LTO Selection:

13:20 Gowran Park Handicap 7f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

COMFORT LINE has ground to make up with Mogwli on a run nine days ago but returned to form then. Once rated 92, his rating has fallen 16lb in 2023 and while beaten just over seven lengths by Mogwli at the Curragh, he stayed on from off the pace and is 10lb better off. Mogwli paid the price for finishing second, and pulling seven lengths clear of the third, at the Curragh and likes easy ground. Wrist Art's rating has climbed from 47 to 70 recently and while he revels in testing conditions and could progress further, dropping in distance isn't ideal. Rhythm King also loves soft and while he is forgiven a disappointing run on yielding ground last month and was a winner at this distance as a juvenile, he might prefer a mile nowadays. Pandora Lovegood has a similar profile in that she also won twice at this distance as a juvenile and goes really well on soft ground. Loingseoir was behind the selection at the Curragh and would prefer a mile.

Having only found one too good in a big field at the Curragh last time, MOGWLI seems an obvious choice to make amends in this less-competitive environment. Wrist Art is the chief threat and Loingseoir can't be ruled out.

Two of these have gone up sharply in the ratings but WRIST ART is less exposed then Mowgli and can be another winner for Tim Doyle

LTO Selection:

13:50 Gowran Park Handicap 8f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

TATUM's handicap form is useful and ran well on heavy ground recently, which is a positive coming here. She is now 6lb worse off having beaten Pomeriggio by three-parts of a length at Naas in September but might confirm those placings having proven herself in testing conditions. Pomeriggio, in contrast, was well enough held on soft ground subsequently at the Curragh, with blinkers being retained for a second time. Expecto received a bump when running satisfactorily at Down Royal but reverts to more testing ground, while Koniag was behind the selection at Naas but was beaten 19 lengths, albeit by Henry Longfellow, on his only run on soft ground. Highland Bells showed improvement, having been gelded, at Navan and can compete on his handicap debut.

This represents a good opportunity for TATUM to deservedly get off the mark. She has improved switched to nurseries the last twice and a 2 lb nudge for her recent Bellewstown near miss looks very fair indeed given that she pulled clear of the rest. Pomeriggio has also performed with credit since going down the nursery route and she is second choice ahead of Expecto and Koniag.

The most appealing option is TATUM (nap), who had a few of these behind when third at Naas and she ran better again at Bellewstown.

LTO Selection:

13:55 Yarmouth Stakes (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

A chance can be taken on newcomer GRACIOUS LEADER, who was a 250,000gns purchase at Tattersalls Book 1. His dam was a Group 3 winner over this trip as a juvenile, so he makes a considerable amount of appeal. Any market confidence behind the son of Too Darn Hot, Lucentio, would also be of interest, while Telemark should take a step forward from his third at Leicester.

Roger Varian won this with a debutant in the Sheikh Mohammed Obaid silks last year so GRACIOUS LEADER is the suggestion, with confidence in his chance increased should the betting vibes be strong. Shy Hi Bye, Dubawi Time and Granger Bay are other newcomers who make plenty of paper appeal in a race where the market is likely to be informative. Telemark may prove best of those with experience.

Roger Varian's GRACIOUS LEADER is one of a clutch of interesting newcomers on show and gets the vote over Dubawi Time.

LTO Selection:

14:05 Musselburgh Handicap (Class 5) 9f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Connections of LUNA MAGIC will have been cursing their luck after seeing the mare being beaten a neck in consecutive starts. This doesn't look the most competitive race, though, and it would be no surprise to see her get back in the winning groove. Just Hiss had been running to a consistent level prior to his below-par Catterick run and he must firmly enter the reckoning today, while Chinese Spirit heads the remainder.

If LUNA MAGIC is in the same form as when going close at Salisbury and Wolverhampton on her last 2 starts she stands a good chance of resuming winning ways. Chinese Spirit has been pretty reliable of late and is feared most back at the scene of his win in August. Just Hiss is another more than capable of making his presence felt at this level.

