LTO Selection:

13:35 Listowel Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

ZELESTIAL, who has a Group 2 entry, ran well behind the subsequent Marble Hill winner on debut. The runner-up in that race had form prior to it, and improvement now looks likely for Joseph O'Brien's filly, who is out of a Listed-placed mare. Blue Poppy is similarly entered for that Curragh stakes race, and is by a top sprinter and first-season sire. Her winning dam is a sibling to two Group winners, including 15-time winner Sovereign Debt. Ashwiyaa, out of a half-sister to a Group 1 winner, ran well on debut, with the winner subsequently placing, and should benefit from the run. Zona Verde was second to a smart winner on debut and while a beaten favourite at Cork last month, should be better suited by today's faster surface.

There was a lot to like about ASHWIYAA's opening third at Cork last month and she's the one to beat with improvement on the cards. Newcomer Blue Poppy is a likely type on paper and it would be no surprise were she to provide the main threat, particularly if the betting vibes are strong. Joseph O'Brien's Zelestial is another who could go well.

The Cork run of ASHWIYAA was franked by the winner at Tipperary during the week and she looks the one to beat

LTO Selection:

13:50 Kilbeggan Maiden Hurdle 18f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SUMMER GALE can be another winner for in-form Jessica Harrington. The Camelot gelding wasn't beaten far when third to a smart horse in a Cork bumper last summer and ran creditably in some Flat maidens thereafter. If he puts in a good round of jumping, he's potentially a cut above these rivals. Arnacoeur was third over course and distance in April and filled the same spot at Ballinrobe last time. He can put his experience to good use. Rocket Spirit was a huge price when runner-up over a longer trip here last month and is open to further improvement.

ROCKET SPIRIT left his previous form well behind when runner-up here last month and remains open to improvement. He can go one better. Flidais and Arnacoeur rate the principal dangers.

Though lacking hurdling experience and a recent run, Jessica Harrington's runner SUMMER GALE is interesting on Flat and bumper form

LTO Selection:

14:05 Listowel Maiden 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

FERRARI DESERT showed promise for her well-travelled trainer on debut. Out of a winning dam whose half-sister won at Listed level, she finished ahead of a subsequent winner on debut and could be better suited by today's sounder surface and extra furlong. Sibyl Charm is suited by this distance and surface but while race-fit, might struggle to win if the selection progresses. Nelda has an excellent pedigree, being a sister to Group 1 winner Persuasive and a half-sister to another top-level winner in Creative Force. Six of her winning siblings were capable but she debuts at a tight country track and has no big-race entries. Sweetest Rose has been running well but drops in distance and again wears blinkers. The reappearing Freedom Falls finished second at this distance as a juvenile, but that was on testing ground and she might prefer further. Es Vedra was well held on debut and runs in a first-time visor.

SIBYL CHARM stepped up on her reappearance when third at the Curragh recently and might be able to make it fourth time lucky. Sweetest Rose reacted well to blinkers last time and is feared most ahead of the reappearing Freedom Falls. Jessica Harrington newcomer Nelda would also come into it if the betting suggests she's fancied.

Several closely matched here but the drop in trip could just be what SWEETEST ROSE needs and she can get off the mark

LTO Selection:

14:15 Nottingham Maiden (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

JASOUR sets a strong standard on his debut second at Salisbury last month and a similar level of performance may suffice here. Ian Williams has two interesting newcomers in Hinitsa Bay and Whathappensinvegas, with the latter making slightly more appeal given the speed in his pedigree, but the market should reveal more. Mushterek is entitled to build on his opening fourth-placed finish at Ayr recently and is another to note.

JASOUR shaped with plenty of encouragement when runner-up in a novice at Salisbury recently and, with more to come, he's preferred to Painite and Hinitsa Bay, who both fetched six figures at the Breeze Ups.

As regards the runners with experience, JASOUR has the clear best chance on form. Hinitsa Bay is second choice.

CHIEFS KINGDOM showed promise in a couple of strong maidens during the winter and may now be poised to strike after finishing second at Killarney. Paul Nolan's charge went down by only half a length and should strip fitter here after that first run of the year. Men Of Dreams has to put behind him a poor run at Ballinrobe, but shaped well the time before when third at this venue on hurdling debut. Young Darleen was second to a filly who had been contesting Grade 1 contests at Wexford. That was over 2m4f and this will be more of a test of speed.

