LTO Selection:

14:00 Cork Maiden Hurdle 17f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

MOON RISE BEAUTY won a Downpatrick bumper last summer and has filled the runner-up spot twice over hurdles including when reappearing over C&D last month. The Willie Mullins-trained mare beat all bar Great Bear in an 18-runner maiden and appears to have found a decent opportunity here. Gaye Winnie showed promise twice in big field winter maiden hurdles and was reappearing after a six-month break when just losing out close home at Downpatrick. Sidiriya won a 1m4f Galway maiden for Dermot Weld last autumn and again showed a liking for soft ground when fourth to Sundial in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle last month. Lady Leanora also won on the Flat for Weld but hasn't shown too much in two hurdle outings for new connections.

MOON RISE BEAUTY pulled clear of the rest when runner-up in a maiden here last month and this represents a golden opportunity for this bumper winner to open her account over hurdles. Sidiriya was successful on the Flat for Dermot Weld last year and could be the one for the forecast if able to build on the improvement she showed when fourth at Kilbeggan. Gaye Winnie is best of the rest.

A modest affair. MOON RISE BEAUTY is no superstar but her recent C&D second could well be good enough here

LTO Selection:

14:15 Naas Stakes 5f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

The fact that LAUNCH has form in soft ground could be the difference here. The US-bred filly was second in testing conditions at Cork on her debut when just collared late on over this trip. She has posted a couple of good placed efforts since, including back at the Mallow venue when third to Asean in a nursery 10 days ago. The Caribbean drops in class now having finished last in Group 3 company at the Curragh last time. That came in soft ground which would be a worry. Rush Queen is another dropping back from stakes company that has to be considered. Her last run came over seven furlongs and she should be better suited by sprint trips.

LAUNCH holds the edge on the form of her recent Cork third and can open her account at the chief expense of Rush Queen who rates a big threat. The Caribbean can't be discounted either.

It's basically a three-runner nursery and LAUNCH, who goes on the ground and has run well over this trip and track, gets the vote

(5) Flow So Gently 22/1, Foaled March 28. Saxon Warrior filly. Half-sister to 1¼m-12.5f winner Sophiesticate. Yard's strike rate with newcomers suggests that this one is probably best watched first time out.
Half-sister to a middle-distance winner; stable not prolific with newcomers.
LTO Selection:

14:25 Ayr Stakes (Class 4) 7f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Misemerald has won two of her three starts to date, with the latest of her victories coming over 6f at this track, and she should have no issues with the step back up in distance. However, she does have a 6lb penalty to shoulder, which may open the door for ROMAN SECRET. The daughter of Holy Roman Emperor shaped with plenty of encouragement on her debut at Doncaster when second behind a subsequent winner, and she could take a step forward to strike. Any market support for newcomer Capellina should be noted.

While there are several appealing newcomers on show, ROMAN SECRET shaped like a ready-made future winner when chasing home an experienced rival in Snafiya (winner again since) on debut at Doncaster last month. She will benefit from this step up in trip and should prove hard to beat. Francophone, After Time, Evanwood and Capellina (in order of preference) all need close attention in the betting, while the hat-trick seeking Misemerald should give another good account, despite carrying a penalty.

After recovering well from a sluggish start to take second on her debut, ROMAN SECRET can make the necessary improvement here.

LTO Selection:

14:33 Cork Handicap Hurdle 17f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SEQUOIASPIRIT has proved a good servant to connections winning five times on the Flat and appears as good as ever this year scoring at Gowran and Roscommon in May. She subsequently reverted to hurdles when runner-up to Charlie Luciano (won again since) at Downpatrick. Brookie won a Limerick maiden hurdle last year and shaped well in competitive Festival handicaps at Fairyhouse and Punchestown this spring. Presenting Lad has been in good form the past few months including a win at Roscommon, while Early Arrival is another consistent sort in this grade. Doughlas Dc has been placed a couple of times on the Flat this year and the Tramore maiden hurdle winner now switches back to flights.

SEQUOIASPIRIT is taken to open his hurdles account at the ninth attempt. The 6-y-o was runner-up in a Downpatrick novice in June and, either side of that, he has been in good form on the Flat, winning twice in May and his latest effort at Killarney 20 days ago was solid, too. If fully tuned-up following a 102-day absence, Brookie will be a threat. while Clever Currency and Presenting Lad also enter calculations.