Thomas Easterby usually gets a good tune out of JUST HISS and last time was his first real blip since May.

14:15 Windsor Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

HACKMAN has been highly-tried throughout the season and took a step in the right direction when third in a Chester nursery last month. The return to 6f is unlikely to be an issue and Hugo Palmer's colt appears to have been found the ideal opportunity to gain a second career success. Succession is worth another chance after a below-par effort at Doncaster, while the shortlist is completed by Kingswood Flyer.

Provided he handles conditions, GUNFIGHTER could be the answer off what looks a handy opening mark. He shaped well in a couple of warm novice events on turf prior to winning one in determined fashion at Newcastle and he remains open to improvement. Kingswood Flyer was no match for the winner when runner-up at Doncaster, but that was a solid effort nonetheless and he is next on the list ahead of Succession, who clearly wasn't at his best in that nursery on Town Moor and better is expected here.

The vote goes to FREE NATION, who is open to progress back at the scene of his encouraging debut. Kingswood Flyer is second choice.

She lacks a recent run but should improve and can better her 83 perch. Perfect Poise is in-form and well suited by conditions but is vulnerable to an unexposed type. Machnamh is ground-versatile and won at Dundalk but is exposed, while Grey Leader had good form this summer but doesn't look ahead of his 83 rating. Malbay Madness disappointed when tried in a Listed Auteuil Hurdle on September 1 (beaten 77 lengths in last) and while his Flat form is useful and he likes easy ground, he has enough on his plate, despite his rider claiming 7lb. Lecale's Approach's yard is doing very well and while she beat two subsequent maiden winners to score on debut, makes her return from 332 days off on differing ground.

PERFECT POISE has been running consistently well in handicaps lately and might prove the answer to this quite useful rated event. Katola should have more to come on the back of her Naas debut success and is second choice ahead of Malbay Madness who ran no sort of race on his hurdle debut in France last month but had been in good nick on the Flat prior to that.

A tightly-knit handicap in effect and MACHNAMH is taken to keep improving after winning over a longer trip on the Poytrack at Dundalk

14:25 Yarmouth Stakes (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MOSWAAT showed plenty of promise on debut when third at Kempton at big odds and he would have learned a great deal from that experience. With normal progression, the son of Kodiac could be the one to beat. Pen Portrait struck by just under a length at Wolverhampton last month and he should put in a bold display, even though he has a 7lb penalty to carry. Of the remainder, 340,000gns purchase Barone makes the most appeal.

BARONE was picked up for a hefty sum at the Breeze-Ups and represents top connections, so he's worth chancing to make a winning start. Moswaat is an obvious danger on the back of a promising start and Mukaafah is another interesting newcomer.

A few with chances but Roger Varian's MOSWAAT shaped very well on his Kempton debut and he looks the way to go here.

14:35 Musselburgh Seller (Class 4) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Achnamara sets the standard with an official rating of 87, but the son of Kodiac has been largely out of form under both codes recently and preference is for EDGE OF DARKNESS. Charlie Johnston's charge receives 3lb from the former and his recent Redcar second would suggest he is the one to beat now eased into a seller. Skilled Warrior is not without a chance, but the remainder would need significant improvement.

This should concern the top 3 in the weights. EDGE OF DARKNESS has less to prove than former stablemate Achnamara and Grant Tuer's Skilled Warrior so he's the selection.

The 3yo EDGE OF DARKNESS went close in a handicap at Redcar nine days ago and this looks an excellent opportunity.

14:45 Windsor Stakes (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

PIANOFORTE showed bright speed when tackling the Goffs Million at the Curragh but didn't see out the extra furlong and finished down the field. The return to 6f and having his sights lowered today gives him a good opportunity to shed the maiden tag at the fourth attempt. Sala Da Ballo commands respect following his Pontefract success along with Tangled Up In Blue, who drops in class having run in Listed company at Deauville in August.

