interesting newcomer, while Higher Leaves remains open to improvement after only 2 runs.

Lucinda Russell's five-year-old is related to plenty of winners and could make a big impression on her debut under Rules. Sagonige got up by a neck at Sedgefield on Boxing Day when making her racecourse bow and she should make a bold bid under a 7lb penalty. Any market support for Beau Della would also be interesting.

REFLECTION OF YOU cost plenty on the back of a point win and has the potential to be above-average, so she's the most appealing for all that Jewel of Windsor is another interesting recruit from that sphere.

EMERIC won three times last year, including twice over C&D, and the booking of Colin Keane and fitting of cheek pieces catches the eye after a number of placed efforts here this year. He's closely matched with Garrick Painter on running behind Yokkell and has losses to recover after failing by half a length to peg back the front-running Walhaan last month. Newport was placed twice as a juvenile and it's interesting that he is kept in training by powerful connections after missing all of last season. Celtic Revival has gained all five career wins here over 1m4f but is also effective over this trip, while Moondharrig has progressed really well here this winter winning twice over C&D.

CELTIC REVIVAL is shaping up well, no extra only late on when second here 2 weeks ago, and can go one better back down in class/trip. Emeric is another who's been knocking on the door, while Moondharrig continues on the upgrade.

TYSON FURY won twice over this trip as a three-year-old for Richard Spencer and has been revitalised since joining Denis Hogan here this winter. His second to Elegant Man has been well advertised since before stepping up to two miles to score in good style. The dual-purpose mare Vischio provided trainer Dick Donohoe with a first Listed winner over this trip at the Curragh last November, with Hans Andersen eased to finish tailed off on the testing ground. The latter won the Group 3 2,000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown 12 months ago but is speedily bred on the dam side and yet to prove he stays this distance. Shamwari won a maiden here last summer and was runner-up to Tower Of London in a Listed race over this trip at Leopardstown.

HANS ANDERSON was disappointing when last seen but has a good record fresh and appeals as the type to make a better 4yo, so he's marginally preferred to Tyson Fury, whose latest run at Newcastle is easily excused.