There should be more to come from CHIEFS KINGDOM, who ran a cracker here last month and remains low mileage. Young Darleen and Men of Dreams look the likeliest dangers.

Paul Nolan's CHIEFS KINGDOM ran in two strong maidens last winter and can go one better than on his recent return at Killarney

Responded to pressure to win at Stratford and a 6lb rise may not stop her.
LTO Selection:

14:30 Fakenham Handicap Chase (Class 5) 24f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

MYSTIC MAN seemed to relish a switch to the bigger obstacles when scoring by a length and a quarter at Southwell over an extended 2m4f last month, and a 4lb raised mark may not be enough to stop him now up in trip. Kym Eyre rates his biggest danger, but she does have to shoulder top weight following a comfortable success at Stratford in April. Rebel Leader returns from a year on the sidelines.

MYSTIC MAN left his hurdles form behind when cashing in on a lowly mark at Southwell 3 weeks ago, and in a race that may get tactical, he can use his relative turn of foot to good effect upped in trip. Kym Eyre looks more of a stayer but her limit hasn't been reached over fences and she's the obvious threat.

The lightly raced 6yo MYSTIC MAN is taken to make it 2-2 over fences having won on his chase debut at Southwell three weeks ago.

LTO Selection:

14:37 Listowel Handicap 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

RATHBRANCHURCH was beaten a length by Rumbled Again last month, but is now 7lb better off and remains a little unexposed. A half-brother to five winners, including one placed at Group level, he has run well in two handicaps thus far and is suited by this trip and good ground. Rumbled Again has obvious claims, but is more exposed and competes from a career-high mark. The Snapper also finished a length behind Rumbled Again, at Gowran in May, and while 9lb better off and ground-versatile, is reasonably exposed. Not Just Yet, in turn, finished ahead of The Snapper last August, but was well held on his reappearance and reverts to good ground. Anann hasn't run since February and debuts on turf, while Portreath makes his handicap debut in cheekpieces.

RUMBLED AGAIN was alwasy doing enough when scoring at Gowran recently and he's firmly on the up, so he's preferred to The Snapper, with Rathbranchurch also on the shortlist.

A rematch of a recent Gowran handicap with RUMBLED AGAIN (nap) taken to confim form with Rathbranchurch on 4lb worse terms

14:45 Nottingham Stakes (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

LORD OF BISCAY failed to justify strong market support when sixth in the Horris Hill at Newbury last season, but it's too early to be writing Roger Varian's charge off and he should appreciate this return to quicker conditions. One Night Thunder was far-from disgraced when posting a third-placed effort in a decent conditions event at Goodwood last month and he's feared most. Gordon Grey may come into his own once entering handicaps, nevertheless, the colt still makes most appeal of the remainder.

Preference is for ONE NIGHT THUNDER, who was much improved when third at Goodwood last month and remains low mileage. The returning Lord of Biscay is the obvious danger, whilst Gordon Grey can also make his presence felt.

Back down in class and returned to better ground, LORD OF BISCAY gets the vote. One Night Thunder is the chief danger.

Galway Festival bumper winner WHAT PATH wasn't right when pulled up on hurdling debut at Listowel and showed his true colours when winning a maiden over this trip at Tipperary last month. He doesn't mind good ground and can follow up. The Short Go was second to a subsequent Cheltenham Festival winner at Naas last year and won easily over 2m4f here in May after six months off. He's trying three miles for the first time. Jumping Jet was second over this trip at Wexford after winning a Leopardstown maiden and may fare better than stablemate Stuzzikini, whose form is over two miles.

WHAT PATH got back on track when scoring at Tipperary last month and it's likely we haven't seen the best of him yet. He can follow up. Knockanard Lady and The Short Go rate the principal dangers.

There may be better to come from THE SHORT GO, winner of a 2m4f maiden at Wexford last month. What Path has stamina credentials

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

This represents a good opportunity for NEVER NO TROUBLE to bounce back to winning form and she can build on a close-up Ludlow third off 2lb higher. A slight drop in trip looks set to suit Donald McCain's four-year-old, given she was only headed in the dying strides. Enthused will be dangerous following a staying-on success over an extended 2m3f at Huntingdon. Pollypockett returned with a pleasing third at Market Rasen and can take a step forward.