The most appealing of these is PIANOFORTE, who wasn't disgraced in an ultra-valuable 7f sales race in Ireland last month. He is likely to benefit from this drop back in trip and a reproduction of his effort at Newcastle previously will make him hard to beat. Newcomer Mahato will be of interest if the market vibes are upbeat, while Sala Da Ballo is also accorded respect, despite carrying a penalty for this Pontefract success. Pianoforte's stablemate Ghaihaban is another noteworthy newcomer.

Back at novice level PIANOFORTE has the best chance at the weights, receiving 7lb from Pontefract scorer Sala Da Ballo.

14:50 Gowran Park Maiden 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Going a bit further now should suit TOLL STONE and he can get off the mark. The Australia gelding was staying on when third to Water Nymph over a mile at Listowel in testing conditions on his last outing and this would appear to be a nice opportunity for him now. He is joint top-rated in the field with a mark of 75 and the other horse that holds that rating, Highland Rahy, probably doesn't want the ground too deep. He has had a couple of decent placed efforts on his last two outings but has missed engagements since due to testing ground. Rapid City ran well when fourth at Punchestown and is a potential improver.

The way TOLL STONE stuck to his task over 1m at Listowel last time suggests he'll be fine over this trip and he's just about the most compelling option. Rapid City is going the right way and is feared most, ahead of Highland Rahy.

A race confined to those rated no higher than 75. TIME TO SOAR stuck at it well over 1m on heavy ground at Killarney and gets the vote

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Trackman hit the frame on his handicap bow at Chelmsford when failing to justify favouritism, but he could take another step forward to have a say in proceedings. However, preference is for SOMEONE'S WISH, who is a perfect 2-2 in the handicap ranks and he goes off a 4lb higher mark than for the latest of those victories at Lingfield. The son of Buratino isn't one to taken on while in this sort of form. Stintino Sunset completes the shortlist after her victory at Leicester.

SOMEONE'S WISH looked to have a bit to spare on AW at Lingfield last time and might be able to defy the handicapper again if as effective back on turf. Trackman shaped well on his recent Chelmsford handicap debut and is second choice. Tom Clover's Rogue Princess is bred to be better than an opening mark in the 50s and is one to keep a close eye on in the betting

Robert Eddery's SOMEONE'S WISH hasn't looked back since sent handicapping so is taken to defy a 4lb rise and complete a quick hat-trick

LTO Selection:

15:05 Musselburgh Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

In a fairly open contest, a chance can be taken on HAVAGOMECCA. Michael Dods' mare hasn't been at her best recently, but she is now 4lb lower than when landing this corresponding event 12 months ago and might be revived by the return to this venue. Jordan Electrics ran a cracker to finish fourth under a penalty in the Ayr Bronze Cup last month and he rates the main danger back off his revised mark. Vadamiah should not be underestimated either.

LE BEAU GARCON was below his best over 6f at Wolverhampton on his latest outing 39 days ago, yet he'd previously been knocking firmly on the door from similar marks over the minimum trip, so he gets the narrow vote to bounce back. Jordan Electrics, Sugar Baby and Vadamiah are just a trio of others fancied to feature.

Topweight VADAMIAH (nap) ran well on her sole previous visit to Musselburgh and earns the vote on the back of her good second at Ripon.

15:15 Windsor Maiden (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DOHA was unable to build on the promise of her Kempton third when disappointing on her subsequent outing at Leicester. However, the drop back to a mile could help make the difference required for her to progress and the well-bred filly, out of a dual-Arc heroine in Treve, could prove too strong for Mother Margaret, who has run with promise on both starts to date, and newcomer Bluebottle Blue.

DOHA's Leicester effort has to go down as disappointing bearing in mind her debut promise at Kempton yet, an impeccably-bred filly, she's well worthy of another chance to get back on the up and earns the vote returned to 1m here. Mother Margaret, a good-looking filly, is going the right way and is feared most. Newcomer Bluebottle Blue and St Just In Time complete the shortlist.

Back down in distance, DOHA looks well worth a chance to confirm the promise of her debut effort. Mother Margaret is second choice.

