There were 54 Races on Friday 25th July 2025 across 8 meetings. There was 8 races at Uttoxeter, 6 races at Thirsk, 6 races at Ascot, 8 races at Kilbeggan, 7 races at Cork, 7 races at Chepstow, 6 races at York, 6 races at Sandown, no doubt Tomform helped you find a winner.
The data in the racecards below is for the past year. View the racecard key.

An impressive winner over 2m4f on her first start for new connections at Ffos Las recently, REINA DEL MAR showed enough pace to suggest that she can handle a drop back to 2m. There might be more to come, and she is taken to go in again. Unbeaten in two bumper starts, Jentobello must be of interest on his hurdles bow, while Newton Abbot scorer Breaking Cover is also noted.

His point debut did not go well but JENTOBELLO looked useful when winning two bumpers and gets the nod on his hurdling debut.
Class & Speed Card

Roger Varian won this last year and is back for more with newcomer Ravishing, who cost 155,000gns as a yearling. She can go well, a comment which also applies to Andrew Balding's Lope De Vega filly Pacific Mission. ENAMORUS blew the start when well supported ahead of her Newmarket debut and did well in the circumstances to come home in third. If she learns from the experience and gets away on level terms, she could be the one.

The clear form choice is ENAMORUS. Interesting newcomers Ravishing and Pacific Mission could well prove the biggest threats.
Class & Speed Card

WESTERN CLOUDS shaped with promise on her Rules debut before finding improvement to score at Perth next time. A drop in trip shouldn't inconvenience the mare and she is taken to follow up under a 7lb penalty. Narrowly denied in a bumper at Worcester recently, Drombeg Lad must enter calculations on his hurdles bow, whilst Final Straw ought to progress having finished a creditable fourth on his debut at Southwell last month.

Perth winner WESTERN CLOUDS must have every chance of following up in this modest a race, for all that she's back in trip.
Class & Speed Card

Second on both of her starts to date, Conjecture is likely to be popular. A step up in trip might suit her and it is SECRET ECHO who shades preference. Roger Varian's filly made a pleasing start when third at York a fortnight ago and, with this extra furlong likely to suit, she could find the necessary progress. Mandarin Spirit is also noted.

Mandarin Spirit is second choice behind SECRET ECHO, who shaped very well when third at York and can build on it upped to 7f.
Class & Speed Card

Charlie Appleby has won this race four times in the last six years and relies on Time To Turn, who won by 10 lengths at Wolverhampton. He can go well but won't have his own way on the front end here with Reciprocated and A Bit Of Spirit likely to take him on, so a chance is taken on TRICKY TEL. Unbeaten in two starts at Chester, he steps up a furlong here and may be able to run the leaders down close home.

Several runners remain unbeaten and/or bring potential to this grade. First choice is CAPE ASHIZURI, ahead of Reciprocated.
Class & Speed Card

DEADLY MISSILE appeared to relish a return to further when on target over C&D last time out. The eight-year-old had Zoffalee (second) in behind that day and despite having to shoulder a penalty, he is expected to confirm his superiority en route to further success. Perth scorer Wheresmemoneygone is open to any amount of improvement and must be respected along with School For Scandal, who returned to winning ways at Worcester last month.

The vote goes to WHERESMEMONEYGONE who is 24lb higher than when winning at Perth, but who may still have plenty more to offer.
Class & Speed Card

An open contest in which preference is for COPARISI. Slowly away and outpaced in rear over 5f at Catterick before making some late gains, this step up in trip is likely to suit, as could the forecast underfoot conditions. Go Victor showed much more when third on his nursery debut at Pontefract latest and any further improvement would give him an excellent chance. Invincible Annie cannot be overlooked either.

A half-sister to two 2yo winners, PREMINISION offered more last time and has been found a weak-looking race on her handicap debut.
Class & Speed Card

Blindedbythelights was a good second at Chelmsford on his first try over two miles, but may have to settle for a place again. Fireblade has a similar profile with a pair of seconds at Sandown over shorter, and if he gets the trip he may be the bigger danger to BLAZEON FIVE. Twice a C&D winner in 2023 off higher marks, she performed well over hurdles latest and is back on the Flat with a big shout.