ENTHUSED is well weighted in this sphere based on his Flat form and with his recent Huntingdon win already working out his follow-up claims are pretty obvious. Never No Trouble seems sure to give it another good go and is feared most.

Bumper winner POLLYPOCKETT made an encouraging return from an absence at Market Rasen and earns the vote ahead of Never No Trouble.

15:07 Listowel Handicap 16f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

ALL IN PEDER seemed to appreciate returning to a sound surface when winning recently. Runner-up in a useful Aintree hurdle last June, he won from a rating of just 47 in a competitive handicap at Gowran and should stay this extra distance. Queen Of Seduction did much of her racing on easy ground prior to winning on good at Roscommon on Thursday. She run under a 7lb penalty but steps up markedly in distance and also makes a quick reappearance. Cafe Con Leche is a 12-race Flat maiden but stayed on nicely at Roscommon and notably steps up to this Flat distance for the first time. Mephisto likes this distance and while he lacks a recent run, today's rider claims 7lb. Away To Sea is a 15-race maiden but ran well at Killarney (The Jam Man was sixth), while Global Export stays well and should compete. Effernock Fizz was well held on recent Flat runs, while Zileo's rating has fallen 22lb in a year and he ran well at Leopardstown recently. Liberated Light is a year-younger brother to A Dream To Share and tries this distance for the first time.

A competitive staying event. ZILEO took a big step back in the right direction when second in a big field at Leopardstown recently and is worth a chance to build on that as he's well treated on old form. Mephisto did very well on AW earlier in the year and is much respected back from a short break. All In Peder and Cafe Con Leche are others to consider.

Thursday's Roscommon winner QUEEN OF SEDUCTION could have still more to offer over this longer trip

LTO Selection:

15:15 Nottingham Handicap (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Clipsham Gold gained a second all-weather success of the year when proving a ready winner at Kempton last month and she can't be taken lightly off a 5lb higher mark. However, MOGWAI finished third on that occasion and the Sean Woods-trained filly could build on that, following a 475-day absence, to reverse the placings here. Three-time C&D winner Eponina is now 5lb lower than her last triumph and also warrants consideration.

After 16 months off, MOGWAI showed plenty to work on making her yard/handicap debut when third at Kempton 25 days ago, so with that run behind her she is taken to reverse the form with Clipsham Gold. They look the two to focus on in this contest, with Eponina the pick of the remainder.

Armed with a 6lb pull, unexposed MOGWAI could well reverse Kempton placings with Clipsham Gold who is respected all the same.

15:20 Kilbeggan Handicap Hurdle 24f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

FLEMENSREVA showed much improved form when second over course and distance last month. Stepping up to this trip clearly suited and she can go one place better off a 2lb higher mark. More Info is from a good family and the bumper winner ran well on her second start after two years out of action when fifth to a subsequent winner at Punchestown. That was over 2m3f and she may be capable of better over this longer trip. A Dublin Job has plenty of stamina and was beaten less than a length over this trip at Tipperary last year. He was still battling away in second when coming down at the final flight at Downpatrick last month and the locally-trained gelding can contend again.

A DUBLIN JOB was finding for pressure and would have been placed but for a last-flight fall at Downpatrick a fortnight ago and assuming he's none the worse for that, he can open his account. Tango Theatre and Flemensreva are a couple of potential threats.

After showing a lot more when second over C&D in April, FLEMENSREVA is chosen to go one place better

15:30 Fakenham Handicap Chase (Class 5) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

CLOUDY WEDNESDAY looks the pick of these and Caroline Fryer's seven-year-old is taken to follow up his recent success over 2m4f at Huntingdon. He has gone up 2lb for a length-and-a-half win, which may not be enough to hold him back, especially given how well he battled at the finish. Go Fox can benefit from a drop in trip having weakened over an extended 2m4f at Southwell, while Arbennig completes the shortlist.

ARBENNIG ran well on last month's reappearance and is taken to add to his C&D success at a similar time last year. The reappearing Uncle O is capable when fresh and has Harry Cobden doing the steering so he's second choice ahead of Cloudy Wednesday, who still looks feasibly treated after just a 2 lb nudge for his recent 2½m Huntingdon success but does need to show he's as effective at this shorter trip.