15:20 Gowran Park Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SPECIAL PROTECTOR ran well from a bad draw at Navan last time and may be able to give in-form trainer Tim Doyle another winner here. She made up a nice bit of ground from the rear down the straight last time to finish fifth to Patrick Street and having been eased a pound since that run she looks capable of landing a race of this standard. Rough And Tough was a couple of places behind the selection last time and also has to come into consideration here with Wesley Joyce taking 7lb off now. Wee Winnie ran well on her second start back from a long absence when third at Down Royal three weeks ago and, with Jack Kearney taking 7lb off her back now, she looks nicely treated.

WEE WINNIE is on an appealing mark and returned to from at Down Royal last time so, with cheekpieces refitted, she gets the nod ahead of Special Protector. Rough And Tough is another one to consider.

The ground is a grey area for SPECIAL PROTECTOR but she arrives here in better form than most and should have hit the frame last time.

15:25 Yarmouth Handicap (Class 5) 12f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

COCO ROYALE was no match for a progressive rival at Kempton last time, but compensation could await the unexposed daughter of Frankel, who looks set to appreciate this return to turf. Dashing Panther continues to run well in defeat and is unlikely to be far away, along with the class-dropping Bunker Bay, whose sole success came over C&D in the hands of Brandon Wilkie.

DASHING PANTHER has been in top form for a while and would have won at Pontefract last time had he not hung badly right in the closing stages. Provided he can keep straight this time, he should be able to make amends, although the likes of Haarar and Coco Royale should ensure that it's not all plain sailing.

The choice is the unexposed COCO ROYALE, who showed improved form on her handicap debut and may have more to come.

15:35 Musselburgh Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Langholm has been a model of consistency over the past couple of months at Catterick and the seven-year-old is more than capable of another strong bid. Without Delay was beaten less than a length in third at Catterick last time and she is likely to be in the mix once again, but a chance is taken with MONAADHIL. A winner at Chelmsford last month, he hadn't been disgraced over C&D the time before and this appears to be a suitable opportunity for the nine-year-old.

LANGHOLM's losing run tempers enthusiasm but his consistency has been hard to knock this term, so he's given the nod stepping back up to 7f having a rare start away from Catterick. 3-y-o Cuban Rock and Without Delay are others to consider, whilst Impulsive Reaction is also worth keeping an eye on now his sights have been lowered.

This is a nowadays rare trip to somewhere other than Catterick for LANGHOLM but he's a strong candidate in view of his recent form.

LTO Selection:

15:45 Windsor Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

TRIBAL HUNTER was well supported ahead of his handicap bow last month but was unable to recover having been repeatedly short of room from the three-furlong marker. The unexposed three-year-old will be helped by a 1lb ease in the ratings and a stands' side draw, which is often fruitful over sprint trips at this venue. Amazonian Dream (third) had the beating of Tiriac (fourth) at Salisbury last time, but first-time cheekpieces could give the latter a boost.

TRIBAL HUNTER was well-backed ahead of his belated reappearance at Pontefract, but didn't get the opportunity to show what he could do (hampered turning for home and also encountered traffic problems in the straight) and improvement may well be forthcoming. He gets the nod ahead of Momaer, who was drawn wide at Chester last time and the return to a more conventional track here will help. Tiriac is third choice ahead of Amazonian Dream and Harry's Halo.

15:50 Gowran Park Handicap 10f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Noel Meade has done well this year with the progeny of Churchill and MY BIRTHDAY GIRL may be worth a shot here on her handicap debut. The chestnut filly travelled well to the road in a maiden at Down Royal last time but found her path blocked when asked for an effort a furlong and a half from home. That was an improved showing on her first two runs and she could be nicely treated here off a mark of 53. Patrick Street was a 28/1 shot when winning at Navan last time and got an 8lb hike for that victory. That makes life tougher but he has to be respected. Colin Keane is an eye-catching booking for Lisamaria, who has been knocking on the door, and she is another for the shortlist.