The generally progressive 3yo MANY MEN is attractively weighted and gets the vote ahead of solid Blindedbythelights.
Class & Speed Card

EZ TIGER made all to score in a similar contest at Worcester last month and, kept to the same level, a 4lb rise shouldn't be any barrier to further success. Ambassador has won the two previous renewals, the latest from 12lb higher, and he is entitled to the utmost respect. Papa Barns hit the woodwork on his first start for the Olly Murphy team last month and is another for the shortlist.

The choice is DIESEL LINE who is due a 5lb rise for his narrow defeat on stable debut over C&D nine days ago.
Class & Speed Card

KINNALARGY made little impact in a warm York novice on his debut, but the son of Havana Grey took a marked step forward to score at Redcar next time. Kevin Ryan has booked 7lb apprentice Jack Callan, which could help as he bids to follow up under a penalty. Dandy Style and Flying Comet were also successful on their latest starts and both must be respected, along with Bushwacker.

There was a lot to like about the Redcar win of KINNALARGY and he looks the way to go here with this step back up to 6f also a positive
Class & Speed Card

This represents a significant drop in grade for PINHOLE, who wasn't disgraced when finishing eighth in the Queen's Vase last time out. The well-bred son of Frankel can take advantage of a mark of 98 on handicap debut, with C&D winner Assail looking best placed to chase him home following a respectable effort at Kempton most recently. Dream Harder had been in good form until disappointing at Chester latest, but could bounce back.

As in the Brown Jack, preference is for the sole 3yo in the field, namely PINHOLE. The C&D scorer Assail is feared most.
Class & Speed Card

It was a more encouraging effort from Shantou Express when third in first-time cheekpieces (retained) at Stratford recently, and he ought to be involved should they have a similar effect. Gwash drops in class and must enter the reckoning too, but SUPREME YEATS gets the verdict. Second on his last three starts, Dan Skelton's charge should appreciate a return to further and compensation may await.

This can go to class-dropper GWASH (nap), who would have preferred a much stronger pace to aim at when sixth over C&D last month.
Class & Speed Card

One Of Our Own failed in her bid to complete a double when third at Pontefract last week, but that was still a fair effort and she has to be respected. However, ANNIE EDSON TAYLOR took a step forward when making the frame at Ayr on Monday and as long as the quick turnaround doesn't inconvenience her, she could prove tough to beat. Purple Martini is another to watch out for.

Plenty to consider, including ANNIE EDSON TAYLOR, who fared better when favourite at Ayr on Monday. One Of Our Own is next best.
Class & Speed Card

THURSO is in the form of his life at present and stepping back up to 7f could eke out further improvement as he looks to follow up on his most recent success off 3lb lower at Chepstow. Stratocracy deservedly regained the winning thread at Newbury and must enter calculations off 3lb higher, along with Doncaster scorer War Howl. Arantes Nascimento and Woodstock may also have a say in proceedings.

The vote goes to WAR HOWL (nap) who strode out well at Doncaster and likely has more to offer. Thurso is second choice.
Class & Speed Card

LOVE ME TENDER is very hard to get away from on hurdling debut. This Willie Mullins representative impressed on debut in a Tramore bumper when asserting to win by eight lengths. His full brother won a maiden hurdle for Gordon Elliott this season. Oneinthewell was good enough to land a Leopardstown bumper on debut before weakening in Listed company at Limerick. He has the ability to be a factor reverting to flights. Power Of Words has finished second in his last couple of maiden hurdles at Perth and Downpatrick which gives him claims, but leaves him vulnerable to a useful sort. Guided By You and newcomer Riverwoods are others in the mix for a cheque.

Impressive Tramore bumper winner LOVE ME TENDER can make a successful switch to hurdles, chiefly at the expense of Power Of Words
Class & Speed Card

Luckie Seven hasn't been seen since November but the low-mileage seven-year-old is already a two-time winner over hurdles and needs to be monitored in the betting ahead of his seasonal return. Hiconic won this last year off 1lb higher and could go well with 5lb conditional Jamie Brace aboard, but ROCKOLA gets the vote. Alan King's mare was able to record a comfortable success at Worcester last month and there could be more to come despite a subsequent 5lb rise.