This could go to UNCLE O, who has had wind surgery since his last run last December and goes well fresh. Arbennig is feared most.

LTO Selection:

15:37 Listowel Maiden 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

NARMAR has form and seems progressive. From a top Aga Khan staying family, he ran well behind subsequent Irish 2,000 Guineas sixth Quar Shamar in April and a reproduction of his good Killarney run would give him every chance. Sea Gardens ran with promise on juvenile debut but his reappearance run at Cork was disappointing, with his rider reporting he became unbalanced in the final furlong. He returns from a 44-day mini-break but is on a retrieval mission. Livio Milo is race-fit but needs to improve in a first-time visor, while Ninth Life has a similar profile and might struggle to win. Highland Rahy outran his odds at Gowran but faces a tough enough task, while Autoline was well held on debut.

NARMAR sets the form standard on his second at Killarney last month and could have more to offer yet. He can open his account. Sea Gardens is also a potential improver and is feared most.

An open-looking maiden. NARMAR nearly nicked a similar race at Killarney last month when a clear second and narrowly gets the vote

LTO Selection:

15:45 Nottingham Handicap (Class 2) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Encourageable is entitled to come on from his seasonal debut in the Lincoln at Doncaster in April and a first-time tongue-tie can see the son of Profitable improve in a weaker contest. However, AL AGAILA extended her unbeaten run in handicaps when scoring in game fashion over 1m2f at Lingfield in January. She has proven to go well on turf in the past and she merits plenty of respect. Point Lynas was narrowly denied at York last month and is another to note off 2lb higher.

AL AGAILA left the impression that she was value for a bit extra when completing her hat-trick at Lingfield in January and, with further progress to come, she can make a winning return to action back on turf. Point Lynas is feared most after just missing out at York last time, while Greatgadian shaped as if still in form on his latest outing.

Off a workable mark returned to the scene of his sole turf win, GREATGADIAN gets the verdict. Point Lynas is second choice.

Hidalgo Des Mottes ran his best race so far when third at Tipperary last month and this lightly-raced six-year-old is open to further improvement.

(2) Sir Canford 3.5/1, Fair Flat winner for Ali Stronge in 2022. Also placed over hurdles for that stable. Not been seen for over 20 months but new yard more than capable of readying one and has a good record in this race.

LTO Selection:

16:00 Fakenham Maiden Hurdle (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

SIR CANFORD comes with risks attached on this belated reappearance, but the seven-year-old is now under the tutelage of Dr Richard Newland and he would take some stopping if anywhere near his best. State Of Bliss looked too keen to see out 2m4f here last month and should appreciate this drop in distance. He is feared most, ahead of Book of Secrets, who could prove dangerous if gaining an uncontested lead on his first start for a new stable.

STATE OF BLISS had a possible excuse when a well-held second here last time and gets another chance to confirm the promise of his previous Kempton third in a race which has worked out. Dr Richard Newland has won this race 3 times since 2016 so it may be that the chief threat comes from the returning Sir Canford.

This could be a good opportunity for talented Flat performer STATE OF BLISS to get off the mark over hurdles. Thorpeness is feared.

LTO Selection:

16:07 Listowel Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

BLUE WOOD may be worth a shot here. The Requinto gelding had very little luck in running at Roscommon last time when hampered a few times. He eventually finished eighth behind Blue Peak, but would have been much closer with a clear run. He was a narrow winner at Dundalk on his previous start and looks capable of landing a race on turf off his current mark. Manhattan Dandy ran well to finish third in that Roscommon race and is on the same terms now having been rated below the basement mark of 47 last time. What Adaay was a consistent sort at a low level last year and could get involved on her return to action.

DUTCH GLORY showed enough in a better handicap than this at Cork 18 days ago to think she's back in good form so she could be the answer to what is a tricky puzzle. Swiss Army Officer snapped a losing sequence a fortnight ago and he retains handicap scope, with Manhattan Dandy another to consider.