LISAMARIA had an excuse last time (second run in quick succession) and might be able to come good with Colin Keane back in the saddle. Stormie Outlook, Queen Mab and recent Navan scorer Patrick Street head the dangers.

Patrick Street should feature but LISAMARIA ran well behind that one at Navan and her Thurles run came too soon.

16:00 Yarmouth Handicap (Class 6) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

A difficult contest to unpick, in which marginal preference is for LINCOLN ROYAL. Marco Botti's filly showed ability in each of her qualifying runs, which came over 6f, but pedigree would suggest she'll be suited by a step up in trip and forecast soft ground is unlikely to be a problem. My Clementine, Serendipitous Lady and Upper Hand are others to consider.

SERENDIPITOUS LADY found improvement when third at Chelmsford on nursery debut and a performance of similar merit should be enough for her to open her account. That said, nursery debutantes My Clementine and Lincoln Royal both have the scope to take a step forward.

A chance is taken on handicap debutante NOTRE DAME who showed a degree of promise in a better race than this at Newmarket last time.

16:10 Musselburgh Handicap (Class 3) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

MUBHIJAH clearly benefited from a change of scenery when running out a comfortable winner of a Carlisle maiden in August. The daughter of Shamardal may have benefited from that confidence booster and the switch to handicap company for the first time might yield further improvement. Glorious Angel has to be considered after her recent fourth at Ripon off a 1lb higher mark, while others to note are Rock Melody and Mersea.

MUBHIJAH deservedly opened her account in comfortable fashion on debut for Ed Walker at Carlisle 33 days ago and, from what rates a workable opening mark, she can make another bold bid from a handy draw. Mersea has been shaping as though a step up in trip is worth exploring and she's feared, with Shades of Summer another fancied to be in the shake-up.

The lightly raced 3yo SIBYL CHARM retains potential and is taken to make a winning start for Iain Jardine. Mubhijah is a danger.

16:15 Windsor Handicap (Class 4) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

WESTERN STARS was a commanding winner at this venue one week ago, his second success in as many starts, and a 5lb penalty might not be enough to prevent Jim Boyle's charge from completing his hat-trick. Reel Rosie appeared to relish the testing conditions when scoring at Chester last month and she must enter calculations today, while others to note include Liseo and Junkanoo.

WESTERN STARS followed up his Haydock success in good style here last week and is taken to complete the hat-trick with conditions no problem. Several of the others arrive here in good form too, not least Reel Rosie, who remains on a workable mark having been raised just 2 lb for her recent win at Chester. Croeso Cymraeg is also shortlisted, along with Alpha Female.

Preference is for WESTERN STARS (nap), who has a progressive record for his new stable. Alpha Female is feared most.

16:20 Gowran Park Handicap 12f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

FAIR DAMSEL may be able to strike here back in handicap company. It can be dangerous to take the form of charity races too literally but she did show her well-being when beating some higher-rated rivals at the Curragh just over three weeks ago and the Dragon Pulse filly looks on a nice mark. Colin Keane is a positive booking, while Walnut Beach has been knocking on the door and certainly wouldn't be winning out of turn. He looks an obvious danger. Bright N Shine is another who has been hitting the crossbar recently and has to be on the shortlist.

WALNUT BEACH again ran with credit with the blinkers enlisted when runner-up at Thurles 11 days ago and a repeat should see him firmly in the mix once more. Bright N Shine and Inchiquin Maid are a couple of others to consider, with Fair Damsel another to keep an eye on back from a break.

Down at the bottom of the weights and after plenty of creditable efforts including over this trip, TASMANIAN GIRL can get a turn.

Many of these have scope for further improvement, so only a tentative vote can go to PALAZZO PERSICO. Ed Dunlop's gelding was narrowly denied on his handicap debut last time and a subsequent 2lb rise in the ratings should not prevent him from mounting another stern challenge. St Lukes Chelsea, who finished a creditable third at Yarmouth 25 days ago, can make his presence felt back on an artificial surface. Any market support for Maverick Style should be noted.