Rockola and LAHINCH WAVE fought out a finish at Worcester last month. The latter can gain revenge on the faster ground here.
Class & Speed Card

Billy No Mates has finished second on two of his last three starts and will need to bounce back from an underwhelming eighth at Ayr last time. IDYLLIC looks the way to go. Will Storey's four-year-old had Solar Bentley (fourth) behind when successful at Carlisle in May and, if the daughter of Bated Breath can hit that level of form, she could be the one to beat.

This represents a drop in class for ANCIENT MYTH, down another 2lb, for last year's winning yard. Solar Bentley is next best.
Class & Speed Card

A taking winner at Beverley last time out, EMERALDS PRIDE is fancied to go well off 5lb higher and notch an eighth career success. That may be at the main expense of Galaxy Zoo, who regained the winning thread with a determined success at Southwell last month, but must prove herself on turf. The unbeaten Fantasy Obsessor is likely to enter calculations on handicap/turf debut.

The drop back in class looks a big plus for RANEENN, who is 2-2 in this grade. Fantasy Obsessor and Galaxy Zoo warrant respect.
Class & Speed Card

Dropping back in trip could suit Willie Mullins' KARA DE THAIX. She gave best in third before the final flight of a 2m4f mares' maiden hurdle at Fairyhouse in January and the form has been franked. Paul Townend is on board her stablemate Dysart Dasher, who could make no impression on the leaders in third at Downpatrick. The suspicion is that there is more to come from this Flemensfirth gelding. Time In A Bottle can build upon fourth places over flights at Cork and Killarney. The 105-rated Half Past Tipsy and Backwithyourown, who has plenty of bumper experience, are in with a shout of prize money.

This isn't a strong race by any means and KARA DE THAIX ran well at Fairyhouse last time in a race than has produced winners.
Class & Speed Card

SCHMILSSON failed to complete the hat-trick when well beaten at Stratford at the start of the month. Eased 2lb in the handicap and dropped in grade with Sean Bowen keeping the partnership intact, he looks the one to beat. Ballywilliam Boy has been running well in defeat of late and is one to take seriously, while Hold Onto The Line warrants a market check on his first start for the Olly Murphy yard.

Schmilsson could easily get back on track but HOLD ONTO THE LINE could go well if resuming where he left off for James Ewart.
Class & Speed Card

PINTS IN PEACE hasn't run since showing promise in an early-season maiden but contests a winnable race on reappearance. Related to French 1,000 Guineas winner Tie Black, the selection wasn't beaten far on soft ground at the Curragh in March, with that form being quite strong as the fifth-placed horse recently scored at Listed level. Plushy has a race-fitness edge, having herself shown ability on debut at Bellewstown. That race's runner-up scored easily next-time and she should progress. Lightly-weighted The Right One should be suited by reverting to this distance and ran well on her debut here in May.

No outstanding piece of form so the Paddy Twomey-trained debutante FAIR OF EMLY could well be up to making a winning debut
Class & Speed Card

IRISH DANCER hasn't finished outside of the first two home on each of his last four appearances, winning once, and goes off the same mark as his latest second at Catterick. The five-year-old can continue his brilliant form and record a third career victory. Ninety Nine wasn't disgraced in third at Thirsk on her most recent start and has to be respected. Beaumadier looks best of the rest.

This can go to IRISH DANCER (nap), twice a winner over 5f this season who ran another good race at Catterick recently.
Class & Speed Card

SOI DAO produced a better effort when making the frame over a mile here last time and competes off an unchanged rating. With a similar performance, he could be the one to beat. Johnjay failed to supplement his Brighton success when fifth at Ffos Las last month, but might be worth another chance. Of the remainder, Dark Sun makes the most appeal.

Romanovich loves this C&D and is likely to go close but DARK SUN hasn't had many chances and can land a first success.
Class & Speed Card

ANGELSWORKNOVRTIME won a division of this race by 11 lengths last year and signalled a return to form this season when taking the runner-up berth at Sligo just under a fortnight ago. Farrokh was performing consistently over fences but hasn't been at the same level since reverting to the smaller obstacles. His sole victory came over flights at Tipperary in May last year, though, so perhaps he can put it all together again. My Good Pal wasn't beaten overly far into fifth on his penultimate start at this track which gives him claims. Several of these horses sport new headgear, in a bid to spark improvement, so a market check is advisable.