Though yet to win over hurdles, SEQUOIASPIRIT ran a fine race in a Downpatrick novice in June and can score.

LTO Selection:

14:45 Ripon Stakes (Class 4) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

Although NIGHTEYES was no match for the impressive Darnation at Thirsk last time, the David O'Meara-trained filly looks more than capable of shedding her maiden tag at this level and is hard to oppose. Roast Chestnut is entitled to build on her debut fifth at Windsor last month and may give the selection most to think about. Treat Of Treats is an eye-catching newcomer and would be interesting with any market support.

ROAST CHESTNUT rates a sure-fire improver on the back of a promising debut at Windsor and with form-pick Nighteyes disappointing last time, she could be the answer. Treat of Treats is another to note on debut.

Another chance, albeit somewhat tentatively, is given to NIGHTEYES. Likely improver Roast Chestnut is feared most.

14:50 Naas Handicap 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

PRETTY BOY FLOYD has fallen a nice bit in the weights and ran much better when second over in Ayr a fortnight ago. He handles this kind of ground and having only gone up a pound for his recent effort he looks capable of getting back in the winners' enclosure now. Another veteran, Teddy Boy, has been knocking on the door and was just denied at Cork last time when running on strongly late on. He went up 5lb for that effort but looks in a good place and is capable of running a big race here. Eruption has been second on her last couple of outings and is another that has to come into consideration in a typically tricky looking sprint.

This looks wide open so at the likely odds it is worth siding with SISTER LOLA who comes here on the back of a promising fourth at Down Royal and will be suited by reverting to a longer trip. Navorrosse also caught the eye on her most recent start when eighth at Bellewstown and is next on the list, with Catherine Chroi another to consider now the handicapper is showing some respite.

The shorter trip may suit AT LONG LAST who was prominent for a long way over 7f at Gowran on her second handicap start

LTO Selection:

15:00 Ayr Stakes (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

Turbo Command must enter calculations on his recent second over 7f here, but Alison Hamilton's keen-going gelding may be worth taking on now upped to 1m. OUR DICKIE was somewhat underwhelming when weakening into seventh over C&D in handicap company last month, but the four-year-old has gone close to winning at classified stakes level on his last two attempts and rates as the most solid proposition. Retirement Beckons and Butterfly Island are viable alternatives on the ratings.

TURBO COMMAND is 0-11 on turf but performed well enough over 7.2f here a fortnight ago to suggest that a race of this nature will be within his grasp, particularly now that he moves back up to a mile off a 2 lb lower mark. An on-song Fanzone would have every chance and Our Dickie is also likely to take a hand in the finish.

This could be a good opportunity for TURBO COMMAND, who was fourth in a competitive 7f handicap for the level here a fortnight ago.

15:08 Cork Maiden Hurdle 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

BALTIC BIRD won a maiden for John Gosden and has shown some promise since sent over hurdles by current connections. He finished fourth behind Custom Of The Sea in a Killarney maiden and was far from disgraced when reverting back to the Flat last time behind the likes of Party Central and Jesse Evans at Bellewstown. Course bumper winner Misty's Gift has plenty of experience over hurdles and has strung together a series of consistent efforts in maidens over longer trips this year. Minella Diamond has point-to-point experience and now makes her hurdle debut after landing a Killarney bumper last month, while Fox Leicester won six times on the Flat for various trainers and comes here off the back of a couple of placed runs in maiden hurdles. Jimmy Boy is another to consider on his third to Great Bear here last month.

BALTIC BIRD arrives on the back of a solid showing on the Flat and has the potential for better as a hurdler, so he's marginally preferred to Misty's Gift, who has actually achieved a bit more in this sphere. Minella Diamond is also of interest.

A decisive winner of a Killarney ladies bumper last month MINELLA DIAMOND can make a winning start over hurdles

LTO Selection:

15:20 Ripon Stakes (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

Corellian Star sets a fair standard judged on her two third-placed finishes at Nottingham and Leicester, but she could prove vulnerable to the well-bred newcomer JURI. Roger Varian's filly is a full-sister to Ajaya, who won the Gimcrack, and the daughter of Invincible Spirit could take some stopping. Havana Pursuit and Haworth Star may battle it out for the minor money.

