LTO Selection:

17:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 5) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

DUTCH KINGDOM finished third behind two promising types in a maiden at Lingfield earlier in the month and an opening mark of 77 looks workable. Hurricane Kiko was last seen making all at Chelmsford in August and he's feared most on this handicap debut. Burnish failed to build on his win at Southwell in February when weakening into fifth at that same venue earlier this month, but it's still early days for William Haggas' inmate.

BURNISH looked on the up until fluffing his lines at Southwell last time but is in excellent hands and taken to quickly resume winning ways in first-time cheekpieces. Handicap debutant Dutch Kingdom (second choice) and C&D fifth Khangai appeal as the duo to give the selection most to do in an open handicap.

Off bottom weight KHANGAI may be the answer to this open-looking race. Saturnalia is second choice, tentatively.

LTO Selection:

18:00 Kempton Stakes (Class 5) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Naaser enjoyed a smoother passage when winning on his second appearance at Lingfield earlier in the month and is sure to prove popular, but there might be some value in taking on George Boughey's inmate now he's saddled with a 7lb penalty for that success. STARLIGHT NATION lost little in defeat when finishing third behind two subsequent winners over C&D last month and a similar performance may suffice. Enborne is noted too.

NAASER impressed with his turn of foot when getting off the mark at Lingfield and is taken to defy his penalty at the chief expense of Starlight Nation, who shaped well when third over C&D last time and also has better days ahead of him. Newcomer Surrey Noir could emerge as the pick of the rest, especially if the market vibes are positive.

The rematch between Starlight Nation and Naaser could go either way. DECEIVER and Enborne are interesting types.

LTO Selection:

18:30 Kempton Stakes (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

MCCAULEY'S TAVERN had some solid handicap form when racing on the turf in Ireland and may put his experience to good use here, on what is both his stable and all-weather debut for the Mark Loughnane yard. Alpha Zulu made an encouraging debut when runner-up at Newcastle earlier in the month and he isn't taken lightly, while Peony strikes as the type who may appreciate this drop to 6f.

MCCAULEY'S TAVERN has marginally the best form and has been picked up by shrewd connections since an excellent second at the Curragh, so he is marginally preferred to Alpha Zulu, who is open to improvement. Peony also warrants a mention and Mojeyrr looks the more interesting of the two newcomers.

Newcastle runner-up ALPHA ZULU is taken to go one better. Peony and ex-Irish McCauley's Tavern are the main dangers on form.

LTO Selection:

19:00 Kempton Handicap (Class 3) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

LAKOTA BLUE faced a stiff test against some potentially high-class operators in the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes at York when he was last seen and makes strong appeal on his all-weather/handicap debut. He's up in trip and, with his yard in flying form, this son of Sioux Nation can get back to winning ways. Kitai has a similar profile and she is another taken seriously, while Little Edi won over C&D last month and can also go well.

GOLDEN PASSPORT looks to have got in lightly for his handicap debut so Ed Walker's progressive colt can make light of his lay-off at the chief expense of Restrict, who also looks to have better days ahead of him. Ready C&D scorer Little Edi is another who can have a say in an intriguing handicap.

Unexposed GOLDEN PASSPORT could well prove ahead of his opening mark. Restrict, another interesting type, is second choice.

LTO Selection:

19:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 2) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Mount Athos is unexposed and is interesting on his return in what will be only his second start in a handicap, while four-time Group 2 winner Sir Dancealot represents the other end of the spectrum and has to be considered. However, a chance is taken on FIRST FOLIO being able to gain a first success on a synthetic surface. He has scope to improve over the trip and might represent some value in a wide-open contest.

MOUNT ATHOS is progressive and quickened clear in impressive fashion when scoring over C&D 5 months ago, so he's the obvious way to go. Fellow last-time-out winner Dubai Station is another player and Rhythm Master is of interest.

There should be more to come from MOUNT ATHOS (nap), who is taken to complete a hat-trick of wins. Dubai Station is second choice.

20:00 Kempton Handicap (Class 4) 16f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

BLAZEON FIVE has a terrific record around here and a third course win could be in the offing. She has not finished outside of the first two home in her last six starts. Novel Legend was progressive at the end of the last season and is interesting on his return, while First Emperor has the form to get involved as well.

NOVEL LEGEND ended last season on the up and appeals as the type to make a better 4-y-o, so he's preferred to Blazeon Five, who ran with credit when second over C&D 3 weeks ago. Hydroplane is another one to consider despite a poor run over hurdles last time.

Blazeon Five and First Emperor are in fine form but NOVEL LEGEND took very well to staying trips on turf in the autumn.

LTO Selection:

20:30 Kempton Handicap (Class 6) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

The drop in trip can work the oracle for BEAUEN ARROWS, who has displayed plenty of pace when finishing in the money over further here the last twice. Michael Attwater's charge may still be a maiden through nine starts but he is preferred to Chelmsford winner Sir Rodneyredblood and Mustaffiz, who now has the services of Oisin Murphy as he bids to end a long losing streak.

SIR RODNEYREDBLOOD got back to winning ways in determined fashion at Chelmsford recently and if allowed to lead once more he could uphold the form with old rival Mustaffiz, who also merits respect. Seas of Elzaam is another one to consider in an open-looking sprint.

Four-time C&D winner PHOENIX STAR is tempting off a very handy mark. Class-dropper Kondratiev Wave is the suggested second choice.