After a return to form when second at Sligo, ANGELSWORKNOVRTIME might well repeat her win in a division of this 12 months ago.
Class & Speed Card

A wide-open contest in which only a tentative vote can go to YAASER. Jim Goldie's charge caught the eye when staying on into third in the Ayr Gold Cup Trial on Monday, having been denied a clear run at a crucial stage. Stall 20 isn't ideal, but he is expected to be ridden patiently and returning to 7f looks a real positive. Quest For Fun won this off 3lb higher in 2023 and signs of a revival have been there for some time now. Others to note include Riot, Havana Prince and Commander Of Life.

Plenty have possibilities but the vote goes to ORMOLULU, who didn't get any luck in a Class 3 over C&D last time.
Class & Speed Card

LITTLE LADY ROCK has taken the silver medal home on both of her bumper starts, most recently over C&D. Sean Bowen gets aboard for the first time today and any further improvement could make her a tough nut to crack. Market support for point-to-point winner Sincerely Me, who debuts for the Christian Williams team, would be noteworthy. Masked Mistress is another to keep an eye on.

Ryan Potter's LITTLE LADY ROCK has started her career with two good seconds and is taken to go one better today.
Class & Speed Card

KANSAS defeated Jack The Bachelor to win at Tipperary earlier this month and can confirm placings, despite being 8lb worse off. By Wootton Bassett and out of a well-related Galileo mare, the selection has shown smart ability and, while he might ideally prefer further as he seemed to outstay Jack The Bachelor at Tipperary, has the pedigree to continue progressing. Jack The Bachelor is well suited by this distance and while sure to run his race today, was beaten at Down Royal last week. Oh Cecelia won a useful course-and-distance May maiden but was well held at Royal Ascot subsequently and now wears first-time cheekpieces.

None of the five can be ruled out but perhaps the filly OH CECELIA can upset the colts in first-time cheekpieces
Class & Speed Card

A major improver from first to second start when scoring for new connections at Ffos Las last month, KING'S CASTLE remains fairly treated off a 7lb higher mark and he can notch up an eighth career success. Foreseen has run with plenty of credit on each of his last three starts and dropping back to this trip could be a good move for Tony Carroll's charge. Mrembo has strong claims on his penultimate success at Bath, while Ocean Heights cannot be ruled out either.

Ocean Heights can be forgiven his last run but KING'S CASTLE (nap) knows how to get the job done and can go back-to-back.
Class & Speed Card

LADY LAUREN showed improvement when hitting the woodwork on her nursery debut at Ffos Las earlier in the month and could have more to offer. Ed de Giles' youngster looks to have found a suitable opportunity to record her first career success. Lexington Express sports first-time cheekpieces off an opening mark of 62, so she is one to watch out for. Dubai Time completes the shortlist.

A modest affair, unlike the nursery DUBAI TIME (nap) contested a fortnight ago, and she gets a firm seal of approval.
Class & Speed Card

NEWPORT kept on well for fourth at Wexford three weeks ago and, based on that improved effort, he ought to appreciate this extra yardage. Demanding Gerry couldn't land a glove on the winner at Downpatrick, but ran a fair race in second. That was a nice step forward and her stable has hit form. Jaadil was a somewhat remote second in Bellewstown, but the winner was well handicapped so there was merit in her performance.

It might pay to chance handicap debutante I'M FLATTERED who should approve of this return to drier ground.
Class & Speed Card

MOLTEN SEA has bumped into a couple of in-form rivals when occupying the runner-up spot recently, but the improving four-year-old can have his day in the sun this time around. There will be plenty of challengers, including Northumberland Vase hero Savrola, who looks fairly treated from a 5lb higher mark. Rock N Roll Pinkie didn't get the clearest of passages when third over C&D earlier this month but is respected, along with Marbuzet, who finished a place ahead of her that day.

Last year's runner-up VALLEY OF FLOWERS returned to form with a close second over 1m3f at Carlisle three weeks ago and earns the vote.
Class & Speed Card

RED EVOLUTION is now finding his feet and might reverse Rockingham form with Keke. Bought for 300,000gns following his breeze last year, the selection's form has been a little in-and-out but ran very well at the Curragh last month and, being still just a three-year-old, is open to more progression. Progressive five-year-old Keke won the Rockingham readily and is only 2lb worse off with the selection. Harry's Hill and Cuban Grey were fourth and fifth in the aforementioned contest and are likely to be competitive.