While it's somewhat disconcerting that JURI is equipped with a hood for this belated debut, she certainly wouldn't need to be anything out of the ordinary to make a winning start here and confidence behind her in the betting would look significant. Corellian Star is the pick of those with experience and is second choice ahead of likely improver No More Heroes.

Corellian Star is the form pick but nicely bred JURI may prove good enough to make a winning debut.

There may be more to come from OSTRAKA on just her third start. The daughter of Profitable and smart sprinter Ostatnia won on her debut at the Curragh before finishing fourth in a hot conditions race won by Tango Flare at Fairyhouse a fortnight later. She was surrounded by some decent types that day and the winner has gone on to run well in stakes company since. This is softer ground for Ostraka but her mother handled it which would be encouraging. Craft Irish ran really well to finish fourth in listed company on her last visit here and having been left unchanged by the handicapper she has a big shout back in a lower grade now. Wave Machine has run well on her last couple of visits here and could be place material.

CRAFT IRISH and Sioux Spirit both dip markedly in class having contested a listed race over C&D last time, with marginal preference for the former given the mark she's dropped to. Wave Machine is another to consider.

The top weight Craft Irish and Wave Machine have good course form but the unexposed OSTRAKA (nap) looks on a decent mark

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

JKR COBBLER arrives in search of a hat-trick over C&D following a brace of victories in the space of a week last month and the four-year-old, who was arguably more impressive on his most recent effort, is expected to prove too strong for the opposition, despite a 4lb rise for that latest win. Bernie The Bear is yet to gain his first victory but he has been knocking on the door this season and is entitled to be in the mix, while Vortigan's recent third at Haydock earns him a place on the shortlist.

JKR COBBLER is in the form of his life and he's well worth a chance to get the hat-trick up for all that Vortigan improved last time and is a bit less exposed. Bernie The Bear usually runs his race, so he's also worthy of consideration.

JKR Cobbler is respected in his hat-trick bid but both Vortigan and DRAKEHOLES are viable alternatives.

15:43 Cork Handicap Hurdle 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

AEGIRINE has shown definite promise on her latest two starts in maiden hurdles and any market support would be significant as she steps into handicap company for the first time. The locally-trained filly kept on into fifth behind long odds-on The Big Doyen at Tipperary and the winner gave the form a timely boost at Galway last week. She was again far from disgraced over a shorter trip at Limerick last time. Winnie Woodnutt won over three miles at Kilbeggan this spring and has been placed on both outings since including when runner-up over a similar distance to this at Limerick. Walk In Time and Close Enough both come here off the back of wins last time, while Steps In The Sand is another to consider following her close third at Roscommon.

STEPS IN THE SAND is on the up and is worth siding with following another solid showing at Roscommon. Winnie Woodnutt and Walk In Time also arrive at the top of their game and should be considered.

Despite the drop in trip, recent Tipperary winner WALK IN TIME can follow-up

MRS TRUMP posted another sound effort in defeat when runner-up at Doncaster last month and compensation could await off the same mark here. Ey Up It's Maggie was far from disgraced when fifth of 19 at York nine days ago and is feared most off 1lb lower. Storm Fox wasn't at her best when upped to an extended 5f on her most recent outing and may prove more competitive returned to this distance.

EY UP IT'S MAGGIE could resume winning ways if the ground stays on the slow side, following a promising run at York. Star of Lady M and Mrs Trump are feared.

Back down in class off her last winning mark, EY UP IT'S MAGGIE gets the verdict. Origintrail is second choice.

The well-bred WATER NYMPH may be able to gain valuable brackets here. The Saxon Warrior filly is out of a full-sister to High Chaparral and has some solid maiden form in the book. She was third to easy winner Eternal Silence on her last visit here in late June and doesn't face anything of that quality now. The handicapper says she has a couple of pounds to find with the 80-rated Emotivo who has been placed twice from five runs and was a solid third at Limerick on her last outing. Fiver Friday was well held in handicap company last time but could be given a chance on previous maiden form.

KATOLA rather leaps off the page given her pedigree and representing a yard in excellent form, a winning debut would come as no surprise. Water Nymph and Dumb Love could be the chief threats.

A mark of 80 is the benchmark so INDIGO FIVE needs to take a fair step forward from her promising fourth at Killarney but maybe she can

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

The consistent FLYAWAYDREAM was only beaten two lengths into third off this mark on his seasonal debut at Kempton a month ago and a reproduction of that level of form would make him hard to beat here. Theme Park was not at his very best at Ascot last time but is a player based on his third at Chester two starts ago, while Glasses Up is the pick of the remainder.