Having created a good impression when winning a nursery here last month, IRRELEVANT has been a shade disappointing but this looks an easier assignment. Stall 11 isn't ideal but he's still the most persuasive option, with St Lukes Chelsea and Palazzo Persico feared most.

Ed Dunlop's PALAZZO PERSICO did well to threaten at Chelmsford considering that he was held up off a steady gallop.

LEGENDE D'ART ran with a fair amount of credit on his return to action when fourth at Chelmsford last month. The six-year-old, whose most recent success came at this track off 1lb higher in May 2022, could take advantage in a contest where the majority of his rivals have something to prove. Okeanos was in consistent form earlier on in the year and can enter the reckoning, while a change of headgear from cheekpieces to blinkers may sharpen up The Spotlight Kid.

LEGENDE D'ART is handicapped to win and shaped as if better for the run back from a long absence at Chelmsford recently. A chance is taken on him to gain another C&D success but The Spotlight Kid and Okeanos are both respected.

This looks a good opportunity for ASTRAL SPIRIT to get off the mark on the back of a good Leicester third.

LADY BRACKEN (second) had Cantalupo Bella (third) and Aighear (fourth) behind over 1m7f at Ayr last time and the three-year-old could improve for this further step up in distance. Therefore, she can confirm the form from that day and go one better to shed her maiden tag. Hellenista has dropped to an appealing mark and it would be foolish to dismiss her at this level.

CANTALUPO BELLA remains less exposed than most and again ran with credit whilst shaping as if a stronger gallop would have suited ideally when third at Ayr (15f) 13 days ago. Equipped with a first-time visor, she could be the answer returned to this longer trip. Hellenista will appreciate this ease in class and along with Lady Bracken heads the dangers.

This step back up in trip could be just what KINDGIRL needs and she is taken to get off the mark. Cantalupo Bella is a threat.

LTO Selection:

16:50 Windsor Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

FAIR WIND ran too bad to be true at Yarmouth when finishing last on his latest outing and if the son of Tasleet can reproduce the effort of his penultimate start when a close second at Chester, then he could be the one to beat off 1lb higher. The main threat appears to be Exquisitely, who is 1-3 since switching to the Jonathan Portman stable and he should remain competitive off this rating, while Foreseeable Future is another to consider after his creditable fourth at Nottingham.

The vote goes to ANTIPHON, who evidently goes well here, is on a winning mark and the recent rain won't be a problem (successful over C&D off this mark on soft ground during the spring). Foreseeable Future has been holding his form well this season and looks set for another prominent role, while an on-song Mary of Modena would also be a threat.

The 3yo FAIR WIND is interesting should they revert back to patient tactics as this keen-goer should get a strong pace to chase here.

17:00 Kempton Stakes (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Charlie Appleby is operating at a 31-percent strike-rate with his juveniles on the all-weather (4-13) this season and ROYAL POWER could enhance that record today. The Goldolphin-owned son of Frankel is bred in the purple and might not have to be anything special to make a winning debut in this company. Flag Carrier ran a cracker to finish second at odds of 125/1 over this C&D last month and he should not be far away with further progress on the cards. Others to note include American Bay and Kings Valley.

AMERICAN BAY's third-placed finish at Ascot last month has turned out to be strong form, and switched to the AW, he looks up to winning a novice. Royal Power is the first foal of a Nell Gwyn Stakes winner so he has a lot going for him on paper, with Kings Valley also expected to be on the premises

An interesting race in which AMERICAN BAY gets the vote ahead of Kings Valley and Charlie Appleby's newcomer Royal Power.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Blinkers have clearly made a difference for DREAM PIRATE as he arrives in search of a hat-trick of victories and a 6lb rise for the latest at Bath might not be enough to stop him from progressing further. Eagle Day has been running with credit on his last couple of starts and the son of Kodiac is expected to to go close once again, while Forward Flight and Handel appeal most of the remainder.