Four of the first five from the Rockingham Handicap renew rivalry. Runner-up RED EVOLUTION may turn the tables on the winner Keke.
Class & Speed Card

An unlucky third in Listed company over C&D last time out when short of room at a crucial stage, KILLAVIA didn't look out of place at that level and this appeals as an ideal opportunity to deservedly get off the mark. Well-backed into favouritism on debut at Newmarket last month, Butterfly Beach did well in finishing second and dropping back to 5f could prove a wise move by connections. Shams is another to consider, while Rouane should be monitored for marked support first time out.

Rod Millman's KILLAVIA broke from the same stall when third in a Listed race over C&D three weeks ago and that sets the bar quite high.
Class & Speed Card

MAGIC STONE progressed from his introduction to fill the runner-up spot over track and trip last time and is likely to have plenty of improvement in him. With the William Haggas yard in fine form at present, he will prove hard to beat. 22,000gns purchase Sorted has plenty of speed in his pedigree and could have a say on debut, while Carefree Dream can fight it out for the minor honours.

This can go to MAGIC STONE who found lots of improvement when runner-up over C&D last month and sets a useful standard on that form.
Class & Speed Card

SWELLTIME was an easy winner at Killarney and has prospects of following up off 7lb higher. Jake Coen kept him wide in the search for better ground and the pair readily went on before the final flight. They are due to encounter good ground on this occasion which will suit well. Faceman was a decisive winner off the front over a slightly shorter trip at this racecourse and would be particularly threatening if allowed too much rope. Sea Of Doubt is another to consider, while Marelly would prefer softer ground.

The relatively unexposed 6yo BALLYKINLAR may be able to get his head in front returned to this venue on just his third handicap start.
Class & Speed Card

GOLD DAWN failed to build on a promising debut second when ninth at Haydock, but he may have been sent to the front too soon before weakening late on to be beaten three lengths at the line. He might be worth another chance in this field if held up for longer. Amakhala Warrior was ahead of him that day when winning by a head but now has to give the suggestion 4lb, while Deauville third Ellusive Butterfly as another expected to mount a challenge.

This can go to the penalised AMAKHALA WARRIOR, who did well to defy trouble in running on last month's debut at Haydock.
Class & Speed Card

Expensive breeze-up purchase WASHINGTON STREET has shown form in recent sprints and contests a winnable maiden. Bought for 300,000 euros following his breeze in May 2024, his subsequent 7f juvenile form was disappointing and was also well beaten racing over a mile on his May reappearance. However, he has run well in two recent maidens over this distance and holds seven of today's rivals on previous meetings, with Stella Alpina being the nearest challenger when finishing nearly three lengths behind at the Curragh last month. Glory To Be finished second here in June and she should benefit from reverting to this distance.

A sequence of seconds gives rise to fears that WASHINGTON STREET may be vulnerable but he holds an edge over Stella Alpina
Class & Speed Card

This can go the way of CURRAN, who has experimented over a couple of distances this season, but has always looked most at home over this trip. A 1lb rise for a narrow defeat at Haydock last week could prove lenient and he can bounce back to winning ways, with the consistent Percy Shelley looking best placed to chase him home. Ahead of the latter at Goodwood last month was Al Khawaneej River (second), who is entitled to be thereabouts again, along with Kempton runner-up Moel Arthur.

Percy Shelley should run well again but AL KHAWANEEJ RIVER was ahead of the top weight at Goodwood.
Class & Speed Card

ROACH POWER has to carry a 5lb penalty here after winning at Ffos Las and is due to go up the same amount when his new handicap mark comes into force, but that still seems fairly generous. Scoring by close to three lengths over this trip, he was sent to the front bright and early and came home an easy winner. Connie's Rose loves it here, winning six times, with four of those off lower marks, and she may hold off Savannah Smiles from the same stable in the fight for second place.

This will be fast and furious. ROACH POWER is sure to have competition for the lead but he might still follow up his win at Ffos Las.
Class & Speed Card

A former bumper winner, the Gordon Elliott-trained WILLIAM BUTLER can register a first success over flights. Already placed twice from four starts over hurdles, the gelding has the experience to take a race of this nature. Fitted with first-time blinkers here, the five-year-old is likely to be ridden prominently around a tight track that suits such tactics. Having run his best race over hurdles to date when stepped up to this trip at Cork last time, the Philip Rothwell-trained Reiki Revolution should be a serious threat. A proven stayer, who had the speed to win a bumper, the Wings Of Eagles gelding won't be far away. Hurdling newcomer North Moon has to be respected for trainer Willie Mullins.