FLYAWAYDREAM has a very consistent record and is taken to build on his AW reappearance third and land a second career success on this first attempt over 1¼m. Auld Toon Loon will be a threat if showing up here rather than Haydock. Theme Park looks best of the rest.

Preference is for THEME PARK, who ought to find this easier than the Class 3 handicaps he has contested in recent months.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

Peter Fahey enjoyed a successful week at the Galway Festival and SUPRISE PACKAGE may supply him with another winner. The selection was a useful novice winning the Imperial Cup at Sandown and also ran well in the County Hurdle at Cheltenham. He was absent for over a year until two outings on the Flat last month and should be spot on for this after going close at Ballinrobe. Cash Back was prominent until two out in the Galway Hurdle last Thursday and is an obvious threat. He's also well treated by the conditions having not won for over 18 months but has recorded a number of useful placed efforts this year, including behind better fancied stablemate Mister Policeman here at Easter. The Bosses Oscar is a danger on the pick of his form but has disappointed on his latest two starts, while Nyiri won a modest hurdle race in France last winter and has a stiff task on his Irish debut.

SUPRISE PACKAGE ran well on the Flat recently and looks worth chancing to resume winning ways back in this sphere. Cash Back has a bit more ability but needs to put a poor run earlier in the week behind him. The Bosses Oscar is also a player on his very best form.

The 2022 Imperial Cup winner SUPRISE PACKAGE(nap) returned after a long absence with two fine Flat runs lately and can score.

16:30 Ripon Handicap (Class 3) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 3 race.

FORTAMOUR was second by a length behind Twelfth Knight over C&D in May, but he is now aided by an 8lb pull in the weights and the gelding may benefit from a return to softer ground. That said, Twelfth Knight cannot be discounted and is an obvious threat once again. Bay Breeze eases in grade and he could also get into contention.

A small field but it includes a trio of C&D specialists. FORTAMOUR is well handicapped and can land this race for the second time in the last 3 years. Twelfth Knight can follow him home.

On favourable terms FORTAMOUR may well win this contest for a second time. Twelfth Knight is second choice.

16:35 Naas Group 3 12f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

VAUBAN looks the one to beat here off his new rating of 114. The French-bred was a revelation when switched back to the Flat at Royal Ascot, running out a highly impressive winner of the Copper Horse Handicap. The classy hurdler is versatile ground-wise and this looks a nice tune-up for some big targets later in the season. Layfayette looks the danger on official ratings and steps back up in trip here having been a cosy winner of a listed race at Limerick over a mile-and-a-half on his penultimate start. Derby fourth Peking Opera is still relatively unexposed and it will be interesting to see how he performs against his elders. That form has taken a couple of knocks since and the fifth horse, Up And Under, was beaten in a Galway maiden the other day.

Having established himself as a high-class hurdler, VAUBAN turned a Royal Ascot handicap into a one-sided affair back on the level and his claims are fairly obvious on these terms. Valiant King is a 3-y-o on the up so demands respect, along with Layfayette.

Given the striking manner of his win at Royal Ascot, VAUBAN is hard to oppose but Layfayette and Valiant King are respected foes

LTO Selection:

16:45 Ayr Handicap (Class 6) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

LADY CELIA made her second start for the Alan Brown yard a winning one as she scored by a length at Nottingham and, with the winning margin possibly downplaying her superiority over her rivals that day, she is fancied to go in, despite a 3lb rise. Wurkin Ninetofive could give her the most to think about, as she goes off the same rating as when third at Hamilton in this grade last month. Emeralds Pride makes the most appeal of the remainder, but she will need bounce back to form.

If LADY CELIA is in the same form as Nottingham she might be able to defy a small rise. The drop to 5f could be a good move for the unexposed The Caltonian who is second choice ahead of Global Humor.

The 6yo mare LADY CELIA has made a bright start for her new stable this season and still looks well handicapped after a 3lb rise.