DREAM PIRATE doubled his tally with plenty in hand at Bath last time and, with more progress on the cards, he's fancied to land the hat-trick. Fellow last-time-out winners Goose Rock and Eagle Day are both dangers.

C&D scorer DREAM PIRATE (nap) hasn't looked back since blinkers went on and handles soft ground very well too so can land the hat-trick

LTO Selection:

17:10 Musselburgh Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

HE'S AN ANGEL has run well the last twice at Newcastle, including over this distance on his penultimate start, and the son of Harry Angel is only 1lb higher than both of those efforts. He could find the required improvement to record his first career success today. Last-time-out Hamilton winner Ski Angel heads the dangers, as she only competes off a 2lb higher mark, while Doctor Mozart is also of interest sporting first-time cheekpieces.

SKI ANGEL is building up a decent record in handicaps and a 2 lb nudge for Hamilton may not prevent her going in again from a handy draw towards the rail. Sherdil really should be up to going close in a Class 6 and is second choice ahead of He's An Angel, who has been shaping up quite well but will need things to drop right if he starts slowly again.

The consistent MRS BAGERRAN likes it here and can add to her C&D win in June. The in-form He's An Angel is second choice.

LTO Selection:

17:20 Windsor Handicap (Class 6) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Asense has won her last three starts and she must be considered whilst she's in this sort of form. However, the vote goes to MISTRESS LIGHT, who makes her handicap bow after not being beaten far into fourth over 1m2f at Chepstow last time. The William Haggas-trained filly has scope for improvement on only her fourth start and she looks the one to side with. Cherryhawk posted a good effort when a close third at Sandown off a 1lb lower rating last month and she also has claims.

The switch to more positive tactics has brought about improvement in ASENSE, who completed the hat-trick in decisive fashion over 13f with Anna Gibson doing the steering at Bath a fortnight ago. Dropping back in trip here won't be a problem and she is taken to go in again. Imperial Cult was below par in that Bath handicap and will be a threat if able to get back on track. Placated could also have a part to play, while Fascinating Lips is accorded respect, too.

Preference is for CHERRYHAWK, who drops in grade after a good effort on soft ground at Sandown last month.

17:30 Kempton Stakes (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

WESTERN had posted two solid efforts in defeat before struggling in the Goffs Million at the Curragh. However, he ought to appreciate this drop in class and the Magna Grecia colt is taken to score at the fourth time of asking. Extra Beat shaped with promise on his debut and looks a likely improver with that experience under his belt. Munasir finished down the field at Fairyhouse on his first start, but the son of Mehmas is related to a couple of all-weather winners and rates an interesting contender now switched to an artificial surface.

ENCOURAGER offered plenty to work on from a bad draw when fifth starting out over C&D 3 weeks ago, so from stall 1 this time, he may well be up to the task. Extra Beat is another likely improver, with Western also of interest back down in class.

The vote goes to ENCOURAGER, who made a promising start from a tough draw over C&D last month. Western is feared most.

18:00 Kempton Maiden (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Britannica arrives with something to prove following her recent second at Chester where she was comprehensively put in her place. That said, she was returning to the track for the first time since May and may be entitled to step forward from that display, but the vote goes to DAYDREAM EXPRESS. Third on debut at Newcastle, the daughter of Kingman is likely to have benefited plenty from the experience gained and is expected to be sharper on this occasion. Minka and Summer Of Love appeal most of the remainder.

SUMMER OF LOVE's debut was full of promise, and with above-average improvement surely forthcoming, she can take the necessary leap forward required to win a maiden. Ivory Madonna is battle hardened and sets a fair standard, with Daydream Express also open to progress.

Soft surfaces have looked an issue for BRITANNICA and on her good-ground run at Newmarket in April she has every chance.