REIKI REVOLUTION was left with far too much to do at Cork last time and he may be able to gain compensation here
Class & Speed Card

Noble Consort arrives with consistency on his side with five top-two finishes this year including victory last time out at Doncaster. Upped 7lb for his last success, the four-year-old has more to do here, and preference is for ALFA WHITEBURD. A length second here in May, he is 5lb better with winner Ingleby Archie now and can be forgiven his latest run at Doncaster. Wherever he finishes, Ingleby Archie wont be far behind and may even prove to be his biggest rival, despite top weight.

Juan Les Pins has been threatening of late and he has to be respected but NOBLE CONSORT can continue his fine run.
Class & Speed Card

Four-time winner AMERICAN IN PARIS is in top form and has previous winning form over today's course-and-distance. Rated 72 as a juvenile in the UK, the selection is an able type in these sprint handicaps and while raised 8lb for winning over this distance at Naas recently, should again compete with good ground again in her favour. Three-year-old El Fontenaro has been running consistently well in recent months and ran well in a higher-grade handicap at Navan recently over today's distance. Sandi O Mali completes the shortlist.

This looks open, and a speculative each-way vote is given to SANDI O MALI, dropped in trip for her handicap debut after three 7f runs
Class & Speed Card

WAR SUPREMO has taken his time to get the hang of things, but won readily enough at the eighth attempt at Doncaster over this trip when ridden from off the pace and an added 3lb may not be enough to stop him following up. The fact that Godolphin persevere with maiden Dangerman suggests he has ability. With blinkers added, he could find plenty of improvement for the Gosdens, while Jamie Osborne's Neardown may find plenty more after his first start since last September.

A few of these now have something to prove but not WAR SUPREMO who delivered a career-best at Doncaster.
Class & Speed Card

Spirit Of The Bay battled on well to win by a head over further here last time out and although carrying a 4lb penalty, she is due to go up 5lb for future contests. She can go well once more, but HOSTELRY could be the one. Due to go up 2lb after this following a half-length second at Hamilton, she is a C&D winner with eight wins over a mile. Serious Look is another to consider, but only if he can transfer his better all-weather form to the turf.

This is highly competitive but HOSTELRY gets the vote ahead of Spirit Of The Bay and Sunny Corner.
Class & Speed Card

With valid excuses for a poor performance at Tipperary last time, GARDE LE PECHE is afforded another chance. Runner-up on her previous start at Limerick in May, the Henry De Bromhead-trained mare is open to further improvement over fences. Darragh O'Keeffe, who has been in excellent form of late, renews his partnership with the seven-year-old here. Despite remaining a maiden after 22 starts over fences, Caesar Rock is an admirable front-runner who seldom runs a bad race. On a track that suits forcing tactics, the Mouse Morris-trained gelding should give his running once again. Runner-up at this track on his last start over fences, General Clermont also holds his chance.

A chance is taken on the very well handicapped C&D winner A WAVE OF THE SEA who should come on plenty for his last run after a break
Class & Speed Card

Trainer Ralph Beckett landed this contest last year, and he looks to have another ideal candidate in REVOIR, who drops in grade after contesting the Oaks last time out. Narrowly denied at this level when second at Newbury before that, the daughter of Study Of Man narrowly sets the standard on form, and she is preferred to Rainbows Edge, who has won three of her five starts, and looked in need of a step up in trip when seventh in the Kensington Palace last month. Victory Queen lost her unbeaten record when fourth at Sandown, but she still ran with credit and is likely to be thereabouts.

The step back up in trip could be just what RAINBOWS EDGE needs, and the lightly raced 4yo can return to winning ways.
Class & Speed Card

The Joseph O'Brien-trained MOJAVE RIVER can register a first Irish success. A winner on her racecourse debut at Deauville last August, the daughter of Mohaather was highly tried in black-type races subsequently. Although well beaten when switched to handicap class at Royal Ascot last time, this looks an easier opportunity and, with an official rating of 98, the three-year-old sets a clear standard in this contest. Winner of his sole start to date, the Ger Lyons-trained Sonoran has to be respected. Being such a lightly raced gelding, he is open to plenty of improvement. Gowran maiden winner Nancy J looks best of the rest.