SEARCH FOR A MYTH was runner-up on a number of occasions last year, including on this corresponding card, and has returned in good form to score on both starts this term. The Robert Tyner-trained mare won over a similar trip at Wexford and now reverts back to hurdles after scoring over fences at Tipperary last month. Owner JP McManus is also represented by Ena Baie, who caught the eye here last month. King Ferdinand has also won his last two starts over hurdles and fences and warrants respect. Onlyamatteroftime won a Punchestown bumper in the steward's room and now makes his handicap debut, while others to consider include Vale Of Glory, Betty Dutton and Rathnaleen Kal.

SEARCH FOR A MYTH has returned better than ever this summer and might be able to complete a hat-trick back hurdling. Bumper winner Onlyamatteroftime should have more to come over hurdles now handicapping and is a possible big threat. The other J P McManus runner Ena Baie was better than the result here last month and has dropped to a good mark judged on her form at the start of last season.

It could be worth taking a chance on ONLYAMATTEROFTIME to make a winning handicap debut.

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 4 race.

LERWICK made all to strike by two lengths over a mile at Pontefract last time and as he only carries 4lb extra, which could easily underestimate that success, the three-year-old can make it a double. The main danger could be Poet's Dawn, who was a good second over C&D in this grade on his latest outing and has to be respected off 1lb higher. Last-time-out victor Zarabanda completes the shortlist.

A few with chances but ZARABANDA handles soft ground very well so edges the vote nudged up only 1 lb for her recent Nottingham success. Pontefract scorer Lerwick rates a big threat now stepped up in distance, with in-form C&D winner Poet's Dawn also not taken lightly.

Unexposed LERWICK (nap) is taken to prove suited by the new trip and follow up his Pontefract success. Zarabanda is feared most.

LTO Selection:

17:10 Naas Stakes 6f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

A strong English presence and GOLDEN TRICK may prove best. The Galileo Gold colt took a while to find his feet around Chester last month but was nicely on top close home when easing down to record a length-and-a-quarter success. There looks to be plenty more to come from him and a straight course should suit better. Jungle Mate is 4lb better off for a head defeat by That's For Sure at Carlisle last time and may be able to turn the tables on that rival now. Vanity Pays wasn't disgraced when fifth in listed company here 12 days ago and may be best of the home team. Paddy Twomey fits her with a visor now and she looks to have the ability to be a big player.

Lots to consider in this but SIMPLEXITY showed a lot to work on when fourth in a C&D novice a month ago and it would come as no surprise were he to leave that form well behind. British-raiders Jungle Mate and That's For Sure are just a couple of potential threats.

The 5f trip looked too sharp for VANITY PAYS in a Listed race here 12 days ago and she can uphold form with Brighter

LTO Selection:

17:20 Ayr Handicap (Class 6) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

ICE SHADOW appeared to relish the underfoot conditions when making all at Nottingham recently and the four-year-old could take some stopping off only 5lb more here, with any further rain likely to aid his cause. Ayr Poet is effectively only 3lb higher than last Monday's triumph over 1m here and Jim Goldie's gelding, a previous C&D winner, can't be taken lightly. Fellow last-time-out winner Rory The Cat also arrives in fine fettle and can't be ruled out in his current mood either.

RORY THE CAT holds major claims once more on the back of his Beverley victory with that form having been franked. Last year's victor Ayr Poet rates the chief threat under a 4 lb penalty for his recent course success, with 3-time C&D winner Royal Countess also firmly in the picture.

This can go to RORY THE CAT (nap), who did very well to win at Beverley three weeks ago, having been forced to switch wide.

LTO Selection:

17:28 Cork NH Flat Race 19f Race Speed Rating Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

SILVER KING is obviously not the easiest to train but could be interesting here given some market support as he reappears after an absence of over eight months. The selection made a promising start when placed in a Naas bumper but was then sidelined for nearly a year until shaping well twice in maiden hurdles. Sonny Dont Go Away was odds-on when beaten on debut at Kilbeggan over two years ago and hasn't been seen since but merits obvious respect for powerful connections. There isn't much to choose between Royal Moon and The Shantou King on their running at Killarney last month and Derek O'Connor is an interesting booking on the latter.

SONNY DONT GO AWAY's 815-day absence would normally be a huge concern but not so much with the Willie Mullins yard and this 7-y-o can belatedly confirm the promise of his debut second. The likes of Royal Moon and Silver King may fight it out for the forecast spot unless the betting speaks in the favour of one or more of the newcomers.

Though he hasn't been seen since last winter, SILVER KING has the ability to win this on his runs in two strong maiden hurdles.