A chance can be taken on MANHATTAN DANDY. He is a 41-race maiden but put in an encouraging effort when third at Roscommon

LTO Selection:

16:15 Nottingham Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

In a contest lacking depth, a tentative vote is given WAR CHANT. He finished a length behind the winner in fifth at Bath over a mile last month and the fact he retains the mark from that run makes him of additional interest. He is rated 8lb above his last winning mark, though, so the unexposed Rubellite could give him plenty to think about. Ella's Angel makes her handicap debut and completes the shortlist.

Preference is for WAR CHANT who has acquitted himself well in recent starts and remains feasibly treated. Rubellite and Lucidity head the list of dangers.

With his two turf efforts having substance, BRABUSACH may be the answer. War Chant is second choice.

16:20 Kilbeggan Maiden Chase 20f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

CHANGING THE RULES looks up to winning a race of this standard. The Walk In The Park gelding stayed on nicely to finish third in a better race won by Senecia at Ballinrobe last month and that form looks good, with the runner-up Hercule Du Seuil going on to score impressively back at the same venue. Takarengo ran a nice race on his chase debut at Clonmel in April when runner-up to Old Soul and has had a spin on the Flat since. He looks a big player and may again hold Magheralin Mick, who was behind him when fourth in Clonmel. Itwasfate won his maiden hurdle around here and looks one to note on his chase debut.

CHANGING THE RULES finished with running left when third in a novice at Ballinrobe last time and, with the scope for better, he's narrowly preferred to Takarengo. Magheralin Mick is another one to consider.

With the form of his Ballinrobe third working out well, CHANGING THE RULES (nap) is the selection but this is a competitive contest

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

NAME IN LIGHTS wasn't disgraced when placing third at Kempton last month and a further 2lb drop may be enough to help him back into the winner's enclosure. Hatcher has shaped as if this longer trip could be in his favour and Dan Skelton's veteran isn't taken lightly. Quoi De Neuf returns to chasing after a modest fourth over hurdles at Uttoxeter and also enters calculations.

PAWPAW had something to spare when scoring at Fontwell last month and is a straightforward selection to follow up. Quoi de Neuf is a danger returning to chasing and Name In Lights has the scope to do better.

The Dan Skelton-trained HATCHER is taken to capitalise on the drop back down in trip. Quoi De Neuf is a likely danger.

HURRICANE HELEN may be able to make an immediate impact for Shark Hanlon. The Gutaifan filly has fallen to a workable mark and is a fairly consistent sort. She didn't get much luck in running in a Gowran claimer last time and was dropped a couple of pounds after that. Atbay ran well when chasing home Blue Peak at Roscommon last time and is still relatively unexposed. He could be a big player again having remained on the same mark. Skontonovski has run well on his last couple of outings and is another for the shortlist.

ATBAY isn't yet exposed after 6 starts and he looks well worth another go at 1m, so he could be the answer. Skontonovski and Simply Sideways are a couple of potential threats.

The draw is a concern but SOYOUNIQUE should appreciate this better ground and offers some each-way value

16:45 Nottingham Handicap (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

REACH posted a creditable fourth in a warm handicap at York's Dante meeting last month, an effort for which she was subsequently eased 1lb in the handicap. The unexposed daughter of Sea The Stars drops in both class and trip today, and she ought to be capable of better. Angels Landing would have to enter calculations having hit the woodwork at Chelmsford in April, while Baikal, who won over timber at Worcester 18 days ago, can't be left out of the equation either.

REACH ran a cracker when fourth in a deeper handicap than this at York 18 days ago, and having been eased 1 lb with this drop back in trip sure to suit, she has a lot in her favour. Angels Landing had little chance given how the race unfolded at Musselburgh last time and she's feared most, with Flower of Thunder one to consider at longer odds.

On the back of a creditable effort at York, REACH (nap) gets the vote back down in class. Angels Landing is second choice.

PRIORY PARK bumped into an improver when second to Brideswell Lad at Tramore in mid-April and may be able to collect now. The Dylan Thomas gelding was well backed then and stayed on well to the line without getting to the winner. He has won on nice ground in the past and the trip looks fine for him. Broken Ice showed significant improvement when just failing to peg back Stealthy Tom in Killarney last time. If he can reproduce that effort, he's a big player. Shes Some Doll has been knocking on the door and looks place material.