This looks a good opportunity for MOJAVE RIVER to gain a first win since her debut Deauville success last summer
Class & Speed Card

Enough Already has to be of interest on his first start for Charlie Wallis after winning at Dundalk for Adrian McGuinness. Despite racing off 4lb higher here, he has won three times on turf. Roger Varian has won three of the last 10 runnings of this race and INDALO appears the sensible option. Fourth after weakening late on over further at Chelmsford, the drop back in trip off 1lb lower could see the lightly-raced gelding win for the third time on just his seventh start. Crack On Boys and Orbaan are others to consider.

In a trappy handicap the suggestion is MAN OF LA MANCHA who held is own in a higher grade last time and Jack Dace now takes off 7lb.
Class & Speed Card

FACT OR FABLE defeated Hawajes (second) in the corresponding event 12 months ago and on favourable terms he could repeat the dose. That being said, Scenario recorded a comfortable success in a similar contest at Lingfield latest and she must be respected. Too Much Trevor, who has been running well in defeat of late, should appreciate a drop in class.

It's worth having a stab at TIME AFTER TIME, who's been getting her act together of late and shapes like this return to 1m will suit.
Class & Speed Card

Recent Killarney runner-up ZOLPHARINE can go one place better here. A maiden hurdle winner at this track earlier in his career, the John Patrick Ryan-trained gelding ran his best race to date over fences when narrowly denied at the County Kerry venue last time. Given that the winner of that particular race was completing a hat-trick, the form looks relatively strong. With Harry Sexton once more claiming a valuable 7lb, this looks a nice chance. With just the three starts over fences, Movie King is almost certainly well handicapped. Despite being an infrequent winner, the eight-year-old has to be respected. Granted a clear round, Aliunde should also be involved at the finish.

ZOLPHARINE (nap) has won here over timber and he can gain his first chase win after a promising run at Killarney
Class & Speed Card

LADY ROXBY has been a revelation since joining the Michael Herrington yard and a slight rise in distance could eke out further improvement as she looks to follow up on a taking success at Beverley last time out. Narrowly denied over further at Hamilton, Top Juggler is a key player, along with the progressive Luna A Inbhir Nis, who has won five of her last six. Chester second Veydari and the consistent Tiva are others to consider for each-way purposes.

Having won at Beverley in the style of a filly who could have plenty more to offer, LADY ROXBY (nap) is taken to defy a 9lb rise.
Class & Speed Card

Recent Naas third VERVAIN can gain a first career success. Prominent throughout, the Joseph Murphy-trained filly stayed on strongly to chase home two solid yardsticks. Stepping up in trip should suit the daughter of Acclamation, despite connections opting to dispense with the cheekpieces that she wore last time. This looks a good chance to open her account. Racing over this distance for the first time should also really suit the Michael Grassick-trained Amavasya. A daughter of Sea The Moon, she is bred to appreciate a proper stamina test. Well backed when mid-division last time, Mischief Man can improve with the aid of first-time cheekpieces.

The likely key here is a Naas event in which VERVAIN (nap) took third. She has good prospects of upholding form with Whats New
Class & Speed Card

Beauty By My Side returned with a solid second in a better race at Newbury when finishing well over this trip after being left with plenty to do. He can go well off 1lb higher and may prove a serious biggest rival to CAPTAIN HARRY. Getting off the mark at the seventh attempt in a similar race at Haydock, he met plenty of trouble in running and did well to come out on top, suggesting an added 4lb may not stop him. Champion Again Ole is another to consider ahead of his handicap debut.

The vote goes to TROPICAL HEAT who went close when upped to 7f at Haydock last week and is 4lb well in off the same mark.
Class & Speed Card

It looks best to side with RACING DEMON, who went desperately close when second at Ffos Las recently. Ed de Giles' gelding remains well treated and compensation could await the son of Muhaarar. Harlington was another to rattle the crossbar at the South Wales venue last time and he is perhaps the main threat, while Baikal appeals most of the remainder.

A few to consider but MEET ME IN MERAKI was quite impressive in this race last year on his only course start.
Ths is the racecard key.