17:40 Ripon Handicap (Class 6) 8f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

EASTERN CHARM has shown her incredible versatility recently with three victories all coming on different types of going. Therefore, the daughter of Kodiac is likely to prove difficult to beat, despite her 6lb penalty. Violeta could put up the biggest fight, as a drop back to a mile seems a good move, while Mister Sox makes the most appeal of the remainder.

EASTERN CHARM continued her progress when scoring readily at Sandown 5 days ago and she can defy a penalty to land a fifth win of the season. The biggest threat could come from Mister Sox, who produced his best effort to date when runner-up at Beverley last time, while Violeta is capable on a going day.

Improving filly EASTERN CHARM could well extend her winning sequence. Mister Sox is feared most.

The chart reads from right to left to today's race.

TURBULENCE didn't get the clearest of passages when sent to post favourite on his last outing at Killarney and may be able to get compensation now. The Night Of Thunder gelding had to wait for a gap before staying on to finish fourth to Church Mountain. Going a bit further should suit now. He is now 4lb better off with the winner who could also find a bit of improvement at this trip. Golden Spangle gained a breakthrough success at Down Royal last time and is on a competitive looking mark back in handicap company. She is fitted with cheekpieces now.

Lots with chances but TURBULENCE didn't enjoy the rub of the green when fourth to Church Mountain at Killarney so can resume winning ways off the same mark. Michael O'Callaghan's 5-y-o rates the chief threat despite taking a 4 lb rise for that success, with in-form duo Mr Mills and Golden Spangle both in the mix too in an open handicap.

With a clear run TURBULENCE would have finished closer to Church Mountain at Killarney and he is tipped to reverse that form now

18:00 Windsor Handicap (Class 5) 5f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

PENGUIN ISLAND finally got off the mark at Chepstow after a string of consistent efforts and Henry Candy's filly makes plenty on appeal in what doesn't appear to be the strongest of contests on paper. Sera Dawn appears the most likely threat to the selection following her third at Sandown last time, while Sergeant Pep may benefit from the drop back to 5f.

PENGUIN ISLAND comes here on the up so is fancied to follow up her breakthrough Chepstow success at the chief expense of the reliable duo Sera Dawn and Sergeant Pep who can chase home Henry Candy's filly in that order.

Top of the list is PENGUIN ISLAND who is versatile ground-wise and hit a personal best with her breakthrough win at Chepstow last time.

18:30 Windsor Maiden (Class 5) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ADAAY IN DEVON has shown promise on all three starts to date, including when runner-up at Goodwood and Bath, and she is capable of putting that experience to good use this evening. Zariela ran with promise on her racecourse bow when fourth at Kempton and is entitled to step forward from that effort. Ralph Beckett has his string in fine fettle and his newcomer, Video Games, has to be respected.

Having been sent off at unflattering odds starting out at Kempton, ZARIELA offered plenty to work on, running on for fourth. There's plenty of size about her and a marked step forward looks on the cards. Newcomers are feared most, notably Video Games and Gregorina.

Dual runner-up Adaay In Devon is respected but the vote goes to Ralph Beckett's striking newcomer VIDEO GAMES.

19:00 Windsor Stakes (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ALBANY's best effort so far came over C&D when runner-up on her turf debut and the daughter of Lope De Vega is entitled to improve further, especially with her dam being a Group 2 winner on soft ground. Tarraff didn't quite get home on her first try at 1m4f when runner-up at Kempton, so the drop back in trip is likely to yield some improvement. Navarre Express and Deep Dive complete the shortlist.

ALBANY has the best form and she's open to more improvement so she's preferred to Tarraff who ran well at Kempton last month. Deep Dive has some potential and can't be discounted.

This looks a good opportunity for ALBANY to get off the mark at the fourth attempt. Tarraff can chase her home once again.

LTO Selection:

19:30 Windsor Handicap (Class 2) 6f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 2 race.

Count Otto had Heroism (second) a length behind when scoring over C&D recently and she could uphold that form, as a 2lb pull in the weights may not be enough for the latter to reverse those placings. However, they both could be up against it to deny LETHAL NYMPH, who was denied by a length and a half when attempting to make all in similar C&D event last month, which could prove to be the best recent form on offer, and he is taken to go one better tonight. Cuban Breeze isn't ruled out, as her run was too bad to be true at Ascot last time.