INNOVATED seemed to have his stamina stretched over just short of 2¾m on deep ground at Fairyhouse when last seen in January and is likely capable of better now faced with a sharper test on handicap debut. Lake Chad ran his best race for a while when third at Killarney 3 weeks ago and is second choice ahead of recent Tramore runner-up Priory Park.

With improvement likely after his reappearance sixth here last month, ARRYCAN can again demonstrate his liking for this venue

Sisterandbrother has taken well to this new discipline and he merits respect following his recent Huntingdon victory, while Nevendon, who won a seller at Stratford two weeks ago, is also of interest. However, successful on two of his three starts in handicaps, LIPA K is fancied to continue his ascendency and shrug off a 3lb rise to land the hat-trick. Glimpse Of Gold likes it around here and is no back number from a sliding handicap mark.

LIPA K is going the right way and still looks fairly treated on the back of last month's Ludlow victory. He can score again. Too Friendly is feared most in a tricky-looking contest.

The unexposed 5yo LIPA K (nap) has won at Warwick and Ludlow the last twice and can complete the hat-trick. Nevendon is a danger.

17:07 Listowel Stakes 13f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

These races are perfect for a horse like TAIPAN, who has a lofty enough rating, and he looks like the one to beat. The Frankel gelding ran out a cosy winner of another conditions event over 1m6f at Killarney last time and this looks like an ideal opportunity to get another win under his belt. The 92-rated Female Soldier would appear to be the main danger on paper. She was fifth behind the selection last time and has a nice turnaround at the weights now. As well as getting a 10lb pull this time, Adam Ryan takes a further 7lb off her back. Ace Aussie could be given a chance off his rating of 87, but hasn't been in great form over jumps in recent starts and has a bit to prove.

This should develop into a match between FEMALE SOLDIER and Taipan, with the former marginally preferred in receipt of 10 lb back over a more suitable trip.

This looks another good opportunity for TAIPAN after he landed a similar event at Killarney last month.

17:15 Nottingham Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Han Solo Berger continues in good form and appeals as a likely candidate once again, while Enchanted Night merits respect at the foot of the handicap, following her recent Yarmouth second. However, a chance is taken on LATIN FIVE. Paul Midgley's sprinter has tumbled down the ratings of late, but he showed more when sixth at Catterick last month. Eased a further 2lb, leaving him 11lb lower than for last July's Beverley success, this could be the time to catch him.

Robert Cowell looks to hold a strong hand here, with GRANDFATHER TOM taken to make a winning return to turf at a track where he's tasted success before. His stablemate Han Solo Berger rates an obvious threat. High Security lost all chance at the start when the subject of market support at Beverley earlier in the week and is also one to consider.

The in-form Han Solo Berger is a tempting option but preference is for GRANDFATHER TOM, who scored in good style on AW last month.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Willie Mullins is hard to oppose in bumpers at the minute and NINTH LOCH can give him another winner. The Footstepsinthesand gelding shaped with promise when fourth on his debut at Punchestown and this looks an easier task now. Gordon Elliott saddles Arabian Diamond and he could be a danger. The Getaway gelding was no match for another Mullins runner in Readin Tommy Wrong at Ballinrobe last time, but it was still a solid effort to fill the runner-up spot. Kalanisi Flash was also second last time, chasing home The Wallpark at Downpatrick, and is another for the shortlist.

NINTH LOCH shaped encouragingly amidst greenness when fourth at Punchestown 40 days ago and, with improvement expected, he's marginally preferred to Arabian Diamond, who is closely matched on form. Kalanisi Flash also makes appeal.

Fourth in a big field at the Punchestown festival, NINTH LOCH should be hard to beat if settling better

17:30 Fakenham Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) 23f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Boleyn Boy finished a good second at Chepstow and would hold every chance if taking another step forward. For Gina's recent performances would suggest she can be involved at the business end, while If Karl's Berg Did shouldn't be ruled out from 3lb below his recent Uttoxeter third. A chance, however, is taken on BLAZING HARTINGO. He didn't show much across his three qualifying runs, but visored ahead of this handicap bow, it would be no surprise were he to show more.

This can go to BLAZING HARTINGO, who looks nicely treated on his handicap bow and remains open to improvement. For Gina may provide the chief threat.

The unexposed mare FOR GINA ran well for a long way over 3m1f at Warwick on last month's handicap debut and can post a first win.