LTO Selection:

18:30 Kempton Stakes (Class 2) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

ENCHANTED LIFE makes a fair amount of appeal on her racecourse debut, having cost 475,000gns at Tattersalls Book 1, and the full-sister to Gifted Master. who was a Group 3 winner as a juvenile, gets the nod. Topanga boasts a smart pedigree and has to be respected, while Lumiere D'or displayed signs of greenness when filling the runner-up spot on her first start at Southwell and is likely to step forward on this occasion.

An expensive purchase as a yearling, ENCHANTED LIFE makes plenty of appeal on paper being a sister to the very smart Gifted Master and she can make a winning start with the Appleby/Buick combination in excellent form. Of those with experience, Lady Pagasa remains with potential as she goes back up in trip, while Catherine Parr is another newcomer to note.

Lumiere D'Or should come on for her recent Southwell debut but preference is for ENCHANTED LIFE whose top yard is in great form.

LTO Selection:

19:00 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

The application of a first-time visor made the difference to BRASIL POWER when scoring over C&D last month and a 4lb rise is unlikely to stop him from backing up that performance. Elzaam Blue has returned to form on his last couple of starts here and another bold bid is expected, while a return to the all-weather might aid the cause of Farasi Lane.

ELZAAM BLUE did well in the circumstances when winning at this C&D 12 days ago, leading close home having had plenty to do entering the final 1f, and he can continue his good run of form to land a fourth success of the year. Brasil Power also arrives on the back of a win here and looks the main danger, while Animate could fare better back down in grade.

This is a tight call between the two last-time-out winners in Elzaam Blue and BRASIL POWER but the vote goes to the latter.

Lightly raced 3yo who had an excuse last time and is not ruled out on his AW debut.
LTO Selection:

19:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Buccabay justified favouritism in comfortable fashion over an extended 5f at Bath last time and he has to be respected off a 5lb higher rating. However, the vote goes to EXPERT AGENT as the son of Expert Eye is a C&D winner who has hit the frame the last twice off a 1lb higher rating and he could be rewarded for his recent consistency on this occasion. Conquistador completes the shortlist after his fourth at Ascot 10 days ago.

BUCCABAY produced a career best when winning in good style at Bath last month, showing a fine turn of foot once in the clear, and he can score again making only his second start on the all-weather (placed here on his previous outing). Walking On Clouds ran well on his stable debut last time and is feared most, ahead of Expert Agent.

The vote goes to BUCCABAY (nap) who kicked on again with a clearcut win at Bath and remains feasibly treated off his revised mark.

LTO Selection:

20:00 Kempton Handicap (Class 5) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Typical Woman has put in some solid efforts off this mark, including when second at Haydock on her penultimate start, but she can be taken on today with the Marcus Tregoning-trained MARIE LAVEAU. The daughter of Sir Percy is still a maiden, but her effort to finish a close-up third at Chepstow off 1lb higher two starts ago reads well in context of this race and she is taken to record her first career success. Emma Emilleen steps up in distance and that could eke out more improvement.

Hard to make a compelling case for any of these but PAGE THREE has looked a more appealing proposition on the AW so far, and away from soft ground, she can bounce back to form. It was a bit disappointing that Marie Laveau didn't get the job done back in maiden company last time but she remains of interest, along with Rose Light.

Plenty have possibilities but it's worth siding with EVENING STORY, who was an eyecatcher over 1m2f at Chelmsford 11 days ago.

LTO Selection:

20:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

FIRST COMPANY had Oriental Spirit (fourth) behind when beaten just under two lengths into second off this rating last time and the son of Fast Company remains on an appealing mark, so he is taken to go one better this evening. The main danger appears to be Reve De Magritte, who was only beaten a neck off a 1lb lower rating over this C&D on her latest outing and she should go well once again. Haulfronhobbs was fourth at Chelmsford last month and that gives her an each-way chance.

REVE DE MAGRITTE stuck to her task really well when third over C&D 12 days ago, and in the hope she gets a good pace to aim at, is the tentative selection. Annie Law drops in class and she commands respect, with Revolucion also of interest from stall 1.

Things need to go right for ORIENTAL SPIRIT from this draw but he looked to be in good form here last time and is well treated now.