A competitive-looking series final, although not that many are certain to relish the likely ground conditions. HAYMAKER is one who is at home in the mud and a middle draw gives Tom Marquand options depending on whether the main action takes place up the straight so he's the suggestion. The thriving Knebworth could be nicely berthed if the field tacks over to the far side and he's second choice ahead of Crazy Luck, who was better than the result at Goodwood last week, and Magical Merlin.

This looks wide open but last month's Epsom winner INDIAN CREAK gets the vote ahead of hat-trick seeker Knebworth.

(2) Queensland Boy 1.88/1, Better efforts switched to handicaps the last twice, succumbing only to an improver at Chepstow (1¼m, good to firm), in turn pulling nicely clear of the rest. Completely different conditions likely here but will be a threat if handling the ground over a new trip that should be within his range.
Good second at Chepstow latest and he's respected at this new trip (brother won at 1m4f).

(5) Pfingstberg 0.57/1, Best effort yet back on soft ground when going down narrowly to an improver at Leicester (11.8f) last week. Obvious claims of going one better turned out again quickly off the same mark.
Went close on soft ground at Leicester (1m4f) last week; interesting off same mark.

20:00 Windsor Handicap (Class 6) 11f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 6 race.

PFINGSTBERG was two lengths clear of the third when being beaten half a length by a potentially well-handicapped rival in Selenachorus over 1m4f at Leicester on Wednesday and, providing this quick turnaround doesn't pose any problems, then he could prove very hard to beat. Queensland Boy makes only his third start in handicap company after he failed to justify short odds at Chepstow when runner-up last time and has to be considered. Imperial Cult has dropped 1lb after his third at Newbury and could fight it out for second.

This represents a good opportunity for PFINGSTBERG, who raised his game when second to a progressive type at Leicester and is very appealing off the same mark here. Imperial Cult and Queensland Boy should both figure prominently if handling conditions.

The vote goes to David Simcock's PFINGSTBERG (nap), who went close behind a well-handicapped rival at Leicester last week.

(6) Lawn Ranger 0.91/1, Front runner who has won four times at this C&D, with his latest success here in April. Is in better heart than his recent form figures suggest, doing too much too soon when mid-field at Sandown (10f, good) 12 days ago. Can bounce back to winning ways at this course.
Four-time C&D winner; well suited by slow ground and on a winning mark; big chance.

(4) Change Of Fortune 16/1, Ran one of this year's better races when third of 6 in maiden at Ffos Las (1m, good) in July. However, not in the same form in handicap at Newbury (10f, good to soft) 11 days ago. Needs to find improvement with cheekpieces on first time.
Well held on soft ground last time and new cheekpieces need to make a big difference.

(5) Platinum Prince 6.5/1, Attracted support (3/1) and ran up to his best when third at Lingfield (10f, AW) at the beginning of July, looking a more straightforward ride than he had on his penultimate start. Task is now to build on his latest effort.
Ran well for 3rd on AW last month; on handy mark but his best turf form has come on good.

Running well this year but he's an exposed maiden who has to prove himself on the ground.

(1) One For The Frog 18/1, Off the mark in minor event at Wolverhampton in April but hasn't gone on from that effort since, below form in handicap at Chelmsford City (10f) 13 days ago. However, it remains early days for him on turf and now has cheekpieces applied with good-value claimer on board.
Handicapper on top since his AW novice win; suitability of the ground a concern.
LTO Selection:

20:30 Windsor Handicap (Class 5) 10f Race Class Flow

The chart reads from right to left to today's class 5 race.

ORIENTAL ART has hit the crossbar the last twice, suggesting he is ready to strike off his current rating, and if he can remain in that sort of form, then he could be hard to beat under Oisin Murphy. The main danger could be Platinum Prince, who has run well on the all-weather on each of his last two starts and can get involved off the same mark as his Lingfield third last time. Change Of Fortune is an interesting contender in first-time cheekpieces.

Four-time C&D winner LAWN RANGER has been in better heart than his recent form figures suggest, doing too much too soon at Sandown on his latest outing, so he can return to winning ways back at this venue. Oriental Art has finished runner-up on his last 2 starts and can go well again with cheekpieces reapplied, with Platinum Prince the pick of the remainder.

Conditions could prove troublesome for many of these but they look perfect for LAWN RANGER who may be able to make all.
